The Congressional Intelligence Committee  hearing today was everything we anticipated it would be.  Which is to say it was: insufferable political posturing, pandering and circular parseltongue swirling the drain of non-intellectual gobbledygook.
These types of congressional hearings are perfect feed pellets for media pundits to blather endlessly, wax philosophically, and engage in long-winded academic esoteric analyses contrasting the implied meanings of stop signs.  However, they are ridiculous for all other purposes.
That said, against the backdrop of the espoused intention, and with full acceptance of the historic UniParty Benghazi hearings driven intentionally into the pit of nothingness, prayerfully I’m not the only person who noted that not a single congressional panelist asked Director James Comey or NSA Mike Rogers if they personally were the person who unmasked the identity of General Mike Flynn in the “intelligence intercepts”.

Yes, that’s correct.  There is only ONE KNOWN Factual and CRIMINAL activity currently identified: the unmasking and leaking of Mike Flynn’s name to the media.
Yet not a single congressional intelligence committee member would ask Rogers or Comey -under oath- if they were the source of: A) “The Unmasking”, and/or B) “The Leaking”.
Stop for a moment and think about that glaring an intentional non inquiry against the expressed intention of the purpose of the committee.
UniParty.
Bat-Sh!t-Crazy-Frustrating.

Last year hundreds of Donald Trump supporters were attacked in San Jose California as the local law enforcement stood back and watched.  Many attendees and victims stated the police actually facilitated the attacks by funneling the rally crowd directly into the path of an unchecked mob. A “non-media” Harvard-Harris poll of 2,148 registered voters, provided exclusively to The Hill (who refuse to publish the raw data – go figure), finds overwhelming support for President Trump’s immigration proposals.

There are multiple stunning aspects to the survey, including the D+9 poll sample that is entirely disconnected from the 2016 election results and voter registration records.

President Obama previously requested Snowden’s return, Russia said no. Obama was angry. Now that President Obama is out of office Russia wants to give Snowden back, and President Trump has never even asked for him. Apparently, Snowden has worn out his welcome.
(Via NBC News) U.S. intelligence has collected information that Russia is considering turning over Edward Snowden as a “gift” to President Donald Trump — who has called the NSA leaker a “spy” and a “traitor” who deserves to be executed.
That’s according to a senior U.S. official who has analyzed a series of highly sensitive intelligence reports detailing Russian deliberations and who says a Snowden handover is one of various ploys to “curry favor” with Trump. A second source in the intelligence community confirms the intelligence about the Russian conversations and notes it has been gathered since the inauguration.

Oh, the winning… it’s often too funny. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals is now independently, on its own impetus, requesting an internal vote on a full panel en banc hearing to review its own decision.
Additionally, the full ninth are asking the Trump administration to file an additional brief telling the court why the three member original appeals ruling authority was wrong.   In essence, the smart judges know what wasn’t considered, and are now looking for an out.
You just can’t make this stuff up.

Education Secretary Betsy Devos was going to visit a Washington DC Middle School earlier today when a group of left-wing and Black Lives Matter protesters mounted a blockade. Secretary Devos was physically blocked from visiting the school. The radical leftists cheer their victory.

Democrats have a long history of blocking school entrances going back to Democrat Governor George Wallace and his stand at the schoolhouse door to stop desegregation efforts.
However, perhaps the most disturbing part of the event was witnessing the Washington DC Police units stand down and support for the law breaking protest groups. As you can see in the captured videos below, the Washington DC police are willing to allow political violence.  Then again, the Tuscaloosa local police stood with George Wallace too… (more…)

The current Mostly Swamp Media’s (MSM) approach toward espousing their narratives is highly dependent on media’s use of Mamet’s truism.  Consider:
Example #1 – The media argument against President Trump’s executive order -temporarily suspending visa approvals from seven countries of concern- drags out the customary injured parties of children and families etc….  While simultaneously avoiding the legal repatriation of Elian Gonzalez to Cuba which asserted the courts were powerless to stop President Clinton: “It is the duty of the Congress and of the executive branch to exercise political will,” and “in no context is the executive branch entitled to more deference than in the context of foreign affairs.” (link)
