Many people have come to the realization the best line of defense against an out of control and corrupt federal government is to drop back to the state and local level, harden the local politics to push-back against federal intervention, and demand local and state officials fight against the dangerous leftist agenda.

Governors like Ron DeSantis in Florida are leading the way with proactive state legislation and direct confrontation against the collectivist leftist effort.  The state confrontation includes state laws against efforts by federal intrusion (COVID mandates, passports, etc) and simultaneously creating state laws that will allow Big Tech (censorship) and the multinational corporations (discrimination) to be sued in state court.  Additionally, following the Tea Party organized model, local pragmatic patriots are also doing their part.

The latest story of effective organization at the local level comes from a group of families in a mid-sized town of Southlake, Texas; a town northwest of Dallas with a population of 31,000.  The school board was about to initiate the indoctrination program of Critical Race Theory (CRT) in the region.  The parents said “no more” leftist bullshit, organized an effective political action committee pooled their financial resources, selected candidates and launched a full-frontal assault in the next local election.

The results were stunningly successful as the pragmatic patriots crushed the leftist effort with a turnout three times greater than the previous election, and an overwhelming seventy percent level of voting support for their candidates.  Their opposition barely scraped 30% for their side.  This is how it is done; smile as you read the details below:

There were four stories that broke in the past week; “broke“as in: were revealed, but not necessarily by media. Yet it doesn’t seem like anyone is putting them into their connected context.  I am outlining below (w/ citations) and hopefully everyone can see the connection:

♦(1)  The 2020 FISA review and opinion by presiding Judge James Boasberg was declassified.  The review is for year 2019 (written October 2020, declassified April 2021).  Notice the FISC review is for FBI conduct in 2019.

Within the outline Boasberg notes ongoing abuses by FBI officers of the NSA database.  Boasberg specifically called attention to the FBI use of that database for warrantless searches of public and private officials. {LINK}

♦(2) Judge Boasberg hires former DOJ National Security Head Mary McCord as an Amicus Curiae for the court.  McCord is a known corrupt actor within the DOJ with political motives and intentions.  Including her work and efforts with the intelligence community inspector general (ICIG Atkinson) during the first impeachment effort against President Trump.  Notice, Boasberg hired McCord for the role at the same time the 2020 opinion is declassified. {LINK}

♦(3) The FBI raids the home of Rudy Giuliani with a search warrant for his electronic devices.  Notice the reports of the search warrant highlight the FBI must have something of substance -or at least the appearance of something of substance- in order to get a judge to sign-off on a search warrant. {LINK}

♦(4) Rudy Giuliani reveals during an interview that the search warrant included a reference to supportive evidence obtained by the FBI in 2019.  Giuliani then explains that when his lawyer questioned the FBI they said they searched his iCloud account in 2019 WITHOUT a warrant. {LINK}

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis was the first U.S. governor to announce he would oppose and block any attempt to make vaccination passports a requirement for any engagement with state government or private enterprise.  DeSantis then signed an executive order temporarily and proactively blocking any effort to require proof of vaccination.

Today, the Florida House of Representatives passed a bill (SB 2006) to ban the use of COVID vaccination passports.  This bill will now reconcile with a Florida Senate bill that carried the same intent.

Good job Florida!

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – With a key lawmaker saying he recognizes that vaccine hesitancy is “real and understandable,” the Florida House on Wednesday approved a measure that would limit local emergency orders and make permanent Gov. Ron DeSantis’ executive order barring COVID-19 vaccine “passports.”

The House voted 76-40 to approve the proposal (SB 2006), which Pandemics & Public Emergencies Committee Chairman Tom Leek, R-Ormond Beach, said would prepare Florida for the next public-health emergency while striking a “delicate balance between protecting people and protecting people’s civil liberties.

Comrades, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), also known as the U.S. Ministry of COVID compliance, has released new guidelines for outdoor expressions of liberty and freedom.  [SEE GUIDELINES HERE]  Within the guidelines vaccinated people are now permitted to engage in activity without masks.  However, non-compliant citizens -those who refuse the non FDA approved emergency vaccination- are still required to wear masks.  [LINK]

Thus, the CDC ministry is now establishing a new protocol to divide the American citizenry.  Two classes of individuals: vaccinated -vs- non vaccinated.

Vaccinated people will be permitted greater freedom; and may -depending on checkpoints unregulated (so far) by government officials- engage in conduct according to rules created by multinational corporations.  Compliant citizens will have access to venues, services and freedom based on the arbitrary rules of the state and business.

Non-Vaccinated, non-compliant citizens, are considered subversive to the interests of the state, and will -again as determined by private corporations and government officials- be barred from engagement in some activity.  The freedom fulcrum is being moved right in front of our eyes and the majority of U.S. citizens are seemingly oblivious to it.

Comrade dissidents, this should not come as a surprise.  Factually, CTH has been saying this is the intent of the leftist division in the United States for well over a decade.  I even asked readers  in May of 2011 which choice will they make because CTH anticipated THIS is exactly where we would be.  While we did not know the mechanism, we did know the goal.

Judicial Watch has done an excellent job discovering direct evidence of collusion between government officials, the Biden campaign and social media companies Facebook, Twitter, Google (YouTube) to censor speech and remove content.  California officials were using a list generated by a firm called SKDK  (working for Biden campaign) to inform the social media companies of content for removal.

[…] The Office of Election Cybersecurity in the California Secretary of State’s office monitored and tracked social media posts, decided if they were misinformation, stored the posts in an internal database coded by threat level, and on 31 different occasions requested posts be removed.

This is an explosive new element to an ongoing story of big tech censorship because the documents directly highlight California government officials and tech companies working together to remove political content adverse to the interests of the Biden campaign; and later the Biden administration.

One of the California government officials, Deputy Secretary of State and Chief Communications Officer Paula Valle, even begins to question the legality of their coordinated conduct after journalists and people who had their content removed started asking for specific answers why.

The internal investigation by JoeBama’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) serves two purposes.  [Memo Link Here]  First, it will identify anyone with nationalist outlooks and/or ‘America First’ ideology; in essence it will identify JoeBama’s political enemies (those that didn’t vote for Biden).

Second, it will send a chill through the ranks within all DHS agencies to quiet any dissent to the approved leftist approach (the DHS political agenda).  This is essentially putting DHS through the same process previously deployed against the FBI during Robert Mueller and James Comey’s terms. Eliminate any and all opposition to the JoeBama agenda.

As the notification from DHS explains, the investigation is already underway (See Here)  “At the direction of the Secretary, a cross-Departmental working group comprised of senior officials will immediately begin a comprehensive review of how to best prevent, detect, and respond to threats related to domestic violent extremism within DHS. This internal team, which will be led by the Department’s Chief Security Officer, will produce a report with recommendations for the Secretary on how best to identify and respond to threats.”

Again it is important to repeat, this type of activity is one long continuum.  The IRS was previously used; federal contractors for the FBI have previously been used, and now the United States Postal Service is running a covert surveillance program against Americans that sounds suspiciously like the prior DHS announcement.

The Yahoo news article is filled with people saying they don’t know why.  But that’s only because they have not been paying attention.  The USPS has the systems in place to record every single package (sender and recipient), of every single piece of mail, sent anywhere at all times.  They have a massive database of information on every single American.

So when you put the USPS statutory authority together with their technical capability, and then consider they operate their own police force… and then tie it together with “DHS Preparing to Use Private Contractors to “Scour Public Data and Social Media” To Compile Dissident Citizens for Watch List and No Fly Lists“…. what is described in the Yahoo article is almost identical to what we previously outlined.

Yahoo –  The law enforcement arm of the U.S. Postal Service has been quietly running a program that tracks and collects Americans’ social media posts, including those about planned protests, according to a document obtained by Yahoo News.

The details of the surveillance effort, known as iCOP, or Internet Covert Operations Program, have not previously been made public. The work involves having analysts trawl through social media sites to look for what the document describes as “inflammatory” postings and then sharing that information across government agencies.  (read more)
