People want examples of work the Intelligence Branch conducts, specifically how it protects itself.  Here is an example before going further tomorrow.

Yes, the history of the U.S. national security apparatus goes back decades; however, the weaponization of that apparatus, the creation of an apex branch of government, the Intelligence Branch, originated under President Barack Obama.

Obama took the foundational tools created by Bill Clinton and George Bush and used the intelligence system architecture to create a weapon for use in his fundamental transformation. An alliance of ideologues within government (intel community) and the private sector (big tech and finance) was assembled, and the largest government weapon was created.  Think about this every time you take your shoes off at an airport.

After the weapon was assembled and tested (Arab Spring), the legislative branch was enjoined under the auspices of a common enemy, Donald J Trump, an outsider who was a risk to every entity in the institutional construct of Washington DC.

Trillions were at stake, and years of affluence and influence were at risk as the unholy alliance was put together.   Again, Steyn and Greenwald discuss the result, but overlook the critical cornerstone that Obama set. WATCH:

To understand the risk that Julian Assange represented to U.S. Intelligence Branch interests, it is important to understand just how extensive the operations of the FBI/CIA were in 2016.

It is within the network of foreign and domestic intel operations where Intelligence Branch political tool, FBI Agent Peter Strzok, was working as a bridge between the CIA and FBI counterintelligence operations.

This is a great example of how the Intelligence Branch of the U.S. government now operates.  Not only did the NSA conduct surveillance of Tucker Carlson’s electronic communication, but the NSA also leaked Carlson’s emails to allied intelligence media (Axios, CNN, New York Times, Washington Post) who operate as PR firms on behalf of the Intelligence Branch.

I’ll keep repeating this for as many years as needed until people on our side finally catch-on.  The most well documented, evidenced and provable example of a severely compromised Intelligence Community operation to manipulate politics and shape U.S. media is found in the story of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) Security Director, James Wolfe, and his years of leaking classified information to the media.

The SSCI is supposed to be the primary oversight mechanism looking over U.S. intelligence operations and the people within them.  However, the SSCI has partnered with the Intelligence Community (writ large) in a collaborative effort to (1) gain more power; then (2) retain that power.  The SSCI functions as the mechanism that permits the existence of the most powerful branch of government.  The fourth branch, the ‘Intelligence Branch‘.

SSCI Security Director James Wolfe was told to leak the Top-Secret Title-1 FISA warrant used against Carter Page.  James Wolfe was told to leak the document to media.  Wolfe chose Ali Watkins (Buzzfeed) and others.  Wolfe was told to leak the FISA on March 17, 2017, by Senators in the committee, that’s why Wolfe was never prosecuted for leaking it by the DOJ.

Wolfe’s defense lawyers threatened to subpoena the senators on the committee {LINK}, and immediately the SSCI, with the help of the Mueller/Weissmann team, came to Wolfe’s rescue.   They simply could not let the background story ever surface.  Think deeply about the profound ramifications of that real world example.

Tucker Carlson used his TV broadcast on Wednesday night to continue pushing-back against NSA operational data collection that appears to have caught him in their surveillance dragnet.  However, what Carlson (and many others) have yet to reconcile is the totality of control held by the newest branch of government, the Intelligence Branch.

CTH has been contacted by numerous interested stakeholders in the larger dynamic.  Tomorrow we hope to be able to give readers an explanation of exactly how each traditional branch of government; including the administrative agencies within them; have been taken over by a methodical expansion of the Intelligence Community.  Everything is now controlled by the Intelligence Branch, and the underlying mechanisms of government have abdicated, perhaps even abandoned, their oversight.

In the interim, here’s the latest segment from Carlson along with one of CTH earlier outlines on how the NSA database became a surveillance tool for President Barack Obama.  We are almost 15 years into a process that facilitates the Intelligence Branch as the most powerful -and unelected- governmental system.  After the Carlson segment remind yourself how President Obama exploited a process he created.

There is no workable solution to debate until the American people and congressional representatives admit and accept the totality of the current corrupt system.  In essence, until everyone realizes there is a fourth branch of government now in control.

The process to create the Intelligence Branch started around the time the office of the DNI was created (post 9/11/01).  However, it was President Obama and AG Eric Holder who took advantage of the framework the ODNI system created with an immediate and methodical plan in 2008.  The effectiveness of what they constructed shows up toward the end of the Obama presidency when they were using that system to assist Hillary Clinton.

That is the context to remember a time-frame between December 2015 and April 2016 when the NSA database was being exploited by contractors within the intelligence community, using windows opened by the Obama-era DOJ/FBI, to facilitate unauthorized searches.

The left-wing extremist Saul Alinsky famously instructed his radical followers on the best way to attack their political opposition.  Alinsky told his communist crew to “Isolate, Ridicule and Marginalize” their opponents.  In the decades since those first Rules for Radicals were published the instructions have been used and adapted on a continual basis by a growing faction inside the Democrat apparatus.

President Barack Obama then brought an entire cabinet of people who followed those instructions into the federal government and they spread out like fertilizer over the seeded embeds within every institution.  After twelve years of the Obama-led operatives purging a replacing people within government with like-minded followers the cancer of left-wing radicalism metastasized.

Key institutions of government (across all branches at the federal level) are now controlled and operated by Socialist/Marxist/Communist ideologues and agitators.  The intelligence agencies and justice system are particularly filled with political operatives.  The unified coup de grâce was the manipulation of the 2020 presidential election by national political activists using mail-in ballots, and supporting local operatives within targeted precincts.

The flaw in their 2020 strategy was the transparency of the manipulation.  It was the scale of the manipulation that made the fraud so visible.  However, once that Rubicon was crossed the outcome must be protected at all costs by those previously mentioned institutions and their leadership.

When we described the upcoming battle their activity has predictably created, I said this:  “I would expect the government response … will be a combination of the DOJ/FBI “domestic extremist” narratives, combined with racism accusations and claims of election disinformation.”  Put another way: “The Alinsky model: Isolate, Ridicule and Marginalize your political opposition in combination with the use of arrests and threats by the justice department.”

Okay, straight talk. This discovery makes the suspicions of an intentionally released Pandemic virus, with a political intent, to “STOP TRUMP” look exponentially more plausible. SARS = Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome, the deadly consequence within COVID-19.

With people beginning to recognize that U.S. government officials and the intelligence community have been less than honest, and in some cases downright lying, surrounding the origin of the SARS-CoV-2 virus; and when we overlay the political motives in the background of mass narrative deflection from media and other institutions; and when we consider the known lengths that people inside the U.S. government were willing to go in their efforts to eliminate President Trump; discovering that President Obama’s administration technically authorized the restart of “gain of function” research (biological weaponization of SARS virus) just days before President Trump took office… is way more than alarming.  My hunch is this link might even disappear [SEE HERE]

An even larger backstory. Eleven Days before leaving office President Obama’s administration re-authorized funding for the creation of biological weapons using SARS viruses. However, essentially this re-authorization was only kickstarting funding within the U.S. because the funding of weaponization of SARS-CoV-2 never actually stopped in 2014. The media reporting on this is misleading, if not downright false.

Newt Gingrich gave an interview to Maria Bartiromo this morning that is worth reviewing in total.  However, for this moment I want to key-in on a specific conversation topic at the 09:30 point of the video below.

The former Speaker is exactly correct.  Cheney is pre-positioning herself to run against the potential for a 2024 Trump re-election bid.  The objective here is transparently obvious.  Liz Cheney is the 2024 version of former 2016 candidate Evan McMullin.   Both Cheney and McMullin come from the same origin within the intelligence apparatus.  Let me be very clear about something…. The Intelligence Community are the deep state operatives who control government.

At the 30,000 foot level, the U.S. Intelligence Community, known as the “IC” are the people and institutions behind the entire operation of the United States government.  There are no longer three branches of government.  All branches (executive, legislative and judicial) now defer to the IC.  {Go Deep Here}

The IC network, including their ability to reach into all systems, networks, institutions and agencies for surveillance, contains all of the elements of control over all other institutions.  Former CIA operative Evan McMullin, running for president in 2016, was part of this system effort.  It is now crystal clear that Liz Cheney, daughter to former Def Sec. Dick Cheney, is operating on behalf of this same system effort. THAT is the connective tissue.

…. because the first outlet “Republicans” consider when they want to talk to other Republicans is The Washington Post right? /sarc… I digress.

Rather than spend time on this insufferable creature who is no longer relevant to the issues we face, allow me to point out the transparently obvious.

For over a decade the one constant in an ever-changing universe has been the specific outlets used to push public relations narratives.  Because this pattern is so predictable we have drawn attention to it frequently.

The FISA Court is Compromised

I hate to write this, but there is just no good way to look at this. The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, specifically Presiding Judge James Boasberg, has hired former DOJ National Security Division head, Mary McCord, as amici curiae advisor to the court. [LINK] The placement was first noted by an announcement from Georgetown Law ICAP.

Presiding Judge James Boasberg, is the decision-maker in the appointment of Amici Curiae to the FISA court. There is no way, NO WAY, Judge Boasberg does not know Mary McCord was at the epicenter of the fraudulent FISA application used against Carter Page. Remember, in addition to being the FISC Presiding Judge, Boasberg was also the trial judge in the case against Kevin Clinesmith, the FBI lawyer who lied about Page working for the CIA on the FISA application. {Go Deep}

Boasberg knows Mary McCord took over from former DOJ-NSD head John Carlin (October 2016); and it was McCord who guided the Carter Page FISA application through the court and across the finish-line (October 2016 and January 2017). That FISA application was built upon fraud and Mary McCord was at the center of it.

Mary McCord was also the DOJ-NSD official who went with Sally Yates to confront the White House Counsel, Don McGhan, about the Michael Flynn interview with the FBI. {Go Deep} It was also Mary McCord who had Michael Atkinson as the chief-legal-counsel for the DOJ-NSD -that’s her office attorney- when the FISA application was submitted in October 2016, and renewed in January 2017.

Michael Atkinson went from DOJ-NSD counsel to become the Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG). {Go Deep} In that new role Atkinson changed the rules to allow an anonymous CIA whistleblower (Ciaramella on behalf of Vindman) to file the complaint that led to the Ukraine impeachment effort. {Go Deep} Who was the lead lawyer in the Jerry Nadler led House Judiciary Committee? Glenn Greenwald has a great breakdown of a letter submitted by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) about the political weaponization of the intelligence community.  For those who have tracked this issue Greenwald’s article is well worth the read.

John Solomon at Just The News has obtained the FBI memos and 302 reports from their interviews and interactions with their enlisted spygate operative Stefan Halper.

The FBI documents outline how Stefan Halper was enlisted by the FBI for their operation to target the campaign of Donald Trump in 2016. Halper agreed to become a confidential human source (CHS) or spy for the FBI, and record contacts with several members of the Trump campaign in order to frame the Russian collusion narrative.

Despite secret recordings showing Carter Page clearly had no idea about any Russian connections to the campaign, or people within it; and despite Page clearly rebuking any effort to draw those inferences; the FBI still went forward with a Title-1 FISA surveillance warrant against Page and never informed the court of the exculpatory recordings.

SOLOMON – […] The memos show that the FBI instructed Halper in August 2016 not to focus on Papadopoulos first, but rather on Page, whom the FBI described as an “opportune target.” Papadopoulos was given the code name Crossfire Typhoon (CT), while Page was given the codename Crossfire Dragon (CD) in the memos.
