In order for radical leftists to continue to advance their ideological attacks, they have to pretend not to know things.  Barack Obama took that long-standing truism to new levels of exploitation during his administration, reference: ‘Fast ‘n Furious, IRS targeting, Obamacare, Benghazi etc.  The list is long.

Yesterday, the U.S. Department of Justice issued a memorandum to the FBI instructing them to initiate investigations of any parent attending a local school board meeting who might be viewed as confrontational, intimidating or harassment.  The intent of the targeting memo is clear, the political activists within the DOJ are telling the political activists within the FBI to target ordinary parents as ‘Domestic Terrorists‘ or ‘Extremists‘, and open the door for federal action against their local civic activity.

Lisa Monaco was Barack Obama’s former homeland security advisor and former legal counsel in the White House.  Monaco was the tip of the spear in using political activism under the guise of ‘homeland security’ to target political opposition.  That type of political targeting is her specialty.  Lisa Monaco is now the Deputy Attorney General of the United States.

As a direct result of her skill-set in combination with her current position, it is almost a guarantee that Deputy AG Lisa Monaco authored the DOJ targeting memorandum that AG Merrick Garland signed and sent to the FBI.  Again, weaponizing internal political targeting under the guise of homeland security concerns is what Monaco is specifically famous for doing.  Today, Missouri Senator Josh Hawley confronted DAG Monaco about the targeting memo.  WATCH her response:

Kentucky Senator Rand Paul confronted wildly political Health and Human Service Secretary Xavier Becerra during a Senate Health Committee hearing on Thursday.

Senator Paul took exception to the hubris, arrogance and verbal attacks on the American electorate by HHS Secretary Becerra, and provided him an opportunity to apologize for his characterizations.  The fact that those behind Joe Biden installed Becerra as HHS secretary was a key indicator they always intended to weaponize the fear of COVID-19.

Becerra is a far-left communist traveler in the mold of those who shaped Barack Obama.  As an outcome of his ideology, Becerra’s job is to weaponize the weight of the healthcare system to attain political objectives.  It is good to see a high visibility senator confront that reality.  WATCH:

Panama Foreign Minister Erika Mouynes told Axios News that she had meetings this week with Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and members of Congress to warn them that another massive caravan of 60,000 Haitian migrants are now en route to the U.S-Mexico border.

(VIA AXIOS) […]  Mouynes expressed her exasperation to Axios after spending months warning leaders across the hemisphere of the impeding Haitian wave.

• “We’ve engaged with every single authority that we can think of, that we can come across, to say, ‘Please, let’s pay attention to this,'” Mouynes said.
• A Homeland Security spokesperson did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

By the numbers: More than 85,000 migrants have passed through Panama since January — most of them Haitians.

• Roughly 20,000 to 25,000 Haitians have already made the trek to the U.S.-Mexico border, with most being allowed to enter the United States.
• Beyond those already admitted or deported back to Haiti, another 60,000 are most likely still on their way north, the minister said.

The big picture: Panama is often the first country to provide medical help, food and shelter to northbound migrants — despite their travels through multiple South American countries like Colombia and Peru.  (read more)

This is just getting beyond ridiculous now.   Ochsner Health [Website Here] is a healthcare provider/system that delivers healthcare services to the people of Louisiana, Mississippi and the Gulf South.  Ochsner Health is now requiring the spouses or domestic partners of all employees be vaccinated, or the employee will pay a $100 per pay period penalty.  (Source Link)

Hopefully some employee of Ochsner Health will file a lawsuit fast.  The basis for the lawsuit could likely be framed around punitive employee punishment based on “marital status”, a clear violation of existing civil rights law.   Why stop at spouses?  Why not kids or other dependents?  What about all other vaccines before COVID?  Why now?

By current federal and most state statutes, no employer is legally permitted to discriminate against any employee based on marital status.  A penalty against a spouse for non compliance with an employer vaccine mandate is a punitive action only against married persons.  Find a court that will look at this as a violation of the discrimination clause, because it only targets married employees.  Let’s see what happens.

Nancy Pelosi and the House Democrats are attempting to change the OSHA fines within the section of labor law that applies directly to the mandatory COVID vaccine.  The scale of the fines is massive against any business that does not comply with the anticipated OSHA rule which is yet unannounced; and they are attempting to slip the OSHA change into the massive $3.5 trillion infrastructure bill.

If this OSHA change becomes law, the Biden administration will force American businesses to choose between vaccinating their employees, testing them weekly for Covid-19, or going bankrupt under crippling OSHA fines.

(Forbes) […] Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s House quietly tucked an enforcement mechanism into their $3.5 trillion “reconciliation” bill, passed it out of the Budget Committee, and sent it to the House floor.

Buried on page 168 of the House Democrats’ 2,465-page mega bill is a tenfold increase in fines for employers that “willfully,” “repeatedly,” or even seriously violate a section of labor law that deals with hazards, death, or serious physical harm to their employees.

The increased fines on employers could run as high as $70,000 for serious infractions, and $700,000 for willful or repeated violations—almost three-quarters of a million dollars for each fine. If enacted into law, vax enforcement could bankrupt non-compliant companies even more quickly than the $14,000 OSHA fine anticipated under Biden’s announced mandate.  (read more for details)

New South Wales, Australia, Health Minister Kerry Chant is one of the primary COVID engineers in the key state containing the largest population and the capitol city of Sydney.  Dr. Kerry Chant is a rather motley totalitarian creature, with a face for radio, who leans heavily in favor of massive big government control and restrictions.

Ms. Chant’s general persona is very familiar to anyone who has the unfortunate experience of interacting with a female leftist in the U.S. who would wear genitalia on their head as a political statement.  If there was a campaign for the benefit of self-isolation, avoiding the global Chant types would be a strong point of advocacy.

Amid the extreme rules and regulations deployed by various states all over Australia, NSW Health Minister Kerry Chant stands atop the list as the largest advocate for total government control; and exhibit-A for why women should not be steered toward a career in government.  As the premier of the region started to announce a softening of the oppressive rules and lock-down regulations; it was Ms. Chant who was advocating against permitting any freedom until over 90% of the New South Wales population were vaccinated.

As the rulers over NSW begin to announce the possibility of freedom, Ms. Chant was questioned about what happens if an outbreak is detected.  This brings up the issue of “contact tracing”, to track the potential population exposure.  Watch Ms. Chant’s response:
