Lawsuit Claims Julian Assange Confirmed DNC Emails Received From Seth Rich – Not a Russian Hack…

A rather stunning report from Gateway Pundit outlines information contained within a lawsuit filing.  The lawsuit, filed by Businessman Ed Butowsky, alleges Wikileaks founder Julian Assange confirmed to Fox News analyst Ellen Ratner that the DNC leaked emails were received from Seth Rich and his brother Aaron.

The details contained within the lawsuit filing (full pdf below) are stunning.

If this information is true and accurate, the DOJ claim of a Russian hack –based on assertions by DNC contractor, Crowdstrike– would be entirely false.  Additionally the DC murder of Seth Rich would hold a far more alarming motive.

(Source, lawsuit filing – pdf link, page 13)

Here’s the Full Court Filing:

The ramifications here are almost too large to describe.

If this information turns out to be true and accurate, the entire narrative around the DNC “hack” will have been proven to be intentionally manufactured.

Despite the FBI’s prior admissions about never reviewing the DNC servers; and despite their recent admissions about never actually seeing the forensic computer analysis, the U.S. Department of Justice, specifically Robert Mueller, Andrew Weissmann and former DAG Rod Rosenstein, cannot blame a simple investigative ‘mistake‘ for the wrong attribution of who gave the DNC emails to Wikileaks.

The FBI, the DOJ and the Mueller special counsel have each purposefully claimed specific Russian actors were responsible for hacking the DNC in 2016.  If it turns out those claims were based on falsehood, the integrity of the DOJ and Special Counsel collapses.

Mr. Butowsky is making a very serious allegation in this court filing.

Additionally, the previously discussed motive to arrest Julian Assange would now be further enhanced.  Heck, the reason for Assange’ arrest would be brutally obvious.

♦Dana Boente was head of DOJ-NSD from May 11th, 2017 through end of October 2017 when he officially announced his intent to retire. However, the timeline gets cloudy here because Boente said he was staying on until an official replacement was announced. There’s no indication of when Boente actually left the DOJ-NSD or the Eastern District of Virginia (EDVA) role.

On January 23rd, 2018, FBI Director Christopher Wray announced Dana Boente had shifted over to the FBI to be Chief Legal Counsel (replacing James Baker) where Boente remains today. As Mueller was using 19 lawyers, and 50 FBI investigators, Boente was/is the legal counsel to FBI Director Christopher Wray while the Mueller probe was ongoing.

[Remember, Robert Mueller never interviewed Julian Assange.  Additionally, it is worth noting for the U.S. side of the legal framework, the charges against Assange are not related to Russian efforts in a hack of the DNC; nor is Assange charged with anything related to the 2016 U.S. election interference activities, the Podesta email release or anything therein as previously described by the DOJ.]

The April 11th, 2019, Julian Assange indictment stemmed from the Eastern District of Virginia.  From a review of the indictment we discover it was under seal since March 6th, 2018: (The DOJ sat on the indictment for 13 months, until Mueller finished)

(Link to pdf)

However, on Tuesday April 15th, 2019, more investigative material was released. Again, note the dates: Grand Jury, *December of 2017* This means FBI investigation prior to December ’17..

The investigation of Assange took place prior to December 2017, it is coming from the EDVA where Dana Boente was still, presumably, U.S. Attorney. The grand jury indictment was sealed from March of 2018 until April of 2019.

Why was there a delay?

Why did the DOJ wait until the Mueller report was complete?

Here’s where it gets interesting….

The FBI submission to the Grand Jury in December of 2017 was four months after congressman Dana Rohrabacher talked to Assange in August of 2017: “Assange told a U.S. congressman … he can prove the leaked Democratic Party documents … did not come from Russia.”

(August 2017, The Hill Via John Solomon) Julian Assange told a U.S. congressman on Tuesday he can prove the leaked Democratic Party documents he published during last year’s election did not come from Russia and promised additional helpful information about the leaks in the near future.

Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, a California Republican who is friendly to Russia and chairs an important House subcommittee on Eurasia policy, became the first American congressman to meet with Assange during a three-hour private gathering at the Ecuadorian Embassy in London, where the WikiLeaks founder has been holed up for years.

Rohrabacher recounted his conversation with Assange to The Hill.

“Our three-hour meeting covered a wide array of issues, including the WikiLeaks exposure of the DNC [Democratic National Committee] emails during last year’s presidential election,” Rohrabacher said, “Julian emphatically stated that the Russians were not involved in the hacking or disclosure of those emails.”

Pressed for more detail on the source of the documents, Rohrabacher said he had information to share privately with President Trump. (read more)

If you overlay the timing, it would appear the FBI took a keen interest in Assange after this August 2017 meeting and gathered specific evidence for a grand jury by December 2017. Then the DOJ sat on the indictment (sealed in March 2018) while the Mueller probe was ongoing; until April 11th, 2019, when a coordinated effort between the U.K. and U.S. was launched. Assange was arrested, and the indictment was unsealed (link).

To me, as a person who has researched this three year fiasco; including the ridiculously false 2016 Russian hacking/interference narrative: “17 intelligence agencies”, JAR report (needed for Obama – December 29th, ’16), and political ICA (January ’17); this looked like a Deep State move to control Julian Assange because the Mueller report was dependent on Russia cybercrimes…. AND that narrative is contingent on the Russia DNC hack story.

The Weissmann/Mueller/Rosenstein report contains claims that Russia hacked the DNC servers as the central element to the Russia interference narrative in the U.S. election. This claim is directly disputed by WikiLeaks and Assange, as outlined during the Dana Rohrabacher interview.

Right there is the FBI motive to shut Assange down when the Mueller report was released.

The DNC hack claim is contingent upon analysis by Crowdstrike computer forensics who were paid by the DNC to look into the issue. The FBI was never allowed to review the servers independently, and now we know the FBI never even looked at a full forensics report from Crowdstrike.

Almost all independent research into this DNC hack narrative challenges the claims of a Russia hack of the DNC servers; and now this bombshell court filing, again if accurate, makes the DOJ claim completely collapse.

Lastly, if we are to believe everything that is factually visible; including the admissions by the FBI and DOJ itself; and it is proven that Seth Rich was indeed the source of the DNC emails and there was no hack; well,… what does that say about Robert Mueller and Rod Rosenstein, who would have had to know they were pushing abject lies in their dubious Russian indictments.

The ramifications of this court filing are huge.

Not quite, Awan left the DWS Senate issued laptop to be found in an old phone booth.

IIRC there was some talk that the DNC ordered all staff to bring in their laptops that week, then on Friday, July 8th the DNC staff had to leave their laptops at work. Reports were that Seth Rich showed up at his favorite sports bar on Saturday night with his laptop bag.
Rich was reportedly shot Sunday, July 10 around 4 AM per DC’s gunshot triangulators. No laptop was reported recovered. Cash, wallet and phone were left behind.
This was a few blocks from where, that same night, an FBI vehicle was reported to have had their entire firearms strongbox stolen, the contents were a .40 Glock and a law enforcement model AR-15.
A few days later DC police had a wild downtown shoot out where somebody was reported as firing a MAC-11 machine pistol at police.

Quick correction there- the widely circulated of Seth Rich at a bar with friends is Seth Rich, but it’s NOT Awan, and it’s not the bar Seth Rich was in, instead, that’s from somebody’s birthday or bachelor party.

I SHOULD mention that for the Awan House Democrat scandal, when Capitol “Police grew suspicious and requested a copy of the server early this year, but they were provided with an elaborate falsified image designed to hide the massive violations.”

Seems House Dem/DNC/DCCC had the technical expertise to produce false disk images.

Hmm, Democrats refusing to provide the actual drive, and instead providing a disk image, hey, that sounds familiar, where have I heard THAT before?

You know what? As historic a piece of sedition as that is, it doesn’t even begin to describe the totality of what this was. Framing a president was just the means to cover up the massive treason engaged in by the Obama/Clinton band of traitors. From handing over the Middle East to the Muslim Brotherhood, to selling America into oblivion into a China-dominated TPP, we know what they were up to. What we don’t know, what we would be sickened to know, are the means and methods by which they were going about it. They framed a president to keep it all hidden, and at the center of the foul web sat their pet spider Brennan.

We all knew this was true. It was implausible that a database manager for the DNC would get killed at 4 AM for no reason (no theft) shortly after a data breach, be brought alive to the hospital and die there an hour later after having been reported as stable. It’s even more implausible that the truth isn’t known by Wray, Pompeo, Haspel, Coats, Brennan, etc etc.

A couple of weeks after Seth Rich was murdered a small story came out (online) about a young man who was very computer savvy who stated there was no hacking. He proceeded to explain how the emails had to be delivered by someone who had access to them (implying Seth Rich)\

I don’t remember the specifics, but the gentleman said there were telltale signs that showed there could never have been a hacking.. His explanation was technically specific. After Julian Assange offered a 20k reward for Seth’s murderer, it was easy to connect the dots.
This article appears to give credence to that small, 2016 story shortly after Mr. Rich’s murder, where an inquisitive, unknown journalist had a similar feeling many had and decided to find a computer expert who verified what he believed happened.

Once they moved on Julian to imprison him in England I suspected it was because he represents the greatest threat to this whole coup unraveling for the deep state. Many would take the 5th. At some point then an amended complaint will be filed by Plaintiff revealing more. If the evidence proves the Plaintiff’s claim, as it sure seems it must, then there are several other people that can bring a separate civil rights and a civil malicious prosecution claim against Mueller , the FBI and the DOJ. Think Stone. Think Flynn.
    The spinoffs are numerous.

I’m curious if Sara Carter or John Soloman pick this story up?

Maybe it is time for Sidney Powell to represent Julian Assange???

It appears to me the essential claim in the lawsuit for the Russian Collusion Hoax (RCH) was to cover for the emails of the DNC that documented Hillary’s gaming of the Democrat primary to handicap Bernie Sanders. While this was part of the trove of emails released, it simply does not add up the RCH was cooked up to cover this up.

This blog is probably a tad bit overinflated.

    • Maquis says:

The RCH was not created to cover that up, Sundance never said that. It was an element of the direction the farce took but the RCH was created as they were panicing about many years of high crimes becoming exposed under a then potential President Trump.

Yes, the lawsuit does say that but its not what Sundance said. He’s not alleging that the Russia thing was conceived to cover up HRC and the DNC screwing over Bernie. What he’s saying is that the Obama administration through the CIA/FBI/DoJ used that story as justification to cover up the spying they were already doing on the Trump campaign. It wasn’t about what got released, it was about who they alleged did the “hacking”. HRC’s campaign had already been working on trying Donald Trump to the Russians for months beforehand.

They knew the emails were gong to get out, there was nothing they could do to stop it. So instead they decided to turn a negative into a positive by alleging that the reason the emails got out at all was because Russia hacked the DNC and gave them to Assange (whom HRC has long hated). In turn, Obama’s team went with that story because regardless of who won the election it was no skin off their nose. If Hillary won, the allegations were her problem, If Trump won, they had a ready made albatross to hang around his neck to impede and possibly impeach him.

Google “Seth Rich” for news limited to last 7 days and all the articles are from July 9th pinning the Seth Rich conspiracy theory down to Russian interference in honest US news processes.
Nothing even in last 24 hours in big media.
Now how did they know that this story needed to be killed a week ago?

They might not have. They work fast. Google (aka YouTube) has a lot of people to quash things. I’ll never forget how quick they were in quashing almost all video of Hillary being thrown into the van like a sack of quick dry cement. Stuff was disappearing faster than lightning. But not fast enough, since too many people downloaded it.

There are pending Federal Court rulings that could force the NSA to release the 15 SECRET and TOP SECRET Seth Rich conversations that the NSA admitted it has but refused to release based on national security.
-Rather odd for a “botched robbery” to generate 15 classified documents, eh?

I noted yesterday: Only the truly stupid would imagine they can get away with such things indefinitely and with impunity … and/or the truly suicidal.

Two people can keep a secret if one of them is dead. This whole conspiracy is getting a bit unwieldy all it will take is one thread….

    • DJ says:

Well, they don’t have to IMAGINE getting away with it – they ARE getting away with it.

Except for a few firings and lost pensions, there have been no repercussions for any of them. They are all walking free and mostly with celebrity status among their crowd and more than a couple of them have actually cashed in financially on their “crimes” with book deals or talking head contracts. So until there are indictments and/or arrests, they are indeed, getting away with it.

Today’s “bombshell” is just another in a long line of Russian Collusion “game changing bombshells” that have made a lot of noise but have caused no damage. Perhaps this time will be different, but I’m not holding my breath ’cause the swamp is still in control.

A lot of us had been saying this all along and were pooh poohed as conspiracy theorists. The guy was murdered on the street yet there was no video ever put out, no investigation, nothing stolen. It has all the markings of a coverup. Julian Assange had said a couple of years ago that the Russians had nothing to do with this and that the information was given to him but nobody cared. All the gov’t kept saying was that he had hacked and they wanted him extradited for it. Seth Rich was murdered and our own government covered it up. It’s infuriating.

I posted this yesterday. It made sense to me then and it makes even more sense now.

Hoping that while Horowitz’s investigators were over in London interviewing Steele they also took the time to interview Assange.

I’m sure that some of the information Assange has could prove to be mutually beneficial to them both. Eg: the source of the DNC leaks and the method.

Might not be beneficial to one Robert Mueller though.

You don’t murder someone for revealing the fix was in on Sanders. Dirty politics is obvious, and always has been. But…You do murder if you find anything that could connect child pornography, sex trafficking, or private deals to be made with Russia if you won, and had been discussing it with Russian ambassadors (before expelling them). We need to know what Assange still has on Clinton before they do a Rich on him!
