The question around a third party has been debated on the pages of CTH for over a decade. After CTH researched each of the last four UniParty U.S. presidential elections we came to the conclusion in 2015 it was necessary to break the two-club system.
It was the need for a third party; and CTH recognizing Donald Trump as the outside pragmatic independent voice who personified a third option; that initiated our 2015 support for what everyone was calling the “long-shot” outsider candidate at the time.
With the American electorate now awake to political issues around the UniParty; and with evidence of 74 million+ Trump voters, and entrenched republican party unwillingness to be an independent second party option; the question about a third party is far more prevalent. In this video Dr Steve Turley uses the example of Brexit in 2019 to highlight how a third party in the U.S. could actually succeed. WATCH:
We need to deal with the voting integrity issues on a state level, that is where we must engage and fight to fix issues with ballot fraud. That fix requires state legislation to address and control mail-in ballot use. They cannot use the COVID excuse forever.
Then, and only then, I would take the third party discussion one step further….
… Given what we have witnessed in the past four years, how can we fathom NOT creating a third party? The two current parties, democrat and republican, are wings of the exact same big government bird. There is no viable option except to form another party.
The “reform from within” proposal is a good idea; meaning to take over the apparatus of the GOP and force change from within the party. However, unlike the EU models cited there are structural protective systems within the DNC and RNC that protect them from being taken over. We are seeing that structural issue with RNC support for newly elected terrible candidates like Mitt Romney in 2018.
The RNC doesn’t even attempt to field or enlist candidates against weak or ineffective republican incumbents. Exactly the opposite is true. The RNC will not support, with logistics or data sharing as examples, any primary challenges against incumbent Republican politicians.
This is how the club retains control and protection over the members; so it is somewhat of a futile effort to attempt to takeover a party that has built in self-defense mechanisms. Just look at how the RNC structurally failed to legally (or proactively) support President Trump, because from the outset never passed the club’s entry and purity test.
As a consequence a third party is needed even if you want to take over the republican party as the long-term goal. There needs to be an architecture, a framework, for a challenger to mount a primary effort against an incumbent RINO or uniparty republican.
The primary challenge framework needs to include independent fundraising systems outside the RNC control. That independent financial mechanism is how Donald Trump was eventually able to mount a successful insurgency against the RNC candidates in 2016.
Without a third party influence; and considering the rule-books used by the RNC; the predictable 2024 republican presidential election will field these final four candidates.
DeSantis is closest to MAGA. Noem is MAGA-lite with Koch Brothers edge. Haley will be the supported RNC candidate. Cruz (term expires in 2024) will play the role of controlled opposition, conservative-base splitter, all while gaining material wealth.
CTH can clearly see this traditional RNC approach with Nikki Haley in 2024 as the establishment front-runner like Jeb Bush in 2016.
If we do not initiate an outsider option using the MAGA community as the base, these four will be used by the RNC to install Nikki Haley.
The final RNC club argument will come down to club elites who demand that a woman be the next Republican front-runner. Those same elites will have “Palinized” Kristi Noem by implanting club operatives inside the Noem camp intended to undermine her campaign.
Any candidate working inside the RNC club structure will be vulnerable to the RNC club leveraging against them at a specific moment. The club pick is already well known to those who have: (a) followed the club ¹events; (b) followed the years of club rule-books; and (c) who know the exact road-map the club deploys for every election.

If there is no outside candidate with independent resources the club will pick Nikki Haley just like the club was trying to pick Jeb Bush (’16)…. just like the club picked Mitt Romney (’12),.. just like the club picked John McCain (’08)… Wash-Rinse-Repeat.
The outsider (3rd party candidate) needs to be the MAGA candidate, and that structural support needs to exist early on, just like outsider Trump was able to create in 2015.
We need to work on this soon and create the third-party endorsement system quickly to start preparing with valid candidates for the 2022 mid-term primary races.

No, we have to make voter ID a civil rights issue for all of us. Fraud takes away my civil rights. This has to go to Scotus. The CA legislature in all Dems and will remain so forever until we have photo Id and as few absentee ballots as possible.
I repeat: a fair system cannot ever make it through the CA state Senate and Assembly. With fair voting, CA can actually elect some “conservatives” to the CA legislature, but not w/out court decisions that force this to happen.

Problem is, the system invites corruption. If the massive money and momentum existed to actually create a viable third party, the lobbyists would control it in no time. Same old, same old.
The system needs to be fixed, before adding to it.
The new party would need to have campaign finance reform built into its private structure.
That is, it could be a national business party where donations are ONLY accepted from national based businesses, and money REFUSED from globalist businesses, or from any business that has a foreign office.
It would be an association of American based small businesses and middle class donors that refuse money from foreigners as part of its policy.
Such a policy would be enforced by the American small business leaders of the party, who know that special interest foreign money will endanger them.

I concur. EVERY single Trump supporter should have already changed their voter registration to independent, This makes the statement. This lays the foundation. It prevents any mobilization against new party organization and should rattle cages because average Americans registered as Democrats should also help save America. DO IT NOW!
Well I learned on 1/6/21 I’m no longer a Republican and I sure as hell won’t vote for a Democrat. I’m not voting for Nikki Haley so it’s a third party go for me. I would vote for DeSantis or Noem but the GOPe don’t want either of them so that’s not happening and neither have the personal financial wealth to do what President Trump did. If there’s a conservative candidate like President Trump who isn’t beholding to big PAC money, billionaire donors, K-Street or lobbyists then that would be a good third party choice. We’ll see what happens? My guess is if a third party started by President Trump now it would easily have 70 million members in no time! Can’t wait to join till then I’ve become an independent which I’m really not. The GOP is dead to me.

That said, I’ve adopted a personal rule: under no circumstances will I vote for any “R” that did not fight for Trump on 1/6 (which means precious few). I don’t care how bad the Democrat is who’s running against them — I’m WAY OVER playing that “lesser of two evils” charade again.

I realize that is true in NY, but here in NC and other states we “independents/not affiliated” or as it is called here “unaffiliated” voters can indeed vote in the primary of our choice.
In most states you can change back any time. What are you talking about?
Seneca in Texas you just register to vote there’s no party affiliation. When you vote in a primary you tell them whether you want a Democrat or Republican ballot. Texas is an open primary state which I disagree with so is Mississippi. Just look at what happened several years ago in Mississippi where Rinos and Democrats chose the demented Thad Cochran over Chris McDaniels. The party of stupid would never do something like that to screw Democrats! So I can’t change party affiliation I’m just registered to vote.
Also the Democrats that voted for Cochran in the primary then voted Democrat in the November general election. See how that works!
Become an Independent now. They will have one less “R” in their party. You can always re-register before the primary. Which brings us to another point… any state that does not have an open primary. That needs to change. But again, this is a control mechanism. Just another reason to become an Independent.
What is so important about voting in a Republican primary? To get the best candidate so a Repub can win? That would undermine the Patriot party candidate. Install the weak candidate so Repub will lose? They will do that without your help. Forget the Repub primary and get on with registering as Independent as a preliminary step to the new party.

I, too, am ready for a third party and completely agree we need to fix fraud first and I think it is important to have leadership to help guide us in our local efforts.
I still can’t help how somehow any political party could not become corrupt in today’s political climate or chased out of town. President Trump is an exceptional person who is not only a great optimist, but had pure motives in fixing this country and could not be bribed, having his own money helped, too. His fearlessness has been unmatched. I don’t know how we can find so many of those who can not be corrupted at some point.

Through the past 15 years I’ve taken to learning more about what I believed in and why it was never consistent with either party. In 2007 when I was researching BHO, I came to the conclusion the ‘Uni Party’ was GAGA (Go Along to Get Along), they all campaigned for the right issues, but never delivered. so I started looking at voting records which confirmed all my instincts. When Paul Ryan is touted as a Policy wonk and a fiscal conservative but puts forth a budget that makes your head spin and has barely a 50% conservative rating…You have to ask yourself what the pundits actually mean by fiscally conservative. I had a gap of a decade of missing Rush and finally found him again and started listening to him for an hour at the Taco Cabana next to the office. I realized something was very wrong and spent the last several years searching for those who had relevant information and sources to confirm my suspicions that our government wasnt working for us.
Fast forward to doday, I’d never thought I would see such a firewall around one man, to prevent him from doing the things that they themselves always campaigned on but never delivered. Trump is the guy who came to the High School Party, witnessed all the bad activity and called the cops and ruined the party for everyone else. He DELIVERED against all odds, getting stabbed in the back every step of the way (Caesar). When he originanlly announced his presidential run, I thought he was a Democrat plant, a Ross Perot if you will to get Hillary elected. When he won, I thought he couldnt do much worse than the past 4 presidents. He suprised me, and with each accomplishment, won me over. My Sister recently confessed she voted for Biden (we are in TX BTW) because she thought he would be a better diplomat. I replied, “He doesnt have a brain left to negotiate with and I would rather have Trump negotiating and pissing people off than a corrupt politician who is just looking to get his son’s dick sucked and his palm greased”.
Conservatives work hard and assume that everyone else does too. Unfortunately its not that way. We assume everyone else is doing their job but they arent. Our Courts failed us, our state legislatures dropped the ball, our local election bodies are corrupt, our education system is being run by Marxists, our national representatives drop the ball, we need to reverse the ammendment that allowed US Senators to be voted on by the public instead of appointed by State Legislatures. We have just witnessed the failure of that ammendment. We need to wake up and do something or the country we live in will go the way of Venezuela.
So, we have to do our job and keep an eye on those who dont do theirs, those being the ones who are using their positions to control us. Democrats and the media are in sync. We have to take the fight to them to the point they will never try this again. We have to infiltrate, educate, raise awareness, get control of the voting processes in every state. We have to overturn everything that we have let them do and never be complacent again. We dont need term limits, we need to vote the bastards out every 2 years, and the MOST important thing is to coordinate our efforts across all states in a stealthy and secure way.
We cannot roll over. We have less than two years to get a clean voting process. We need to be organized just as they are and willing to do whatever it takes and stop moping about how the election was stolen. The question is are we going to roll over and die or step up to the plate and start hitting some singles, doubles, stealing some bases, pitching no hitters, and chipping away at the corruption. It has to be exposed, it has to be prosecuted, we have to start local if we expect to win big. In parallel we have to get control of our election process across the US.
We need to be the Ingorious Bastards, spread across the entire U.S. and perhaps then some. We need intelligence, stealth, a littly bit of criminality, and willingness to execute a plan with a righteous cause.
I work in the Software industry. I stumbled onto SD and Apelbaum via Clarices Pieces a few years ago. Hats off to all of them for their work and diligence. Its been a path of confirmation that my instincts were right to the point I know the background of the content of Rush’s broadcasts as he discusses them. (Rush fan since 94). In the SW industry we have collaberation software that would enable a group of people with a common goal to focus on tasks amongst all the states to accomplish a common goal and would be secure. We would hire and fire based on our requirements. For example if someone hires on and shows little activity over a given period of time, let them go as they are probably a Dem Plant.
We are too focused on the internet and social media. We need a private stealthy business structure where we hire and fire base on our business model and protect our intellectual property from those who would seek to destroy us. In essence we need to form a Company of conservatives that would organize, prioritize, and execute based on a common goal in all 50 states and perhaps abroad. And it needs to be on the Dark Net for external exposure but private within the US. No Public antics of anykind.
For example, how do you think the big banks operate? They have an Internet prescence that provides all the marketing and stock BS information, but also have a secure private network that has very strict rules for what users can do. We need the same. Its not enough to have our own Facebook, google, twitter. We need secure collaberation. This is the area I work in.
We have a CEO, the one whom is about to leave office. We need organization. Think like an organized company.

I for one will never give another donation to any candidate that is not a part of the Trump universe.

you got start local with same objective across the entire US. Thats what they do. We have to hit them where it hurts publicly and take them out of the local electoral polling places utilizing he state legislatures.
There’s no such thing as “secure” communications. It only takes one mole, one pretender on the inside to leak the entire plan to the enemy. This is what shackled President Trump from before he was even elected, and what eventually bogged down his forward momentum.
A new third party in American politics that’s based primarily on MAGA principles and policies is exactly what we need but please don’t move forward without understanding and accepting the fact that a party with 70+ million members will be heavily infiltrated with rats from the outset. In every state and in many precincts, especially the ones with large voter rolls.

Right after the override of the veto, I emailed my two RINO Senators and informed them they have failed the President, the state, their constituents and most of all, their country. I let them know I would NEVER send another penny to the GOP or them and would actively work to defeat them. I downloaded the change of registration form and we are no longer Republicans…
In my state, I can vote in any primary for either party. It’s a start, but most importantly, THEY NEED TO HEAR THE ANGER AND FEEL THE HEAT. That only comes from loss of support (real or imagined) and LOSS OF FUNDS. They know the game. If 50%-60% of their registrations disappear within the next 30 days, they will have to change their calculus. Let THEM react vs us having to react to them. It sows the seeds of doubt, and will cause confusion when they start to lose at the local, state and federal elections. “Free at last, free at last! Thank GOD ALMIGHTY I am free at last!!!”
It’s much more than mail in ballots. As long as the ballot counting machines are able to be programmed to select the winner it won’t matter if people vote in person via paper, mail in, or via machine.
Dr. Turley used the various European countries party systems as to why a new party may work here. Were most of those countries essentially two party systems or did they have multiple parties that split up the votes more than what happens here?
Trump was an outsider, look how they came after him. How will we be able to have candidates elected and not be destroyed by the media, the deep state, the Dems and the Republicans?
There are pros and cons to which ever way we decide to go. It won’t be easy, but we must push forward. We need to look at this with a lot of ” what ifs” etc and go thru the scenarios of possible answers.
We need to be realistic. While 80 million probably voted for Trump, the number that will be willing to put in the effort to right the ship is much less. That’s just human nature.
We’d be starting with roughly 100MM as a base. And, Trump as the consigliere to start out. He’s got the backstory(s) to not just the individuals, but, the parties. That’s what they are afraid of.
It’s the national businesses that are being destroyed right now by the lockdown that will be willing to put in the effort to save themselves.
Main street businesses have ZERO political representation at the national level.
They do, however, own some of the local politicians, as has been proven by the fact that some of the state senators and reps were willing to vote for the Trump electors.
But it is these main street businesses who have the most to gain from a new party, and they are desperate for political influence . . .

“National” businesses are NOT being locked down if they aren’t restaurant chains. National businesses are being deemed “essential” and have remained open all of last year.

Here in the UK, we do have a paper voting system only. You have to be on the county electoral roll to vote, you get a card with a registration number. That is checked at the polling station, then you get a ballot. Ballot boxes are sealed and can only be opened at the counting centre – all counting is done in a public setting on camera, and that is a livestream. Absentee ballots have you registration number too, so they can be traced. We do have some fraud in the postal system though, but its relatively small.
The framework of a new political party is always centered around money.
Even John Hancock and Alexander Hamilton were (at least partly) involved in the 1776 revolution because they knew that, if victorious, they would make a ton of money in the new country.
So . . . money is the framework of the new party.
Now, who would want to fund this new party?
That would be us.
The funding would have to come from the middle class, plus nationalist billionaires, the U.S. based energy sectors, small local banks . . .
It could be a national business party . . . aimed at U.S. manufacturing, immigration reform, and good paying jobs for Americans, plus free speech and having the Constitutional freedoms actually in operation, no spying on Americans . . .
The My Pillow tier of businesses, national hotel chains, regional pharmacies, restaurants, local banks, caterers, dentists, all the small businesses . . . a political party for them . . . as opposed to the globalist Walmarts and war mongering General Electrics.
Such a party will have much less money than the globalist mega corporations, but such a party should have enough money to be viable . . . if we have social media such as Gab or competing outlets such as bitchute to get the message out.
Or if it had a national spokesman such as Trump.
Or even a new media outlet such as OAN or RSNB.
I think the new party idea has merit.
Many of these donors are currently giving money to the Democrats or Republicans — and getting nothing for their donations.
If that money now going to the Uniparty were to be funneled to a new party, it could immediately have influence.
Why?
Because many of the politicians, especially at lower levels, are already owned by these smaller players.
We know this because there were state senators and state reps who were willing to vote for Trump’s electors.
That is, the billionaire globalists do not yet own all of our politicians.
I would vote for such a party, even if the vote were fraudulent, just as a matter of preserving some dignity for myself.
But until I have an actual viable option, I will not be voting in a charade.
Also, and very importantly, the new party would have to have a mechanism to keep the globalist billionaire money out.
It would have to have a strict rule that any corporation with a foreign office cannot donate, cannot participate, etc . . .
There would have to be strict oversight to be sure that Facebook isn’t secretly backing one of the new party’s candidates, etc . . .
There would have to be campaign finance reform as an inherent part of the new political parties’ structure, and it would require a vigorous private enforcement mechanism.
People like money, and it will be difficult to prevent candidates from being bought off by a globalist billionaire.
But if nationalist money comes together in sufficient quantities to protect national interests — interests that we now so very clearly see MUST be preserved if we are to survive — then maybe such a party could keep global influences out.
“Follow the money” behind each candidate.
Trump’s money is mostly based on American real estate. So, we know his money interests are at least in a general sense aligned with the money interests of most Americans.
A similar evaluation would need to be made for any candidate put forward by the new national party.
So . . . a Loeffler who is married to the guy who owns the NYSE, or a Mitt Romney whose money is all globalist . . . These are the people the national billionaires (and millionaires) must oppose with their own candidates.
And these candidates must not be allowed to be lured away by greater financial awards from the richer globalists or foreign nations (China, Ukraine).
How to do that?
We need candidates who have integrity, and whose integrity looks firm because their money is already based primarily in the United States. (People in Trump’s position.)
That is, their money is where their mouth is, where their policies are.
That is, American-based politicians with American-based businesses.
Millions of rich and poor voters would support these choices over the globalist candidate. That’s the Trump voter.

So, during President Trump’s speech yesterday, I got an email from our county Republican party, asking for help if I would like to sit on a central committee seat. They said many seats are unfilled, see if your neighborhood needs one. This is to elect local candidates. I can’t even think about it right now considering all the betrayal at the Federal level. But I’ve wondered if it would be a learning process to see how the machine runs. If I could or would be accepted into a seat. I’m so exhausted right now. I haven’t been on their email list for long.
But right now I am in a GOP controlled area, I am a little fearful what would happen if it would fall into the Dems hands and I saw a lot of Biden signs that were disturbing this election, including my next door neighbor Republican apparently turned Democrat. Summer of ’19 when my father was dying, I saw somehow the LGBTQ, with the help of our Dem at large city councilman, had baited into everyone else on council to adapt non-discrimination of LGBTQ in the city. Now, I’m still waiting to see how that affects our local school district and sports and locker rooms and all the nightmares and if we’ll get Drag Queen Story Time when COVID restrictions are lifted. But no one objected, for fear of being labeled a bigot. I only read about it after the fact. But the thing is, I saw the main group’s website, and they are going city by city, town by town, to get this stuff passed since our GOP controlled state legislature won’t pass it. And they are now calling my small city a progressive one. This kind of stuff scares me.

They don’t vote the same way we do, it’s “first past the post” – which is sort of a ranked choice kind of thing. Third parties do hold power. David Cameron had to let Nick Clegg set policy several years ago in the British Parliament. Clegg was the Lib Dem leader, and they were a distant third. But without them it would have been a Labour government.
I’m not saying it’s a good idea here, but a third party can hold sway on some things. I like the idea of taking over the Republican party a bit better though. And it’s faster.

As Trump proved, its not the party its the candidate. The house made significant GOP gains and with new faces. The pipeline for right thinking (aka non-swamp) candidates to move up nationally is local govt. The mechanism to move good local politicians up to the house as ‘independent’ Republicans seems like a good step. Only way to win in 2022 is to replace old with new, only way to motivate the disgruntled base to vote. I say efforts to find and highlight state MAGA-type Republicans for 2022 has promise. CA even had a red turn this cycle. A big statement in 2022 of MAGA-Republicans (esp in house) would then lead to an independent run for a strong, confident 3rd party candidate in 2024 who is a MAGA-Republican but runs as independent. No one who fits the bill comes to mind, no one mentioned as potentials strikes me as the answer (Desantis, Haley, Noem, …). It is my opinion that Trump is not a viable 2024 option either – age, baggage, TDS…. Trump is not from a common mold, so a replacement is not going to be easy – I had been thinking of a ‘Trump’ replacement, and am realizing perhaps the approach is not Trump 2.0 but checking boxes on: independence, charisma, leadership, confident, business experience: to find a best candidate of their own mold.

It seems to me that (1) “we the people” and (2) term limits on our representatives are fundamental to going forward, along with birthing a 3rd (really a true 2nd) party.
To enable the birth and long life of a MAGA party to represent us, I suggest we need to, as a minimum (1) work to legislatively secure public elections and (2) conduct a Convention of States to (a) implement term limits on congressional representatives (b) define a unambiguous constitutional process to redress public election irregularities.
America is in dire straits right now. It will take a generation for a third-party to have a meaningful impact at the federal and state levels. As disgusting as the Republican Party has become, another approach is to create a clearly defined and separately organized caucus within the Republican Party so that we can primary out the garbage and usurp control from the Establishment leadership. Primarying every sitting Republican House Rep and Senator in 2022 (with a few exceptions) will have a faster and deeper impact than a third-party constantly splitting votes with the Republicans; the Democrats won’t need their fraud machine. Perhaps a faster and more impactful approach is to purge the Republican Party FROM WITHIN and FOR REAL with a truly organized effort. The party leadership can be easily dealt with after most of their RINO candidates have been wiped out.

I’ll repeat a few words on the subject of third parties, I made the last time it was discussed.
The key point to understand is a third party does not need a majority to have real power (I’m not referring to the Presidential race, obviously, as I think it would unrealistic to aim for right from the start)
Hypothetically : If the third party got 50 Congress seats and the two main parties got the rest split between them so one had 15-20 more than the other, the third party has the real power. Each of the main parties would need their support to get anywhere.
Similarly in the Senate although the number Senators needed maybe only 5-6+ to achieve the same as recently the Senator numbers have been quite close.
Those thinking of starting another party need to look at other countries, where they have multiple parties to see how it works. (they will have different voting systems but end result of who has the power is the same)

It will never truly matter in any meaningful way what you do, UNLESS you have the financial power, and the will of a significant number of serious purpose minded PRINCIPLED representatives and a loyal voting base. You must provide a solution that addresses a problem that nothing else answers.
I would strongly recommend starting with a list of complaints and disputes and grievances. Then draft a declaration of Independence 2.0 that “solves” these problems.
If you want change, you have to create it.

That’s what leaders of the state’s two largest “third-parties” are calling a provision slipped into the state budget that seeks to make it harder for third-party platforms to make it on the state and national ballots.
The Libertarian Party and Green Party filed a motion in federal court Tuesday for a preliminary injunction against the provision.
The provision, Part ZZZ, is the rider to the New York State budget, passed in April under cover of the pandemic, that increased vote and petitioning thresholds required for minor parties in New York state to obtain and maintain automatic ballot access, party leaders say.
In the motion, the parties asked the court to “grant a motion for a preliminary injunction directing Defendants not to apply the new voter and petitioning thresholds from Part ZZZ and continue to apply the previous party definition.”
“This preliminary injunction is about protecting the Constitutional rights of the Green and Libertarian Parties, but more than that we intend to protect the rights of all New Yorkers to democratic choice in our elections,” said Gloria Mattera, New York co-chair of the Green Party.
“The move by Governor Cuomo and the Legislature in the budget was clearly done to eliminate those choices and to do so as rapidly as possible. We reject their cynical power play.”
The budget provision changes how minor parties achieve ballot status.
Currently, minor parties need 50,000 votes for their candidates for governor, a mark that will allow the parties to qualify for the ballot every four years.
The Green and Libertarian parties have both established the right to be on the ballot, based on the previous rules.
The new rules would require minor parties get 130,000 votes, or two percent, of votes cast to remain on the ballot. The provision also requires qualifications to happen every two years, instead of every four.
The provision came from Jay Jacobs, chairman of the state Democratic Party. He initially called for the required votes to be set at 250,000.
Jacobs, in an article in The New York Times, said the change was “aimed at reducing voter confusion and rooting out corruption.”

To understand the problem with running a 3rd party you only have to go back to 1992. That’s how we got Bill Clinton. Not that Bush the elder was spectacular, but Perot took enough from the right to get us the left. If we go 3rd party, we’ll never have a chance at the Presidential level. Ever.
This is about the most unusual and complicated time of our lives. I’ve been thinking about how there has been an enormous disconnect between “us Trumpers” and much of the GOP as it related to the local elections being held with the express intention to rig it for Joseph R. Biden. Without the FBI willing to uncover it and local officials and judges all in support of the rigging – we were left isolated and without anywhere to go. While the “siege” on the Capital was ugly and had elements of both Antifa and Trump supporters, it was a situation of all of our making. The left and media for months told us about the wonderful violence from BLM and ANTIFA as an idea. D.C. was literally burning. Trump and his team kept talking about election rigging, and I agree with them, but there was no viable way to expose it and to preserve his Presidency. Fast-forward to Jan 6th and the right and left carried out a minor version of what they had been told was okay in the months prior.
75 million Trump supporters, a large portion of which are armed, have nothing to fear from the Nancy Pelosi’s and Joe Scarboroughs of the world. The media and the Democrats are all talk. You saw them lying on the floor, crying and having panic attacks because people with flags were entering the Capital building. If Trump had sent in the troops they would have cleared out the Congressmen and Senators and considered the building clean.
Going forward, the key for the right is to find a person who can reverse the corrupt flow we’re so used too. We’re used to a candidate who says all the right things, only to behind the scenes rape America and do very little to improve our lives. Trump comes along and he reverses that script, but too far. He struggled to ever say the right thing, but behind the scenes genuinely worked to better America.
We need a candidate who can marry the two. Say and DO the right things. My hope is someone like a Ron DeSantis can take the GOP and steer it down a better path. I think he has a chance. Governors do well in Presidential elections and I think he’d get the backing of the establishment. Again – say the right things but also do the right things. We’ve not seen that in our lifetimes.
The founders gave us the tools. We aren’t using them — primary, recall, and for senators expel/impeach. We can scramble Deep State’s OODA loops if we rotate out their groomed candidates with frequency.

It is too early to speculate that Nikki Haley will be the insider RNC establishment nominee 2024, No one would have dreamed Donald Trump would have been nominated months prior less Anne Coutler. Personally, I think Jim Jordan (OH) would be a good winable bet for RNC and support as opposed to Ted Cruz (TX) rerun against Harris who would not appeal to left middle.
Third party emergence only happens when one party disintegrates and another is born from ashes like Whigs and Republicans while the other side splinters to lose (1860), and the worst of times when the majority loses by splintering bringing the minority to power like Lincoln (Civil War), Wilson (WWI). This is not today. The duopoly has been in power and will keep power, We have a large government and embedded powers which will not give up the reigns.
We also already have a third party, the Libertarian Party which stands for limited government and freedom, no doubt Madison and Jefferson would be members if alive today. Chance of a third party movement and taking reigns, almost zero, status quo best bet.

Ross Perot received 18% of the vote in 1992. I believe someone who articulately speaks Truth to power will more than double 18%. I think you’ll get the point if you consider AOC won her first primary with about 11,000 votes. Weak turnout can be fatal as proven for entrenched incumbents.. Our candidates should be chosen in state and/or county MAGA conventions. These candidates should be selected ahead of primary day to free up the MAGA masses to knock of either D or R , or both primary candidates with a write in, or as registered voters of both rump parties. . It really depend on the rules how to get the MAGA candidate on the ballot, but having a MAGA candidate representing the MADA party, as well as the D and R on the same ballot if permitted, is a sure win.
If another party is formed, there may be independents and democrats who are also disgusted with government who might join and contribute $$$ and thought provoking ideas; the blue dog democrats of old at least.

Our system of government, that awards power in an election totally to whomever is “first post the post” in an election, cannot support more than 2 viable parties. We have 2 parties BECAUSE of our electoral form of government.
A 3rd party can arise only to REPLACE one of the existing, VIABLE, 2 parties — just as the Republican Party replaced the Whigs.
Ergo….the objective has to be to replace the GOP…. and not to just compete with it. All that a competition will do is split the right of center vote … leaving the Leftists in total command.
