As noted in an article on campaign contributions [HERE], the Ten House DeceptiCons who voted to impeach President Trump are out-fundraising their grassroots challengers. Of course they are. The corrupt DC system is designed to protect their own.

The establishment GOP are not getting involved. The RNC is not financially supporting any primary opponents. However, the club does not control the voting support, ‘We The People’ do.

That leaves it up to us. We need to financially support the challengers and then turn out in massive numbers to defeat these creeps in the primary. These are the ten House Republicans who voted to impeach President Trump. This is who we need to defeat and send a message:

Baselines are always important when reviewing information; I cannot stress this enough.  When the corrupt instititional officials within the DOJ and FBI need to justify their corrupt activity, or get out in front of any exposure of their corrupt activity, they consistently run to two media outlets, The New York Times and Politico.  [State Dept use CNN, Intelligence Community use Washington Post]  This is the one constant you will notice in all reporting.

That is the baseline for Politico writing today about U.S. Attorney David Weiss intentionally burying information about an investigation of Hunter Biden in the summer and fall of 2020 in order to protect the candidacy of Joe Biden.  USAO Weiss of Delaware stopped the investigation of Hunter Biden, stopped issuing grand jury subpoenas, and stopped the issuance of search warrants in order to keep the public from knowing that Hunter Biden was under a criminal investigation.

Contrast that –now confirmed– defensive activity, with these exact same DOJ and FBI officials leaking everything they could about investigations of Donald Trump, or anyone in Trump’s orbit, even when those investigative statements were false, in order to undermine his candidacy and presidency.

This glaring contrast is one of the most brutally obvious examples of political manipulation within the DOJ as an institution.  Two solid and confirmed tiers of justice.

POLITICO (with the DOJ spin) – Last summer, federal officials in Delaware investigating Hunter Biden faced a dilemma. The probe had reached a point where prosecutors could have sought search warrants and issued a flurry of grand jury subpoenas. Some officials involved in the case wanted to do just that. Others urged caution. They advised Delaware’s U.S. Attorney, David Weiss, to avoid taking any actions that could alert the public to the existence of the case in the middle of a presidential election.

I can say with absolute certainty this announcement will bring out the biggest PA state legal battle between political activists, lawfare, media, Big Tech and local government.  Quite simply the Philadelphia area cannot allow a forensic audit because the action they took is easy to uncover.

Pennsylvania State Senator, Chairman of the PA Intergovernmental Operations Committee, Doug Mastriano has announced the intent of the legislative committee to conduct a forensic audit of three counties. Two Republican-controlled counties, Tioga and York counties, confirmed receiving letters Wednesday, as did the Democratic bastion of Philadelphia, the state’s largest and most politically corrupt city; the epicenter of PA corruption.

Within the announcement Mastriano stated “There is nothing to fear if there is nothing to hide. Those who have concerns about the integrity of the 2020 and 2021 election will have those concerns investigated and hopefully addressed. Those who think that there was zero voter fraud, no irregularities, and that the elections were conducted perfectly will have the chance to be vindicated.” This epic legal battle is going to be far uglier than Maricopa County (AZ), Antrim County (MI) or Fulton County (GA).

State Senator Doug Mastriano –  “A forensic investigation of our election results and processes for the 2020 General Election and the 2021 Primary will go a long way to restore trust in our system. Voting is the fundamental right of all citizens. We should continually look for ways to improve the voting process to ensure every voice is heard.

Today, as Chair of the Intergovernmental Operations Committee, I issued letters to several counties requesting information and materials needed to conduct a forensic investigation of the 2020 General Election and the 2021 Primary.

We have asked these counties to respond by July 31st with a plan to comply. The counties represent different geographical regions of Pennsylvania and differing political makeups. Some are Republican while others are Democrat, which means that this will be a balanced investigation.

Tucker Carlson used his TV broadcast on Wednesday night to continue pushing-back against NSA operational data collection that appears to have caught him in their surveillance dragnet.  However, what Carlson (and many others) have yet to reconcile is the totality of control held by the newest branch of government, the Intelligence Branch.

CTH has been contacted by numerous interested stakeholders in the larger dynamic.  Tomorrow we hope to be able to give readers an explanation of exactly how each traditional branch of government; including the administrative agencies within them; have been taken over by a methodical expansion of the Intelligence Community.  Everything is now controlled by the Intelligence Branch, and the underlying mechanisms of government have abdicated, perhaps even abandoned, their oversight.

In the interim, here’s the latest segment from Carlson along with one of CTH earlier outlines on how the NSA database became a surveillance tool for President Barack Obama.  We are almost 15 years into a process that facilitates the Intelligence Branch as the most powerful -and unelected- governmental system.  After the Carlson segment remind yourself how President Obama exploited a process he created.

There is no workable solution to debate until the American people and congressional representatives admit and accept the totality of the current corrupt system.  In essence, until everyone realizes there is a fourth branch of government now in control.

The process to create the Intelligence Branch started around the time the office of the DNI was created (post 9/11/01).  However, it was President Obama and AG Eric Holder who took advantage of the framework the ODNI system created with an immediate and methodical plan in 2008.  The effectiveness of what they constructed shows up toward the end of the Obama presidency when they were using that system to assist Hillary Clinton.

That is the context to remember a time-frame between December 2015 and April 2016 when the NSA database was being exploited by contractors within the intelligence community, using windows opened by the Obama-era DOJ/FBI, to facilitate unauthorized searches.

The House of Representatives voted today to approve a House Select Committee to investigate the January 6th DC protest.  The vote was 222-190 [LINK] to approve House Resolution 503, with Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger voting to support the Pelosi mid-term election scheme.

The January 6th House Select Committee investigation is to MAGA voters what the Mueller Investigation was to President Trump. A tool to attack political opposition and frame a narrative for the 2022 mid-term election. Nothing more.

Beyond the votes to approve there were 19 representatives who did not vote.  It does not go unnoticed that every single non-vote was a republican representative.  [link]

The Republicans who did not vote include: Jodey C Arrington (TX-19th CD), Jim Banks (IN-3rd CD), Earl “Buddy” Carter (GA-1st CD), Michael Cloud (TX-7th CD), Russ Fulcher (ID-1st CD), Louie Gohmert (TX-1st CD), Bob Good (VA-5th CD), Yvette Herrell (NM-2nd CD), Clay Higgins (LA-3rd CD), Darrell Issa (CA-50th CD), Ronny Jackson (TX-13th CD), Mike Johnson (LA-4th CD), Mary Miller (IL-15th CD), August Pfluger (TX-11th CD), John Rose (TN-6th CD), Chip Roy (TX-21st CD), Thomas Tiffany (WI-7th CD), Randy Weber (TX-14th CD), Roger Williams (TX-25th CD).

A non-vote is essentially a vote to approve.  Keep in mind, some of the Texas delegation may have been at the U.S-Mexico border event with President Trump; bad timing, but ok.  However, the rest of the Republican non-votes should be must be questioned by their constituents for why they are essentially supporting Nancy Pelosi’s scheme by not voting against it.  This is a critical point in history, question your representatives.

As disturbing as this statement is, considering the prior admissions of warrantless wiretapping by the FBI using the NSA database, this does not come as a surprise.

Remember, for five consecutive years the U.S. intelligence community has admitted to the FISA court they continually conduct illegal searches of U.S. citizen data, using the NSA database, and they admit to illegally extracting information which is illegally shared with interests outside the intelligence community.

Tonight on Tucker Carlson the Fox News Host outlined how an NSA whistleblower contacted him and told him the NSA was conducting electronic surveillance of his communication.  To verify the authenticity of the claim the whistleblower told Carlson what the content of his private text messages and emails contained.  While alarming in part, again this should not be surprising.  WATCH:

As we have mentioned previously, the United States Department of Justice is prepared to use federal law enforcement (FBI) to secure their position.  The purpose of the announcements should be clear to everyone.  We discussed and outlined the background previously.  {Go Deep 1} and {Go Deep Two}

In the background of these maneuvers corporate Big Tech, corporate U.S. media and those DC politicians under the control of multinational corporations, have been instructed to push the “domestic extremist” narrative.

Any organized and articulate truth-tellers are considered subversive, ie. against the interests of the U.S. government.  The January 6th DC protest is being used as an illustrative example for that narrative.

In an intelligence community controlled operation (ex. General Stanley McCrystal), ideological deplatforming, censorship, content removal and ultimately control of voices who would warn of larger issues, continues daily.  […] “The group, Defeat Disinfo, will use artificial intelligence and network analysis to map discussion of [opposition] claims on social media. Let me be very clear… stop and hear the drums… Something is about to happen.  Approximately 100 million American voters are considered dissidents now.  Meanwhile the FBI is preparing for the American people to implement a grassroot solution to deal with a corrupt federal government; a solution I would call “extreme federalism”.

Governor Ron DeSantis, the information highlighted in the example below is provided as affirmation to what you likely already know; however, I provide the enhanced granular background to contemplate as you look toward the horizon.  This information is provided publicly because there is a purposeful reason to continue pulling back the curtain for a larger electoral awakening.

As a former congressman you know the duplicity of the bureaucratic federal system that you left behind.  The traditional framework of three co-equal branches of government has been usurped by a larger and deeper network now represented by terminology describing the intelligence community.  The example below highlights just one way the system is self-protecting.

On October 19, 2020, former U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr appointed John Durham as special prosecutor under authorities provided by DOJ regulations [28 cfr 600].  However, AG Bill Barr did not tell the public at the time of the appointment.  Within the original appointment AG Barr notes the reason for doing this quietly [Page 2, Paragraph (e)]:

“Pursuant to 28 C.F.R. § 600.9(b), I have determined that the notification requirement … should be tolled until at least after the November 3, 2020 election because legitimate and investigative privacy concerns warrant confidentiality.“

In essence, AG Bill Barr stated he did not want to impact the 2020 presidential election with a notification to congress or the public of this appointment.  While the justification for this approach is clearly within the unspoken rules of the DOJ not wanting to give the impression of interference in political elections, we must also accept these unspoken DOJ rules only flow in one direction – when Democrat party politicians need to be protected.

However, beyond the justification for not informing the public that U.S. Attorney John Durham was now empowered with special prosecutor authorities before the 2020 presidential election, there are much bigger issues that surface; and this must be accepted and discussed in its purposeful totality.

♦ Notification of the special prosecutor appointment did not surface until December 1, 2020, when AP journalist Michael Balsamo first wrote about it (SEE HERE).  Based on a recent widely-viewed article published in the Atlantic, we now know Balsamo was summoned by AG Barr to Main Justice for an informal lunch were several issues were discussed: “Barr’s betrayal came on December 1, over lunch in the attorney general’s private dining room with Michael Balsamo, a Justice Department beat reporter at the Associated Press.” (link)

There has been a lot of discussion today about an Atlantic article [SEE HERE] containing an outline of former AG Bill Barr’s discussion with reporters and the White House in the aftermath of the 2020 election.  In essence the nub of the article is Bill Barr stating to a journalist December 1st: ” To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election,” and then the article covers the fallout with the White House from that AP interview.

AG Barr called Michael Balsamo to his office in Main Justice to make the statement over lunch:

ATLANTIC – […] Balsamo’s story appeared on the AP newswire shortly after lunch ended: “Disputing Donald Trump’s persistent baseless claims, Attorney General William Barr declared Tuesday the U.S. Justice Department had uncovered no evidence of widespread voter fraud that could change the outcome of the 2020 election.”

The story blew a hole in the president’s claims. Nobody seriously questioned Barr’s conservative credentials or whether he had been among Trump’s most loyal cabinet secretaries. His conclusion sent a definitive message that the effort to overturn the election was without merit. (read more)

That last paragraph perfectly encapsulates the entire purpose for AG Bill Barr to be in place since February of 2019.  To present the image of a loyal cabinet secretary so that no-one could/would question his conservative credentials.   That purpose was exactly what CTH presented upon the nomination and confirmation of Bill Barr.  His job was to be the bondo that covered the rot in DC and gave the illusion of a healthy functioning justice department.  We called it “Bondo Barr“.

There is a specific irony of Bill Barr using Wayne County, Michigan, as “no evidence” of ballot fraud while simultaneously admitting no other area other than Wayne county has voting precincts that do not count ballots.  Only in Wayne county do the 662 precincts deliver ballots to a central counting facility.  The Wayne County process itself is designed specifically to make ballot fraud easier….  The former AG says move along, move along, nothing to see here… “that’s what they do.”
