Republican Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell announces he is “especially proud” of passage for his amendments requiring the U.S. military to continue operations in Afghanistan and Syria:
The bill passed 77-yea, 23-nea. [Vote Tally Here] The only Republican who voted against perpetual war in the middle east and supported President Trump was Rand Paul.
Every time this happens victims of battered conservative syndrome start a process of reconciling the reason for their abuse by excusing and justifying their abuser, Mitch McConnell. (more…)
Senator Rand Paul delivers a righteous speech supporting President Trump’s decision to begin removing the US military from the Middle East, and calling out Mitch McConnell and the UniParty for undermining the president. Rand is fired up. MUST WATCH:
President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump announce their guests for the State of the Union Address to be held tomorrow night: Matthew Charles – Matthew Charles’s life is a story of redemption. In 1996, he was sentenced to 35 years in prison for selling crack cocaine and other related offenses. While in prison, Matthew found God, completed more than 30 bible studies, became a law clerk, taught GED classes, and mentored fellow inmates.
On January 3, 2019, Matthew was the first prisoner released as a result of the First Step Act. Debra Bissell, Heather Armstrong, and Madison Armstrong – Gerald and Sharon David of Reno, Nevada, were tragically murdered in their home in Nevada by an illegal immigrant in January 2019. The terrible loss has devastated both their community and three generations of their family who will be represented at the State of the Union: the Davids’ daughter Debra, granddaughter Heather, and great-granddaughter Madison. The front-story is that Mitch McConnell organized his Decepticon coalition to warn President Trump not to withdraw U.S. troops from Afghanistan and Syria. However, the more true back-story is McConnell warning President Trump that he has assembled his impeachment coalition.
The Senate passed a “sense of the senate” resolution today demanding that President Trump keep troops actively engaged in perpetual war.
The resolution passed the cloture vote by a margin of 68 to 23. When you understand the background of the ‘Senate Cloture Scheme’ (see Trade Promotion Authority and TPP), today’s Senate vote essentially highlights the Decepticon caucus. [The Big Club]
Here’s how they voted:
Those who have followed Mitch McConnell for a long time will immediately notice the republican names in his coalition. They are the identical recipients of direct payments made by U.S. Chamber of Commerce President Tom Donohue.
Notice also that Senator McConnell timed his rebuke against President Trump to take place just prior to the State of the Union address. (more…)
White House senior advisor Kellyanne Conway appears on Fox News to discuss the upcoming State of the Union address. Fox Host Harris Faulkner begins by asking about the racism and infanticide stories within Virginia politics and doesn’t like the answer.
.
The controversy in Virginia surrounding Ralph “Coonman” Northam (infanticide/racism) and Lt. Gov Justin Fairfax (sex assault/rape) has now thrown a wrench into the grand resistance plans of Pelosi and Schumer.

The Pentagon has announced today they are sending an additional 3,750 military troops to the U.S.-Mexico border to bolster the efforts of DHS and Border Patrol.
WASHINGTON – The Defense Department will deploy about 3,750 additional U.S. forces to the southwest border with Mexico, raising the number of active-duty troops at the border to about 4,350, the Pentagon said on Sunday.
The troops will provide support to U.S. Customs and Border Protection operations, including a mobile surveillance capability through the end of September, and they will lay about 150 miles (241 km) of concertina wire between ports of entry, the Defense Department said in a statement.
Speaker Pelosi and Minority Leader Schumer are pushing the border conflict/government shutdown deadline (Feb 15th) to align with pre-planned public congressional committee testimony that is intended to undermine the White House.
Once we accept that no actual negotiations are taking place; and once we accept that congress (Pelosi/Schumer) have already pre-planned the calendar of resistance narratives to undermine the office of the president; things start to make more sense. Cue Representative Jim Jordan for the first part of his interview today:
Within this segment of Fox News narrative UniParty engineering the evidence of the delay tactic surfacing. The claim is that a bipartisan congressional group is working on a compromise deal for border security in advance of the February 15th deadline. However, there is no actual negotiation taking place; merely one-round of low level talks for optics.
The reality is Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer have positioned the appearance of congressional talks (in name only) to give the illusion that some form of negotiation is actually taking place…. it isn’t. This is a pantomime; a ruse; a Machiavellian fraud.
Cue democrat congressman Henry Cuellar and republican senator John Hoeven:
There is no plan to come to an agreement because that would disrupt the pre-planned resistance narrative that also includes the impeachment plan. Instead, Pelosi is pushing the border conflict/government shutdown deadline to align with pre-planned public congressional committee testimony that is intended to undermine the White House.
Once you understand that no actual negotiations are taking place; and once you accept that congress (Pelosi/Schumer) have already planned a phase of resistance to undermine the office of the president; things start to make more sense. (more…)
He’s toast. There’s no way, no way, Democrat Governor Ralph Northam can survive the public scrutiny of his behavior in 1984 as a 25-year-old medical school graduate. This is 1984, not 1964,… 1984. C’mon. Most of us were adults in 1984, and I doubt any of us can even fathom this level of overt racism in 1984. [I sure as hell can’t]
All current indications are that Northam was actually the one dressed in a KKK outfit while posing for pictures that he eventually selected to go into the school yearbook.
.
The entire episode is a reminder how authentic Democrats are the party of the KKK; and how their racist roots remain inside the party. To make matters worse Northam’s 2017 campaign used accusations of racism against Ed Gillespie; and now Virginians in Charlottesville will have to accept that Northam, not Gillespie was the racist in the race; or deny reality. There’s so many layers to this, it’s impossible to encapsulate.
Additionally, the NAACP has now called for him to resign; and the 2020 democrat candidates (Kamala Harris and Julian Castro) are starting to come forward calling for the same. (more…)
Earlier today President Trump delivered extensive remarks on a variety of issues during a White House meeting to discuss border security and human trafficking.
The Trump administration sets the bar on government transparency by allowing media to review these ongoing policy discussions. Additionally, President Trump answers all of the media questions on current events and issues of public interest. WATCH:

[Transcript] THE PRESIDENT: Well, thank you very much, everybody. We appreciate it. The jobs numbers just came out and we added 304,000 jobs, which was a shocker to a lot of people. It wasn’t a shocker to me. The country is doing really well. We have the strongest economy anywhere in the world, by far. And we’re the strongest nation in the world. So that was really good. But those numbers were very, very impressive. (more…)
