Goldman has hired Judge Merchan’s daughter – a clear conflict of interest. Additionally, Goldman has admitted to coaching Trump witness Michael Cohen prior to his testimony. Goldman is a dirtbag, but he is not the judge or seated with the jury. He can coach Cohen all he wants. And with Goldman’s top notch coaching skills, Cohen will likely end up with new perjury charges.
There is a significant number, a majority even, of Democrats that seem to be motivated by extreme prejudice. Goldman seems chief among them. They don’t just have TDS but DEI on the brain and it is getting worse.
I believe that the ‘clear conflict of interest’ that is referred to is for Merchan not Goldman. It is due to his daughter’s connection with the DNC.

Goldman pays Merchan’s daughter. Goldman coaches witness that appears in front of Merchan.
Goldman is paying the judge’s family and coaching the judge’s witness.
Goldman might as well be bribing Merchan to accept what witness has been coached to say by Goldman.
And he probably is.
The people who purposely overlook this are either here to troll or they are truly ignorant.

Goldman is coaching the Prosecution’s witness not the Judges witness. The Judge does not have witnesses. He is supposed to be a neutral in legal trials. However in this case it is obvious the judge and prosecution are on the same side, so I guess it is not too far off to call the witness the judge’s witness. Watching this trial is like watching the scene in “Raiders of the Lost Ark” when they open the tomb and it is full of writhing snakes.
Judges witnesses = witnesses appearing in his court. That’s what I meant.
Because this witness was coached by someone paying his family, the judge might be more inclined to allow all sorts of sketchy testimony.
I recall the left going nuts about Clarence Thomas’s wife Ginny doing work for DJT and conservative causes and demanding that Thomas recuse himself from cases as a result. I did not agree with the left regarding Thomas, nor do I agree with Hageman’s view regarding Goldman. You may disagree with me, but Goldman has nothing to do with the trial, the judge, the jury or prosecutors, so I don’t see a conflict with Goldman’s coaching of Cohen.

Let’s paint the conflict of interest in simple terms for you:
The judge is a Democrat. He donates to Democratic campaigns. His Daughter runs a Democratic money machine—she and her dad make money off of this charade- look at the donors. Dan Goldman gives to Merchan’s daughter- he’s a donor. Money goes back to judge and his daughter. Judge keeps case alive….Goldman’s not the only one donating. And by the way, he’s a sitting Rep, from the opposite party….you know, donating to people conducting election interference…..
Additionally, Bragg’s team includes Mr. Collengello, who used to be third in the DOJ. He stepped down and joined Bragg. Collengello- also a Democrat. (There seems to be theme with these people….can’t put my finger on it though).
