The question around a third party has been debated on the pages of CTH for over a decade. After CTH researched each of the last four UniParty U.S. presidential elections we came to the conclusion in 2015 it was necessary to break the two-club system.
It was the need for a third party; and CTH recognizing Donald Trump as the outside pragmatic independent voice who personified a third option; that initiated our 2015 support for what everyone was calling the “long-shot” outsider candidate at the time.
With the American electorate now awake to political issues around the UniParty; and with evidence of 74 million+ Trump voters, and entrenched republican party unwillingness to be an independent second party option; the question about a third party is far more prevalent. In this video Dr Steve Turley uses the example of Brexit in 2019 to highlight how a third party in the U.S. could actually succeed. WATCH:
We need to deal with the voting integrity issues on a state level, that is where we must engage and fight to fix issues with ballot fraud. That fix requires state legislation to address and control mail-in ballot use. They cannot use the COVID excuse forever.
Then, and only then, I would take the third party discussion one step further….
… Given what we have witnessed in the past four years, how can we fathom NOT creating a third party? The two current parties, democrat and republican, are wings of the exact same big government bird. There is no viable option except to form another party.
The “reform from within” proposal is a good idea; meaning to take over the apparatus of the GOP and force change from within the party. However, unlike the EU models cited there are structural protective systems within the DNC and RNC that protect them from being taken over. We are seeing that structural issue with RNC support for newly elected terrible candidates like Mitt Romney in 2018.
The RNC doesn’t even attempt to field or enlist candidates against weak or ineffective republican incumbents. Exactly the opposite is true. The RNC will not support, with logistics or data sharing as examples, any primary challenges against incumbent Republican politicians.
This is how the club retains control and protection over the members; so it is somewhat of a futile effort to attempt to takeover a party that has built in self-defense mechanisms. Just look at how the RNC structurally failed to legally (or proactively) support President Trump, because from the outset never passed the club’s entry and purity test.
As a consequence a third party is needed even if you want to take over the republican party as the long-term goal. There needs to be an architecture, a framework, for a challenger to mount a primary effort against an incumbent RINO or uniparty republican.
The primary challenge framework needs to include independent fundraising systems outside the RNC control. That independent financial mechanism is how Donald Trump was eventually able to mount a successful insurgency against the RNC candidates in 2016.
Without a third party influence; and considering the rule-books used by the RNC; the predictable 2024 republican presidential election will field these final four candidates.
DeSantis is closest to MAGA. Noem is MAGA-lite with Koch Brothers edge. Haley will be the supported RNC candidate. Cruz (term expires in 2024) will play the role of controlled opposition, conservative-base splitter, all while gaining material wealth.
CTH can clearly see this traditional RNC approach with Nikki Haley in 2024 as the establishment front-runner like Jeb Bush in 2016.
If we do not initiate an outsider option using the MAGA community as the base, these four will be used by the RNC to install Nikki Haley.
The final RNC club argument will come down to club elites who demand that a woman be the next Republican front-runner. Those same elites will have “Palinized” Kristi Noem by implanting club operatives inside the Noem camp intended to undermine her campaign.
Any candidate working inside the RNC club structure will be vulnerable to the RNC club leveraging against them at a specific moment. The club pick is already well known to those who have: (a) followed the club ¹events; (b) followed the years of club rule-books; and (c) who know the exact road-map the club deploys for every election.

If there is no outside candidate with independent resources the club will pick Nikki Haley just like the club was trying to pick Jeb Bush (’16)…. just like the club picked Mitt Romney (’12),.. just like the club picked John McCain (’08)… Wash-Rinse-Repeat.
The outsider (3rd party candidate) needs to be the MAGA candidate, and that structural support needs to exist early on, just like outsider Trump was able to create in 2015.
We need to work on this soon and create the third-party endorsement system quickly to start preparing with valid candidates for the 2022 mid-term primary races.
A third party is a loser because if the votes no longer county niether will the party. All of the government needs to be fixed and our founders were CLEAR how to do it.

Your suggestion of fixing all of the government is not reasonable: what are we to do? wave a magic wand? “Fixing” implies that sinful and corrupt human beings will suddenly disappear from the scene and only noble people with sincere hearts will remain to lead us back to the vision our Founders had for our nation. Put your zeal for righting this foundering ship into action where it can be most productive: at the local level. Consider how much schiff a few million Patriots could create in the RINO party at the national level (voting in closed primaries) while working for constructive change at the local level. After the EC challenge “the lesser of two evils argument is dead”. Step one, work to fix the voter fraud on state and local level. There is an example of a “3rd Party” having influence not discussed, which was successful. Roll back the clock to the era of George Wallace, an odious person for sure, but influential because of the threat he posed to the splitting the DNC vote.
I agree with SD’s assessment that a 3rd Party would have zero chance of electing anybody under the current voting system, which is now State through National level controlled by the local “party” in power. That has to change first, before a 3rd Party candidate would have any chance. We already have a third party. We are the third party. We just aren’t organized yet to overcome the one single party rule we have now (the uniparty).
Anything short of organizing the third party will result in Haley or some other RINO being the next losing candidate. And mark my words, the next RINO candidate WILL LOSE.
The options are simple. Either organize and start locally and as you say, lock in some semblance of legitimate elections or dink around with trying to reform the GOP (which is an impossible task) and lose forever.
The other option that needs to be on the table is secession. I believe that if the Patriot Party was started with Trump as headliner, he’d pull 60% away from the GOP and 20% away from the D’s. That leaves 40% for the GOP, and that will shrivel and die due to underfunding. The remaining 40% of the GOP would find their way to the Patriot Party in time for 2024, with maybe a 25/15 split between Pat and D party.
For financial support, if every one of the 80 million voters gave $10 a month, we’d out-raise the current GOP system, and with less grifting by Pat members, it would go farther. Include the grass-roots anger and frustration that would generated by Trump exposing and pounding the corruption and grift of the current Uniparty system, the Pats could easily grow to 100M by 2024, with also making a serious dent in the midterms in 2022.
Trump could choose a network, OANN? to work with closely to create a viable news source and platform to promote the Pats from. We’d all tune in and their ratings would climb.

Instead of a third party, secession from the disunion. Cut out the blue state cancer from our lives completely. Choose this day whom you will serve. The union of red states or blue states. We can have a common defense pact and enter into trade agreements like with other countries. Citizens would be granted access across borders like they are from Canada now. One time immigration option. Once the blue states destroy themselves they can request to join the new red state nation and be accepted or rejected.

Just putting my two cents in, the Right in this country needs to build a National movement on voter rights just the same way the left did in the South in the 1960s. We can call it the Voting Rights Act 2.0. Only this one is not just for black people living in one of the former Confederate States of America. This silliness of whites trying to organize while ignoring identity politics is like fighting with both hands behind out backs.
If you look at not the battle ground states where the Trump vote was stolen, they were in areas that were entirely cleansed of Republicans even if it occurred in ostensibly ‘Red’ states. Illegal / weaponized mass migration follows a similar pattern. It gives states like mine, California, a bloated electoral count by turning them into rotten boroughs.
Out of necessity, the movement will probably have to start in a red area or red state and then move out from there but don’t expect too much sympathy from Detroit, Philly, or Silicon Valley. Living in a deep blue part of the country I can tell you that it won’t be starting here even if there is a significant amount of the population that would get behind it.
Lastly, the Right writ large, needs to build its own platforms that are controlled and have a fiduciary interest in representing us. This includes banking, the media, the internet, all communication systems, social organizations, etc. One of the things that was totally missing this year was the NRA. To steal a word, the right needs to become anti-fragile. A paranoia will run through the right because the party that supposedly represents us clearly does not and the secondary organizations are missing in action. Nobody knows who to trust and big tech has its thumb on us freely organizing and expressing our desires. These organizations, while not rising to political party status, are key to our future. (this website is an example of what I am referring to). Every Patriot should be prepared to spend $100 every month towards a cause or organization that needs funding. With 75mil Trump voters, that equals $7.5 b per month. Think big or go home!
I don’t see how any future election can be won unless we can deal with the voter fraud. The swing states all had republican legislators and not one of them stepped up to the plate to fight this. They all looked the other way saying “nothing to see here.” I don’t understand why PDJT didn’t unleash Sydney Powell as AG/Special Prosecutor the day after the election. She would have had this cleaned up in the blink of an eye. Instead she was blocked from communicating with him. Trump could have used the Insurrection Act, EO 13848, or Marshall law. I get that there seems to be a grey area in the Constitution about his powers, but who could have stopped him once he executed one of the above. Something just doesn’t compute here. He was the only one who could have stopped the steal by using his powers. Can someone help me understand this. I’m a staunch supporter of Trump but I feel abandoned by him because in the end, the clock ran out and he capitulated IMHO. Am I wrong in my thinking or missing something?
We have been shown in the republican party who are the ones to detest. Qtip leads the list.
They have sentenced us to DC and Puerto Rico becoming states: at worst 4 more dem senators.
Carbon tax.
Increased income tax.
the possibility of losing 401K and IRA accounts.
Forced vaccinations (to travel via airline, interstate, schools for the kids, to shop, to eat, etc.).
Legalizing illegals to be citizens and allowing more non Americans to come here.
Criminalizing political differences.
These are just for starters.
A third party would be difficult to form. There is the libertarian party and it could be used as a vehicle.
Form a New Republican wing (ie. MAGA) within the GOP.
Anything desired may be for naught as long as the voting machines used to steal are still in use. Maybe that should be the main effort to start with. Get counties and states to go back to a paper ballot and not tied to the internet.

It fascinates me that so many here believe there is a political solution to the current circumstances. Most STILL haven’t figured out that McConnell colluded with the Dems to have the election stolen from Trump. Why else would no state or federal agency be willing to see the evidence of election fraud? most suits were thrown out on technicalities with no evidence ever presented. McConnell agreed that the elites simply could not tolerate a second Trump term, at any cost. Have you even considered how MANY people participated in the steal of this election ? McConnell doesn’t fear the wrath of the Trump voters. He and the Dems have been working strenuously to suppress all evidence of election fraud because they are all in on it.
Please take a moment to consider this. They (Dems and Repubs) have been scheming for four years in anticipation of a Trump landslide. They simply WILL NOT allow us to select our president. They will NOT risk another Trump.

Months ago, Sundance was in Washington providing testimony/evidence for Spygate. If I recall correctly, he came to the realization that no one in Justice Dept had any interest in getting to the truth. They are ALL IN ON IT.
Now they’ve stolen an election right before our very eyes. They don’t care if we are upset. They don’t care if we form a new party. They are three steps ahead and have already anticipated. There will be no legitimate elections going forward. Done.
I think somebody from Trump’s team should start a registry list, maybe a web site where we sign up and it would be the equivalent (unofficial) party registration.
They need our email and/or phone to text us so we are all on the same page( just like any campaign). Whenever we select candidates to run as our guy we all know who he is and how to get involved.
Basically like a RNC but our own campaign group.
It costs A LOT of money for campaigns to find us and they have to pay for our information. If we sign up and give them our contact they save a lot of money and make things much easier to get started.

Our people were escorted out of our office and the RINOs took over. That will be our biggest challenge.
The swamp will plant spies, to entrap, set up and to take over our movement. So It needs to be spread out, all over the country. Several offices/ cells/groups. It needs to be at local level with trusted people. No Major leader to become swamp’s target to imprison.
We need to have a name for the movement and it needs to be good. Something like… Anti DC corruption. Fight Tyranny in America. Equal Justice…. something that would appeal to all.
From there create several local groups affiliated with the movement but not attached. The swamp will take it down so it needs to be “an idea” That cannot be taken down. No formal office, no physical assets. We are dealing with communist-tyrants we have to protect ourselves. Each local cell separate but verbally connected/ communicating.
Ultimately, the only thing politicians understand is money…it truly is the mother’s milk of politics.
Mr President, if you are listening, I beg you to set up your own PAC separate from the GOP or any other “conservative” group so whenever I receive any future fundraising letters from such entities, I can write the following: “thank you for reminding me to make a donation to Make American Great Again…accordingly I have made a contribution in your name to Donald Trump’s PAC, please go there to make your case for funds…”

I can’t decide if the people commenting here are in denial. Old Ez is completely correct. The Uni Party now controls ALL elections and they have shown us that they will prevent us from selecting our leaders. You have no recourse and no one to complain to. There is NO political solution to these circumstances.
Sundance is precisely correct about how the party apparatus prevents reform from within in both the Republican and Democratic parties. The MAGA party will not be all the that different, but its objective will be nearly the polar opposite of the uniparty, thus forming a true second choice.
The key issue we must deal with is that there are still a number of Republican and Other voters trapped inside the matrix. They simply are not aware at the level the average MAGA voter is, and certainly not frequent readers of this website, about the true nature of the government. So yes, the People’s President received 100+ million votes, but what percentage of those were Matrix Republicans vs MAGA?
In short we must be very strategic and how we build this true second party on the ashes of the Republican Party, thus offering American voters a true second option to the CCP/Davos Stooge Party.
In order to prepare the ground for this effort we must restore an honest voting system in at least the 29 States we have Republican Majorities in; representing 302 EC votes. We need to do this for three reasons.
First, if we don’t do this by 2022, the Communist voting system will infect the entire nation and destroy what remains of the Republic; eventually vote flipping ‘all’ seats to Communist rule.
Second, it opens a path way for a 3rd party that will eventually replace the Republican party forming a true 2nd party.
Third, it opens a MAGA pathway to the Presidency, possibly in 2024, but not if MAGA and Matrix Republican ‘split’ their votes. Internal polling will tell us if this is the cycle to go for or not. If we get this wrong it could end up being 40% Dem, 35% MAGA, 25% Rep, in too many of the States and the Dem wins the EC even with an honest voting system in 29 states.
Now some seats, at both the State and National level, have more than enough MAGA voters to sustain some level of vote splitting with the Matrix Republicans voters and still win against the Democrat voters in a three way race (MAGA, GOPe, Dem). These are the obvious seats to begin to build a true 2nd party from.
The MAGA representatives then joins in voting with the remaining Republicans for committee chairs and the like, and then votes with them as well when they align with MAGA issues. Thus we don’t alter the current balance power tipping it towards full on Communism. Keep in mind if we lose the State Legislatures, we lose the voting system and thus lose that State to the Communist. As we build this true 2nd Party we can’t let our ambition create this situation.
We also must remember we do have Patriot Republicans Representatives, that will still be trapped inside the GOPe Party Matrix that are in districts that we need to achieve a much higher level of MAGA support before we can sustain a split with an establishment Republican in a three way race. If they vote MAGA reliably they are already in the MAGA party to some extent already, we just can’t free them from the GOPe Matrix just yet. Prime directive of the this effort is we never ever flip a seat like that to the Communists.
Liberating other non-traditional Republican voters still inside the Matrix will also help accelerate this effort of rolling out a true 2nd party. We see this in how the People’s President received more minority votes for a Republican in living memory. In addition we have a lot of frustrated voters that won’t vote for either party, especially now based upon many of the comments, that will finally have a true 2nd option that better aligns with what they believe in. When the combination of all the above is strong enough to endure what remains of the Matrix Republican voters we can run a candidate and win in a three way race.
One last thing we must ask the frustrated MAGA voters to ‘continue’ to vote for Republicans, until, we can get a MAGA candidate that will win a three way race in their district. Just hold your nose for a little longer, help is on the way. Again if we lose the State Legislature, we lose the voting system and your State becomes Communist. If you don’t like Republican Majorities run by Rinos, you really won’t like Communists running the show, just ask the average MAGA voter trapped in Blue States. We dream about the improvement in governance of you who live under in States run by Rino lead Majorities. Believe me it can get a lot worse under Communism. You need to continue to vote for Republicans. This is team effort. Just think of yourself as the French resistance waiting for liberation from the MAGA party invasion.

I like the concept. Let’s assume MAGA right now is 50M but its not uniformly spread. In districts where we can win in three way race we run a MAGA candidate ASAP. In districts where we still have a lot of registered Republican that will vote as such we ‘strategically’ tell our MAGA party members to vote for the Republican until we get enough members to win the three way race.
This how we hold the disenfranchised Republican voters because they know they are part of bigger plan and not alone anymore. We have a path for victory in place and they are a key part of that in Purple districts. Like the French resistance behind enemy lines, listen to radio, waiting for the chance to strike for liberation, and doing what they can to win more hearts and minds until then. Basically once we convince enough in district to vote MAGA so we win a three way race that is when you get a MAGA representative finally.

Daniel Horowitz from Conservative review attempted to start a new political party years back and probably discovered through investigation and state challenges its not as easy as one would think.
If you do a little research, you will find out it takes many, many, years of due diligence, hard work, time, challenges in court to create a new legal Third party in each of our 50 sovereign states.
After many years, the Constitution party is getting very close to doing so but still has not completed its goal of registering its party in all of our 50 states.
At this time, I do believe it is very rare and hard today to find a jewel of a true Constitutional Conservative individual on a website or in a discussion. I also know it is quite evident and part of nature, both Republican and Democrat parties have a mixture of individuals who have different backgrounds, beliefs, views points and opinions. I also am aware a good majority of individuals in the Republican and Democrat party are not educated on their State constitution, Federal constitution or ballot initiatives in their own states.
So in the end, you have to ask yourself, would creating a new Third political party really be the solution to restoring the Republic? In my opinion, the answer is No.
I would add to this something a friend of mine suggested to me this morning. I’ve been advocating (here and elsewhere) what I would call a strategic withdrawal from the political sphere. We would of course all change our party affiliations to “unaffiliated”, and stop donating money to the GOP. We would stop voting in elections for the Republican candidate – regardless of whether we think they’re “solid” or not. If they have an (R) next to their name, they need to be radioactive.
A third party would give otherwise-solid MAGA candidates an (M) to put next to their name. I think that is a good idea, and I think any candidates with an (M) ought to have to go through a vetting by people like us. Not a traditional primary because those can be coopted. The rules are that we get to pick our candidates, and that means putting our nominations out of reach of the Government Party.
Finally, and this was my friend’s idea…vote for the most screwball Democrat candidates we can find. We need to become unaffiliated so that we can vote in the (D) primaries without actually registering at Democrats. There are many states with open primaries (like Colorado). Last spring, my friend voted for Sanders simply to cause trouble. Imagine if millions of MAGA voters – who don’t have to worry about voting to nominate their own candidates – show up to vote for the most moonbat crazy leftists possible.
If we create a vacuum on the battlefield, the Government Party WILL go to war with itself. Nancy Pelosi is able to hold onto power because she can point at Republicans as “the enemy”. Since the Republicans have decloaked as frauds, and there is no more illusion of an opposition party, the vacuum gets filled by people to the Left of the Bernie Bros.
I like this idea. I guess the only problem might be that if elections can be rigged, the Party will just make sure the Screwball does not win…but it is worth a try.
This actually is a good thing because it forces them to expend energy on each other.
We have to find ways to fight AS CONSERVATIVES not as Liberals. When we try to fight like Liberals, we suck, because we are just not like them. I deleted Twitter. I kept Facebook because they haven’t all made the switch over to mewe.com yet. But, I dumped cable TV. My voter registration has been “unaffiliated” since 2016 – which you should do too if you haven’t yet. Back in November, the WinRed people asked for money to fight for Trump. Then I found out they were really using it for Georgia, and that they had gone to TOWN on my credit card without authorization. So, I not only demanded a full refund, I canceled my WinRed account permanently and wrote them some serious hate mail.
We don’t have to cut off our families who are on Facebook and demand that they all call us from now on. That’s too much change too fast for most people. I have cut waaay back on F/B though, and dumped about 4/5ths of my “friends” and refused new ones. Facebook’s business model requires eyes on the ads. If we’re not there, they lose money.
As we saw throughout Nov/Dec and early Jan, Twitter is a sewer of disinformation, crackpots, nutjobs, and haters spewing confirmation-bias hope porn at astounding rates. I still can’t believe CTH has “Share” links to Twitter/Facebook/etc. on their new website.
You misunderstand. My goal is not to win elections in the short term. My goal is to create a vacuum which forces the Government Party to go to war with itself. Keep in mind that the Government Party plays all the same games with the Left that they play with the right. People who live in Bernie Bros. Land have been saying for 20+ years that there is no actual 2nd party. Before they become completely insufferable, I would go to Daily Kos and listen to them just scream about how the Democrats had betrayed them again.
We need to let that play out.
Internally, we have to recognize that elections are easily corrupted. Therefore, whatever “3rd party” we come up with, it needs leadership that we trust that chooses our candidates. No primaries = tougher to co-opt. Now, everyone is going to think they should be in charge of that, which is where CTH comes in. This place as proven itself to be incorruptible in terms of its core principles. That’s why the Left shut them down over on WordPress. They couldn’t co-opt the page or the content.
We have to build up our political army outside of the standard systems that the Government Party uses to enforce its will on us. And, we have to create an environment where we as MAGA voters simply show them our backs. I’m not calling and writing letters any more. It’s pointless. They hate us. They have betrayed us for decades. We need to accept this, and decide that we are not only not going to believe the lies any more, but that we are not going to play politics in a rigged system.
In effect, we need to build a “country within a country”.
We already have two parties as U.S. Grant stated: “There are but two parties now, traitors and patriots.” Political leadership in D.C. are all traitors to the constitution and rule of law. They are aligned with the central bank mafia and Chinese Communist Party whose goal is to destroy our constitutional republic. The only thing that can prevent the traitor’s victory is for patriots to band together to fight the deep state.
I am reminded of Bill Ayers, a man who set off explosives at the U.S. Capitol, “Guilty as sin; free as a bird”. How quickly they forget.
No federal jury should vote to convict anyone that the FBI testifies against. The FBI is corrupt.
A discussion of how gerrymandering districts by the entrenched progressives is warranted. These people will consolidate power by diminishing any power the RINOs had. While they are busy trying to strip the base away from these RINOs, proper planning could give a new party the opportunity to operate undetected by mass defection to the Democrat party, temporarily, until after the 2022 primary season. In some districts it will be necessary to vote in the primary for MAGA candidates, but generally speaking the Democrats will over-play their hand when many MAGA are redistricted as Democrats.
One last thought. Donald Trump proved money was not as necessary in politics as believed. Stop sending money to these cretins.

Where third parties might be effective is in communist states like California with open primaries. In these systems you only need about a third of the vote in the primary to get on the final ballot. Then the third party is running head-to-head against one of the uniparties.

The GOP would realize they’d be losing pull and would have to moderate their platforms in an effort to pull some moderate Dems over (and there ARE many who are disturbed by the radical left’s takeover of the party).

Perot and the Reform Party gave us the Tea Party which gave us the MAGA Party……..some people look for a path forward which is quick and easy. It never is.
Without the Reform Party there would have been no Trump. Without the election of Obama there would have been no P Trump response.
You didn’t watch the video did you? Third parties, especially populist third parties have had tremendous sucesses in short order around the glove. The BrExit party being most recent and notable. 5 Weeks old and they upset 100 years of British political paradigms.
Well, Ugly… Americans to about at least 100 thousand legitimate voters demonstrated their choice, and crooked machines voided them. When the Laws and the Lawmakers do not do their sworn duties… HOW do you expect any third party votes to actually elect anybody? Truly “productive” people do not seek government work at ANY level… haven’t you observed over the past MANY years, how many useless Ti*s have been accumulating in government at all levels?

Possibly at the local level first—I dunno. Obama had it all during his first term. In response to their overreach, there was a red wave across the country at the local level. So maybe.
Too early to tell. Things are different this time, with more than half the country finally awake to the truth now. Not to mention a champion with the capital, talent, and experience to launch a whole new media alternative. A new party isn’t looking as far-fetched anymore.
Well…what I think you are forgetting is that, in 92, Perot was in fact leading…then dropped out…then dropped back in. I don’t think the results would have been Clinton had Perot not initially dropped out.
I advocated against a third party on this sight several times, but that was before the great DJT’s supposed concession yesterday (which many believe is a deep fake video). Now I favor the MAGA Party and advocate the complete destruction of the Republican party. A message must be sent about how we feel about their betrayal. If you assume current representation approximates (1) 1/3 Demoncrat, 1/3 Independent, and 1/3 Republican, and (2) that a minimum of 9%, 60%, and 75%, respectively, of these parties move to the MAGA party, then (3) the MAGA party begins with a minimum of 48% ( 3+20+25) of the voting population. That is enough to do the job if we place a very large emphasis on changing election laws.
Right there with you. The numbers are better than ever now. Was it 80 million? 90? 100? Who knows? Can’t tell with all of the vote switching and fraud. But that’s one hell of a lot of pissed-off, disenfranchised voters.
How any independents came over? How many Dems “walked away” or “Blexited”? Only to have their votes stolen back again. Does anyone think they’re going back to the Dem plantation? No! They’ll likely lead the way forward..
As I understand it, the premise of such an initiative is that the GOP now is ripe for a mass exodus. A viable alternative can eviscerate the rotten fruit that is the republican party.
However, a simultaneous effort to change the GOP from within may perhaps help to achieve the objective?
By “a change from within” I mean a change from the ground up as opposed to the lone outsider candidate who has to work against the party machine.
Maybe both at once? At least until one path or the other makes more progress. Hard to say. One thing is for sure, we’re no longer tied down as we used to be. As conservative voters, we’ll be more “mobile” now.
No more of that “work within the system” toeing the line claptrap and always voting for “the lesser of two evils”. We followed the GOP plan ever since Reagan, and look where we are now. A succession of globalist squishes selling us out—sometimes winning, more often losing—but always, always selling us out.
After 30+ years, I’m ready to re-register and do something different. Just not sure as to what yet.

The only way for a third party to succeed in the United States is a complete top down reform of our election system. Our current system where the person who gets the most votes wins marginalizes third parties to maybe 2-3% of the total vote in an election.
One solution is to adopt ranked choice voting. In this system there isn’t a primary and all candidates from each party are on the ballot in the general election. If one of the candidates receives over 50%, then they are the winner. If the leader doesn’t get more than 50%, we have an instant runoff where the second and third choices of voters are taken into account. The state of Maine has this system in place right now.
Trust when I say any election reform will be a further move away from a proper election. Because it will be “top down”.

State legislatures are just kicking off. In my state, they just put forward an amendment to the state constitution requiring photo id, etc…etc….to vote……I believe another measure severely limits mail in ballots….conservative states need to get after it…NOW!
Good deal, I’m trying to herd conservatives into the idea of using the states as a means to retake DC. At this point I see no other way or means of doing it.

There is NO easy answer, but my proposal is to gather locally to retake a handful of states to put their foot down.
It’s an honest attempt at trying to give patriots a place and means to gather and work together.
Contact that black gentleman, the head of the Republican Party in Texas, who had a similar idea he put out in public about “cooperation” among Constitutional States. Of course he was screeched at for talking ****Secession!**** but he didn’t even use that word.
