I have been asked to outline why the author of the “Steele Dossier”, former British intelligence officer Chris Steele, is doubling down on two central and disproven claims within his dossier.

In this preview segment of the Chris Steele interview with George Stephanopoulos, you will note that Steele denies two major flaws in his dossier: (1) the Russian pee-tapes story of Trump having Russian hookers peeing on him in a Moscow hotel; and (2) Michael Cohen traveling to Prague to facilitate the Trump-Russia collusion.

Both of these claims are ridiculous and debunked by Robert Mueller and FBI investigations, yet Chris Steele stands by them.  There is an obvious reason why Steele must stick to those claims; however, few people understand the deep background of both claims.  CTH knows the likelihood of both false claims and as a consequence we see the motive for why Steele needs to stick to them.  First, watch this preview segment (prompted):

It is highly likely that John Durham knows the exact origin of the Pee-Tapes and Cohen in Prague story.  It is also likely when this interview took place that Chris Steele did not know what Durham and Aldenberg know, well, until now.  {Hi Chris}  Whether Durham does anything to hold Steele accountable will depend on whether Durham is going to act on the criminal referral he was given for Nellie Ohr {Go Deep}.  I do not hold any level of confidence.

That said, let me explain why each of those fabricated elements of the Steele Dossier must be retained or else Steele opens himself up to a much larger issue.  You’ll understand why he cannot admit they are false when you understand where he likely got the information.  We shall start with the origin of the Pee Tapes story, and embed a bunch of links for those interested in going deep.

So much research has been done, we essentially know the majority of the background details.  The SARS-CoV-2 virus commonly known as COVID-19 was made in a lab by scientists.  The virus then went from a lab to the global population in late 2019/early 2020.  The epicenter of the outbreak appears to be one of the labs working on the virus in Wuhan, China.  Those essential big picture items are no longer debated; although the Chinese government does not agree for obvious reasons.

With the ‘where’, ‘when’ and ‘how’ essentially agreed, the question of ‘who’ and ‘why’ remains.

The Chinese have blamed the U.S. Intelligence agencies for releasing the virus.  The U.S. Intelligence agencies have said they don’t know who released it or from where. [LINK] The U.S. Intelligence position is weird and obtuse, then again, the Intelligence Community specializes in being weird and obtuse.

The cornerstone of the CTH hypothesis, regarding the ‘who’ and ‘why’ of the COVID-19 virus, is built upon the intelligence communitie’s odd position and one very key circumstantial point that stands out loudly.   The U.S. Pentagon was funding the creation of SARS as a biological weapon in Wuhan, China, under the auspices of national security. “Grants from the Pentagon included $6,491,025 from the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) from 2017 to 2020” (link).

♦ Central Point – The Defense Department would not be spending money to develop a biological weapon in Wuhan, China unless they already had developed that weapon in the United States.   The Pentagon would not give a biological weapon to the communist Chinese unless the U.S. already developed it; and unless they already had a countermeasure to the consequences of it.

[NOTE: For those reading from Capitol Hill, take action immediately. Do not let Ratcliffe and Grenell attempt to fight the corrupt intelligence community from the outside.]

Earlier today Joint Chiefs Chairman, General Mark Milley, again claimed that intelligence was gathered and given to him showing that China was fearful of an imminent attack from the United States prior to Milley’s phone call with Chinese military to assure them the U.S. was not about to attack.  This is the same claim that General Milley made yesterday [LINK] about the same issue.  WATCH video at 08:52 Prompted:

Immediately after this repeated claim, former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe directly refuted Milley on Fox News with Martha MacCallum.   The intelligence products used by the Pentagon come from the DNI office, and John Ratcliffe noted there was no intelligence that China held any such concerns.   As a result, any justification claim that Milley makes about his motives for the call surrounding “deescalation” are nonsense.

The Chinese did not escalate an issue because the issue did not exist.  The Chinese were not worried the U.S. was going to attack.  General Milley’s claims are based on a false premise.  The question is, did another intelligence agency purposefully lie to Milley, or is Milley making it all up?

If you and I were sitting on a park bench doing nothing, there would be no concerns. However, if you sat down and I said, “I’m not going to hit you“, suddenly you would become concerned.  That is the essential outlook for what appears to have taken place.

The intelligence apparatus of the United States created a completely false assertion, false intelligence; and then Milley acted unilaterally based on that false assertion.  Keeping in mind that DNI Ratcliffe is very adamant there never was any such intelligence.

The recent indictment of Clinton lawyer Michael Sussmann has triggered a significant amount of well intended articles, essentially reconstituting the hope that someone -or some group- might finally be held accountable for the multi-year, multi-issue, multi-institution fraud, better known as ‘spygate’.

Factually, the Trump-Russia collusion narrative was always a complete ruse perpetrated upon the American people, with the intended objective to stop Trump, then hamstring Trump; then cover-up what they were doing to accomplish those goals; and then finally destroy the Trump presidency.   Y’all know the story, I ain’t repeating it.

As an outcome of the Sussmann indictment, many are wondering if this is the first domino in a series of explosive political dominoes that might fall and finally collapse the entire house of cards that surrounded the Clinton campaign and their conspiring with intelligence operatives, politicians, media, DOJ and FBI officials.

Yes, there are interesting dynamics within the Sussmann indictment story-lines; and yes, the authors digging through the indictment granules are all well versed in the details and very good at putting forth optimistic possibilities.

Read them all, follow them all and consider them all.   However, as to the bigger question: will the Durham probe finally outline all the evidence to prove all the years of deception and fraud perpetrated by the massive aligned system of corrupt government?

My short and painful answer is, NO.

If Durham was going to reveal what optimistic folks proclaim as possible; how is Durham going to handle the reality that Robert Mueller’s entire existence was in place to hide it?

Earlier today, General Kenneth Franklin McKenzie Jr. admitted a claimed U.S. drone strike against the ever evolving and mysterious ISIS-K, actually killed 7 children and three innocent adult civilians. General McKenzie calls it a “tragic mistake.” Four days after the August 29th strike Gen. Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, called the strike “righteous.”

General McKenzi says he takes “full responsibility”, yet he retains his position.   No one is being held to account. No one at the Pentagon is facing discipline. Both McKenzie and Milley claim it was solid intelligence that led them to watch, follow, and eventually target and kill Zemari Ahmadi, an Afghan relief worker who arrived home. The missile struck his vehicle as his children ran out to welcome daddy home from work, killing all occupants in the car and those in the vicinity.

As noted by Politico, “The command now assesses that “it is unlikely” the man and vehicle targeted was affiliated with ISIS-K, the Afghanistan branch of ISIS, or “a direct threat to U.S. forces,” Gen. Frank McKenzie, head of U.S. Central Command told reporters Friday.”

Many people suspect part of the “intelligence” they used was a tip from their Taliban “partners” at the time.  Ten people killed, including three children.

The other aspect to this situation that raises MASSIVE alarm bells is McZenzie emphasizing this strike was the result of overwhelming “signals intelligence” or SIGINT.   Remember, the Intelligence Apparatus, writ large, is part of Team-1, and aligned with the State Department.  The White House and Pentagon are part of Team-2.  At the time this took place, there was a severe battle to avoid accountability between both teams.

Two Questions:

First – Was the signals intelligence provided by Team-1, purposefully wrong in order to set up the Pentagon (Team-2) with a major crisis, and as a result, put more of the Afghanistan blame on the DoD and White House?

Second – Did the evidence of that erroneous targeting then arrive at the New York Times after an assist by the background operators of Team-1 to get it to them?

Last night, following the indictment release of Clinton lawyer Michael Sussmann, Newsmax’ Grant Stinchfield made a strong accusation against former White House counsel Pat Cipollone.  The claim is that in the final days of the Trump Presidency, the President declassified all of the pertinent documents related to DOJ and FBI misconduct surrounding the false Trump-Russia collusion case.

According to Stinchfield, speaking of ‘high level’ Trump administration sources, thousands of documents were declassified with instructions to release them to the public and also provide them to journalist John Solomon.  The public release never took place; and Stinchfield as well as other Trump allies blame Pat Cipollone for withholding them.  After explaining what his sources said took place, John Solomon joined as a guest to confirm the basic outline as presented.  WATCH:

Right off the bat, something about this doesn’t pass my sniff test. That is not to say that events, as described, are not accurate; but something about the presentation doesn’t seem right.

FIRST – If John Solomon has known about this for nine months; and if Solomon has a partial list of those documents; and if Solomon is of the same frustrated mindset as outlined….. then why didn’t John Solomon ever write about the issue before?

SECOND – I am not excusing White House counsel Pat Cippolone, not even close; however, I think there is some context being ignored in the way Stinchfield and Solomon are framing this.  Cippolone’s position as White House counsel is not to represent Donald Trump, his job is to represent the Office of The President.  The White House counsel is a legal officer of the executive branch as an institution, not the president as a person/individual.   Here is where the missing context and issue surfaces….

The Fourth Branch of Government is a public-private partnership; they work together.  The U.S. intelligence agencies are collaborative partners with Big Tech {LINK}.  That is why Google, Amazon (owns the cloud),  Facebook, Twitter, Instagram are connected to the portals of the FiveEyes intelligence operations.   Only those who understand the Fourth Branch – have a solid understanding of how it works.  Some have called it “a shadow government“, but it’s not.  We know exactly who they are and how they are operating.

The NSA scoops up all the metadata, but the scale of data is too challenging to filter and review – even with modern algorithms assisting them.  So the Fourth Branch – NSA,CIA, DIA, ODNI etc. work with the data providers to prefilter, flag, monitor and conduct surveillance.  This approach frees up the NSA database crew to focus on cell phone and email communication.

The overall surveillance of public electronic data (an abuse of 4th amendment protections), is a collaboration between the U.S. Government and Big Tech.

That’s why it does not come as a surprise to see a host of former U.S. intelligence community officials rise in opposition today to any regulation upon the Big Tech system they are partnered with.  The list of names is a who’s-who of scheming and conniving Deep State operatives we have written about through the years.  Names including: Leon Panetta (CIA), Dan Coats (ODNI), Mike Morell (CIA), Sue Gordon (ODNI), and even Fran Townsend (DHS/CNN) who we followed during the apex of her obfuscation over Benghazi.

AXIOS – Twelve former top U.S. national security officials are urging Congress to hit pause on a package of antitrust bills in order to consider how breaking up tech companies could harm the U.S. in its competition with China, according to a letter obtained by Axios. (read more)

Alexander Vindman was the national security council operative who worked with the CIA to frame Donald Trump by leaking a manipulated transcript of a presidential phone call.   Today he tweeted this about General Mark Milley:

The Lieutenant Col. who broke chain-of-command and usurped his authority is complaining about the Joint Chief’s Chairman breaking chain-of-command and usurping his authority.

In the lead-up to the critical 2018 mid-term elections, President Trump’s political opposition needed a control mechanism in order to remove him from office and support the impeachment path.  The administrative state -writ large- produced an overwhelming narrative leading to the issuance of a Executive Declaration of A National Emergency to Avoid Foreign Interference in Our Elections.

At the time the narrative was framed (mid-2018), the argument was: if President Trump did not declare the emergency, and grant the federal intelligence community the right to enter state election databases and “monitor” the activity therein, that refusal itself would be proof Donald Trump was a Russian asset.  Remember, the Mueller investigation was at its apex and the office of the president was surrounded by administration officials like Mike Pence (VP), Jeff Sessions, Rod Rosenstein (DOJ), Alexander Vindman (NSC), Dana Boente (FBI), Dan Coats (DNI), Michael Attkinson (ICIG), et al; all of them carrying ulterior motives.

President Trump signed the emergency declaration and granted the Intelligence Branch of Government full access to the state-level election systems.

In short, President Trump was forced by his Machiavellian captors to seal his own fate.  Yes, this is how the DC apparatus works.  The Intelligence Branch of Government works with their political agents within the legislative branch and simultaneously coordinate with their media operatives to surround the target with fire until the action they need is executed.   In the fall of 2018, the unrelenting pressure worked exactly as designed.  [Federal Register]

It was not coincidental that most of the new 2018 Democrat candidates for office came from former and/or current CIA and intelligence agencies.   A few people wondered why so many ‘new’ DNC approved candidates were from the intelligence agencies of the government.  Some even coined the phrase “CIA Democrats“, but for the most part it was ignored.  The 2018 federal election outcome was delivered exactly as planned.  Democrats took control of the House of Representatives and paved the way for Mueller to deliver what they needed for articles of impeachment.

Fast forward to 2020, and the same Federal Declaration of a National Election Emergency was used to support the COVID mail-in ballot narrative, while the same intelligence branch operatives coordinated with state-level political activists to manipulate the outcome.
