Maria Bartiromo interviews Saudi Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal about his relationship with Crown Prince Mohamed Bin Salman (MbS) and the Khashoggi murder. Apparently Ms. Bartiromo, who has met MbS personally, is not a fan. Then again, there are financial relationships between Fox media and Saudi interests that might also have bearing…
The Senate Judiciary Committee has released a lengthy report (full pdf below) containing the investigative material from the senate investigation of the Kavanaugh accusations.
On page #27 of the report the senate committee notes their intent to continue investigating the role of retired FBI Agent Monica Lee McLean, who appears to have been ‘handling‘ accuser and best friend, Christine Blasey-Ford: It always seemed curious how the Senate committee never redacted the name Monica McLean when first releasing the investigative material containing her involvement. Always curious… (more…)
Dan Bongino has a very interesting podcast interview with George Papadopoulos. One of the important aspects of this interview is it’s the first time Papadopoulos is interviewed by someone who knows all the details to the backstory. [Hit the orange button to play]

Ohio Representative Jim Jordan discusses President Trump’s record with the insufferable Neil “eeyore” Cavuto.
Jim Jordan’s Ohio district is home to one of the largest U.S. manufacturing regions in the country. If there is any representative who understands how MAGAnomics is providing benefits to the heartland middle-class it’s Jim Jordan.
Thankfully, NEC Chairman Larry Kudlow knows the dance with the dragon is well beyond his advanced skill-set. Kudlow is too earnest to enter the cunning matrix of deception as it pertains to Beijing’s geopolitical strategies, Chairman Xi Jinping and President Trump.
As such Kudlow speaks in distant terms while allowing the ‘killers’, specifically U.S.T.R. Lighthizer, Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross and President Trump, to engage as planned.

Nuance and subtlety is everything in China. Culturally harsh tones are seen as a sign of weakness and considered intensely impolite in public displays between officials; especially amid adversaries. Respect is earned through strength and cunning.
There is no doubt in my mind that President Trump has a very well thought out long-term strategy regarding China. President Trump takes strategic messaging toward the people of china very importantly. President Trump has, very publicly, complimented the friendship he feels toward President Xi Jinping; and praises Chairman Xi for his character, strength and purposeful leadership. Trump knows how to play their panda/dragon games. (more…)
In a rather epic tweet directed toward the totalitarian government of Iran, President Trump reminds everyone, particularly the enabling EU, that on November 5th a massive set of economic sanctions will begin again.
(White House) REIMPOSING ALL SANCTIONS: President Donald J. Trump is reimposing the toughest sanctions ever on Iran, targeting many of the corrupt regime’s critical sectors.
On November 5, 2018, all United States sanctions that were lifted under the disastrous Iran nuclear deal will be fully reimposed.
Together with the unprecedented sanctions actions taken by the Trump Administration, this will be the toughest sanctions regime ever imposed on Iran.
Ever since candidate Trump announced his intent to run for the presidency in 2015, CTH has mapped out the economic possibilities of applied MAGAnomic policy. Once you absorb the ramifications within the intentional policy shift from Wall Street (global) to Main Street (America first), every downstream result is essentially common sense.
One of the reasons the professional political class hate Trump is simply because he applies common sense policy built upon the cornerstone of America-first. Decades of pontificating political economic policy are dispatched; and the American economic engine roars.
Earlier today House Judiciary Committee member Mark Meadows (hopefully the next chairman) tweeted out a troubling concern regarding the FBI and George Papadopoulos. Additionally, Meadows sent the Presiding FISC Judge Rosemary Collyer a letter of inquiry and notification from the committee. [More on that in another post]
Meadows notes there is a likelihood the FBI have tapes of Papadopoulos as part of their counterintelligence scheme to target the Trump campaign. The importance of this comes from within the timeline of events in July 2017, when President Trump was in office – and AFTER the Robert Mueller special counsel was in place. ie. “The insurance policy.”
In response to the FBI issues; and giving a peek at the likely closed-door testimony; George Papadopoulos responded via twitter drawing attention to the background of a series of events CTH previously outlined. It would appear Mr. Papadopoulos is now aware the FBI was conducting a sting operation, and setting him up using an FBI/CIA asset. (more…)
More fantastic MAGAnomic numbers today to bolster the great news from yesterday. ADP/Moody’s private payroll analysis shows 227,000 jobs gained in October, and September’s revised actual payroll numbers increased from 218k to 230k.
The ADP hiring analysis reflects continued strong jobs growth across the U.S. with private sector employment increasing by 227,000 jobs in October. This exceeds the earlier projections where analysts were expecting 189,000 new jobs added during the month.
The October payroll increase was the highest since February 2018. Additionally, the Bureau of Labor Statistics released their latest employment cost summary today showing overall wage growth in September of 2.8% year-over-year. (more…)
A few months ago, when discussing overall immigration policy, I wrote: “There is no greater disconnect from ordinary Americans -on any singular issue- than the policy positions of Democrats and Republicans in Washington DC surrounding immigration. President Donald Trump is confronting their unified interests.” The reaction from Speaker of the House Paul Ryan is directly related to this truism:
(Via Associated Press) […] The top Republican tells WVLK radio in Kentucky, “Well you obviously cannot do that. You cannot end birthright citizenship with an executive order.”
Ryan’s comments Tuesday offered a rare challenge to the president — from his own party. […] Ryan says Republicans didn’t like when then-President Barack Obama “tried changing immigration laws via executive action. He says “obviously as conservatives we believe in the Constitution.”
