Last year against the backdrop of President Obama’s sanctions announcement against Russia, we closely reviewed the “Russian Malicious Cyber Activity – Joint Analysis Report”. This December 2016 intelligence report (actual document below) is the report where the media talking points “17 intelligence agencies agreed” and the Russian “hacking of the election” began.
The report was released to coincide with President Obama kicking out Russian diplomats as punishment for the content therein.  Everyone talks about this report, yet almost no-one talking about it has actually read it.  WE HAVE.


President Obama’s administration released the ‘Joint Analysis Report’ which various politicians and media claimed to outline details of Russia’s involvement hacking into targeted data, computer systems, and political networks during the election.
Except it doesn’t.

President Trump ends the final day of an official state visit in Vietnam prior to heading to Manila Philippines later tonight where the ASEAN conference will begin tomorrow.
On Sunday morning (Vietnam local time / Saturday Night U.S. Eastern), President Trump will participate in an official state welcome ceremony and official photo followed by a bilateral meeting with President Tran Dai Quang of Vietnam. The President will then participate in a business event.

Later in the morning, the President will deliver a joint press statement with President Quang of Vietnam (10:20pm U.S. EST). The President will then participate in a bilateral meeting with the Secretary General of the Communist Party Nguyen Phu Trong of Vietnam followed by a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc of Vietnam. The President will then participate in an embassy meet and greet.
The President will then depart Hanoi, Vietnam en route to Manila, Philippines. In the evening, the President will attend a special gala celebration dinner for the 50th anniversary of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).

President Donald Trump attends a state banquet in Vietnam as the guest of Vietnamese President Tran Dai Quang.  At the beginning of the banquet both President Quang and President Trump deliver remarks to the international delegation and assembled emissaries for each nation.
Speaking without using prepared remarks President Trump honors the culture and success of the Vietnamese people, offers condolence and support for the recent victims of typhoon Damrey, and extends his warmest optimism for the future of both nations joined together in common cause to advance mutual interests of prosperity and peace.

The headline says -2.6%, but that’s the median.  The actual 2019 economic predictive modeling for Mexico is up to a 4% contraction if the U.S. cancels NAFTA.  The next round of NAFTA negotiations is scheduled for November 17th.

Additionally, these models are based on current trade economics and do not factor in the ramifications of Mexico joining the Trans-Pacific Partnership; and signing up to manufacturing sector agreements with Asian nations who can easily undercut even the low wage rates in Mexico based on average wealth.
The predictive models are run by various analysts paid by multinational business interests (corporations) to give advanced forecasting.  The results of the forecasts are used by multinational financial systems to determine the inherent value of future investment within Mexico.
