The Lawfare activists are screaming foul because the Arizona Senate is not turning over documents from ongoing investigative measures taking place during the audit of Maricopa County.   The group known as American Oversight is a Lawfare group working on behalf of the DNC and allied left-wing activists.  They have filed suit against the Arizona senate trying to find evidence they can use to marginalize the audit before the findings are made public.

Seemingly pretending not to know about the separation of power between the state legislative body and the state judicial branch, the activists are filing suits to get access to the evidence in an ongoing Senate investigation.  Essentially, this is akin to demanding to sue for legislative content before the Senate can create the law and/or the harm from that law.

It is a clear Lawfare fishing expedition.

Remember, in order for far-left ideologues to advance their ideology, and/or ideological narratives, they must pretend not to know things.  Another way to look at this is the Arizona Senate subpoena -which initiated the audit- is akin to an ongoing investigation.  The Lawfare group are trying to get custody of details of the investigative techniques being used (forensic audit) in order to undermine the investigation itself.

To advance this narrative the leftists are using another Alinsky maneuver: “make your opposition live up to their own rules”.  The Lawfare tribe is accusing the Arizona Senate of not being transparent in their process.

An easy smack-down (with a current familiarity) would be to juxtapose this Lawfare demand against the House Judiciary Committee as they worked to assemble the articles of impeachment behind closed doors.  The leftist tribe would clutch their pearls if anyone sued them to find out in advance what details were being assembled in the articles before they were made public…. but that’s essentially what their demand is in Arizona.

Former Arizona Secretary of State and current senate liaison for the Maricopa County audit, Ken Bennett, gives an interesting interview to John Fredricks Outside The Beltway podcast to share the current status of the Maricopa County audit.

Mr. Bennett notes the hand audit of the original ballots is nearing completion as they finish out the last several batches of duplicated ballots. However, the audit of the electronic records is more challenging because the Maricopa Board of Supervisors are refusing to give information related to the Routers used (verification of non-internet connection) and administrative passwords for the tabulation machines.

Additionally, the auditors need to review 1.9 million envelopes that need to have signatures in order to qualify as valid mail-in ballots/votes.  Without signatures the envelopes should never have been opened and the ballots disqualified.  The audit team needs to check the envelopes for signatures.  There will also be a few weeks where physical canvassing of the region will take place for identified “voting anomalies” (ex. 52 ballots from a single family home).   The entire process is likely to flow into August before the final report is assembled.  WATCH:

Arizona GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward provides an update today on the Maricopa County ballot audit and other election integrity issues.

As Mrs. Ward notes the hand count portion of the audit is complete with only the braille ballots left to be reviewed.  However, one of the larger issues of election integrity needs to continue being highlighted, ballot harvesting.  The issue of ballot harvesting is rife with the potential for fraud.  Mrs Ward notes the process of ballot harvesting does not align with chain-of-custody requirements and the people, groups and organizations who conduct ballot harvesting have a sketchy history.

What the chairwoman calls “ballot harvesters”, should also be identified as “voting mules”.  The term mule will surface more frequently as it differentiates between taking custody of a legitimate ballot on behalf of a voter, versus a process of creating votes through manipulation of ballots and voter files.

A mule will collect or retrieve blank ballots, take them to a centralized processing facility where they are filled out, and then drop them off at ballot collection sites.  While both processes are fraught with election manipulation, there is a significant difference in what a harvester does -vs- what a mule does.

Tucker Carlson did an extensive monologue and interview last night as a review of the January 6th DC protest contrast against the likelihood of FBI organization and coordination.  Many are calling this a brave discussion because Carlson will likely face backlash for the overview.   As CTH has noted often, the politicization of the U.S. intelligence apparatus is the biggest threat to our constitutional republic.  In this segment Carlson arrives at the same conclusion.

Carlson used a Revolver article (SEE HERE) by Darren Beattie as the framework for the discussion.  The additional examples Carlson uses are familiar to CTH readers as we have used them before to highlight how politically corrupt the FBI has become.  For those who missed the segment it is in the first 15 minutes of the video below (likely will not last long). Unfortunately, and completely understandably due to the content being outlined, both Carlson and Beattie need to couch their words carefully.  However, CTH does not.

Often when discussion of these issues takes place, too much time is exhausted presenting supportive material in order to defend yourself from attacks by those who wish to block the conversation. CTH takes the position that our library of evidence is enough to stand alone.  As a consequence we have long passed the point of needing to present endless examples to backstop the analysis.  Quite simply it makes the research outlines too repetitive and too lengthy.

Avoiding the pitfalls of exhaustive repetition for points that are, by now, brutally obvious; and considering the urgency in the matters being discussed; it’s worth just accepting a few baselines as we move forward.

Wendy Rogers, State Senator representing Arizona’s 6th legislative district, gives an interview to One America News on the status of the Maricopa County ballot audit and the propaganda that is being launched against their efforts.  As Representative Rogers notes the Arizona Senate only has a one vote margin in favor of Republicans, and it is that slim margin that supports the ongoing verification of the election integrity.

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich [Twitter Acct Here] writes a strong letter to U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland and Deputy AG Lisa Monaco after their public threats to intervene in state election audits.

While reminding the DOJ about the 10th amendment, Brnovich writes: The DOJ seems “more interested in supporting the hysterical outcries of leftist pundits on cable television, rather than the rule of law.” … “My office is not amused by the DOJ’s posturing and will not tolerate any effort to undermine or interfere with our State Senate’s audit to reassure Arizonans of the accuracy of our elections:

The left-wing extremist Saul Alinsky famously instructed his radical followers on the best way to attack their political opposition.  Alinsky told his communist crew to “Isolate, Ridicule and Marginalize” their opponents.  In the decades since those first Rules for Radicals were published the instructions have been used and adapted on a continual basis by a growing faction inside the Democrat apparatus.

President Barack Obama then brought an entire cabinet of people who followed those instructions into the federal government and they spread out like fertilizer over the seeded embeds within every institution.  After twelve years of the Obama-led operatives purging a replacing people within government with like-minded followers the cancer of left-wing radicalism metastasized.

Key institutions of government (across all branches at the federal level) are now controlled and operated by Socialist/Marxist/Communist ideologues and agitators.  The intelligence agencies and justice system are particularly filled with political operatives.  The unified coup de grâce was the manipulation of the 2020 presidential election by national political activists using mail-in ballots, and supporting local operatives within targeted precincts.

The flaw in their 2020 strategy was the transparency of the manipulation.  It was the scale of the manipulation that made the fraud so visible.  However, once that Rubicon was crossed the outcome must be protected at all costs by those previously mentioned institutions and their leadership.

When we described the upcoming battle their activity has predictably created, I said this:  “I would expect the government response … will be a combination of the DOJ/FBI “domestic extremist” narratives, combined with racism accusations and claims of election disinformation.”  Put another way: “The Alinsky model: Isolate, Ridicule and Marginalize your political opposition in combination with the use of arrests and threats by the justice department.”

The next war will not come from foreign soil, it is about to happen based on a great awakening in the heavily corrupt and manipulated voting system in the United States.  The battle is about to happen right here on our soil.

BIG PICTURE – United States Attorney General Merrick Garland is pre-positioning assets from the DOJ and FBI [LINK].  Simultaneous to this, the U.S. military leadership is purging patriots and putting all service members under surveillance [LINK].  These two factual events are directly related.

In the background of these maneuvers Big Tech and Corporate Media have been instructed to push the “domestic extremist” narrative; and any truth-tellers are considered subversive and against the interests of the U.S. government.  The January 6th DC protest is being used as evidence for that narrative.  Deplatforming, censorship and ultimately control of voices who would warn of the larger issues continues daily.

Let me be very clear… stop and hear the drums… Something is about to happen.

I give this report from the audit in Maricopa County, Arizona, a little more weight for two reasons: First, Patrick Howley is generally accurate in his reporting by disposition; and second, the source of the information is on record, not anonymous.

If this reporting turns out to be accurate, this will be an explosive development.  However, that said, if this report is accurate… this is likely the reason why Maricopa County officials have been fighting the audit, hiring lawyers and positioning themselves in an attempt to undermine the chain-of-custody of the ballots.

Remember, the county Board of Supervisors would not let the State Senate audit take place in their tabulations center.  In an effort to block and stall the audit, the county officials forced the audit organizers to transfer the tabulation machines and truckloads of ballots to the Veterans Coliseum.  Then the board of supervisors held closed-door meetings (shutting out the public) with their lawyers.

ARIZONA – Several hundred thousand votes that were counted in Maricopa County, Arizona are associated with missing ballots, according to an audit organizer who is speaking regularly with people on the audit floor.

“We found a ballot shortage, anywhere from 5 to 10 percent of the votes,” Josh Barnett, an audit organizer who led the affidavit drive to make the audit happen, tells NATIONAL FILE. “It looks like a couple hundred thousand ballots are unaccounted for. The ballots are missing.”
