President Trump expresses the frustration many Americans are feeling with the Lawfare tactics to block sovereign national policy, and the Supreme Court acquiescence.
PRESIDENT TRUMP – “Republicans just got another bad decision from the United States Supreme Court, one that the Court System took forever to give, and then blamed it, in part, on no time left to implement a solution to our totally CORRUPT and out of control Mail-In voting “disaster,” which is a laughing stock all over the World, and where we are the only country that has to endure such a Nation Destroying SCAM.
Justices Alito and Thomas, legends both, strongly disagreed with this horrible, highly political, ruling. It is a big loss for Republicans, and America itself, and makes cheating by the Radical Left “Dumocrats,” on Mail-In Ballots, a much easier thing to do – And now they have an open field to do so!
The Supreme Court has really let our Country down! Certain Justices are petrified of these crazed and depraved Democrats and are totally unable to show the courage necessary to save our America.
Their horrible decision on Tariffs will be costing the U.S.A., for many years to come, Trillions and Trillions of Dollars. They didn’t even state, “money paid does not have to be paid back,” much to the benefit of entities that truly hate our Country, and have been RIPPING IT OFF FOR YEARS, unnecessarily costing us, immediately, Billions of Dollars.
Likewise, the Supreme Court’s Decision on Birthright Citizenship is a complete and total disaster for America, and has already led to massive corruption with respect to “citizenship” in our Country. The damage done to America is incalculable, and they know this, just as everyone else does – It is an irreparable and unrecoverable harm! The Court’s inability and unwillingness to do the right thing for our Country will go down, in a very negative way, in the annals of History.
This Supreme Court is bullied and cajoled by the Radical Left into making decisions that have set America back at least a hundred years. These are not the people I interviewed to serve on the United States Supreme Court, they are merely a shell of their original selves, a Court that is costing the United States Trillions of Dollars with shockingly bad rulings that are of such magnitude that it won’t be easily possible for our Country to recover or heal.
It is a Court that will go down as having rendered some of the most destructive, hurtful, and damaging decisions in our Country’s history. It is not easy for me to write this criticism of the United States Supreme Court – it will likely cost me dearly for years to come – but I feel it my obligation and duty, as President, to do so for the America we love! As multiple Latin American country leaders have recently discovered, it is the judiciary that generally facilitates the rise in Communism, and without the ability to directly confront and remove activist judges – the challenges of sovereign restoration are far more difficult.
The professional political left has spent multiple generations taking apart the institutions of government from within, mostly through selection and appointments based on a direct ideology in opposition to the foundational principles of our American government. The corruption cancer has slowly spread in both culture and government over decades and is now in full metastasis.
No modern U.S. president has received more attacks, more confrontation and more opposition; all of it based on the simple Trump objective of putting America first. I can understand President Trump’s frustration; in fact, I think we all can.

And to make matters worse there is an important case before the Supreme Court, the Republican National Committee v. Mi Familia Vota which challenges the 90 day quiet period before federal elections when cleaning illegal aliens off of voter rolls because illegal aliens were never eligible to vote and should be removed anytime they are found on voter rolls. But the Supreme Court will not hear arguments until December 2026.

The U.S. Constitution does not say the President has to do whatever the Supreme Court tells him. Trump should say, they have their view, I have mine. And Executive Review always trumps (pun intended) Judicial Review. And because he won the Presidency and they didn’t, he should enforce his Executive Order(s). Period.

The USPS is not a branch of government unto themselves.
Congress has the Constitutional power to establish post offices. But, for the post office to continue as an entity would require a Congress that is not he//-bent on deeming the Constitution outdated, thereby handing the PO employees the pink slip in favor of an AI ‘delivery system’ in exchange.
Postal employees who enable, covet, work toward allowing illegitimate mail-in ballots to be entered into counting centers are delivering themselves unemployment status by their own hands . . .

The consistency of this court is severely lacking. Just days before they ruled it wasn’t too late to put the old Missouri redistricting map back in play, disenfranchising voters who have already voted in the primary based on the new map passed by the legislature.
But it was too late to have the USPS implement their policy.

Since this attempt to stop vote fraud was a regulation and did not require congressional approval, and the Supremes have stated for the record that the only reason they denied it was lack of time, what prevents Trump from pushing it again the day after this election?
It would then be difficult for Lawfare to stop it again with two years to implement it, wouldn’t it? At least 2028 might be a semi-honest election, non?

You basically need to have actual oversight/accountability for the judiciary. Easiest thing to do would be every few years have a “judicial audit”, state by state, district by district. Analyze court cases where repeat offenders are let off the hook to re-offend and do serious crimes (such as assault, rape, murder), and if there are judges that repeat these decisions to the detriment of law-abiding citizens, have them removed from the bench, at best, and at worst charge them with negligent manslaughter/homicide/whatever. Also analyze instances where they are harsh on people who commit minor or non-serious crimes (lawfare), or are clearly in violation of the Constitution and remove them from the bench.
Also go after bad lawyers/prosecutors. The defense attorney in the Clancy Trial and the prosecutor in the Rittenhouse Trial are prime examples of needing to go after malicious bad-faith attorneys as their own can’t or won’t police each other. Simply doing something like this would make it a lot harder for judges/lawyers to go on power trips and the removal is immediate.
the sad reality is that you can pass all of the laws and executive orders you want. If states ignore them and federal law enforcement refuses to do anything about it, what have you accomplished? That’s where we are today. I recall mentioning a year ago the FBI and DOJ won’t touch election fraud. People here in the echo-chamber howled like ally cats. Well, here we are. The 2026 midterms will be more openly fraudulent than the 2020 Steal was. Nothing has been done. Bupkis.
We have enough election laws on the books today to prevent a very large percentage of the election fraud taking place, but if the FBI and DOJ refuse to go after that fraud, it will continue on and it has. They have reached the point where they are openly taunting Trump and all of us about vote fraud. They are doing it in the open. Look at CA and WI just a short time ago.
We basically live in a lawless society in many ways. Lawfare isn’t just going after people with lies like they did Trump and team. It’s allowing criminal activity to exist and flourish and protecting it.
All is not lost. We need to have the enthusiasm of 2016 and 2024. Participate like President Trump is on the ballot, because he is. This midterm needs to be the biggest ever. If this midterm is big enough perhaps the stolen 2020 can yield another term, as everyone knows, he already won it.
When did judges become the equivalent of Iran’s Guardian Council?
