Lawyer Sidney Powell tweets out today that the Supreme Court has rejected two cases of election fraud against Wisconsin and Arizona; and has accepted two cases against Michigan and Georgia. The high court has given GA/MI until January 14, 2021, to file their responses.
Maybe Russia was behind the serious breach into the SolarWinds’ network that created chaos in all levels of sensitive U.S. government databases; they certainly would benefit from a Biden administration. Or maybe, it was another foreign actor, like China.
Or maybe, it was a U.S. intelligence effort intended to give the illusion of foreign involvement in order to protect Deep State interests. Does anyone actually know?
One thing is certain… with all we know about how the intelligence apparatus of the U.S. has been politically weaponized, we The American People no longer have any faith in the institutions of government to admit or distribute the truth; and that has absolutely nothing to do with Vladimir Putin.

I have spent a great deal of time thinking about declassification since the media began their insufferable onslaught and “president-elect Biden” narrative.
The time has long past for President Trump to strongly demand his executive cabinet members declassify the evidence outlining intrusive government surveillance upon not only himself, but all Americans.
CTH has a rather unique perspective on the declassification angle. This conversation has traveled with me for over two years as I have talked to people inside and outside the DC machinery. Ultimately the discussion ends around something like this:
Is the DC political surveillance state, and all of the ramifications within that reality, so fundamentally corrupt and against our nation’s interests, that no entity dare expose the scope and depth of it? And ultimately… is it the preservation of institutions, despite their transparent corruption, that’s causing so many disconnected outcomes from evidence intentionally downplayed?
If we assume the scale of unconstitutional conduct has become systemic, that likely answers the questions. Personally, I believe this is the most likely scenario.
“Likely” meaning the entire apparatus, DOJ, FBI, Legislative Oversight and the Intelligence Community (IC), is now so enmeshed within this corrupt out-of-control state that no-one, even the good guys, is willing to expose it because the institutional collapse would be devastating.

It started with the Treasury Department notification of “a sophisticated hacking group backed by a foreign government stole information from the U.S. Treasury Department and a U.S. agency responsible for deciding policy around the internet & telecommunications.”
Within hours the origin of that massive data breach was identified by the federal Cybersecurity Infrastructure and Security Agency (CISA) as a significant risk to government databases and private sector businesses. The breach was attributed to computer intrusion through SolarWinds Orion:
WASHINGTON – The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) tonight issued Emergency Directive 21-01, in response to a known compromise involving SolarWinds Orion products that are currently being exploited by malicious actors. This Emergency Directive calls on all federal civilian agencies to review their networks for indicators of compromise and disconnect or power down SolarWinds Orion products immediately.
President Trump announced via Twitter that following a meeting to discuss the current state of 2020 election fraud with Attorney General Bill Barr, the U.S. AG will be departing his position before Christmas:

Appearing with Maria Bartiromo, former national security advisor, Lt General Michael Flynn, states: “we have conclusive evidence of foreign interference in our election.” Mr. Flynn goes on to say his attorney, Sidney Powell, has four cases en route to the United States Supreme Court to highlight the “overwhelming evidence” of election fraud.
Additionally, General Flynn states it would serve the best interests of the United States if President Trump would trigger his 2018 executive order on foreign election interference to appoint a federal special counsel – to look into all of the background claims of fraud on behalf of the executive branch of government. Yesterday, in a final foot-stomping and teeth-gnashing exhibition of judicial activism, federal judge Emmet Sullivan allowed a host of political amicus briefs to be provided to the case file against Lt. General Michael Flynn.
The obvious judicial intent was to legally smear General Flynn with as many corrupt and manipulative Lawfare opinions as possible. In essence Sullivan was just pouring on the dirt after President Trump stepped in and said “enough” granting Flynn a deserved, full and unconditional pardon.
I didn’t write about Sullivan’s scheme and vile nature last night because: (a) I was very angry, and (b) I suspected Sullivan’s only intent was to besmirch the good name and reputation of Flynn in the judicial record. Ultimately Sullivan’s childish Lawfare antics held no legal or judicial merit because Flynn has been pardoned. It was all moot.
Today, after stomping his feet and throwing a verbal tantrum, as expected Judge Sullivan announces the motion to dismiss the case is granted.
I’ve got two words for you Judge Sullivan, and they ain’t Merry Christmas!
