Jerry ‘the penguin’ Nadler and Senator Ed Markey are planning to introduce legislation tomorrow to add four Supreme Court justices to the current bench.  The objective is to bring a liberal bias to the high court by adding four leftist judges.

Infuriating… and the timing of the DOJ announcement explains Biden on distract television today.

Not only did the DOJ not prosecute the Capitol Hill police officer who murdered Ashli Babbitt, but they still refuse to name him.  The sunlight upon the two-tiers of justice in the United States is at a supernova level of intensity.  Everything about this DOJ announcement is FUBAR:

WASHINGTON – The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia and the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice will not pursue criminal charges against the U.S. Capitol Police officer involved in the fatal shooting of 35-year-old Ashli Babbitt, the Office announced today.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia’s Public Corruption and Civil Rights Section and the Civil Rights Division, with the Metropolitan Police Department’s Internal Affairs Division (IAD), conducted a thorough investigation of Ms. Babbitt’s shooting. Officials examined video footage posted on social media, statements from the officer involved and other officers and witnesses to the events, physical evidence from the scene of the shooting, and the results of an autopsy.

Based on that investigation, officials determined that there is insufficient evidence to support a criminal prosecution. Officials from IAD informed a representative of Ms. Babbitt’s family today of this determination.

Governor Ron DeSantis held a roundtable discussion with panel experts from world-renowned doctors and epidemiologists from Oxford, Stanford and Harvard.  However, the panel debated the efficacy of masks on children and that apparently was considered too contrarian for the Big Tech control agents.

New York is reportedly going to spend $2.1 Billion on a fund to give illegal aliens COVID relief payments up to $15,600 per person.   Beyond all the initial reactions to illegal aliens gaining seven times as much covid relief as citizen taxpayers, or even getting them at all, one little aspect remains undiscussed.

The only reason New York can afford to do this is because they received a massive amount of bailout support from within the Pelosi-Biden blue state relief effort.

In essence, U.S. taxpayers are subsidizing New York’s ability to pay illegal aliens $15,000 each.  Let that sink in…

President Trump calls-in to Newsmax for an extensive interview on current events.  President Trump notes the corporate “woke” culture is very bad for our country and the hypocrisy in their politics is jaw-dropping.  As President Trump points out, many of these corporations are multinationals with home offices outside the United States.

President Trump reaffirms the strategy to counter this “woke” movement is to boycott these corporations and their subsidiaries.  Additionally, the president discusses the Biden border crisis, the fake news media, the stunning hypocrisy of reporting around the border crisis and the U.S. collapse in foreign policy.

President Trump is right, the anger from the presidential election in combination with the ridiculous Mitch McConnell position in the Georgia senate race caused many GOP voters to sit out the Georgia run-off to spite the republican party.

‘Tucker Carlson Tonight’ host challenged Arkansas Governor Hutchinson on why he vetoed a bill banning youth gender reassignment surgeries.  The essential position of Hutchinson is that government should not intervene in medical decisions between parents, children and doctors.  

Tucker Carlson asked Hutchinson to reconcile laws against children drinking, laws against children getting tattoos, and the absence of a law stopping the chemical castration of children.  The interview became very contentious.
