Saw a comment in another blog state that Trump’s EO 13848-Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election is still in effect. T]he term “election infrastructure” means information and communications technology and systems used by or on behalf of the Federal Government or a State or local government in managing the election process, including voter registration databases, voting machines, voting tabulation equipment, and equipment for the secure transmission of election results. And what a way to alert the public to election fraud than have an election illustrate blatant election fraud like we are seeing in many states. This is a way to have the public aware so if EO 13848 is put in effect public opinion will support the decision.
The next 7 weeks will not be boring, especially if Trump follows through on his E.O. 13848.

From Indiana – We are flipping Blue by various news reports locally. We’ve just handed a $4B budget surplus to lunatics for them to pillage.
We had no good choices because those in office “assumed” and were tone deaf… and care very little for the voters here. Their arrogance showed them the door. In agreement, this does not pass the sniff test. I think both parties worked in tandem. Trump still has veto power, and if still takes 67 Senators to remove him. Or, to override his veto.
When Obama and the Dems lost the midterms both times, they stubbornly pressed ahead. Trump can do the same.

President Trump is absolutely correct on how to rebuild America’s strength, self-reliance and economic security. His policies are sound. The Leftists promising the moon are fools and cannot govern the USA. We are lucky to have President Trump to work so hard to strengthen our nation. No other man could have stood against these communist scoundrels for the good of our future Republic. The man is a giant among our other presidents.
President Trump is a grown-up who operates in the real world. It’s a tough world and pretending the right politicians can make all your dreams come true is dangerous thinking.

Say Republicans lose the House and the Senate. Then what?
Start with the Senate. It’s been a graveyard under Thune. John Thune is a Bush Republican — RINO, Republican In Name Only — to his bones. As Majority Leader, he has spent two years managing Democrats instead of defeating them. When your own leader already treats the minority like a partner, handing it the gavel is a change of nameplate, not of direction.
Now the House. A Democratic House has one real move: investigate. Hearings. Document demands. Another round of hearings. That is the entire playbook. But a congressional subpoena is only paper until somebody enforces it. A contempt referral goes to the Justice Department. If the demand is a partisan fishing trip, DOJ has no duty to chase it. Without DOJ, nobody is forced to comply and nobody pays a price. It’s cameras, not consequences.
One caveat — they control the purse strings. Investigations may go nowhere, but a Democratic House can still choke funding for anything the administration wants. What they can’t do is defund DOJ. The one lever that makes the rest of their playbook work is the one lever they don’t hold. Even if Republicans lose the House, the administration doesn’t lose its investigative arm. Trump’s Fraud Whistleblower Incentive Program does the same work the House would — gathering tips, routing them to inspectors general, surfacing fraud in programs like SNAP, healthcare, and unemployment — except it sits inside DOJ, which controls intake, routing, and charging.
A Democratic House can subpoena all it wants. This mechanism doesn’t need their permission to move. That’s the difference between a stage and a courtroom. And the tips aren’t coming only from Republicans. The Somali fraud network in Minnesota has already pulled in Democratic officials and donors — and the same program isn’t limited to one state. If the dime drops in California or Michigan or anywhere else, DOJ follows it. Unlike a congressional witch hunt, which dies the moment DOJ shrugs, these investigations end in charges. That’s not a witch hunt when the evidence walks in the door on its own.
A double loss would also rattle Iran. With Washington gridlocked after January, Trump would have every incentive to settle accounts with Tehran before the new Congress can tie his hands. Distraction at home is the one thing that historically slows him down abroad — remove it, and the clock on Tehran speeds up.
Then there is the pardon power. Article II, plain as day. And Democrats wrote the newest rules for it themselves. Joe Biden pardoned his son Hunter for anything going back to 2014. On his way out the door, he pardoned Anthony Fauci, Gen. Mark Milley, the entire January 6 committee and its staff, and five members of his own family. Most of them were never charged with anything. They were pardoned in advance. So if Democrats take the House tonight and aim witch hunts at Trump or his allies, that same precedent means a lot of people could be shielded for the last ten years before any charge ever lands. When the same party that cheered all of that cries abuse over a pardon, ask them a simple question: where was your conscience in January 2025? That standard cuts both ways, starting at the ballot box.
If the night ends badly, don’t despair. Two years of Democrat subpoenas aren’t a government. They’re a stage.

John Thune can now broker Republican votes for Democrat legislation to enrich himself and other turncoat GOPe senators. The Bush wing of the RINOs only care that they have constrained PDJT…or is they believe. Expect a government shutdown down in December. Expect the house to impeach Trump again and expect Thune in the senate to support it or at least make it appear like he will support it as revenge for John Cornyn being defeated in the Texas Republican primary.
I share the view of many here that this result does not seem plausible considering the economy, the money spent by Republicans, the huge crowds at Trump rallies, the closing of the border, etc, etc. I smell massive voter fraud once again via the infamous machines that tabulate our votes. What does it say when all major news agencies that give us official election results are far left leaning news sources.(CNN, NYTimes, AP). We should have knows when SAVE American vote died in senate.

McConnell has always been happier in the minority than in the majority. It’s easier to fund raise when you are in the minority.
Over the last year and a half how many times have we wondered why the House and Senate did nothing. Why they didn’t pass into law what was extremely popular with 80 % of the population. Why they rolled over so easily. It was always to lead to this.
While many are upset tonight, McConnell, Thune, Cornyn, and all their minions are quite happy. They think they have defeated us so that can regain their little bit of power. Because with that power is how they make money. They need the money to flow freely again and that’s all that matters to them.

Most voters are not students of politics and listen to the main stream ” trusted” media for their perspectives and opinions. The left knows this and captured the media long ago.
The Dems were in a panic lately, but an election has a way of steadying the nerves and stiffening the spine, while losing fractures the GOP who had no unified stand and did not know how to make their case, partly because the media had defined the terms of discussion unfavorable to a traditional American outlook.
Trump is still President and he is not one to give up. But being 80 takes its toll. You can’t do at 80 what you did at 60, or 70.
