Institutional preservation is the goal. Bill Barr was the bondo application, John Durham is the spray paint.
In this segment from earlier today, former U.S. Attorney General Bill ‘Bondo’ Barr notes he was “shocked” during the 2020 campaign when Joe Biden lied about his son’s laptop, and Bondo Barr was very disappointed by 50 of his DC peers providing cover for the lies from the Biden campaign.

There has been a lot of discussion today about an Atlantic article [SEE HERE] containing an outline of former AG Bill Barr’s discussion with reporters and the White House in the aftermath of the 2020 election. In essence the nub of the article is Bill Barr stating to a journalist December 1st: ” To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election,” and then the article covers the fallout with the White House from that AP interview.
AG Barr called Michael Balsamo to his office in Main Justice to make the statement over lunch:
ATLANTIC – […] Balsamo’s story appeared on the AP newswire shortly after lunch ended: “Disputing Donald Trump’s persistent baseless claims, Attorney General William Barr declared Tuesday the U.S. Justice Department had uncovered no evidence of widespread voter fraud that could change the outcome of the 2020 election.”
The story blew a hole in the president’s claims. Nobody seriously questioned Barr’s conservative credentials or whether he had been among Trump’s most loyal cabinet secretaries. His conclusion sent a definitive message that the effort to overturn the election was without merit. (read more)
That last paragraph perfectly encapsulates the entire purpose for AG Bill Barr to be in place since February of 2019. To present the image of a loyal cabinet secretary so that no-one could/would question his conservative credentials. That purpose was exactly what CTH presented upon the nomination and confirmation of Bill Barr. His job was to be the bondo that covered the rot in DC and gave the illusion of a healthy functioning justice department. We called it “Bondo Barr“.
There is a specific irony of Bill Barr using Wayne County, Michigan, as “no evidence” of ballot fraud while simultaneously admitting no other area other than Wayne county has voting precincts that do not count ballots. Only in Wayne county do the 662 precincts deliver ballots to a central counting facility. The Wayne County process itself is designed specifically to make ballot fraud easier…. The former AG says move along, move along, nothing to see here… “that’s what they do.”

This tweet created major controversy amid those who were deep in the research weeds on the entire Spygate/Russiagate fiasco. Few would believe that in the effort to preserve the institutions at all costs, AG Bill Barr was the Bondo application and Special Prosecutor John Durham was the spray paint. It was all a coverup operation to hide the rot in the DOJ and beyond.
Essentially, Durham and Bill Aldenberg admitted to me that nothing the Robert Mueller team did in the preceding two years was subject to their review.
Yes, that is correct, Robert Mueller and Andrew Weissmann were specifically appointed in May 2017 by Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein to help coverup and hide the IC targeting of Donald Trump in the preceding two years. Emphasize this point, the intelligence community was targeting candidate Donald Trump, because they had the power as a result of the new surveillance state.
President Trump is scheduled to meet with Republican House Conference leadership on Tuesday next week. According to Congressman Troy Nehls, President Trump is going to recommend and endorse Ohio Representative Jim Jordan for the position:
Obviously, I do not personally like this idea, as I think it’s just another bondo and spray paint application upon the Republican wing of the UniParty. However, oddly enough when John Boehner stepped down, I wanted to see Jim Jordan instead of Paul Ryan. Goes to show how rapidly the machinery in DC can compromise someone.
Ukraine will get funded. Jordan will be the arbiter of which DC inhabitants will be protected from subpoenas; the House will change the rules to protect him. The door nameplates change, and everyone goes back to business as usual. Meh, I wonder who will be placed as chair of the Judiciary Committee and Weaponization Committee?
This guy really is the worst of the worst. I do not think I could dislike him more. Remember, Bill Barr appointed John Durham officially as a special counsel quietly without informing the public in October of 2020, specifically intended to block President Trump from declassifying any documents prior to the 2020 election. We do not discover the official appointment until December, after the 2020 election.
The intent of the Durham appointment was to create the oft used silo of an “ongoing investigation” to block inquiry and/or action by President Trump. The entire process of the DC silo deployment is one long continuum, as we have previously outlined. Michael Horowitz was an investigative silo (blocking document release), Robert Mueller was an investigative silo (threats of obstruction blocking document release), John Durham was an investigative silo (blocking document release), and ultimately, now Jack Smith is an investigative silo, retrieving documents from Mar-a-Lago and blocking document release.
You will note that every single one of John Durham’s investigative pathways was to look at Trump-Russia fabrication and corruption outside government, outside Washington DC. None of the Durham investigation was focused inside government or inside the institutions that he and Bill Barr were protecting. Bill Barr was the Bondo, John Durham was the spray paint.
Today, Bill Barr when asked if he would testify against President Trump, says “of course” he would. WATCH:

Bill Barr enjoys talking about the weaponized DOJ as if the DOJ was not weaponized. Bill Barr is a very dangerous figure in the government weaponization process, and he had a lot of people fooled for a long time. Fortunately, he didn’t fool me and many of you remember exactly why.
Additionally, during my 2020 trip to DC, it was specific suspicions about Bill Barr that necessitated going directly into the system. Through research and eventually a stroke of luck, I was able to trace the people Attorney General Barr assigned to review the Trump-Russia collusion nonsense. I found the people working for Durham and questioned the lead investigator. Again, I immediately told everyone there was nothing being done to confront the corrupt entities who fabricated the nonsense.
After those events I also outlined the institutional silo corruption, a process Benny Johnson recently described as “the ghost in the machine“. While Johnson has the big picture accurate, these entities are not some unnamed random institutional bureaucrats. They are people, they know exactly what they are doing, and they understand exactly how to control the mechanics. These “ghosts” are the people AG Bill Barr was/is protecting. WATCH:

Now, let us get down to the business of understanding.
Today, for the first time, the broader American public met the face of the four-year investigation into the origin of the Trump-Russia hoax. Special Counsel John Durham testified before the House Judiciary Committee.
What a larger audience is now recognizing is what people on these pages have been discussing for quite some time. John Durham was/is the institutional preservation officer hired by Bill Barr to carefully navigate the corruption of the DOJ and FBI without actually holding anyone accountable for the corruption within the DOJ and FBI. Put succinctly, Bill Barr was the Bondo application and John Durham was the spray paint.
The rotting and corrupt carcass of our justice system is what remains hidden underneath the efforts of Mr. Barr and Mr. Durham. This is their legacy. Congressman Tom McClintock asks high-brow questions of John Durham, WATCH:

I am going to be outlining some details for those of you who walk the deep weeds of understanding on behalf of our nation.
If you are a “tldr” person, this effort is not for you; feel free to continue sitting on the back bench and complaining about stuff. However, if you are a person who absorbs information so that you can confront our ‘representatives‘, then these articles and points are arrows in your quiver.
The Wall Street Journal editorial board is finally starting to get it. They wrote an article this weekend recognizing how the Durham report totally eviscerates the foundation of the Robert Mueller and Andrew Weissmann special counsel investigation [SEE HERE]. The conclusion they reach is accurate:
Welcome to the party WSJ, nice of you to join us. But it’s worse. Much worse.
Keep in mind that John Durham has laid the Mueller/Weissmann probe naked to their enemies. Unfortunately, Weissmann and Mueller don’t have any enemies in Washington DC amid any party {Go Deep to 2021}. Our representatives are not representing. The true DC enemy is ‘We The People‘ – and I choose to fight them.
How entrenched is the defense mechanism? Well, consider a few things:
♦ First, John Durham clearly shows in his 306-page report with a 48-page classified appendix, that Russia did nothing to interfere in the 2016 election. The entire Russian Interference operation was a Clinton fabrication, later enhanced by a Federal Bureau of Investigation who used the fabrication as a cover-up justification to hide their surveillance of the Trump campaign.
♦ Second, accepting the empirical, factual, and inherently true reality of the first point – consider that President Barack Obama expelled 35 Russian diplomats to retain the Clinton fabrication and FBI lies. Think about this one carefully, the Obama administration expelled Russian diplomats in order to retain a domestic political ruse! President Obama did this *after* CIA Director John Brennan briefed him about the Clinton fabrication.
There were no Russian diplomats involved; there was no Russian election interference; there was no Russian hacking of the DNC; it was all a fraud created by the intelligence community (IC), FBI and Main Justice to support Hillary Clinton’s lies and then cover their own targeting tracks.

Now, let us get down to the business of understanding; let us uncomplicate the complex; and, more importantly, let me propose the outline of a solution.
♦ SILO #1 – Inspector General Michael Horowitz was given instructions by outgoing President Barack Obama, to review the internal decision-making inside the FBI, Main Justice and DOJ-NSD as it pertained to the Hillary Clinton classified document scandal.
In early January 2017, IG Horowitz was tasked to review the FBI decisions during the Clinton exoneration and deliver a report on his findings.
First, it is important to remember the DOJ inspector general can only review internal government conduct. The IG does not review or investigate outside involvement and has no authority to compel investigative compliance from outside parties. The Office of Inspector General is an internal review agency.
Second, it is important to remember the DOJ inspector general was not authorized to conduct any oversight of the Dept of Justice National Security Division, DOJ-NSD. During the Obama era, when the DOJ-NSD was created by Attorney General Eric Holder, through the entirety of the Obama era, there was no inspector general oversight into any operations conducted by the DOJ-NSD; that included the FISA process. It was not until later in 2017 when the Trump administration granted the OIG authority to conduct oversight into the DOJ National Security Division.
Think of IG Michael Horowitz as an investigative silo. You will see why this matters.
I have completed my first review of the report, and suffice to say the details within it are not new. The majority of the reaction so far has been centered around how Special Counsel Durham is not prosecuting anyone for their corrupt conduct outlined within the report. However, for the sake of this first review, I will draw attention to a few aspects you will likely not see discussed anywhere else.
Please note this detail found at the bottom of page 3 and top two lines of page #4:
[…] “The Office exercised its judgment regarding what to investigate but did not investigate every public report of an alleged violation of law in connection with the intelligence and law enforcement activities directed at the 2016 presidential campaigns.”
As perhaps the only person who tracked down and subsequently interviewed the investigators on the Durham team, and as a person who subsequently came away with a full understanding of how the silo operation inside this investigation was going to play out, I can reasonably assure you that notation and reference by team Durham is entirely directed to us.
That statement above tells us why none of the DC politicians who engaged in specific violations of law were criminally charged. This is part of the silo effect within government, which I will explain later. As a good friend said, “Yeah great, but we don’t have badges.” So, we went to the badges with the evidence, but the badges did not want to act upon the evidence, because it would have been, in their estimation, too damaging to the framework of our government.
