This latest action by Democrat New York City Mayor Eric Adams is remarkable.  Even the leftist media are stunned at the action being taken by Mayor Adams in order to stop illegal aliens from reaching his sanctuary city.   The ideological hypocrisy is off the charts.

Mayor Adams has brought a lawsuit [SEE pdf HERE] against the charter bus companies who are transporting the migrants who crossed the southern U.S. border.  Adams is relying on a 19th century New York State law that prohibits anyone from assisting in the relocation of a person, to New York, who cannot sustain themselves.

From the lawsuit: “Section 149 of the New York Social Services Law requires that “[a]ny person who knowingly brings, or causes to be brought a needy person from out of state into this state for the purpose of making him a public charge  . . .  shall be obligated to convey such person out of state or support him at his own expense.”

(Via CBS New York) – In a stunning and unexpected move to stop Texas Gov. Greg Abbott from shipping busloads of asylum seekers to New York City, Mayor Eric Adams has filed a lawsuit against 17 charter bus companies used by the Lone Star State.

He wants the bus companies to reimburse the city for the hundreds of millions of dollars it’s cost to shelter them.

Just call it the Empire State strikes back, with a bold counter punch to Abbott.

There is zero doubt, none, that South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem is positioning herself on the short list for President Trump’s Vice-President or a very senior level role in the next Trump administration. Noem is currently campaigning in Iowa as a surrogate for Donald Trump.

In this CBS interview with Major Garrett, Governor Noem explains why she supports Donald Trump and gives specific reasons why Ron DeSantis and Nikki Haley will not win in Iowa, New Hampshire or South Carolina. WATCH (prompted):

Noem is strong in many aspects; however, her previous positions on immigration in combination with the influence of the Koch crew send big warning flares. A very strong argument can be made that Koch is in the background with subtle assists for Noem in order to position an insurance policy against President Trump’s success. It’s a challenging perspective to keep at the forefront because the articulate South Dakota governor is easy to like, but prudent caution with Noem is warranted.

Noem’s remarks about Nikki Haley are spot-on, and Noem’s political value in confronting Haley cannot be overstated.  It is very wise to leverage Kristi Noem as the lead person against the efforts by those in the professional UniParty who are trying to position Nikki Haley.

I don’t write much about the myriad of sick and twisted stories that surround Jeffrey Epstein, because everything in that rabbit hole is a matrix of perversion and manipulation by sick people, sick government officials, and blackmail material in a world of darkness and evil.

Additionally, all of the previous claims about Donald Trump being associated with that perverse industry and assembly are false {Citation Here}.  However, I can understand how the merge of exploitation, sex trafficking of young women, sexual blackmail and politics can hold ramifications for our current state of affairs.

For those who walk the deep weeds, this little story in Politico will make a lot of sense.

POLITICO – President Joe Biden is headed to Charleston, South Carolina, next week to visit Mother Emanuel AME Church in the latest signal of a campaign eager to shore up its standing with Black voters.

It will be the president’s first trip to the storied church since he was vice president. Biden is expected to speak at the church, his campaign told reporters on Tuesday evening. It is one of the oldest Black churches in the South and the site where nine parishioners were shot and killed by a white supremacist in 2015.

[…] The campaign’s top aides also announced Biden will be giving a speech at Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, on Saturday, the third anniversary of the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol. Michael Tyler, the campaign’s communication director, said the president’s speech will hit some familiar themes: the “stakes for our democracy” and the danger of a second Trump term.

Let’s accept the assumption (datapoints support) that Barack Obama is leaning back, away from Biden, seeing the landscape as it is unlikely for Biden to win the 2024 election due to the radical nature of the Obama policy the underlings carried out in the past four years.

The borders are open, there’s a sticky energy price and inflation crisis, failing foreign policy, two wars – with more coming, a massive federal debt about to crush everyone, and the cultural effort went too far left.

To be sure, Obama doesn’t care, he actually likes this America-Last communist outcome; but Teh One can see this – and he’s not stupid.  Chicago Jesus has a massive ego, and pride rules his politics. Under this scenario, Biden and the DNC are alone – basically, heading toward Chicago without The Lightbringer.

District Court Judge Mary Kay Holthus was denying probation to a defendant in a battery case, when things in the courtroom became alarmingly violent.

Just as Judge Holthus said she was denying probation and about to impose a sentence, criminal defendant Deobra Redden (30) shouted “f**k that bitch,” leaped over the bench and attacked the judge.  WATCH:  [LINK HERE]

Due to the race of the defendant, cultural sensitivities, political correctness and the graphic nature of the events, the courtroom video has been restricted by Google in an effort to forestall public awareness. [WATCH HERE]

This is what George Soros prosecutors and misguided judges are turning loose on the streets every day when they do not incarcerate violent offenders.  Had this man received yet another probation sentence, the next victim would have been anyone in this defendant’s orbit and not the judge.
