Friend of the Treehouse John Spiropoulos continues highlighting how Critical Race Theory is infecting the public educational system.  In this brief excerpt John highlights the efforts of a teacher in Virginia who was recorded by a student during a distance learning class.

The teacher clearly wants to make race the focus of an innocuous picture and the student doesn’t get why the teacher is so racially focused.  As the student continues to push-back against the manipulative intent, the teacher gets frustrated and accuses the student of being “intentionally coy” about a picture of two young women.

This is one of those transparently obvious issues that everyone knows, yet the media and others have a vested interest to deny.  The COVID-attributed death toll in Alameda County, California, is being lowered by 25% after a review of “cause of death” certificates and records.

There are thousands of examples of manipulated COVID fatality records all over the world and specifically inside the U.S.  In addition to their being a profound difference between dying *with* COVID as opposed to dying *from* COVID, there were/are a litany of incentives to mislabel and misidentify the cause of death within health records.

Quite simply as part of the overall hype behind the COVID threat the local, state and federal recording system was intentionally constructed to generate over-recording of COVID mortality rates.  Even the annual death rate from the regularly occurring flu just vanished over the past year as almost every fatality was labeled a COVID death.

Yes, there were people who died specifically as an outcome of COVID respiratory infections. Yes, there were people with pre-existing conditions that made them more susceptible to the respiratory illness; however, that number is stunningly lower than what the CDC has assembled and attributed to COVID.  The ground-up reporting was simply based on false attribution; and financial incentives for those diagnoses was a major part of the problem.

– Citing a commitment to better meeting the diverse needs of the communities it serves, the San Diego Police Department Tuesday released a new set of policies guiding officer interactions with transgender and gender-nonbinary people.

[…] The rules are designed to create a mutual understanding among community members and police on the procedures that will be followed, to prevent conflict and to ensure appropriate interactions with transgender and gender-nonbinary citizens, according to city officials.

[…] Key components of San Diego Police Department Procedure 6.34 require that SDPD personnel:

• use visual and verbal cues to become aware of a person’s gender identification, accept it and refer to them by their preferred pronouns;
• give people who identifies as transgender or nonbinary the choice of the gender of the officer who will perform a search on them and ensure that searches of transgender or gender-nonbinary persons are not more invasive than searches of cisgender people;
• make every reasonable attempt to recover medications for the arrestee and take them to the jail facility with their personal property, as missing medications used as part of a person’s transition can be life- threatening. (more)

Details are starting to emerge about the suspicious alarms and opened doors at the building in Fulton County containing ballots awaiting audit.  According to Newsmax corespondent Emerald Robinson Fulton County deputies left the parking lot 20 minutes before the building alarm sounded.

Additionally, the plaintiff attorney, Bob Cheely, handling the election integrity lawsuit, confirms the county security lapse is a direct violation of a court order requiring the ballots to be protected and secured at all times.  Cheely will be filing two motions of contempt against the Fulton County officials for their refusal to uphold the court order requiring 24/7 security. Apparently there are also some CCTV cameras and the plaintiffs will be asking for the footage.

In an interview with CreativeDestructionMedia attorney Bob Cheely notes the security issue is a particular concern because Fulton County officials had previously requested that privately contracted security, off-duty police officers paid by the plaintiff, had to be moved out of the parking lot because employees of the county did not feel comfortable.

[The implication here is the Atlanta government workers were primarily black, perhaps participants in the originating fraud that is evidenced within the ballots, and they used the BLM justification against police (racism, feel threatened, etc) to remove the security]

Fake hate crimes are seemingly more prevalent than actual hate crimes now as victimhood is a currency for glorification.  A BLACK student at Albion College in Michigan now admits to writing racist graffiti.   The school previously launched an investigation and contacted the FBI for assistance.

With the Fake Hate exposed, now the school is downplaying the events in a misguided, politically correct effort to heal the student body. “College officials are encouraging members of the community to care for one another and lean on faculty, staff and community members who are supporting them.”  In other words, stand in your safe space because the need for your safe space is important, even though the need for your safe space was false.

ALBION, MI — Albion College and the Albion Department of Public Safety say a student is responsible for racist graffiti found in a dorm last weekend.

Albion police brought the 21-year-old Black male in for questioning on April 6, according to Chief Scott Kipp. The student admitted to creating most of the graffiti, and video evidence from Albion’s Campus Safety Department confirms the statements made by the student, Kipp said.  (read more)

A follower of Louis Farrakhan named Noah Green attacked the White House and Capitol Complex earlier today killing one police officer and wounding another.  The suspect rammed his vehicle into a police barricade before exiting the vehicle with a knife and being shot by responding officers.

Had this been a white male suspect the manipulative narrative about the need for capitol hill security would have been the preferred narrative of the media.  However, with the race and ideological characteristics of the disturbed suspect now identified by independent sources, all useful pretense will be dropped and the story will disappear soon.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – A motorist rammed a vehicle into U.S. Capitol police on Friday and brandished a knife, killing one officer and injuring another and forcing the Capitol complex to lock down in an attack that police said did not immediately appear to be terrorism-related.

Police responded by firing on the suspect, who died.

This is another step on the continuum.  It is remarkable how many corporations; and yes, professional sports are corporations first and foremost; are willing to collapse their business model on behalf of wokeism and political ideology.   However, that said, this is a predictable step when you think about our earlier discussions of blue regions and red regions and how they would break-down in a soft civil war surrounding politics and freedom.

Major League Baseball (MLB) has announced they will not hold the All Star game in Georgia due to the recently passed law ensuring voting integrity.

If we are to follow the progression of this continuum, we will see further division of our nation based on leftist politics.  Eventually you get to a situation where the Red State -vs- Blue State issues (Red Region/Blue Region) will break down into liberty and freedom zones (red), and totalitarian control or communal zones (blue).

Exactly as we have been predicting for over a decade.
