This is another step on the continuum.  It is remarkable how many corporations; and yes, professional sports are corporations first and foremost; are willing to collapse their business model on behalf of wokeism and political ideology.   However, that said, this is a predictable step when you think about our earlier discussions of blue regions and red regions and how they would break-down in a soft civil war surrounding politics and freedom.

Major League Baseball (MLB) has announced they will not hold the All Star game in Georgia due to the recently passed law ensuring voting integrity.

If we are to follow the progression of this continuum, we will see further division of our nation based on leftist politics.  Eventually you get to a situation where the Red State -vs- Blue State issues (Red Region/Blue Region) will break down into liberty and freedom zones (red), and totalitarian control or communal zones (blue).

Exactly as we have been predicting for over a decade.

Imagine for a moment that Senator Ted Cruz marched a contingent of the uniformed military into the offices of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to refute her points about Texas border detention camps…. The media headlines would be shouting: “Civilian Representative Threatened by Right Wing Manipulation and U.S. Military”, followed shortly by demands for resignations and court martial for the service members.

Alas, when the Democrats do exactly that, destroy the civilian/military oversight firewall, by weaponizing the military for political power through intimidation of a civilian representative, nothing but the sound of crickets.

Somewhere out there, someone on the leftist side of the political spectrum, thought it would be a good optic for the U.S. military to be seen marching into the congressional halls of a civilian representative.  Don’t forget, this is with the approval of General Russel L Honore’ who is in charge of all national guard troops at the Capitol complex.

On the day after the inauguration (January 21st) JoeBama signed an Executive order on COVID worker Safety, weaponizing the Dept of Labor, OSHA.  Literally word-for-word what CTH predicted the previous summer.  [Predictions HERE and HERE]  Included in that executive order was a deadline of March 15, 2021, for OSHA to determine if a national mandate for workers would be required.  That deadline is tomorrow.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is a federal agency that rules over every single business entity in the U.S with employees.  If OSHA determines masks are needed, then every operation that falls under the OSHA regulations will be required to force their employees to wear masks.  But there is an element that extends beyond the face value of the mandate.

Just like all federal regulations and compliance processes any employee can file a complaint with OSHA against the business for violations of the OSHA compliance standard….. And don’t think that enforcement isn’t part of the operational plan for COVID mandates.  It is within the enforcement of the rules were OSHA can be politically weaponized.

WASHINGTON DC – […] Covid-19 requirements from OSHA would be very different than the mask guidance and recommendations from the White House or the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

OSHA, a large regulatory agency within the US Department of Labor, has federal power to set and enforce standards to ensure safe working conditions that covers most working Americans in all 50 states. It can enforce requirements anywhere from local shops to factory floors to large corporations. Failure by a business to comply with any OSHA requirement can result in fines, jail time and legal liability.

How we conduct ourselves in that role will be the difference between having a chance over the long term to ultimately prevail or having to spend a century or more under the totalitarian’s thumb. We need to understand the role we are in, the most effective course of action we can take, and above all, we must understand and accept our limitations. Adam Townsend had a great podcast interview with journalist Lee Smith last week, and for the first time Smith eloquently hit on something CTH has discussed for several years.

The “elites” writ large are so open in their current proclamations of being beyond reach, because they want us to know their power removes them from any accountability.

Often we see people ask ‘why are they so openly admitting to their wrongdoing’?  Within the answer I have written frequently ‘they simply do not care’…

It is not a sense of boundless hypocrisy that drives them to showcase their disconnect, the disconnect is purposefully part of the ideological advancement of their goal.  FIRST, the segment, WATCH:

The question “do the elites care if we know” is accurately answered by “they want people to know.”  The outlook that elites are hypocritical is the wrong nuance to what is visible. Their openness about their untouchable constructs is part of their purpose.

Friend of the Treehouse John Spiropoulos attended the January 6th rally in Washington DC.   On the way back to California John is stopping to visit CTH readers and patriotic Americans who have been impacted by the COVID-19 lockdown economy.

In this first “Let’s Roll America” report John shares a success story from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where he met up with a “roughneck” member of the Rebel Alliance who understands the scale, scope and issues we face as a nation; while personifying -and holding tight to- the ‘git r done’ spirit that flows through the veins of our great republic.

The next segment will feature a young family with three kids who moved from Oregon to South Dakota in search of work. Another Rebel Alliance team. From South Dakota John will be traveling to Albuquerque, NM, and Flagstaff, AZ, where he will have shoots tomorrow, then on to Phoenix Tuesday and Wednesday before turning for home.

In the latest effort to ensure the totalitarian interests of the authoritarian state are never questioned, Facebook has announced no phrases will be allowed that call into question the legitimacy of the installed JoeBama leadership.  This is absolutely Orwellian:

(Reuters) – Facebook Inc said on Monday it was treating the next two weeks as a “major civic event” and would remove certain content containing the phrase “stop the steal” from its social media platforms.

“With continued attempts to organize events against the outcome of the US presidential election that can lead to violence, and use of the term by those involved in Wednesday’s violence in DC, we’re taking this additional step in the lead up to the inauguration”, the company said in a blog post.  (read more)

Beyond the issues with Amazon controlling the server system for Parler, Mr. Matze outlines how the interior tech network, architecture and all subsidiary vendors notified Parler of their walking-away at the same time as the server notification from Amazon.
