As the negotiations for a Ukraine-Russia ceasefire agreement are being worked out, here are the statements from each of the participants in the technical team discussion following their meeting in Saudi Arabia.
RUSSIA STATEMENT (SOURCE):1. “In line with the agreement reached by the presidents of Russia and the United States, the Russian and American sides agreed to provide for the implementation of the Black Sea Initiative, which includes ensuring safe navigation, eliminating the use of force, and preventing the use of commercial vessels for military purposes in the Black Sea, while adopting appropriate control measures by inspecting such vessels.
2. The United States will help restore Russia’s access to the world market for agricultural and fertiliser exports, lower maritime insurance costs, and enhance access to ports and payment systems for such transactions.
Yesterday President Donald Trump signed an executive order targeting: “Immediate Declassification of Materials Related to the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Crossfire Hurricane Investigation.” [ORDER TEXT HERE]
Within the XO President Trump informs the Attorney General (Pam Bondi) the Director of National Intelligence (Tulsi Gabbard), and the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (John Ratcliffe), “I have determined that all of the materials referenced in the Presidential Memorandum of January 19, 2021 (Declassification of Certain Materials Related to the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane Investigation), are no longer classified.”
“I have further determined that the material proposed for redaction by the Federal Bureau of Investigation in a cover letter dated January 17, 2021, remains classified.
My decision to declassify the materials described above does not extend to materials that must be protected from disclosure pursuant to orders of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court and does not require the disclosure of certain personally identifiable information or any other materials that must be protected from disclosure under applicable law.” (link)
Caution is warranted. Yes, there may be a few new items, perhaps a few redactions removed on previously released items, but essentially this is likely be a rehash of assembled component parts we have already discussed at length. In essence, this sounds like the Mar-a-Lago ten-inch binder content the FBI was previously trying to get back.
There is also a possibility the FISA Court has ordered some materials related to the Crossfire Hurricane investigation, sealed by the FISC. President Trump does not extend his order to these materials.
There is a certain likelihood the CIA holds foreign intelligence equities that tangentially supports the origin of the Crossfire Hurricane targeting. We already know officials and intelligence operations from the U.K, Australia, Italy and Israel were involved in the 2016 operation against Trump. President Trump does not extend his order to these materials, because the equity ownership of the classified material rests in the foreign intelligence services.
President Trump has given remarks supporting National Security Advisor Mike Waltz during an interview with NBC.
WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump stood by his national security adviser, Mike Waltz, after The Atlantic’s editor-in-chief was accidentally added to a private, high-level chat on the messaging app Signal where military plans were being discussed.
“Michael Waltz has learned a lesson, and he’s a good man,” Trump said Tuesday in a phone interview with NBC News.
When asked what he was told about how Goldberg came to be added to the Signal chat, Trump said, “It was one of Michael’s people on the phone. A staffer had his number on there.”
Trump said Goldberg’s presence in the chat had “no impact at all” on the military operation.
The president expressed confidence in his team, saying he was not frustrated by the events leading up to The Atlantic’s story. The situation, Trump said, was “the only glitch in two months, and it turned out not to be a serious one.” (more)
The rest of the DC setup is transparently clear. (1) Goldberg held the story until the day before a long-scheduled Senate Intelligence Committee hearing. (2) The SSCI then used the hearing to blast the heads of the Trump administration intelligence silos on the issue of “classified” information in the text messages.
Following a cabinet meeting, President Donald Trump and the various cabinet members hold a public press availability to outline fraud discovered within the budgets and spending of the agencies they head. Several examples of demonstrable fraud were highlighted by DOGE team lead Elon Musk, the Small Business Administration, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Dept of Energy, the Dept of Veterans Affairs and others.
President Trump explains that targeting the governmental spending “fraud” is critical as his administration focuses on growing the economy and bringing in major U.S. investment. Most of the spending being highlighted is fraud within the business model of U.S. politics. As noted by President Trump, it is not waste or abuse, it is simply fraud.
Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick outlines his expectations in advance of April 2nd, economic liberation day. HHS Secretary RFK Jr outlined how the DOGE team is helping to streamline the goals and objectives of the healthcare system. President Trump guides the MAGAnomic conversation around the various cabinet secretaries.
Dept of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem outlined how border patrol now has almost complete control over the U.S. border, and how the deportation operation is now removing record numbers of illegal aliens.
The Q&A session with media begins at 23:14 of the video above.
President Trump asks for Secretary Marco Rubio [24:57 of video] to review foreign policy and the Ukraine-Russia negotiations that are underway in Saudi Arabia. President Trump also notes the mid-east policy program is restarting the Abraham Accords to bring more nations into the alliance to stop regional hatred and create peace.
Around the 28:00 moment, President Trump notes the MAGAnomic policy initiatives that are starting to reduce prices. The price of energy input products is dropping rapidly along with gasoline and core food ingredients. Around 31:30 Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent outlines how Treasury is positioning policy to assist in economic growth.
At approximately the 34:00-minute mark, President Trump asks Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy about air safety and the goal of a new Air Traffic Control system. Secretary Duffy outlines the importance of DOGE to deliver solutions and assist with identifying problems.
Attorney General Pam Bondi who is primarily in position to keep the administration -and Trump himself- defended from Lawfare attacks, outlines how the DOJ is taking investigative referrals from the various cabinet members and will review identified instances of fraud for prosecution when warranted.
President Trump concludes the press availability by defending Elon Musk and his DOGE team from the attacks against him and his companies.
Yesterday, Sunday night, the U.S technical delegation met with representatives from Ukraine to get deeper into specifics of what Ukraine wants for a ceasefire. The meetings are taking place in Saudi Arabia.
The Ukrainian delegation was led by Defense Minister Rustem Umerov. Heorhii Tykhyi, foreign ministry spokesperson, said on Friday the Ukrainian and American sides were due “to clarify the modalities, the nuances of possible different ceasefire regimes, how to monitor them, how to control them, in general, what is included in their scope”.
Following the meeting with the Ukrainian delegation who, together with elements of the CIA/EU and NATO – visibly appear to hold a desire to continue the war (and funding therein), the U.S delegation is scheduled to meet with their Russian counterparts today (Monday).
SAUDI ARABIA – […] Trump said on Saturday that efforts to stop further escalation in the Ukraine-Russia conflict were “somewhat under control”. The U.S. hopes to reach a broad ceasefire within weeks, targeting a truce agreement by April 20, Bloomberg News reported on Sunday, citing people familiar with the planning.
Russian and U.S. experts meeting in Saudi Arabia on Monday are due to discuss ways to ensure the safety of shipping in the Black Sea, the Kremlin has said.
Despite all the diplomatic activity, Russia and Ukraine have both reported continued strikes, while Russian forces have also continued to advance slowly in eastern Ukraine, a region Moscow claims to have annexed. (read more)
As soon as details can be worked out, hopefully sooner rather than later, President Trump can then schedule a face-to-face meeting with the unelected leader of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Obviously, Margaret Brennan is a leftist operative within the media space and desperate to direct any conversation toward the narrative issues that are organized by the professional Democrats in DC. Within this interview her priorities are protecting Iran, protecting Hamas and protecting illegal criminal aliens.
Regarding Tren de Aragua criminal gang illegal alien removals, Ms. Brennan says their removal is not a “deportation” they are being sent to prison, and furthermore they are not being afforded “their day in court.”
NSA Waltz misses the opportunity to tell Brennan immigration and DHS are deporting them, removing them; however, we are under no obligation to repatriate them. Perhaps Ms Brennan could look up the term ‘deportation’ in a dictionary. Obviously, illegal aliens do not have U.S constitutional protection, so “their day in court” is a little silly. [Transcript] – MARGARET BRENNAN: Good morning and welcome to “Face the Nation.” There is a lot to cover on the home front, but we begin first on national security. In just a few hours, U.S. officials will be holding talks with Ukraine, and tomorrow a separate round with Russia, in pursuit of a 30 day cease fire. In the meantime, the Trump administration is ramping up the U.S. military presence in the Middle East, sending a second aircraft carrier to the region. We begin this morning with White House National Security Advisor Mike Waltz. Good to have you here.
WHITE HOUSE NATIONAL SECURITY ADVISER MIKE WALTZ: Thanks Margaret.
MARGARET BRENNAN: So the Iran-backed Houthis, they continue to fire at Israel. What has the last week of bombing achieved? And if you’re holding Iran responsible, what’s next?
President Trump’s special envoy Steve Witkoff discusses his meetings with Vladimir Putin and the ongoing discussions with Ukrainian and Russian officials. WATCH:
Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has rejected the proposal to use United Nations (U.N) peacekeepers in Ukraine as part of a ceasefire operation. Two years ago, Zelenskyy was asking for U.N peacekeepers [SEE HERE] so, what changed?
Volodymyr Zelenskyy is asking for “security guarantees” during a ceasefire. The U.N peacekeepers are proposed as a potential peacekeeping group to provide those “security guarantees” he says are so important. Zelenskyy rejects the idea, seemingly demanding that NATO put their troops on the ground. This guy is something else.

UKRAINE – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has firmly rejected French President Emmanuel Macron’s proposal to deploy United Nations (UN) peacekeeping forces to Ukraine. According to Zelensky, such a move would not provide effective security guarantees and could ultimately benefit Russia.
During a press conference in Kyiv, Zelensky emphasized that Ukraine requires a long-term protection strategy, not a temporary solution that could jeopardize the country’s sovereignty. “We will not accept a scenario that risks giving an advantage to Russia or limiting our freedom to defend ourselves,” Zelensky stated. Steve Witkoff is one of the most important people within the administration. Witkoff plays the key role of emissary and envoy for President Trump carrying his message to designated ears and returning with information.
It is certainly frustrating to the global operatives of the CIA not to have the ability to influence and control the messaging and information flow from and around President Trump. Without a doubt the use of envoys and emissaries has to be giving the Intelligence Community significant frustration headaches.
Within the interview Witkoff walks through what he has seen and discussed in numerous conflict zones. The majority of the interview focuses on the Israel-Hamas conflict, and Witkoff’s action toward negotiation peace, as a result of the question priority of Tucker Carlson. The remainder of the interview, approximately one-third, focuses on the Ukraine-Russia conflict.
Tucker Carlson also emphasizes the U.S. media attacks against Witkoff, which I would say are significantly overstated (motive unknown), distractingly so. Overall, a great insight into Steve Witkoff, President Trump and the peace agenda of the Trump administration, while simultaneously (oddly) you can sense Tucker Carlson is engaged with Witkoff with an intent to shape the conversation. If you are concerned about the economics of American life, the first step is to understand the financial influences that were put into place by President Obama, then again with Obama’s team using the auspices of Joe Biden.
President Trump is rapidly untangling the tentacles of Obama’s “share the wealth” exfiltration policy, and he will achieve success on a scale most economic analysts cannot fathom. Traditional financial media, including those who follow the influences of Wall Street are constrained by their need to retain pretenses. However, President Trump and his economic team are very clear-eyed and focused.
We are already seeing major drops in core energy prices including gasoline. These decreases will have downstream impacts on all consumer goods, and we will notice a significant drop in food prices in two steps.
The first will be moderate and the result of harvest one cost decreases. The second price drop will be even greater and will come as a result in major farm costs for the second harvest sequence. By Thanksgiving 2025, lowered energy prices in combination with ‘food prepared at home’ price drops will be the leading cause of a major decline in inflation.
In the background of this domestic outcome, the April 2nd tariffs will start to ripple through durable goods. Initially, there will be waves and fluctuations as some durable goods prices increase and other durable goods prices decrease. The more the components of the product are domestically manufactured, the more the price of the end product will drop in price.
As a result, the aggregate downward pressure (higher domestic content) will exceed the upward pressure (higher import content component goods) and overall prices for durable goods will decline. This deflationary pressure point will increase over time as the end of the Marshal Plan starts to return dollars to the United States.
