To escape responsibility, Employers will try to sidestep responsibility by outsourcing the actual injection to a 3rd party contracted nurse, who then becomes the liable party. Employer will claim the injection was voluntary. Ask the person doing the injection if they are an employee of the company requiring the vaccine and if not, what is the status of their liability insurance because you refuse to be injected unless the company is liable or the nurse is liable. Refuse to sign a waiver of liability in any consent form (there will certainly be one). You cannot be forced to waive liability for an experimental mRNA gene therapy.

OSHA “turned off” (for lack of a better word) the recording/reporting rules for now.
But yet they use OSHA to mandate a vaccine.
They are already doing this in Nursing Homes . The Nursing Homes Nurses give flu shot but the COVID shot are given by Pharmacies (The 3rd party is the Pharmacies).
Technically, it is no longer experimental. That said, INFORMED consent should also be an avenue of attack. There are other undocumented chemicals in these mRNA jabs, but I imagine this would be only available AFTER you have damages and the jab.

I work in a Nursing Home. I am here to tell you if you have a family member in one I would make arrangement to get them home. I know where I work that more then half the staff will not be pushed into taking that shot. We are already short there is no way to care for the people if the staff refuse and is fired.

Weather a Nation, a large City, are small town. We are ordered to stay at home, wear a mask and not come out. I had signed a contract to go back overseas for a good bit of $ in Dec 2019 + was waiting for the Visa to process in Jan 2020 when the Covid Madness first began to rise.
I gave it a very high % chance – Trump would never get a 2nd Term + the world would turn to crap.
I knew I didn’t want to be overseas when that happened, because it would be difficult to get back home without having to comply with things I could not bring myself to do, and the place I was going was not the kind you want to be stranded in as the world turns to crap.
I cancelled the contract + got my passport back. (Since then, I’ve burned it. I doubt I’ll ever again fly to travel in the US much less overseas.)
I started stocking up on basic necessities, because I guessed the job I had at the time would eventually require masks. A few months later, it did. I quit when I got to work + they said we had to start wearing them.
I lived off those supplies until I found a non-corporate-related, small, independent place to work in which I felt the owner would not require masks or vaccination until the government absolutely forced him to do it.
When that does happen – as I expect it will – I’ll quit it.
I’m not going to wear a mask. I think I’ve done it maybe 3 times so far – and I have never been back to the places that required it.
I will never get the vaccine or any other vaccine again. — I do not trust the Government or our Health Industry anymore. After the Election of 2020 – I have contempt for our broken institutions that no longer deserve our respect or compliance.
I thank God this did not happen earlier in my life when it would have been much harder to stick to my principles + beliefs.

Along SD’s descriptions of the brilliant, educated and all powerful vaxx’d needing the stupid, lowly, uneducated unvaxx’d to do their bidding, I suspect that many of the vaxx’d will not be with us after 2022. I attach Greg Hunter’s interview of Clif High for interests sake (below), who suggests 2022 could have 500x the normal death rate. Some of his stuff can sound funky but sometimes it ends up prophetic.

Clif made an interesting comments about a funeral home owner contact reporting a 3x higher number of nursing home death pickups each week since vaccinations started in December. That fits with the reported excess deaths in the CDC numbers that started escalating around mid-Nov and peaked late Feb or early March.
Why is the government so adamant about people getting an experimental gene therapy without long term safety data and now shown to have no long term vaccine effectiveness. Why now in children under 16 without even EUA? Why vaxx young adults with low death rates when Ivermectin is cheap and reportedly effective when given early? Why not prophylaxis use?
Athletes in high school, college and professional sports are getting jabbed with various effects. One of my niece’s friends just got the vaxx and lost feeling and control in her arms with her first shot. Her motor skills seems to be coming back, but she’s far from her normal self.
In a small little circle of friends and family, I count 3 dead, 1 Bell’s Palsy and 1 loss of feeling and motor skills post-vaxx. Most were healthy, athletic 30-40 yo adults with ~0.002% of death if they got COVID.
