Guyana President Dr. Irfaan Ali sat down with BBC narrative engineer Stephen Sackur, host of BBC’s HardTALK, to talk about Guyana’s vast offshore oil and gas reserves and how it is transforming their national economy.
The BBC production crew came with an intent to confront President Ali about climate change and the unwillingness of the emerging nation to adhere to the dictatorial fiats of the Western world. BBC arrived fully immersed in the climate change agenda, with a narrative that stands aghast at the nerve of another nation to look out for the best economic interests of their citizens.
President Ali was not going to allow the BBC to avoid the hypocrisy within their position and he fired back brilliantly. WATCH (prompted):
.
Pretending leftists wonder why the world is cleaving. Then again, in order to advance their insane ideology, the progressive left must always pretend not to know things. The BBC narrative engineer is a case study in this pretense.
An entire generation within the walled and occupied West have been indoctrinated to believe in the cult of climate change. As the same ‘Western world’ loses a grip on their historic influence, the global cleaving does not come as a surprise.
People have asked me about the origin of the CBDC planning, the motive for the master design of the WEF and Western financial and corporate world. Why would they need to wall-off the West through banking, finance and economics?
The answer really does boil down to diminished influence and fear. The need for control is a reaction to fear.
In very real and practical terms, can we stop China from taking Taiwan? No.
Can we really stop Russia from taking eastern Ukraine? No.
Think logically.
In the chase for corporate profits, multinational financial gains and enrichment of the coffers, the USA and proverbial West deindustrialized. We outsourced our manufacturing to foreign nations. Those same multinational institutions, and the politicians they control, are now facing the consequences of their greed.
Do we really expect China to provide the rolled steel for a war against them over Taiwan?
Do we really expect China to provide the microchips, material and elements needed for use in missiles, weapons or war material, if we make them our enemy?
Do we really expect the softened and complacent youth citizens, created purposefully to benefit a “service driven economy” from within the USA and West, to sign up for the meat grinder of yet another bankers’ war? Of course not.
None of this aforementioned action would ever happen. That’s the pragmatic reality that everyone pretends not to know.
The Western global alliance has diminished its usefulness, exploited its leverage, and expended all of its effort in the chase for corporate profit and greed. The grey zone influence is rising, an inflection point is upon us, and new global alliances are being formed – example BRICS+.
Against this backdrop, the WEF/Western corporate world is seeking to squeeze (and control) the remaining wealth from a loin cloth that is increasingly drying.
Their previous acceptance phase led to strategic planning. The powers that control the mechanisms of Western wealth have constructed financial walls in order to preserve their own system of control. That’s the big picture origin of the dollar-based central bank digital currency.
They are erecting walls and creating systems of compliance for financial engagement within a cleaved world. A cleaving their globalist greed created.
The financial cleaving creates a pipeline for money and transactions between the zones. They will control the pipeline. That’s the motive, and their mechanism to try and retain affluence (CBDC) against a backdrop of diminished global influence.
The citizens within the WESTERN construct, are seemingly trapped inside this abusive relationship with an increasingly fascist government. Note the COVID dictates.
What these Fools actually do not know boils down to one thing: “The greatest Art of War is to defeat your enemy without fighting him.” These Fools have all the “Rumpelstiltskin money” in the world, but they have no idea what money actually is, what it actually must represent, nor where it actually comes from. Complete de-industrialization – the utter decimation of the 1940’s “Arsenal of Democracy” – might have looked great on their paper.
But there are many other people in this world who know better. They’re not going to wait around for these Fools.
Some of those “other people” live right here, and they coined a slogan which so-far has merely been reduced to an acronym on a red hat. Or, a pejorative term: “Make America Great Again.”
These wise people understand that, if you don’t “Make [Your_Country] Great” in everything that you do and in everything that you negotiate, no one else on Earth ever will. (Nor should they.)
One of them actually wrote a damned-good book about that. He titled it: “The Art of the Deal.”
Don’t look to these Fools to be the harbingers of the actual future. They won’t be. Their time is nearly done. Their wealth is smelly straw, and so is their dwindling power.
Outstanding comment. Thank you.
Awesome Mike.
Well spoken, Mike. Bravo.
Pure unadulterated BS from the British Broadcasting Communists, who used jet fuel to get to the interview, stayed in a hotel requiring energy and fuel, same for their cars, clothing, cell phones, and the pen he so rudely waves around at the president. CRUSH THEM ALL! End the slavery, they make me sick!
A lunch was eaten and a hypocrite trashed!
BRAVO President Ali!
Pompous Ass. Great Briton is still pumping oil from the North Sea and continues to look for more. They are also planning on opening a new deep underground coal mine. And this jerk goes down to Guyana to lecture their President.
If I wasn’t already married to a really wonderful man, I would propose to you
The arrogance of the Left’s climate change cult is breaktaking.
No more than the Left’s lies and arrogance about Covid.
Or, pretty much anything and everything.
The arrogance is far more broad based, than just CC.
LOOK at a map of Russia and Ukraine, and grasp the hubris of them thinking Ukraine could prevail.
The SAME idiots, 2-4 years ago planned the DeSantis campaign, tied into the Indictments scheme, and actually were quite confident it would work.
It has become a daily event, that one of these idiots, ON CAMERA makes a comment displaying an absolute disconnect from reality, far greater than Marie Antoinettes “Let them eat cake” and which just a few years ago would have been a career killing gaff.
We need guiotines,…lots
Guyana KO’s BBC in round one.
I do not like his answer, even though it is scientifically correct.
The President of Ghana is accepting the premise of the question of “climate change”. Change from what? How much carbon dioxide is in the atmosphere? What is the optimum amount? Explain the function of it in the eco-system. What is the optimum temperature of the earth? How many years have measurements been taken versus the billions of years earth’s existence? How and where were they taken?
Tell me one, just one calamity or model that correctly predicted the future. If we go back to the late nineteenth century the propagandists claimed that the earth was cooling Then after about a generation it was warming. In the 1920’s and 30’s we recorded some of out hottest days. Modern records, that still stand. In the 70’s it was the “coming ice age”. And the in the 90’s, it was “global warming” again. Yes, again, until it morphed into “climate change” because there was no appreciable warming.
The hockey stick temperature graph was a lie. NASA and NOAA have been caught fudging temperature data.
This is a complex issue with many components that are themselves complex. I am not sure of the best way to answer, but I do believe that one should not accept the false premise.
There are four objective truths that the climate change cult cannot logically respond to:
Truth.
The President of Ghana is accepting the premise of the question of “climate change”.
I don’t know what he honestly believes, but when you’re dealing with obtuse people like the BBC interviewer, you need to fight back in the same language and theories with which they attack you, and expose their hypocrisy. The President did well.
So, who is the BBC working for? Those who control much of the world’s energy supplies? Can’t have more competition and raise the living standards of these uppity third-worlders.
The BBC works for the same people that all other main stream media answers to……..the globalist cabal.
When you point out the hypocrisy of your foe, you reveal him to be the liar he is likely to be.
In this way, you undermine the credibility of ANYTHING he says from that point forward.
In Aristotelian terms, the President of Guyana, in pointing out the West’s hypocrisy, successfully exposed the weak ethos (character or morality) of the interviewer.
From then on, nothing Mr. Snob said could be effective.
From the perspective of persuasion, it was much more effective than trying to enlist Mr. Glasses-on-His-Nose in a debate about the actual existence of man-caused climate change.
I think that the President of Guyana did not want to get into the argument of whether or not “climate change/global warming/global cooling” is real and instead, fought them back with their own rules.
They always drive an electric vehicle (good) to counteract flying a private jet (bad) so that they are Carbon Neutral. That is the game that they play.
So he played the game on them and said that they have a Big Beautiful Forest that which is bigger than anything in the UK which makes them carbon neutral for drilling for oil.
These demon/tools will ignore all facts to suit their agenda. So he threw it back in their faces.
Make Guyana Great Again! Drill Baby Drill! Carbon Neutral Thanks to the Big Beautiful Forest!
Guyana.
Guyana is in the isthmus between Central and South America.
Ghana is in west Africa.
Big difference.
Just a small point but the isthmus is Panama
Exactly.
Don’t forget acid rain and the ozone hole. Those were going to destroy as well.
A heck of a beat down administered by the President.
Well done,sir.
While he fought back courageously, he still couldn’t bring himself to say what needs to be said. Instead of claiming to be able to reach Net Zero while producing oil and gas, he should have simply and directly denied the existence of catastrophic climate change and denied that CO2 us a pollutant. We must stop the climate scam at its roots.
you beat me to it, posted similar before reading comments
PDJT did something similar.
While running, he gave some lip service to CC, and repeated often he wants the cleanest air and water.
Its only after the steal, that he says “change the temp 1/4 degree, in about 300 F’ing years!”
I much prefer the latter approach, but I CAN understand the former.
“its POLITICS, Jake,…its politics!”
I understand your comment, but so far it hasn’t gained traction. He has beaten them at their own game.
The basis of a first world economy is cheap abundant energy.
When energy is made more expensive in such an economy (Biden’s first actions as pResident) inflation begins to undermine it. PDJT has made this point again and again, inflation is a nation-killer.
There actually is abundant oil and gas in the earth such that almost every nation could be energy independent.
Way back in the 80’s when only computer geeks were on the internet and very few people used email, some scientists who were studying comets turned their imaging technology on the earth.
They discovered that there were abundant stores of oil and gas all over the earth! They posted this information on the nascent internet. Within days it was inexplicably removed.
The powerful people who are right now trying to bring about the neo-fuedalism of a one world government could not allow such knowledge to come out. The last thing they want is peace and prosperity for ordinary people.
“… squeeze (and control) the remaining wealth from a loin cloth that is increasingly drying.” That is a metaphor I have never heard before … Wonder where that came from?
My feeling was Satan (BBC) trying to get Eve to eat of the Tree of good and evil, for some reason.
Wow. Have to wonder what snooty nose in the air school that “reporter” attended. He is just like all the Ivy League ass wipes in the US and all other countries. They think they are right, they know better, they are smarter, they have all the answers. None of them could unplug a drain if their lives depended on it. Sundance is right: their narrative is falling apart. They don’t have a plan B, which is why they are so panicked and trying to get control of everything. Buy more ammo.
The motto of the snooty noses,”We’re smarter than your!”
It’s worse: We are BETTER than you.
And they can never argue on facts. Facts to a Liberal Loon is like a Cross to a Vampire.
Or the faithful preaching of God’s Word to satan.
He should of said, “well I didn’t realize that carbon emissions were so important, didn’t you fly over here and use a taxi to
this interview? Well I’m throwing you in jail for excess carbon emissions. After your release I expect you to walk back home.”
That was probably a Donald J. Trump Signature Tie that the President of Guyana was wearing!
The dude has stones just like our Great Lion!!
The President of Guyana was excellent. The position of the BBC interviewer is so absurd. Oil is one of the most fungible commodities in the world. Britain, Persian Gulf, Russia, and others may drill for oil all they want, but not Guyana?
It amazes me that when the western oligarchs talk about discouraging, if not outright suppression, of economic growth in the world in the guise of environmentalism, it always is directed at poor third world countries where the majority are people of color.
Effing racists!
Disgusting lying elitists.
When the BBC mockingbird said “But what about green gnat zee’s report?”, an awesome reply would have been. . .
“I don’t give a rats ass about them and their stinking report! They didn’t elect me President of Guyana!”
It’s also the natural cycle of humans, we explore, we migrate, we use God’s gifted rugged individualism to then develop and create a home. Then over time the other human characteristics leech in and slow decline and ruin sets in. So we migrate, explore and begin anew. Perhaps Africa will become a new frontier, South America, Russia, Eastern Europe. Logic and Truth will always prevail. It’s a powerful hammer to wield against those like this British hypocrite.
Agree, problematic to the gentlemans commentary is of accepting CO2 the molecule of life as a poison. Some key items, my physicist father always said, 1 gallon of gas in a small can drives a car 30 miles at 70 mph. There’s no other economically viable energy that comes even close to that energy storage and density. It takes 500,000 lbs of earth mined to create one Tesla Battery. By the time the Tesla makes it to the dealer lot it has produced 30+ tons of CO2, similar ICE automobiles 30+ tons in its entire life. That in and of itself tells you man made climate change is a hoax. A solids based electrified economy will produce more CO2, it’s rooted in greed, control and evil. Grab your physics books and watch Physicist Mark Mills.
Mark Mills on the problems with renewable energy for Prager U.
https://www.prageru.com/video/whats-wrong-with-wind-and-solar
The hysterical, pearl clutching rebuttal by Ars Techinca.
https://arstechnica.com/science/2021/03/is-there-a-shift-from-disbelieving-climate-change-to-attacking-renewables/#ot-optout-form
Look at these sloppy counter-arguments:
The problems with the video go beyond simple matters of bias; the whole thing is just terribly argued. We can’t possibly go into detail on all of the problems, but we can list a few issues that stood out.
Mills complains that our best solar technology is only 26 percent efficient. But that’s only true for silicon panels; our best, most expensive panels can clear 40 percent efficiency. The focus on efficiency, however, is also a distraction, because solar panel efficiency is already high enough for solar farms to be economical..The same issue arises when Mills complains about the efficiency of wind turbines. Is it as high as we would like? No. But who cares? Wind turbines already generate power economically. Improvements would be terrific, but they aren’t necessary to make wind and solar work cheaply in the real world..Mills suggests that the only solution to the peaks and troughs (or “intermittency”) of wind and solar is batteries. But there are plenty of additional options, like compressed air storage, pumped hydro, or even fossil fuel plants with carbon capture..Mills focuses all his attention on what he considers to be the limitations of lithium batteries. But there is plenty of research on other battery chemistries that use different metals entirely..Mills argues that the lack of batteries is why wind and solar power aren’t producing more than three percent of the world’s power. Note that he’s using “power” to get this figure. If instead he used “electricity,” wind and solar now produce over 10 percent globally, starting from zero a few decades ago.Mills claims that lithium and cobalt are rare earth elements. They are not. This isn’t important to his argument, but it’s extremely sloppy..Mills then says he has environmental concerns about the resource extraction needed to build solar panels, wind turbines, and batteries. This a valid concern to have! But it ignores the massive environmental damage caused by fossil fuel extraction and the production of equipment to burn it..Mills does a similar thing with human rights abuses in places where these materials are sourced. Again, a worthy concern. But it remains a problem for fossil fuels as well..Mills acts like it’s not possible to recycle any of the hardware involved in wind, solar, and batteries. This is an area where work remains to be done, but as a blanket statement, it’s certainly not true..Mills calls our fossil fuel supply “almost inexhaustible.” Come on. This is just obviously not true..Mills compares the rate of oil extraction to the rate of power generation by wind turbines… for no obvious reason whatsoever.
The list of things they have to pretend not to know, is long.
How is it we can still see and touch Plymouth Rock, without going swimming?
How is it Kerry, Obama, Pelosi, Biden all buy mansions on the beach?
It is so irritating to watch these corrupt, elitist media scum display there arrogance and condescension to others trying to better themselves. Good for the President punching back.
Moses went down to Egypt Land and said “Let my people go”. Amazing similarities to what we have allowed to happen to Americans.
🙏🏻😥
At some point it may be advantageous to move to the Grey Zones. You cannot survive on a Service Economy. Our last and only HOPE remain in God and Trump. We must do everything possible to get Trump back in Control and that means asking God for assistance.
and forgiveness for allowing what we have allowed in our country. He has said “If my people who are called by my Name will humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and. turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from. heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land” – 2 Chronicles 7:14
We know several Canadian immigrants that live locally and are getting serious about a move back to their native Russia or Hungary,.
Or at least getting “ set up there”
Cheers!
Our enemies are self described “Globullusts” with NO sense of “Citisenship” or loyalty to the Nation of their birth; they consider themselves “citisens of the World”.
And, their goal is a One World Government, Centralised and dictating to everyone.
Hence when MB posts ‘my enemies are in D.C.’ I always respond “,..and in Brussels (EU and NATO) Davos (WEF), Geneva (WHO, UN, etc.) City of London (square mile of banking) etc.
BECAUSE our enemy ARE globullusts, if we only fight them in our own back yard, they WILL prevail.
Even though we are Nationalists, we must fight both locally and globully, to prevail.
Climate change cultists are all the same. They are completely blind to reality. Mr. Ali lives in the real world, with real responsibilities. Climate change is a cult, and I applaud Mr Ali for standing up to the lies of the cultists.
The only thing left for the WEF is to squeeze the last drop of blood out of a turnip.
NO gas molecule can capture, store, redirect or amplify radiant energy photons moving at the speed of light. Earth’s atmosphere cools by day and delays cooling at night, but DELAYED COOLING IS NOT WARMING. I have been lectured in person by every fake skeptic you can name in the controlled Warmist-Lukewarmist narrative.

The nail has been hit on its head!
BBC is full of effete dweebs. Cancel them.
The President made excellent points. BBC was clueless beyond reproach.
Industrialized Civilization does not mean China/Asia. (“New” world order)
“If you torture the data sufficiently, it will confess to anything.”
That is a gem Taffy. Ty
The hypocrisy of the green movement destroyed itself.
The hypocrisy of the BLM movement destroyed itself.
The hypocrisy of the “covid cult” destroyed itself.
But damn it, they dragged us through the mud to get there.
I hope President Dr. Irfaan Ali is well protected.
He rightly points out that the media of the G7 are just mouth pieces of the G7, “Yellow” Nations. Interesting thought … in the 1920-40’s there was a jingoistic catch Phrase used to describe the emerging Japanese Empire … “The Yellow Peril” … the G7 has assumed that role.
Nationalistic, well educated leaders like him are seen as dangerous to those in the Yellow (G7) Areas of the Map seeking to exploit the lesser developed or collapsing nations within the Grey Area of the map.
There are allot of well educated nationalistic leaders across the African Continent.
Especially in Africa, educated leaders have a tendency to not survive long.
I will also state, without hesitation, I have to also skeptically question … which national powers are really behind the rise in “Islamic” attacks on Christians in Africa … Nigeria, Morocco and other nations like Kenya and Uganda. The members of the G7 have this quaint habit of paying, training and supporting both sides of conflicts as well as entities described as terrorist of many shades of ideology.
The west will do anything and use anyone to maintain control and keep the easy money flowing.
Killing people costs little. The rewards are Billion$
African nations are beginning to see the light, and some are giving G7 nations the Boot.
“Against this backdrop, the WEF/Western corporate world is seeking to squeeze (and control) the remaining wealth from a loin cloth that is increasingly drying.”
I am going to interpret this metaphor as a test, to see if the readers are paying attention. The digital currency is being pushed to run all the small banks and credit unions out of business. That will be the consequence of an all-reserve monetary system.
He should have just said: “We are going to develop our resources, I suggest that you go home and try to shut down Shell Oil”, and refused to entertain any further questions on the matter. I think that he was enjoying the debate.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to “meet” the president of Guyana. Mr Ali has a backbone of steel and the facts to rattle the arrogant BBC provocateur. How dare he continually interrupt Mr Ali! The hair stood up on the back of my neck. Please keep us informed—Maduro has his claws out for the oil.
I agree, a rare opportunity to listen to president of Guyana. I am proud that he was able to speak his mind and I could listen.
On March 27, there was an interesting opinion piece in the South China Morning Post that has something to do with this.
Russia is working to establish a BRICS grain exchange. It will compete with the western grain-pricing system and further compete with the supremacy of the dollar as reserve currency. It would stabilize supply chains for BRICS countries and help to off-set food insecurity in poor and middle income countries.
Western grain exporters such as the US and Australia will have a more difficult time retaining their market share because they would be competing with cheaper Russian grain. The opinion piece doesn’t mention why “cheaper Russian grain”, but it will be largely because of lower energy costs.
Western grain exporters don’t want to compete on the world market. They want control to keep their profits without having to reassess their policies.
https://www.scmp.com/comment/asia-opinion/article/3256655/why-russia-wants-brics-grain-exchange-and-what-it-means-world
Smug BBC scum looking over the top of his glasses. Like our Senate majority leader.
The GOP is of no help to us in anything. They just take the easy money and look the other way.
Leftists are by nature bitter, angry people. Those emotions propel them to action.
Only when non-leftists come to understand that motivated people pushing nonsense are capable of imposing horrible ideas on the world will they be put in their place before they can do damage. As a people we haven’t learned that yet.
The very wealthy once believed leftism was their enemy, but they have learned to use the Left as soldiers pushing unhealthy ideas because it enables them to make make more money and achieve more power.
There are scores of climatologists who know and have tried respond effectively to the nonsense being sold to us about climate change. The media has done to them what they did with Covid, shunned, blocked out the “deniers” as they call them.
As a counterforce, we have not stood up to that. We haven’t even done the simple, easy things.
For instance, how many of us have stood outside NBC, ABC, CBS, CNN, Fox, MSNBC studios demanding they put climatologists of opposing views on their shows?
How many of us have had sit-ins in those headquarters?
Nada.
Perhaps our main mistake is not enlisting YOUTH to do the very basic stuff I just mentioned.
Leadership is lacking.
Conservatives are terrible at organizing.
It’s a complete fraud that further increases in CO2 will have a significant impact on the greenhouse effect.
Increased CO2 will have a profound impact on increased plant life on the world. Just look at views of our planet green up over the last 50 years.
He goes over that.
It’s a great presentation.
Wow, he came loaded for bear.
I love how the UK “empire” reporter, lectures the “brown” guy about how dangerous wealth can be.
Have you ever been to a country without sewers? I have….
The elites have begun their warnings and the excuse for CBDC
Climate change is the left’s religion based on a false prophet. Algore.
The left always throws out “experts say” like this reporter. The experts are never right.
If one goes back twenty years and re reads all the predictions and computer models for future climate they are all wrong.
BBC media hacks are some real arrogant shills. Drill Baby Drill
I watched from the beginning, so some other points:
Guyana has only 800,000 people.
Democracy was restore in 1992 from a dictatorship.
At that time 90 cents out of every dollar was going to repay FOREIGN DEBT.
Now with oil and gas, it’s 5 cents on every dollar.
(You can see why the globalist ‘money men’ are concerned. No more hooks in Guyana.)
The fastest growing GDP in the world.
Second most impoverished country in the South America.
Venezuela is seething with jealousy, and said they will take back land mass.
1898 Boundaries were established.
He says: “We are a peaceful country, we are a democratic country, with a military force of 4000 men.”
(Therefore the US will back Venezuela/s)
Most large international countries back the Sovereignty of the Guyana.
They have an exclusive agreement with Exxon Mobile.
Exxon had invested in the exploration of oil and gas and now will give only 2% of profit to Guyana. And then update to 50% after all exploration costs are recovered.
The last government signed this…and he doesn’t want to change the contract NOW because it would make illegitimate to deal with the government in the future.
You have to watch the beginning of the video where the BBC guy is outraged that the deal is so bad, that the people aren’t getting billions more right away….
That’s the context, and THEN he lectures the “brown” guy on how too much wealth will corrupt the government.
And the environmental protection agency complaints….whining about potential oil spills.
If you watch the beginning, then you understand why he’s so angry at the end of the interview, righteously so….
Go for it “Land of Many Waters” develop your resource and bring your people forward. Follow your heart and make Guyana society better.
limey gasbag!!
there is no danger from CO2. it is plant food. plants get 99% of their carbon mass from the air. current c02 levels are arounf 460 ppm. its been as high as 2,000 ppm. plants die at 180 ppm or lower and life goes extinct. all the carbon in the ground and oceans was in the air at some point in the past. therefore by burning fossil fuels we are returning it to whence it came. one big volcano going off or a meteor impact would makes humanity’s efforts at climate control a total joke, which is what it all is.
I quit watching Sackur and the BBC years ago because he and the organization are leftist/progressive propagandists. I greatly enjoyed the President of Guyana *****-slapping Sackur during the obviously planned and miserably failed climate hoax fueled ambush.
The Guyana president’s firm response & opposition to the BBC reporter is great to see. However, he’s still accepting of the premise that carbon is bad & man-made climate change a legit concern. Would like to see him & others saying “Your premise is false, carbon is a life blood of the planet. To the degree there’s been warming over the last 50 years, it’s minimal, natural and a good thing for humanity.”
He’s a Muslim … Taqquiya. And he’s not gonna bite off more than he can chew.
That is exactly how you talk to LIBERAL TRASH. That BBC guy probably soiled his panties.
He’s still advancing the “net-zero” canard, with great passion and a seemingly superior argument…. the agenda is still rooting it’s way firmly into the mind of non-thinkers.
You may say “..but he’s using their own arguments against them..”
It’s all within their defined parameters, exactly what benefits their agenda. You cannot win on the space that THEY have defined. It’s no different than Generals choosing the ground for the fight, they choose what benefits them, when, where and how.
edit: just wanted to throw in that we can’t try to fit in by validating what needs to be destroyed, the whole construct is rotten
Climate Change, Global Warming and EV’s all hoaxes of the LEFT. Just remember the guy you think is giving the world FREE SPEECH got all his money from the Climate Change Cabal…. Elon Musk…
The President of Guyana was too accommodating, accepting as legitimate “carbon neutrality”.
In fact, the interviewer could (and should) have been eviscerated, humiliated and mocked, for his irrational, pagan throw-back, non-science, and anti-civilization beliefs.
The climate is always changing. Always has been, always will. The claim this is due to humans can’t be proven since even the climate change prior to human industry can’t really be explained with certainty. Story-telling based on guess-work.
The science of climate change is saturated with fraud, from the email exchanges between scientists discussing how to rig the data, to where if honest scientists generate results contrary to the agenda of human-caused climate change, your science doesn’t get funded and you may have your career ended. Lots of examples. The science is bought and paid for. Many examples.
The climate models are poor, deliberately misleading using only positive feedback loops that don’t exist and building in bogus assumptions and haven’t even been able to predict ahead a few years correctly.
Electric vehicles are actually coal-powered concentrations of fossil fuels. From the plastics to the refining of battery components, its an estimated 300 barrels of oil to build an EV which can’t be recycled, unlike an iron HumVee. And the electricity to charge it comes from a plant “elsewhere” burning coal, oil, or nuclear. An “electric vehicle” is a coal-powered vehicle.
No fossil fuels means no EV, no solar panels. The alternative energy industry is a scam. Alternative energy is a delusional indulgence made possible by fossil fuels. If fossil fuels go away, so will solar, wind, nuclear, etc.
People like this interviewer need to be ridiculed into obscurity. The stupidity and ignorance is monumental, palpable, and easily visible. It needs to happen every time. Climate change people should come to equate spouting their propaganda as similar to grabbing an electric wire. No mercy. Brutalize them.
The President of Guyana however, probably feels he needs to give lip service to and work within the framework of the international order else they will come after him even harder.
Mr. Spock in the 1980s:
I am glad for the Brit’s interview otherwise I would not be informed of this great person, President Ali. Thanks Sundance.
“The President of Guyana was too accommodating, accepting as legitimate “carbon neutrality”.
In fact, the interviewer could (and should) have been eviscerated, humiliated and mocked, for his irrational, pagan throw-back, non-science, and anti-civilization beliefs.”
In terms of science, you are right. In terms of rhetoric, I think Mr. Ali did the best thing.
He gave the insufferable interviewer a black eye and a bloody nose, figuratively speaking. Any reasonable person could accept his logic and see the twit Brit for what he was.
If he had started debating the general issues in the anthropogenic global warming fraud, in the time allowed, it would have been a confusing draw at best. Those issues desperately need to be debated, but this was not the right venue.
The prez got the best possible outcome.
Love to see a leader like this speak Truth.
“Pretending leftists wonder why the world is cleaving. Then again, in order to advance their insane ideology, the progressive left must always pretend not to know things.”
Easy to see this in Leftists, they have runny noses while trying to hand out tissue to everyone, while on the backend making money off tissue production/subsidy schemes.
But we all pretend to some degree.
The Leftist Delusion meets the Real World!
President Ali is a breath of fresh air. All the more so, in contrast to the patronizing, condescending tone and agenda of his would-be tormentor from BBC. It appeared several times that he was trying not to laugh at the reporter.
Bravo.
