Yet Again: About These Insufferable ABC/WaPo Media Polls….

CTH made a statement last year, and repeated again earlier this year: against the backdrop of mountains of evidence showcasing the absolute verifiable manipulative intention of media polling it provides no value to continually deconstruct their ideological efforts.

Seriously, any media outfit that does not present raw data, honest transparency, and accurate methodology should just be ignored.  Accept the intents and purposes of the construct the same way you would accept the opinion punditry of the hosts presenting it.

Today’s Washington Post / ABC poll is no different.  Actually it’s yet another prime example of a case study in creative narrative engineering and complete “gaslighting” to advance a political and ideological agenda. PERIOD.

Here’s the basis of their own methodology.  That is – who they say they polled to generate what they’re selling:

Here’s the actual national party affiliation as reported by state election registrars and validated by independent confirmation of Gallup.  As of June 2017:

Republicans 26%, Independents 42%, Democrats 30%. (verify here)

The process of oversampling the group that will give media pollsters the outcome desired is as old as the history of polling itself.  [There’s buckets of examples below]

The reality is the larger leftist ideology is on it’s heels.  President Donald Trump, together with his specifically skilled cabinet, are producing policies and outcomes that are fundamentally destroying hundreds of millions in self-serving wealth for lobbyists, multinational corporations and multinational banking interests.

The administrative state -represented by the UniParty in Washington DC- is losing. They need to be bolstered against the Trump deconstruction and common sense policy objectives that are supported by the majority of America.  Corporate U.S. media are trying to provide that support. It is all so f**king corrupt, it’s sickening.

The professional lobbying community is fighting back with the MSM and all affiliates of advanced globalist ideology.  They Trump opposition are thrashing viciously in every direction in their continual efforts to stop their own marginalization.  They are desperate.  President Trump represents an existential threat to decades of their constructs.   Their motives are simply transparent.

Trump UnitedReminder – (Originally shared last year) – Amid the jaw-dropping revelations within the U.S. body politic in 2016, one of the most important was the American electorate discovering that Media Polling is just as brutally biased as the media entities who present the polling results.

With election 2016 behind us, and predicting “media opinion polls” once again being used in 2017 to create false narratives, the truth behind the intentionally constructed 2016 deception must not simply fade back into the shadows.

Never again should the American voter trust polling presented by corporate media. Everything about media polling is a financed and manufactured fraud.

THE MEDIA POLLSTERS DIDN’T GET IT WRONG – Their pollsters did not work from the wrong data set, or begin their analysis with the wrong assumptions. The media pollsters, consultants and professional political class did not work from incorrect baselines…..

The professional media polling agents knew exactly what the truth was.

They lied and manipulated their data in a concerted effort to intentionally falsify reality.

There must be no doubt, EVER, in the mind of any political observer as to what took place within the expressed and broadcasted polling which fueled over two years of broadcast news, and drove massive anxiety amid the consuming audience – The media, all of the corporate media, intentionally lied.

They knew the truth. The same analytical tools available to us, and to those who were ridiculed for truth-telling, were available to them and many more. They did not get it wrong; they didn’t make mistakes. They chose to lie to the American electorate.

So lets name the most notorious liars so their names and organizations can forever be dispatched from the land where credibility is of value:

  • Fox News, pollster Daron Shaw, Shaw Research and associates and the Wall Street Journal. Rupert Murdoch. – Example HERE
  • NBC News, pollster Mark Murray, Hart Research and Associates. Example
  • Monmouth University, pollster Patrick Murray. – Example HERE
  • CBS News and New York Times writ large. – Example HERE
  • ABC News and The Washington Post. – Example HERE
  • CNN News Network and ORC Polling. – Example HERE
  • Rasmussen and Reuters Polling Operations. – Example HERE
  • Bloomberg Polling – Example HERE

mark murraypatrick murray 1daron-shaw-3

These individuals along with every single corporate national media polling outlet, which in turn contributed to -and skewed- the larger aggregate of the Real Clear Politics average of polls, were complicit in their intent to deceive the American electorate in an ideological scheme to manipulate the psyche of the American voter…

…and yet they have the nerve now to broadcast endless hours of pearl-clutching opinion on a supposed, manufactured and false “Russian influence” over the same election. Think about that jaw-dropping hypocrisy for a moment.

There is not a single shred of credibility that should remain with any of the above mentioned polling entities or the corporate media outlets who espoused them.

They did not make mistakes; they did not operate from the wrong assumptions. These organizations, as part of the larger corporate objectives from those who fund their endeavors, lied.

Allowing them to say they made mistakes is only dooming the American voter to a continued cycle of battered electorate syndrome. These entities are our abusers. They have been gaslighting the American voter for years, and they have been able to remain unchecked because no-one ever called them to task before this year.

Throughout the last two years we, along with others, have identified and exposed this corrupt business endeavor while simultaneously being ridiculed and marginalized at each undertaking. There should be no quarter provided and no amount of forgiveness ever offered.

The entire construct of their operational business model is corrupt from top to bottom.

♦STEP #1 – A biased/ideological media pays biased/ideological pollsters for biased/ideological polling.

♦STEP #2 – The biased result is used for media stories and manufactured narratives.

It is all crap. This moment in election history should forever separate their influence from our national political discussion. PERIOD.

All of it.

Intentionally so.

Break the cycle.

Never, ever, validate “corporate media polling” again. Ever.

This poll is all about tomorrow! The CBO score is going to flip the talking points after the Cruz amendment shows what it will do to premiums for 95% of Americans that don’t want to purchase Obamacare.

Folks notice that our Democrat Susan Collins from Maine /s and Rand Paul where our and about today to say this bill is the worst thing since sliced bread. Keep in mind these 2 morons are arguing on opposite ends of the ledger. Collins love Obamacare while Paul wants a repeal only bill because he hates it. They both are on record saying they are a NO vote. There is nothing that will change their minds.

ABC put out a poll showing the President’s approval rating near 40%. That same poll said 2 to 1 voters want Obamacare to stay! That same poll had a +12 Democrats to Republicans. That was done to keep the real approval number to be over 50% but more importantly push this false narrative that 66% want to keep Obamacare.

Here is the reason for their fear in a nutshell! The CBO is going to release his report tomorrow. We know the CBO is full of sh..t. However, that report is going to kill their narrative. It will show that the Cruz amendment would kick in immediately to drive premiums down by 30% to 60%+ depending on the policy someone chooses. It might even state that policies will be priced back to pre-Obamacare rates.

That effects 95% of Americans that don’t get their healthcare from their employers. Those folks will be screaming that they want this bill approved IMMEDIATELY starting on Tuesday. The Moderates that are crying about the funding source they want used for Medicaid will look silly because the majority of constituents fall into the 95% bucket. This will become their worse nightmare.

Below you can read what the 5 Morons want to see happen:

Dean Heller and the other 4 moderates {Portman (OH), Capito (WV), Hoeven (ND) and Murkowski (AK)} are saying that they can’t ask for a procedural vote until the Medicaid funding mechanism is more favorable for states then what is being proposed.

The House bill called for growing funding by consumer price index for medical care (CPI-M), generally a figure between 2% and 5% each year. The Senate’s bill, meanwhile would grow the figure initially by CPI-M before switching to the CPI for all goods (CPI-U)— a significantly lower level of growth — in 2025.

The switch from CPI-M to CPI-U would mean far more restrictive growth for Medicaid funding. The 5 amigos want the CPI-M to remain in place after 2025.

I repeatedly said last summer and fall that the polls are not built on reality anymore but on desires. That they will merge with reality slowly at first then more rapidly as we approach the election to near perfect the evening after the election, so they can cite their last prediction as how accurate they were in future elections. I was wrong. They did not approach reality in 2016 and we did not find out who won until the early morning of Nov. 9th.
However the Clinton team knew the truth. They canceled their multi-million dollar fireworks show 3 days before the election and evidently no one had the guts to tell Hillary.

Isn’t that why the Sarbanes-Oxley Law was enacted to protect investors from fraudulent financial reporting after the business world was rocked by the Enron and WorldCom scandals? Is it legal for our news agencies to blatantly lie and manipulate the public? I It seems the most powerful law we have right now is our ability to turn the T.V. off.

I’m referring to the numbers in SD’s post where Gallup says they get the national party numbers from State Election Registrars. There are many states that do not have that information – I was wondering if Gallup guesses or doesn’t include those states to come up with national party registration numbers.

          Maybe I’m wrong, but….

I think what SD is saying is that actual party registration numbers are validated by Gallup “polling”….not that Gallup uses actual state registration numbers. The Gallup site says it is a “poll”.

Don’t forget as Mike Huckabee so eloquently put it when talking about all of these leaks, it’s the Washington Compost and the New York Slimes. 😉 Once POTUS won the election, I started to think that the polling was probably going to be the same story going forward with the presidency and of course it is. These media outlets aren’t going to change. This is why I have practically tuned them out altogether. I hadn’t even seen that ridiculous poll to be honest. About a week and a half ago some ridiculous Fox News poll was released on the network that claimed 53% of respondents thought that POTUS basically a part of the swamp or something ridiculous to that affect. These networks and publications are all just one big cesspool as far as I’m concerned.

  27. fleporeblog says:

Yet the day prior, the NYT’s admits they can no longer sway Republicans and Independents (even though they don’t mention Independents in their editorial.

Reality is slapping them across the face. President Trump will MAGA and there is nothing they can do about it!

    From the article linked above:

As recently as five or 10 years ago, every major news outlet would have treated this set of facts as front-page news and a dire threat to Mr. Trump’s presidency. The conservative press and Republican voters might disagree on certain particulars or points of emphasis. But their view of reality — of what happened and its significance — would have largely comported with that of the mainstream.

Not anymore. Look to the right now and you’re apt to find an alternative reality in which the same set of facts is rearranged to compose an entirely different narrative. On Fox News, host Lou Dobbs offered a representative example on Thursday night, when he described the Donald Trump Jr. email story, with wild-eyed fervor, like this: “This is about a full-on assault by the left, the Democratic Party, to absolutely carry out a coup d’état against President Trump aided by the left-wing media.”

His approval rating within his own party remains strong: Republican support for the president has hovered around 85 percent since his inauguration. These numbers reflect a shift in Republicans’ disposition, of which Mr. Trump is both a major cause and the main beneficiary.

Earlier this month, a congressional source told me, Democratic strategists looking at a Republican-held swing district that is expected to be in play in next year’s midterm elections were shocked when a private poll they conducted showed that Republican support for Mr. Trump in the district is even stronger now than it was on Election Day.

They are DEAD and the best part is they still don’t know it! I decided to write a comment in the NYT’s article linked in my post above. I got a response from a moron in Seattle that made me laugh because they truly live in a bubble!

      I wrote the following:

The President’s APPROVAL percentage in Ohio is 13 percent HIGHER than his disapproval percentage based on PPD’s most recent poll conducted during the first week of July. What is so exciting about the President’s approval percentage in this poll is that the margin widened by 3% points from their earlier poll in May.

The PPD Poll was the most accurate poll in calling FL, OH, MI and PA before the election for DJT!…

      From the article linked above:

53% Approve versus 43% Disapprove in Ohio (DJT won the state by 8.1)…

      From the article linked above:

President Trump still remains popular in Ohio. Fifty-four percent (54%) of likely voters in Ohio approve of the job President Trump is doing, while just 41% disapprove.

I got the following reply from the MORON in Seattle:

Ohio can believe in the tooth fairy if it so desires, but regardless, there isn’t one, nor is Trump seen by most Americans to be doing the job.

      Because he isn’t.

If he appeared on “The Apprentice,” he’d be fired as a failure, an incompetent, not even a pretty face, and unqualified.
      * 36% of Americans approve of him down from 42% in April
      * 48% of Americans disapprove of him, as bad as GW in his 2nd term
      * 48% of Americans see the nation as weaker since Trump took over
      * 30% of Americans say they trust Trump in negotiations with other nations
      * 60% of Americans say Russia interfered with elections, up from 56% in April
      * 60% of Americans believe Donald Jr’s Russia meeting was wrong
      * 52% of Americans believe Trump tried to interfere with the Russia investigations
      * 43% of Americans believe he’s an effective economy influence
      * 43% of Americans approve of his performance, lower than Obama’s & GW’s 59%
      * 50% of Americans believe he’s doing worse than most presidents
      * 55% of Americans believe he’s not making significant progress toward his goals
      * 50% of Americans support Affordable Care to 25% opposed to it, 25% undecided
      * 59% of Republicans polled oppose their party’s health “plan”
      * 63% of Americans favor funding health care over cutting taxes
Washington Post-ABC poll, July 10-13, a random national sample of 1,001 adults reached on cellular and landline phones, margin of sampling error for overall results, plus/minus 3.5%

One of the most stunning Wikileak revelations is this email exchange inside the Democratic National Committee. The subject heading is “research request: top 10 worst Trump quotes?” Walker explains: “Milbank doing a Passover-themed 10 plagues of Trump.” “Milbank” is Dana Milbank of the Washington Post. Apparently Walker assumes that the people at Rapid Response Research know who “Milbank” is and will not be surprised that they are being called on to help write a column in the Washington Post.

Putin did not agree to anything about removing Assad and continues to bomb the people we support. We pushed the same position in 2012 (Geneva 1, which HRC knows all about) and Geneva 2 in 2014. Odds that Putin agrees to remove Assad are only slightly better than the odds the College of Cardinals chooses me to someday succeed Pope Francis.

    Havent’t for years.

Know what else I haven’t done in almost a full year now?
    Watched network news.

Since the hysteria is ramping up (distraction) & polling is fake news du jour (lies) …..conclude that the internal polling has President Trump at 57% approval.

President Trump is way up in the polls!

Winning! MAGA! Keep on Trumpin’ 🙂

Before Trump started running, I knew the media was corrupt, but never knew it was this corrupt. I knew the polling showing Clinton up by 8,10,12 pts several months before the election was false. Once people started calling the media out on this, suddenly Trump closed the gap to around 4. They do the same of any issue they are pushing–now health care, Russia narrative.

Bezo owns the WaPo and Amazon gets a subsidy of $1,50 for every parcel shipped from the Dems, the subsidy needs to be removed AND Amazon should be forced to charge tax on every shipment and turn the tax over to the state they are shipping to…

  43. The absolute stupidity of these news organizations thinking that we are going to see this and get depressed. It didn’t work during the election. It’s not working now. But the sad thing is that the uniparty will use this as an excuse not to promote and pass the Trump agenda. We need to get into the faces of these rinos and scare them. They can’t continue to screw us over and steal millions of dollars if they are thrown out of office.

  44. nimrodman says:

Yeah, then there’s the “we expect the polling gap to narrow closer to election day, as it has in past elections …”

In other words, “lie egregiously, lie egregiously, lie egregiously, lie egregiously … and then lie just a teeny big less just before the actual election date so we don’t look absolutely entirely foolish and wholly lacking in credibility.”

  47. I know the “polls” are BS, but on my local news tonight the empty headed 5 PM news gal just reports it with a gleeful smile on her face, my poor wife had to hear some bad words from me as I grabbed the remote to change the channel…..So frustrating, how many people not paying attention to real news thinks this “poll” is true ????
Getting hard to even watch local “news”….. NEVER watch msm national lies….

Here’s a CBS poll showing the economy is rocking! Highest position ve view in 15 years. Wow! They just haven’t figured out it is due to the Trump Adm yet. Just wait til they do!

Poll: Positive views of U.S. economy on the rise

Americans’ views of the economy are the on the rise and as high as they’ve been in 15 years. But whether President Trump gets approval for his handling of it depends heavily on partisanship.

Positive views of the economy have been inching up since last fall, and 64 percent of Americans now say the economy is in good shape, the highest percentage since May 2002. Majorities of all partisan stripes rate the nation’s economy positively. Thirty-four percent say the economy is in bad shape.

This poll was conducted by telephone June 15-18, 2017 among a random sample of 1,117 adults nationwide. Data collection was conducted on behalf of CBS News by SSRS of Media, PA.

Anecdotal evidence is more accurate than media polling. And, the anecdotal evidence coming in from my corner of the world is that President Trump is building another rising tide of support. Since the g20 and the persecution of Don, Jr, I have had more people…. just non-political Joe and Janes… express utter contempt with what the MSM/Democrats are doing. This is a ‘witch-hunt’ and everyone knows it and, furthermore, the sheer facts about PDJT are there…. the relentless work ethic, the epic (and popular) speech in Poland, the cancellation of highly-unpopular Paris climate garbage, the Gorsuch appointment…. all of it is hitting the mark w/ the rank and file.

I sense that not only are people tuning out the insufferable Chris Wallace’s but the optics of (as one quiet non-political person said today) HRC getting away with deleting, bleach-bitting and sledge-hammering emails and devices UNDER CONGRESSIONAL SUBPOENA vs Don, Jr. being giddy that some bimbo Russian liberal lawyer might have ‘dirt’ on HRC and that this is somehow some scandal….. let’s just say the optics are NOT good for the MSM/Demos/Federal Government.

This whole thing is turning on the Comey-crowd in a big way and the more they keep it up the more it’s driving people away…. so much so that the non-active/non-political core of the country is starting to get pi$$ed.

polls were over sampled favoring dems during election cycle and still are. I don’t understand why trump surrogates do not bring this up during every interview they mention polls? Everytime a new poll comes up, the first response should be to look at raw data and then go for interviews. MSM like polls and defeat them in their game. I sometimes see trump surrogates are not well prepared like sundance. one more reason to like CTH analysis.
