The question around a third party has been debated on the pages of CTH for over a decade. After CTH researched each of the last four UniParty U.S. presidential elections we came to the conclusion in 2015 it was necessary to break the two-club system.
It was the need for a third party; and CTH recognizing Donald Trump as the outside pragmatic independent voice who personified a third option; that initiated our 2015 support for what everyone was calling the “long-shot” outsider candidate at the time.
With the American electorate now awake to political issues around the UniParty; and with evidence of 74 million+ Trump voters, and entrenched republican party unwillingness to be an independent second party option; the question about a third party is far more prevalent. In this video Dr Steve Turley uses the example of Brexit in 2019 to highlight how a third party in the U.S. could actually succeed. WATCH:
We need to deal with the voting integrity issues on a state level, that is where we must engage and fight to fix issues with ballot fraud. That fix requires state legislation to address and control mail-in ballot use. They cannot use the COVID excuse forever.
Then, and only then, I would take the third party discussion one step further….
… Given what we have witnessed in the past four years, how can we fathom NOT creating a third party? The two current parties, democrat and republican, are wings of the exact same big government bird. There is no viable option except to form another party.
The “reform from within” proposal is a good idea; meaning to take over the apparatus of the GOP and force change from within the party. However, unlike the EU models cited there are structural protective systems within the DNC and RNC that protect them from being taken over. We are seeing that structural issue with RNC support for newly elected terrible candidates like Mitt Romney in 2018.
The RNC doesn’t even attempt to field or enlist candidates against weak or ineffective republican incumbents. Exactly the opposite is true. The RNC will not support, with logistics or data sharing as examples, any primary challenges against incumbent Republican politicians.
This is how the club retains control and protection over the members; so it is somewhat of a futile effort to attempt to takeover a party that has built in self-defense mechanisms. Just look at how the RNC structurally failed to legally (or proactively) support President Trump, because from the outset never passed the club’s entry and purity test.
As a consequence a third party is needed even if you want to take over the republican party as the long-term goal. There needs to be an architecture, a framework, for a challenger to mount a primary effort against an incumbent RINO or uniparty republican.
The primary challenge framework needs to include independent fundraising systems outside the RNC control. That independent financial mechanism is how Donald Trump was eventually able to mount a successful insurgency against the RNC candidates in 2016.
Without a third party influence; and considering the rule-books used by the RNC; the predictable 2024 republican presidential election will field these final four candidates.
DeSantis is closest to MAGA. Noem is MAGA-lite with Koch Brothers edge. Haley will be the supported RNC candidate. Cruz (term expires in 2024) will play the role of controlled opposition, conservative-base splitter, all while gaining material wealth.
CTH can clearly see this traditional RNC approach with Nikki Haley in 2024 as the establishment front-runner like Jeb Bush in 2016.
If we do not initiate an outsider option using the MAGA community as the base, these four will be used by the RNC to install Nikki Haley.
The final RNC club argument will come down to club elites who demand that a woman be the next Republican front-runner. Those same elites will have “Palinized” Kristi Noem by implanting club operatives inside the Noem camp intended to undermine her campaign.
Any candidate working inside the RNC club structure will be vulnerable to the RNC club leveraging against them at a specific moment. The club pick is already well known to those who have: (a) followed the club ¹events; (b) followed the years of club rule-books; and (c) who know the exact road-map the club deploys for every election.

If there is no outside candidate with independent resources the club will pick Nikki Haley just like the club was trying to pick Jeb Bush (’16)…. just like the club picked Mitt Romney (’12),.. just like the club picked John McCain (’08)… Wash-Rinse-Repeat.
The outsider (3rd party candidate) needs to be the MAGA candidate, and that structural support needs to exist early on, just like outsider Trump was able to create in 2015.
We need to work on this soon and create the third-party endorsement system quickly to start preparing with valid candidates for the 2022 mid-term primary races.

President Trump’s campaign has email and cellphone numbers that greatly exceed that of the RNC’s database (though as I write this I assume this was shared with the RNC) so this data set seems a good starting point for building a third MAGA party. Local, State and National MAGA candidates would have access to that data set and therefore have a head start that Republican primary challengers lack right now.
If Nimrata is the GOP presidential candidate in 2024, this will be the first presidential election in which I will not vote.
Further, since both my Senators stabbed Trump in the back on 1/6/21, I won’t be supporting them either.

the insurrection act was added to the defense bill which the house and senate overrode trumps veto so i think it becomes law 10 days from that date which was jan 2nd i think so he would need to act before tuesday.

There will have to be a lot of work done at the state level. The tea party threw out a group of scumbags in Texas by running write in candidates after all the party coronation was over. Now you have to be on the ballot as a write-in candidate to get elected.

As it is, we have no legacy media or substantive social media to be our clarion call to the people. We have no infrastructure to accomplish what is necessary in the time remaining. Liberalism has infected every aspect of our society and our government. the first myth is that we actually exercise “choice” at the polling station. where there is little choice between candidates, one has to question the point of voting. in 2014, I disliked Lindsay Graham so much that I voted for his democrat opponent. Had that individual been elected, if would have removed a liar and possibly replaced him with something much worse. People propose a third party thinking it will save the Republic. The only option for saving the Republic is the one no one wants to talk about. The event on Wednesday is being called an insurrection because We The People and our GUNS are the only thing the elites fear and they want to take the guns. Once they do, all options are gone. They know your vote is of little consequence. They’ve insulated themselves from this, even before voter fraud. There is no reasonable way to fix this. State legislators do not listen to the governed. Neither do national representatives. To address the matter will require attention-getting actions that threaten the money supply to the Uniparty, and that does NOT mean strong letters, staid demonstrations, recitations of the pledge of allegiance around a flag pole. It means disruption and demands of transparency, audits of funding, and refusal to comply.

The answer is simple and could be running in six months, using exiting computers. IBM is committed to Blockchain and they are ready and able to offer solutions. Blockchain is what powers Bitcoin. But IBM’s approach differs with more robust security.
Without getting into the weeds, Blockchain is an openly transparent system and is by design immutable. Once a vote is cast (a transaction) it becomes unchangeable. And voters retain anonymity of their vote as well. For this to work voter registration would be required so a military grade encrypted ID can be issued.That way there is only ONE vote per registered voter.
Any politician that goes against voting security will immediately look like a fool.

Third party? We need to start with a second party. Yes it is high time for a non-radical, non-corrupt, party that represents the majority of Americans.
We have to start winning local elections ASAP and take control of the city, state, and local election process to reform it. We have to root out all of the corruption. We tried taking them down from the top, it didn’t work, now we need to start eroding the foundation that allows them to continue their corrupt ways.

Talk about picking GOP candidates is enough to make me vomit. Talk about a third party is pointless. Voting is over. There is no way forward without election integrity. In fact, voting under the current circumstances is nothing more than collaboration. All it does is lend legitimacy to the new unelected politburo and the bureaucratic machinery that are their enforcement arm.
With the ballot denied to us for the foreseeable future, our only viable political tool is the dollar. A systematic process of taking that away from us is also underway. The stock market bubble is a trap. Big money will know precisely when to get out, and the rest will lose everything. The already enacted runaway spending will take out the currency. Fake-pandemic lockdowns are destroying private enterprise, and the return of choking regulations will finish the job. Private wealth is destined to be held only by those ‘in the club’.

I’ll do what I can to fight that collapse, but realistically sense that Turley is whistling past the graveyard. This is a major worldwide inflection point and I don’t see it heading anywhere pleasant, regardless of the number of parties there are.
It’s actually very simple. We take over starting at the local level and work our way up. That’s how the Dems did it, that’s how they were able to set the rules for 2020 that allowed all this. And before you go all doom and gloom about how they’ll just rig local races too, no, they won’t. They can’t. Local races are too small in many areas and straight up vote stealing would be needed. More practically, the DNC has finite resources. If you think they’re going to waste money on the town council of Podunk, USA guess again. Not when they’ve got a congressional majority to protect in two years.

The party I would join would put heavy emphasis on educating voters how to shift the power balance back to the people.
We far outnumber of elected leaders and we’ve neglected holding them to account.
The party needs to crowdsource tools and training for evaluating performance, primarying, recalling, expelling, and impeaching our leaders.
Why not recruiting? Because that’s what swamp does. They groom people for office, then they trap them in a scandal, then they leverage them as tools.
But with frequent turning of the soil, the people can rotate in and rotate out quickly.
None of this matters or will be effective if the Dominion systems (or things like them) are not replaced with a secure voting system. Most likely it would have to be paper ballots with in-person voting using valid voter IDs. That is NOT going to happen with the Dems in charge. And the Dems have already said they are going to make changes that will only allow their chosen candidates to ever win again. And that’s just the beginning of what they have in store for America.

My sister in Colorado Springs just got a letter from the LCMS (may have been the CO HQ and not national) and the last paragraphs were devoted to “systemic racism”. She said she’ll talk to her pastor about it but adds that if she sees that again, she’ll leave. The trends in the LCMS seminaries is not encouraging, either.

Here in Illinois we had courageous Jeanne Ives, IL legislator, West Point grad, mother of five living children (refused abortion for a fatally flawed son who died shortly after birth). When she ran for the nomination for governor, she got little, virtually no support, from the GOP. Rauner, touting his fame as a successful businessman, who was Democrat-lite, was pushed for reelection (and had his own funds) and then lost to the dreadful Pritzger.
A candidate I worked hard for and donated to whom I thought was a solid conservative wouldn’t voice support for her, nor would our GOP county chairman. I’m SO done with all of them!
Illinois used to be a solid Republican stronghold, but is now lost and gone forever. Any conservative who can escape is doing so. Too many of us have family who are entrenched in businesses or jobs who cannot leave so we need to be near them due to age and the normal desire to be near those we love.
I don’t know if there are enough awake people in Illinois to rise up and support a third party. Further, “The Chicago Way” has been entrenched and tolerated so long that it is impossible to beat. Proof of citizenship is not required to register to vote. Any attempt to voice support for requiring proof is met with charges of “racism.” Therefore, even if the county clerk runs a squeaky clean election, the corruption is inherent with the ease with which non-citizens, many who can’t speak English, can register (same day) and vote. I have been an election judge and poll watcher and observed this first hand.
I lived in Wheaton for 20 years before fleeing to NC in retirement four years ago. I saw the western suburbs inch leftward over those 20 years and agree with you that Illinois is lost. Why Ives and the great Dan Proft stay is beyond me.
My oldest daughter is still there and just lost her healthcare sector job. I’m encouraging her to leave the state but don’t know if that will happen. And with the way things are going, is there really any reliably conservative place to go?
One this Trump’s term taught us, much of the power resides OUTSIDE the office. So, we need to get busy.

Just resigned from my elected Committeeman position after a total of nearly 15 years of free volunteer service helping elect Republicans to office in a battleground state. Republican leadership instructed us not to promote our President, least we scare off female pro-abortion “Karens” over to Biden. Then leadership and elected Republicans stabbed our President in the back…. sickening.
My opinions / observations are: 1. Unless election fraud can be fixed a new Patriot Party is a waste of time. 2. Politics attracts the worse kind of people as candidate – unscrupulous control freaks. 3. Leftists will work 24/7/365 to exert control over others – normal people do not, they want to live happy normal lives free of self-imposed strife .
We are all at a severe disadvantage when competing with leftists who have worked hard to now exert almost total control of communication outlets, government, religious freedoms, cultural institutions, education systems, and methods of political funding. IMO, the choice will ultimately become clarified – meek submission or violent revolution. As our Founders so wisely predicted.

Sundance – I was going to change my party registration to Democrat so we could infiltrate and vote in their primaries. I changed my mind and party registration to “No affiliation”.
One thing that I didn’t see you mention and I think is important is for ALL OF US MUST VOLUNTEER ON ELECTION DAY TO BE POLL WORKERS. They cannot steal another election. We must plan in advance and have teams of people watching both inside and outside for cheating as well as recording outside. We cannot allow them to kick anyone out of the counting of ballots even if the police have to drag us out.

If Donald Trump through support behind a third party tomorrow, you’d easily have 1/3rd of Congress in 2023.
Not a new party. All we need to do is clearly identify and support the large group of R’s, independents and D’s that voted for President Trump and those many NEW members of Congress down ballot who bring this spirit within the Republican party. Clearly need a leader, our leader, Donald J. Trump, to spearhead this. However, also need other leaders that do not make this inner party an enemy of those who disliked PDJT but admire the cause. Call it the AMERICAN PATRIOTS movement,. Highlight those existing members who are joined in this fight. Begin NOW to identify locally and statewide who belongs or who should run for seats throughout all areas of government.
Most importantly, this movement within the party needs to have organization, a specific means to raise funds that is outside the RNC. Indeed that organization is the hydra’s head that must get severed in order to defeat the globalist hierarchy protecting their monarchs. When our President is out of office, THIS becomes the time to launch such a movement…while it is fresh, while we are all pissed and bruised from the abuse.
I actually think this may be DJT’s plan (or something like it) but I suspect he will make it very much in the image of what it was (MAGA, America First). I am all about that, but it will need to be broader and multi-tiered to attract the middle roaders that were put off by the President’s personality or tweets or whatever. To overcome the RNC royalty we must gain the upper hand of all populism while the evil Dim socialists and communists are coddled together with the blue blood R’s to globalize America.
The mountain of massive voter fraud evidence in Nov., 2020 should not, and cannot be dismissed or forgotten as time moves forward.
No one on the Federal level will attempt any serious investigation into the voter fraud, and it is likely no one on a State level will either. The political machines are well entrenched to prevent the present system from needed reforms.
So, what can anyone expect for elections in the future? I personally think that the Democrat Party has the future outcomes of these elections in their pockets. Rep. McCarthy boasts of the possibility that the GOP will take back the House in 2022. I suspect he is quite wrong.
But even if the GOP should take back control of the House, this is not what this nation needs. More RINOs and more gridlock. For everyday that passes from this point forward, the Democrats will be in a position to move legislation forward that will ensure their hold on power for years to come.
The formation of a viable 3rd party should, in my opinion, take years in the making. It should not be rushed onto the National level in the manner the Tea Party was. I understand the sense of urgency for many, but what else do we have at this moment but time.
The nation will be here for many more decades. We might all be living under the most miserable of conditions, but when the masses are miserable, on both the right and left, that is the time to introduce a 3rd party that is well-defined to address all the miserable conditions. As long as a large portion of the masses are comfortable, a 3rd party will go nowhere.

There is clearly no longer any point in talking of parties or elections. There is no point in donating to them or voting for them. It can’t even be claimed that “RINOs still aren’t as bad as Democrats”. They have proven themselves worse. Trump should start a non-cancellable web page. Begin with short narratives describing in detail with segments of the steal. Call out by name the bad guys.No big dump of info because few will read it all. Space out these segments over time in order to draw repeat readers.

The outsider (3rd party candidate) needs to be the MAGA candidate, and that structural support needs to exist early on, just like outsider Trump was able to create in 2015.
We need to work on this soon and create the third-party endorsement system quickly to start preparing with valid candidates for the 2022 mid-term primary races.
I just cancelled my “Republican” registration on-line. “Why Question” was a simple ..I’m an Independent who does not associate with either the Democrat or Republican parties.
Hopefully, there will be a MAGA related party to associate with before 2022.

Recall the Uniparty club people from your state. Research the process in your state. Put the pressure on those people.
A new party sounds good except it takes a long time. maybe start the process while weeding out the bad actors.
Remember that a 3rd party would also draw some centrist D members. Might counter the R establishment who would not participate.
A third party would be the only answer now. If the dems pass a kungflu relief bill, every patriot should vow to donate it to the creation of a new party. Cant you hear the discussion in Congress about a social media drive to donate stimulus to a new party. As for voting reform, if say, SC legislators pass law requiring I’d and forensic analysis of voting machines, the dems sue all the way to supreme court, get shot down.. then put more justices on the court to get there way.

Trump should announce he has left twitter and will post only to Parlor, would likely put a financial squeeze on twitter. Hit these people where it hurts by not sending them any money or hits for their advertising. Same for facebook, etc. Let the libs preach to their own choir on twitter like a petri dish.
Follow the lead by not watching media (like the fox exodus). Hit them in their handbags. There are plenty of alternatives.
The difference today and why I’m for a third party, maybe Patriot Party is this……..
1) We have 75M ready to go voters. far more than any other party and something a 3rd party NEVER had going in.
2) The GOP is rotten within, virtually top to bottom. What have many of us said about the FIB? Nuke it and start over as it can’t be changed from within.
3) GOP plays to many games and we would waste valuable time dealing with backstabbing. Clean slate is the way to go.
4) We have our leader and spokesperson in PT who can speak first hand on the dirty, corruptness of the GOP.
5) With 75M and PT messaging we focus on two things – state recalls and our brand / messaging centered around using that graphic Sundance has posted many times where is says because this isn’t working.
6) IMO our honest and truth message that puts Americans and restores our American values and freedoms will suck millions of old middle road Dems and GOP folks over to the Patriot Party and with 80-100M voters even with vote fraud the left would have to cheat far beyond what they did in 2020 that it would be obvious to a 10 year old.
7) IMO now is the time and we should unite that at 12:00 noon on 1/20/21 the 75M MAGA supporters commit to switching their voter registration from GOP to Independent AND if you haven’t done so already those on social media commit to cancelling their Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts.

I already told my other half that I would no longer dine in a chain restaurant, patronize any big box stores; we will patronize only local small business, especially local grocery stores. We also would purchase nothing made in China unless it was impossible to do otherwise.

When the idea if a January 6 rally was first floated, I objected to it here on CTH. Though I did feel a bit defeatist in saying so, I was of the opinion that the GOP was so far gone that Trump had no chance of getting the election results challenged, much less changed, and that he would be better served by challenging the outcome in a firm but civil manner while concentrating on a huge counter-inauguration rally that would launch either a new party or a GOP takeover. A government n exile if you will.
Is such a rally ven doable now or did Wednesday, as I feared it would, take the wind out of that sail? And if that wind is gone, what kicks off a third party, when is it done, and who is the leader? If there us no big event, I see every chance that 70 million Trump supporters will go back to what conservatives do, simply work hard to help their families survive in a hostile world.
As for myself, I’ll be contacting my state rep to see what can be done regarding election integrity. I don’t hold out much hope, though, because while the GOP has majorities in House and Senate, they don’t have enough to override the Democrat governor’s veto. And the state supreme court is owned by the left.

New party sues the existing parties to force legitimate voting apparatus standards and procedures. It is defective product(s) issue as well. Supreme Court filing because it is across state lines in every case, Commerce. They buy the machines and voting is a Constitutional issue.

Trump supporters are fired up now. The law of diminishing returns may start to set in as people lose interest, it’s human nature. Waiting for State legislatures to act is like watching paint dry. Implementing a 3rd party will take plenty of time so waiting to start isn’t an option IMO. Organizing will take money, people, strategy and good leadership.
All we need is President Trump’s leadership (no one else please), a website and a donation link on it.
We can worry about the other stuff later. Make a huge show of force ($$$$) NOW – and as my grandmother used to say, “Strike while the iron is hot!”

We need a multi-prong approach. Cannot have all eggs in one basket.
1. Continue working on local and state. Grab momentum. This is where election integrity will be won or lost. The UniParty has less power here.
2. Third party where it makes sense. I think this is where Trump leads.
3. Target and remove select RINOs. No quarter on those selected (Mitch). Even at the cost of loosing seats. May even require voting Democrat.
Up until now I think it was good strategy to hold our noses and vote Republican. Given this last treachery, we can better deal with a known liberal commie than an unknown coward/snake.
Plain, simple candidates are best. No ultra-high IQ needed. No experience required.
Well, the Senate apparently is 94% progressive, based on Wednesday’s vote, so I’m not sure what you’re so worried about. If you want to be generous, it’s 81% based on the override of Trump’s veto.
IMO, everyone here is treating this as either / or. I don’t think it has to be start a new party vs reform GOP. Consider that the AOC gang represents a significant sub-party within Dems, and is forcing change — and with much less nationwide support than PDJT has. A similar but larger sub-party within GOP can primary anyone they want to, and with PDJTs blessing that candidate is likely to win. The takeover can be rapid.
Don’t get me wrong, I would support a 3rd party. Just consider that thinking outside the box is how revolutions are won.
