This admission published today will likely help the lawsuit filed by Georgia plaintiff Garland Favorito who previously won a legal fight to audit 145,000 Atlanta area absentee ballots.  The county has appealed the judge’s ruling granting access, and filed a motion to dismiss the case (squashing the audit). The judge will hear arguments later this month.  Today they admit 24% of the absentee ballots (one in four) are missing chain of custody documents.

GEORGIA – In a stunning admission about the critical chain of custody documents for absentee ballots deposited into drop boxes in the November 3, 2020 election, a Fulton County election official told The Georgia Star News on Wednesday that “a few forms are missing” and that “some procedural paperwork may have been misplaced.”

A Star News analysis of drop box ballot transfer forms for absentee ballots deposited in drop boxes provided by Fulton County in response to an Open Records Request showed that 385 transfer forms out of an estimated 1,565 transfer forms Fulton County said should have been provided are missing – a number that is significantly greater than “a few” by any objective standard.

This is one of those interesting explanations that comes in handy later on.  Arizona Senate Liaison Ken Bennett explains what “duplicated ballots” are, what creates them (interesting), and what is the process for auditing them.  I was unaware in Arizona -under some circumstances- you can vote by email and Fax machine.

Mr. Bennett explains there are approximately two pallets of duplicated ballots that also need to go through the hand count audit phase of the Maricopa County forensic audit.  Approximately 22 to 25 boxes containing ballots that were sent to duplication; and a slightly smaller number of boxes of finished ballots from that duplication request that need to be matched to the originating ballot.  [Rumble Video Link]

According to the VAERS reporting system (within the CDC) there were 5,997 currently reported fatalities in 2021 attributed to vaccinations during the first half of this year.

Of that 5,997 number: 5,888 are directly attributed to COVID vaccinations.

By comparison in 2020 there were 365 total fatalities attributed to vaccines.

The 2021 data reflects a stunning increase.

Moments ago President Donald Trump addressed the assembly at Mike Lindell’s “Frank Speech” rally in Wisconsin.  President Trump discussed the fraudulent 2020 election and rallied the crowd behind the MAGA message and ongoing movement.  [Link to Rumble Video]

The president said “the reason they want to silence us is because of the election” … “cancel culture -call it what you will- the reason is because of the election.”  Additionally President Trump made note of the ongoing audits with special attention to Arizona.

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell is holding a MAGA rally in Somerset, Wisconsin, today at 11:30am CT / 12:30pm ET.

Several prominent speakers are expected to attend along with a livestream video message from President Donald Trump.

Lindell has been leading an effort for a full forensic recount of the 2020 election and has identified numerous ballot and voting issues which he has brought before the courts in an effort to draw attention to election fraud. President Trump supports the efforts of Lindell.

Arizona GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward provides an update Thursday night on the status of the Maricopa County ballot audit.  Physical ballot counting is almost complete and delegations from Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Alaska, Colorado, Utah, Oklahoma, Washington State and Michigan have all attended and reviewed the operation.

The widespread national interest is likely what has triggered the DOJ.  Additionally, there are early reports that ballots are missing and the final tally will not match the reported number of ballots counted.  Interesting possibilities.

Michigan attorney Matthew DePerno, on behalf of plaintiff William Bailey, files a motion [pdf available here] with Judge Kevin Eslenheimer for reconsideration of prior rulings given the nature of new evidence discovered by the legal team in Antrim County.

The 42-page brief contains new findings within the data forensics of the county.  Two larger items include the remote log-on of the system by someone anonymous who was not at the election office.  The implication is that the system was connected to the internet; and the user did not have to enter identifying credentials for their entries.

The second larger item is the identification of modifications, specific irregularities, of the ballots outer markings that led to a rejection of the ballots and the need for adjudication.  [Full pdf is here]

Color me increasingly suspicious of the sudden ‘uptick’ in cyber hacking reports. The timeline tells a bigger story and my hunch is this is the creation of cover for a future U.S. government position that audit outcomes should be ignored because cyber security breaches are common.

In March of this year the media reported about the U.S. Department of Homeland Security getting ready to hire public companies, individual contractors outside government, to scour public data and social media in order to provide information for the new “domestic terror watch lists.” From the description it appeared DHS was going to pay “big tech” (Google, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, SnapChat, Twitter, etc.), via contracts, to hire and organize internal monitoring teams to assist the government by sending information on citizens they deem “dangerous”, ie “domestic extremists” {LINK}.

To facilitate that national security objective the Feds were going to need to work with outside government entities, FBI contractors, to permit access to monitoring systems. However, additionally interesting…. immediately after that DHS announcement suddenly there’s an uptick in cyber intrusions, pipelines hacked etc. Then the FBI says they recovered the ransom payment by knowing the private credentials to the hackers. That’s very fishy.

Now today:

(Daily Mail) Hackers have stolen 26 million user logins for tech giants including Amazon, Apple, Facebook as well as vital payment information in the latest online security breach.

The malware hack, exposed by cybersecurity provider NordLocker, also saw payment details nabbed from 3.25 million computers that run Windows software. It was uncovered after researchers discovered a 1.2 terabyte database filled with stolen personal information.

Friend of the Treehouse, John Spiropoulos, is focusing additional effort on providing video resources for parents that are engaging in the fight against the indoctrination within our public school systems.   As John shares: “My objective is not to just raise awareness through typical Internet channels but to distribute all the materials free of charge to parent groups who want to use it to recruit and educate parents in their communities and to lobby school boards.”

As Mr. Spiropoulos attempts to help parents and concerned citizens with information about the current education dangers he explained, “while much of the discussion of Critical Race Theory is at the 30,000 foot level, my goal is to bring it down to the classroom level. CRT-influenced curriculum is in the face of students in any number of

“Parents across the country are opposing the use of use of Critical Race Theory to design the curriculum for students in elementary and high school. In this update Republican Party Chairwoman Kelli Ward gives shares the background information on exactly what the audit involves after her own tour of the Maricopa County ballot audit facility. Mrs. Ward notes there are only three pallets of ballots left to be reviewed by hand before a high resolution digital image process begins on each and every ballot (Ward gives details).

Additionally, the Arizona audit team are reporting that “9 state delegations touring the audit tomorrow“, Friday June 11th. Previously, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Nevada, Wisconsin, Virginia and Alaska were reported to have sent legislative members to the audit facility to review the process.

This is an interesting ‘behind the scene’ update for those who are following the process.

Keep the pressure on.  Election integrity is the #1 priority for our nation. We need every state legislature to hear from citizens and start to use their power to do audits of their own election procedures.  Every state should be sending a delegation to Arizona to see the process of a full forensic audit AND canvass.
