We have exhaustively outlined the GOPe road map to insure the nomination of Jeb Bush for the Republican Presidential Candidate in 2016.   While the road map is rather complex, it essentially boils down to a strategy of small accumulated delegate pickups using 15-20% electoral support.

GOP candidates 3

Candidates George Pataki and Jim Gilmore have already been disqualified from the Alabama Primary, yet they remain in the race.  Only a handful of candidates (Bush, Trump, Cruz and to a lesser extent Rubio & Fiorina) have efforts underway to qualify for ballot placement in all of the states with primary dates prior to April 1st 2016.

Donald Trump is the only candidate currently qualified for Virginia and time is running short for a rather complex qualification process.  Bush and Cruz are also expected to qualify (5,000 signatures w/ 200 from each congressional district).

Kasich and Fiorina are focused on New Hampshire; Chris Christie also appears to be making an effort in New Hampshire. However, nothing exists beyond Iowa for Jindal and Carson; and Illinois/Virginia are extremely complex qualification processes.

Again, this begs the question, why are all of the candidates without ground operations and infrastructure running?

This is why we continue to say don’t fall for the Jeb Bush pulling out media talking points.  There’s nothing to indicate Bush has any structural weaknesses, and despite the lack of voter support he has the ground-ops underway.  Jeb can be, and will be defeated, but he’s not pulling out of the race while all of these pre-paid investments are sitting out there waiting for his arrival.

The RNC rule changes in 2014/2015 assist the overall design of the Jeb Bush road map;  and the continual “tweeking of individual state republican proportional delegate distributions continues even today.

Another method, changing rules for who can vote in the primary races, also assists the Republican establishment apparatus in controlling any insurgency efforts to pry loose their grip on power.  Example:  Arizona utilizes a semi-closed primary. Unaffiliated voters may choose which party’s primary they will vote in.  However, voters registered with a party can only vote in that party’s primary.

So in Arizona it is important for Donald Trump supporters to be registered as “Republican” prior to the primary date.  They also have different rules for Presidential Elections than non-presidential elections.  Recently the following information within Arizona was noted by Associated Press:

PHOENIX — Arizona’s voter registration numbers are up by more than 47,000 since the last report in July.

The Secretary of State’s Office announced Wednesday that Arizona now has nearly 3.3 million registered voters.

Matt Roberts, a spokesperson for the office, says they usually see incremental increases. He says the recent jump could be related to the hype of the 2016 presidential election.

“Many of our election administrators around the state are focusing a lot of their efforts on voter registration and getting people excited about voting for the presidential primary,” he said. (link)

And now we see Nate Silver at 538 is beginning to outline the construct of the structural advantages to the GOPe road map:  SEE HERE

“The GOP’s Primary Rules Might Doom Carson, Cruz And Trump”… (link)

If that headline from Nate Silver was accurate, who would that leave you with?  However, within the footnote  you find the risk to the GOPe road map we have repeatedly shared.  It also explains why Donald Trump must be taken down:

¹Trump’s case is a bit unique. On many issues, such as immigration, Trump is clearly positioning himself to the more conservative side of candidates like Rubio and Bush. But at the moment, Trump’s support is relatively evenly distributed among moderate, somewhat conservative and very conservative Republicans. So it’s not clear Trump will necessarily do worse in blue states and districts than in more conservative ones. (link)

GOP primary 2

Just a Reminder, this is an insurgency. – The modern enemy of Wall Street is Main Street vulgarians. The enemy of the RNC/GOPe is not Democrats, it’s Grassroots Conservatives, more vulgarians.

The Republican Party, and the Republican media apparatus, view us as their enemy. We are the enemy they need to protect themselves from:

In 2014, the RNC approved selection rules that govern how each state’s delegates are portioned out from the primaries. Under one of the changes, states holding their primaries between March 1 and March 14 will have their delegates doled out proportionately with election results, a change that will likely stymie a movement candidate.

States that have primaries on or after March 15 will be winner-take-all states.

That’s important because another RNC rule change requires that a candidate must win a majority of delegates in eight or more states before his or her name may be presented for nomination at the 2016 Republican National Convention.

With 18 GOP presidential candidates, for now, it will be that much harder for any candidate to win a majority in any state, let alone eight. (Article July 2015)

GOP-versus-Tea-PartyNow, ask yourself, why would the RNC want to “stymie a movement candidate“? Who exactly does that benefit? Obviously, the “non-movement” candidate, ie “the turtle“.

Isn’t the entire reason for campaigning in Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina etc. to make a movement/momentum?

In addition Rule #40 changed in 2014 from previously five needed state wins, to a newer threshold of eight (8):

Officially, it’s Rule 40 in the RNC handbook and it states that any candidate for president “shall demonstrate the support of a majority of the delegates from each of eight (8) or more states” before their name is presented for nomination at the national convention. (article March 2014)

Again, ask yourself who does this benefit? A candidate can win seven states outright, and still not have their name presented for nomination?

These rules were made/affirmed in 2014 – Who or what exactly was the GOP concerned about blocking in 2016 that would necessitate such rules? When combined with other rule changes you can clearly identify a consolidation of power within the RNC apparatus intentionally constructed to stop the candidate of the GRASSROOTS from achieving victory.

It’s all part of their GOPe Roadmap.
