The tip of the Lawfare spear consists of a small group of former DOJ attorneys and Main Justice leftists who helped AG Eric Holder create the DOJ National Security Division (DOJ-NSD) when it was formed on behalf of President Obama.

Lawfare, writ large, are a tribe of leftists who strategically weaponize the justice systems within the DOJ.  They are also the main guides, strategists and legal analysts who previously used Robert Mueller and currently use Jack Smith.

The tribe is led by a trio of fellow travelers: Mary McCord, Norm Eisen and Andrew Weissmann.

If you research the group, you will discover that Mary McCord sits at the center of every attack approach deployed against President Trump {CITATION}.  The influence of McCord cannot be overstated, while gender fluid leftists like Eisen, Weissmann (and others), wax philosophically about which statutes can be twisted and interpreted to assist their Lawfare strategy du jour.

Everything we have watched unfold, from using “The Logan Act” against Michael Flynn, to using “Obstruction” against President Trump and the “Insurrection Act” against J-6 targets, comes from this small crew of effeminate leftists.

The similarity of the behavioral proclivities is an outcome of their tribal synchronicity.  Much like the McClintock or Wellesley effect, when you isolate Lawfare individuals into a small tribe, their collective behaviors replicate. These travelers were incubated in the DOJ-NSD.

This crew of Brookings funded Lawfare ideologues was also described by Christine Blasey-Ford as her “Beach Friends.”

Since leaving official government positions, the main trio of Lawfare leadership congregate professionally on MSNBC and feed the leftists in media and politics from their primary cable outlet.

I noted, during a recent flight filled with DC bureaucrats and IC officials (United Airlines), how the drones all watched MSNBC on their seat monitors as if it was a religious service that needed to be attended.  It really was a sight to see.  Every bureaucrat, active or retired, seated with their laptop under the headrest monitor while typing, texting and DM’ing in unison like synchronized swimmers.

That experience was the first time I realized how the term “NPC’s” or non-Player Characters might have originated as a meme, but the label was eerily accurate.

Representative Harriet Hageman used the opportunity of the House Weaponization Committee hearing, on the Lawfare trial of Donald Trump in New York, to outline Rep. Dan Goldman’s (D-NY) conflict of interest.

Goldman has hired Judge Merchan’s daughter – a clear conflict of interest. Additionally, Goldman has admitted to coaching Trump witness Michael Cohen prior to his testimony. Harriet Hageman outlined the details of the issue, while Stacey Plaskett (D-VI) claimed an immediate point of order in order to hide the information. WATCH:

During the same committee hearing, Hageman also outlined the larger Lawfare attack as constructed by Judge Merchan to assist the Lawfare goals.

The issue of presidential immunity is being tested in the DC political Lawfare case against President Donald Trump.

As the Jack Smith prosecution claims President Trump tried to “overturn the results of the 2020 election,” the issue of presidential actions intended to secure & protect the legitimacy of election outcomes becomes a focus.

The legal counsel for President Trump has stated any action by the president to ensure election security falls within official acts, and is therefore subject to immunity from prosecution.  The special counsel claims the act of reviewing an election outcome is a private benefit to the president and not part of presidential immunity.

The Supreme Court is now involved in determining whether the President of the United States has immunity from prosecution, or whether any/all future presidents can be prosecuted for their action while in office.  Inside the debate is the larger question of whether the “bureaucratic state” controls the president, or whether the office of the president controls the executive branch bureaucratic state.

The leftists and communists agree with former AG Bill Barr, that institutions run the government, and the office of the President is simply a figurehead within it.  In essence, the DC institutions are omnipotent and powerful, and the president is simply occupying space the deep state allows.  That’s the core ramification within the immunity argument.

In this video, Justice Brett Kavanaugh asks several questions about limiting the immunity of the president and some of the ramifications that will surface for future presidents.  WATCH:

Interestingly, at 2:30 of the video, Justice Kavanaugh notes the current Lawfare approach – crowdsourcing for prosecution angles with the DOJ, which was the same Lawfare approach used by the beach friends to attack Kavanaugh’s nomination.  Judge Kavanaugh uses that hidden reference point – very subtlety – but its inclusion shows that he knows exactly what is taking place here.

I also like the part where the DOJ argues President Obama is not guilty of murder, via drone strike, because the type of murder created by Obama in that situation was “lawful murder.”  Collateral killing via drone strike is considered by the DOJ to be: the lawful murder of another person with malice of forethought and specific intent to kill.

Gee, what could possibly go wrong with the DC administrative Deep State having the power to determine what is “lawful conduct” vs “unlawful conduct” by their political opposition?  Oh wait, it’s done by DOJ statutory interpretation, lolol… now I feel better.   Good grief, can people not see where this ends.

That said, here’s what the SCOTUS is going to do… I’m 95% certain of this.

The same representative who advocated for violence against President Trump cabinet members, appeared in front of the Supreme Court today to advocate for defiance against the constitutional limitations on government power.

Maxine Waters (California CD-43) represents the outlook of the radical leftists in her emotional reaction to the Supreme Court ruling that lets states decide what laws should be in place to limit the killing of unborn babies.   Ms Waters specifically cited and called for the defiance of “black women” in opposition to the ruling.  Her proclamations make evil and twisted sense from the perspective of the abortion industry, as unborn black babies are disproportionately killed by abortion providers.  WATCH:

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) documented in its Abortion Surveillance report for 2015 – released on Nov. 23, 2018 – that while black Americans comprise 13.4% of the U.S. population, they accounted for 36.0% of the abortions in 2015.  Black women have three times the rate of abortion as white women, and that higher abortion rate is consistent even after you filter the control data to remove income from the issue {link}.

The number one customer for abortion services are young pregnant black women.  This was also the target audience identified by Margaret Sanger the founder of Planned Parenthood and an avowed racist.  The racial roots of Planned Parenthood go back to the founding.

Many people on these pages said this was likely to happen; unfortunately, they were correct.   Alarming reports now coming from California about school districts vaccinating students without the consent of their parents.

In the video example below the students in this Los Angeles school were enticed with the promise of pizza for their compliance, and the students were told not to tell their parents. I cannot fathom the rage I would personally feel if I were one of those parents. WATCH:

Parents and residents of Loudon County, Virginia, confronted the administration of the School Board today and things quickly escalated. As parents spoke out against Critical Race Theory the board voted to stop public comment.  After the board shut down public comments the Board Superintendent then declared the meeting was an unlawful assembly and had the Sheriff’s department begin making arrests.

Part of the meeting is below including the comments from Richard Black a former state senator.

The conservative parents and residents refused to be silenced, so the Superintendent called the meeting an ‘unlawful assembly’, the next video shows confrontation between parents and the Sheriff’s department.   The police were put in a bad spot by the School Board decision.

This obtuse explanation from Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen about the April jobs report is one for the record books.  According to Yellen, the government handing people more free money than they would achieve with a working job is not a disincentive for employment.

To prove her case she cites the hospitality industry hiring people in April.  However, what Yellen doesn’t figure into her bizarro logic is that all sectors in all states are not created equal.  Yes, the statistics of “sector analysis” apply across the entire nation; however, the underlying economic activity is not equally distributed.

Blue states are more economically closed than red states. The job gains are in the states where the economic activity is strongest and the incentives for workers are the biggest.   The lack of people working is disproportionately happening in the blue states where dependency models are strongest. WATCH this nonsense:

These bureaucrats don’t have a lick of common sense.  According to Secretary Yellen’s logic, there are times when water is not lacking dryness.

School boards are where mini-dictators are grown.  Thus the latest exhibit comes from South Salt Lake, Utah and the Granite School District Board of Education meeting.

The board was going to hear proposals of removing the mask mandate for K-12 students.  However, they would only allow one parent to speak during “citizen participation time”, a control method for keeping the pesky proles from expressing their opinion of board policy.

After the board allowed a mask advocate from the state to speak, the School board said that’s it, no more discussion.  Parents became infuriated, things got ugly [VIDEO Below]. The board ended the meeting and escaped out the back-door of the building.

UTAH – […] The crowd rose to its feet in protest and one man shouted: “Remember this day! Remember this day!”

Others chanted: “No more masks. No more masks. No more masks.””

The board moved to adjourn the meeting, left the room through a back door and the building was eventually cleared.

An interesting compare-&-contrast arises amid reports out today of Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, getting a book deal to publish his memoir “Beautiful Things”.

The controversial life of Hunter Biden includes abusive relationships, sex scandals, drug use and retaining a position of affluence by trading on his father’s position in government.  Everything surrounding Hunter Biden is not only sketchy, it is the life of a very troubled, manipulative, opportunistic and creepy person… e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g.

As many people are aware, book deals are a way for politicians and their allies to launder payments for influence either by the publisher or by those who purchase bulk quantities in order to direct funds without legal restrictions to politicians and their family members.
