The same political voices who said the Census Bureau was not allowed to ask about the citizenship status of U.S. residents are now saying HHS has the right to know if you have been vaccinated or not.   This is not hypocrisy, this is the ideological mindset of totalitarian elites who will tell you what is, and is not, permitted behavior.

We The People are insignificant gnats; the power elites will tell us what we are allowed to do, even what they will teach our children in schools.  Hopefully people wake up soon and realize this will not end well. Having previously announced the government will go door-to-door asking about vaccination compliance, Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Xavier Becerra declared Thursday that “it is absolutely the government’s business” to know people’s vaccination status, arguing the federal government has a vested interest in keeping Americans safe.

“The federal government has spent trillions of dollars to try and keep Americans alive during this pandemic,” Becerra said on CNN’s “New Day.” “So it is absolutely the government’s business, it is taxpayers’ business, if we have to continue to spend money to try and keep people from contracting COVID.”  WATCH:

This is a great example of how the Intelligence Branch of the U.S. government now operates.  Not only did the NSA conduct surveillance of Tucker Carlson’s electronic communication, but the NSA also leaked Carlson’s emails to allied intelligence media (Axios, CNN, New York Times, Washington Post) who operate as PR firms on behalf of the Intelligence Branch.

I’ll keep repeating this for as many years as needed until people on our side finally catch-on.  The most well documented, evidenced and provable example of a severely compromised Intelligence Community operation to manipulate politics and shape U.S. media is found in the story of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) Security Director, James Wolfe, and his years of leaking classified information to the media.

The SSCI is supposed to be the primary oversight mechanism looking over U.S. intelligence operations and the people within them.  However, the SSCI has partnered with the Intelligence Community (writ large) in a collaborative effort to (1) gain more power; then (2) retain that power.  The SSCI functions as the mechanism that permits the existence of the most powerful branch of government.  The fourth branch, the ‘Intelligence Branch‘.

SSCI Security Director James Wolfe was told to leak the Top-Secret Title-1 FISA warrant used against Carter Page.  James Wolfe was told to leak the document to media.  Wolfe chose Ali Watkins (Buzzfeed) and others.  Wolfe was told to leak the FISA on March 17, 2017, by Senators in the committee, that’s why Wolfe was never prosecuted for leaking it by the DOJ.

Wolfe’s defense lawyers threatened to subpoena the senators on the committee {LINK}, and immediately the SSCI, with the help of the Mueller/Weissmann team, came to Wolfe’s rescue.   They simply could not let the background story ever surface.  Think deeply about the profound ramifications of that real world example.

I can say with absolute certainty this announcement will bring out the biggest PA state legal battle between political activists, lawfare, media, Big Tech and local government.  Quite simply the Philadelphia area cannot allow a forensic audit because the action they took is easy to uncover.

Pennsylvania State Senator, Chairman of the PA Intergovernmental Operations Committee, Doug Mastriano has announced the intent of the legislative committee to conduct a forensic audit of three counties. Two Republican-controlled counties, Tioga and York counties, confirmed receiving letters Wednesday, as did the Democratic bastion of Philadelphia, the state’s largest and most politically corrupt city; the epicenter of PA corruption.

Within the announcement Mastriano stated “There is nothing to fear if there is nothing to hide. Those who have concerns about the integrity of the 2020 and 2021 election will have those concerns investigated and hopefully addressed. Those who think that there was zero voter fraud, no irregularities, and that the elections were conducted perfectly will have the chance to be vindicated.” This epic legal battle is going to be far uglier than Maricopa County (AZ), Antrim County (MI) or Fulton County (GA).

State Senator Doug Mastriano –  “A forensic investigation of our election results and processes for the 2020 General Election and the 2021 Primary will go a long way to restore trust in our system. Voting is the fundamental right of all citizens. We should continually look for ways to improve the voting process to ensure every voice is heard.

Today, as Chair of the Intergovernmental Operations Committee, I issued letters to several counties requesting information and materials needed to conduct a forensic investigation of the 2020 General Election and the 2021 Primary.

We have asked these counties to respond by July 31st with a plan to comply. The counties represent different geographical regions of Pennsylvania and differing political makeups. Some are Republican while others are Democrat, which means that this will be a balanced investigation.

Earlier today from his property in Bedminster, New Jersey, President Trump announced he will be the lead plaintiff in a class-action lawsuit against Big Tech giants Facebook, Google and Twitter as well as their executive officers.

President Trump has assembled some big lawyers and big money to go after the tech monopoly.  In my opinion the lawsuit is well timed, well framed and well positioned to succeed.  This is a good battle to undertake and the southern district of Florida is a good legal venue for the fight.

In a remarkable display of how committed the Democrat party is to utilizing the narrative of domestic extremism for their own benefit, Nancy Pelosi is placing satellite field offices for the DC Capitol Police in key regions around the country.  When we consider the FBI has field offices all over the country, you might ask: why does the Capitol Hill police need to expand beyond Washington DC?

Essentially, what Nancy Pelosi is doing is expanding the federal law enforcement mechanism of the legislative branch into specific areas where they can investigate political opposition armed with legal authority.

This is a concerning shift in events; however, there is a likelihood such a move is connected to the larger political goal of enhanced federal enforcement to quell any rebellion, while working in concert with the DOJ.

WASHINGTON — The U.S. Capitol Police on Tuesday announced that the agency was opening regional field offices in California and Florida to investigate threats to members of Congress in the wake of the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol.

Threats against members of Congress have increased in recent years. As of Tuesday, total threats so far in 2021 were double what they were at this point a year ago, according to Capitol Police.

[…] “At this time, Florida and California are where the majority of our potential threats are,” a department spokesperson said in a statement. “The field offices will be the first for the Department. A regional approach to investigating and prosecuting threats against Members is important, so we will be working closely with the U.S. Attorney’s Offices in those locations.”

This was so predictable CTH wrote about it HERE.  Several states responded to the call from Texas Governor Greg Abbott asking for allied states to send law enforcement and national guard to secure the southern border after the Biden administration actively, intentionally and purposefully works to keep it open.

With the potential for cooperation from states, what I call “extreme federalism“, to secure the border regardless of the Federal inaction, an assembly of various activist groups are petitioning the White House to confront the states with direct military action.

The League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), a far-left communist advance group, is asking Joe Biden to fight the state effort with all measures possible, including armed confrontation.

WASHINGTON DC – […] “We told the president in no uncertain terms, this is an insurrection by recalcitrant and rebellious states that must be stopped,” says Domingo Garcia, national president of LULAC. He said Mr. Abbott, who hosted former President Donald Trump for a border visit last week, was “fomenting dangerous racial hatred targeting Latinos.”

As we have mentioned previously, the United States Department of Justice is prepared to use federal law enforcement (FBI) to secure their position.  The purpose of the announcements should be clear to everyone.  We discussed and outlined the background previously.  {Go Deep 1} and {Go Deep Two}

In the background of these maneuvers corporate Big Tech, corporate U.S. media and those DC politicians under the control of multinational corporations, have been instructed to push the “domestic extremist” narrative.

Any organized and articulate truth-tellers are considered subversive, ie. against the interests of the U.S. government.  The January 6th DC protest is being used as an illustrative example for that narrative.

In an intelligence community controlled operation (ex. General Stanley McCrystal), ideological deplatforming, censorship, content removal and ultimately control of voices who would warn of larger issues, continues daily.  […] “The group, Defeat Disinfo, will use artificial intelligence and network analysis to map discussion of [opposition] claims on social media. Let me be very clear… stop and hear the drums… Something is about to happen.  Approximately 100 million American voters are considered dissidents now.  Meanwhile the FBI is preparing for the American people to implement a grassroot solution to deal with a corrupt federal government; a solution I would call “extreme federalism”.

Governor Ron DeSantis, the information highlighted in the example below is provided as affirmation to what you likely already know; however, I provide the enhanced granular background to contemplate as you look toward the horizon.  This information is provided publicly because there is a purposeful reason to continue pulling back the curtain for a larger electoral awakening.

As a former congressman you know the duplicity of the bureaucratic federal system that you left behind.  The traditional framework of three co-equal branches of government has been usurped by a larger and deeper network now represented by terminology describing the intelligence community.  The example below highlights just one way the system is self-protecting.

On October 19, 2020, former U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr appointed John Durham as special prosecutor under authorities provided by DOJ regulations [28 cfr 600].  However, AG Bill Barr did not tell the public at the time of the appointment.  Within the original appointment AG Barr notes the reason for doing this quietly [Page 2, Paragraph (e)]:

“Pursuant to 28 C.F.R. § 600.9(b), I have determined that the notification requirement … should be tolled until at least after the November 3, 2020 election because legitimate and investigative privacy concerns warrant confidentiality.“

In essence, AG Bill Barr stated he did not want to impact the 2020 presidential election with a notification to congress or the public of this appointment.  While the justification for this approach is clearly within the unspoken rules of the DOJ not wanting to give the impression of interference in political elections, we must also accept these unspoken DOJ rules only flow in one direction – when Democrat party politicians need to be protected.

However, beyond the justification for not informing the public that U.S. Attorney John Durham was now empowered with special prosecutor authorities before the 2020 presidential election, there are much bigger issues that surface; and this must be accepted and discussed in its purposeful totality.

♦ Notification of the special prosecutor appointment did not surface until December 1, 2020, when AP journalist Michael Balsamo first wrote about it (SEE HERE).  Based on a recent widely-viewed article published in the Atlantic, we now know Balsamo was summoned by AG Barr to Main Justice for an informal lunch were several issues were discussed: “Barr’s betrayal came on December 1, over lunch in the attorney general’s private dining room with Michael Balsamo, a Justice Department beat reporter at the Associated Press.” (link)

After being duped, played and ultimately conned, by the duplicitous and Machiavellian deep state apparatchik known as former AG Bill Barr {Go Deep Here} it is no surprise to CTH why President Trump would be a level of angry that’s almost unfathomable.

Every word within this statement by President Trump is justified and warranted.

PRESIDENT TRUMP:  “RINO former Attorney General Bill Barr failed to investigate election fraud, and really let down the American people. Even the scam that took place in Georgia of ballot stuffing on camera, he couldn’t see what was wrong with it.

Just like he failed to understand the Horowitz report and let everyone down with respect to getting a timely investigation (where’s Durham?) on all of the corruption of the Obama-Biden Administration.

It’s people in authority like Bill Barr that allow the crazed Radical Left to succeed. He and other RINOs in the Republican Party are being used in order to try to convince people that the election was legitimate when so many incredible facts have now come out to show conclusively that it wasn’t.

He came in with a semi-bang and went out with a whimper. Earlier in his term Bill Barr went ballistic on CNN with Wolf Blitzer warning Democrats were changing election rules to flood the system with mail-in ballots that “as a matter of logic” are “very open to fraud.”

They are, and Bill Barr did nothing about it.
