Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen and acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker issued a new asylum rule today as officials at the U.S. southern border and U.S. military prepare to confront an approaching horde of approximately 20,000 Central American migrant/invaders.
[U.S. Department of Justice] Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen today announced an Interim Final Rule declaring that those aliens who contravene a presidential suspension or limitation on entry into the United States through the southern border with Mexico issued under section 212(f) or 215(a)(1) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) will be rendered ineligible for asylum.
The Acting Attorney General and the Secretary issued the following joint statement:
“Consistent with our immigration laws, the President has the broad authority to suspend or restrict the entry of aliens into the United States if he determines it to be in the national interest to do so. Today’s rule applies this important principle to aliens who violate such a suspension or restriction regarding the southern border imposed by the President by invoking an express authority provided by Congress to restrict eligibility for asylum.  Our asylum system is overwhelmed with too many meritless asylum claims from aliens who place a tremendous burden on our resources, preventing us from being able to expeditiously grant asylum to those who truly deserve it.  Today, we are using the authority granted to us by Congress to bar aliens who violate a Presidential suspension of entry or other restriction from asylum eligibility.”

CTH has received multiple requests for a review of predictable consequences as a result of the midterm election.  Thankfully, and perhaps unfortunately, we have solid references to base these predictions on – because there’s a solid frame of reference from the 2006 midterm and the subsequent consequences we saw in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010.
If we take the empirical 2006 example as the starting point and overlay the 2018 landscape to modernize the predictive model, what results is a most likely scenario.

First, any intellectually honest review must overlay the current political environment.  In 2018 the scale of unchecked lawless behavior is a significant influence toward the differences we can expect from the last time Democrat/Marxists held congressional power. The term “Democrat-socialism”, in essence a Marxist approach, is now the dominant fuel within the professional DNC  political operations.
When the Democrats last held power in 2006, their actionable objective was toward a far-left, Saul Alinsky-type aggressive tone and influence; however, there was a need to couch that intention as they positioned Senator Barack Obama for the 2008 presidential election.
In 2006 the radicals, needed to downplay their radicalism.  In 2018 the severity and aggression of the left, as assisted by the dropping of all media pretense, no longer needs to hide the intention.  When Democrat-Marxists take control in January of 2019 they no longer need to couch the extremism, the American electorate have been prepped.

Failed presidential candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton and women’s rights advocate Kara Swisher sat down for a live podcast and taping in New York City. The media has focused on Mrs. Clinton remarks: “I want to be president”, which can be seen in the interview at 00:33:40.
However, there’s also an alarming joke told by Clinton that reflects her tone-deaf racial perspective. At the 01:04:30 moment of the interview Ms. Swisher mistakes Corey Booker for Eric Holder and Mrs. Clinton replies: “I know they all look alike“.

The Central American migration force is gaining additional followers as they continue their march toward the southern U.S. border. In an effort to stop a political and diplomatic crisis between the U.S. and Mexico, outgoing Mexican President Pena Nieto offered assistance and asylum for the migrants to remain in Mexico. Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley sent a criminal referral to the DOJ today surrounding Creepy Porn Lawyer Michael Avenatti and claims from the accusers he brought forth.   Hours later,…. all of a sudden NBC, the primary advocacy media for Avenatti and his accusers, starts publicly questioning the details of their interactions?

In a late-evening publication of NBC News Investigations, journalists Kate Snow and Anna Schecter outline the contradictions between Creepy Porn Lawyer and two female accusers Avenatti put them in contact with.
In a transparent effort to retain credibility, the face of NBC, Chuck Todd, now claims Avenatti “mislead” the NBC reporters. It needs to be emphasized here that none of these contradictions were discussed by NBC during the controversy around the Kavanaugh confirmation.  They kept quiet about it when it mattered.

NBC […] In the second statement, the unidentified woman said she witnessed Kavanaugh “spike” the punch at high school parties in order to sexually take advantage of girls. But less than 48 hours before Avenatti released her sworn statement on Twitter, the same woman told NBC News a different story.

Apparently NBC has found their excuse to rid themselves of the $69 million dollar mistake known as Megyn Kelly following her comments about “blackface” to an aghast audience. Reports are now confirming the caucasian version of  Omarosa has been dispatched from the network.
Rupert’s Princess became famous for working with Chris Wallace, Bret Baier and Fox Political Vice President Bill Sammon during the August 6th, 2015, Presidential Primary on a scripted plan to attack front-runner candidate Donald Trump… [CTH saw it coming on July 30th, and fired up the warning flare – We were correct] Her career as the Caucasian Omarosa was all downhill from there.

New York – Megyn Kelly’s 9 a.m. Today show hour has been canceled, multiple sources confirm to PEOPLE.
The news comes just 48 hours after she received immense backlash for her controversial remarks about blackface earlier this week.

No-one yet really knows what the motives are behind mailing packages containing fake pipe-bombs to high-profile members of the Trump ‘resistance‘.  Hopefully the FBI will identify the perpetrators quickly.  However, given the history of left-wing political activity and their use of fake hate crime as a tool to advance victim politics, the strongest origination likelihood is a person or group connected to left-wing activism.
Toward that suspicion there is growing Alinsky-motive visible amid media.  CNN is desperate to pin the blame on President Trump.  Check out the Alinsky model narrative engineering on display today.  It starts out by labeling the recipients as “Trump’s targets”:

Unfortunately the use of the words “national emergency”, could be misinterpreted to mean an official declaration (no declaration exists yet); as contrast to the more obsequious use of the wording which would imply a national crisis (likely intent).
