During a House Judiciary Committee hearing today, Representative Thomas Massie questioned Attorney General Merrick Garland about FBI agents and possible FBI informants planted in the crowd in DC to organize events.
Within the questioning, Massie presented Garland with a picture of Ray Epps, a former leader with the Arizona chapter of Oath Keepers attempting to agitate the crowd.
Massie also played a video [also below], highlighting how Ray Epps was one of the key people trying to stir up trouble and create an agitated mob response. Ray Epps is an interesting possibility, because he was never arrested or charged by the FBI. As pointed out by Sean Davis on Twitter, “At one point, the FBI had his picture up on its page of people it wanted to question (Photograph 16). Not only was he not arrested, his picture was quietly removed from the FBI “Capitol Violence” page.”
The issues of Ray Epps not being arrested; and then his photograph mysteriously being removed; can be reconciled by a hypothesis that Epps was actually working for and operating with instructions from the FBI itself. Not only would this not be surprising, it would actually track directly with coordinated activity the FBI is known for. WATCH (prompted):

In the state of Victoria, Australia, Premier Daniel Andrews again affirmed his intent to keep all unvaccinated citizens isolated, marginalized and locked out of the economy deep into 2022. While there’s nothing specifically cited to support Ms. Bartiromo’s statement as a DC insider and member of the Council on Foreign Relations, there has long been evidence that both Pelosi and McConnell will exit. Here’s why it makes commonsense:
♦ For Nancy Pelosi – Joe Biden is an appointed figurehead for a background agenda driven by Obama’s Chicago Marxists. The Biden far-left policy agenda is strategically a massive throw everything at the legislative process in an effort to create major change in a short period of time. Biden is the disposable front man for this operation, and Pelosi is the facilitating legislative cohort.
Massive inflation, skyrocketing gas prices, collapsed supply chains, empty shelves, increased crime, devalued dollar, diminished international influence, horrible polling, predictable political consequences, none of this matters because Biden is disposable to the agenda. There are no limits to the obvious lies they will tell, because no one cares about any public impact. For those who have been following politics for a while, you might have remembered something about $600 and IRS reporting from a decade ago when Obamacare was passed.
Within the 2010 Obamacare mess, “It was added that payments for goods more than $600 in a 12 month period needed to be reported as well as services. Obamacare further provided that, beginning in 2012, payments to non-tax-exempt corporations—which had previously been exempt from the reporting requirement—would be subject to information reporting.” (link)
The 2010 tax law was actually enacted, briefly, and was scheduled to take effect in the 2012 tax year.
I well remember at the time everyone was like WTF, I’ve got to fill out a 1099 any time I give $600 to a service provider or business?
Yes, the embedded law inside the Obamacare law meant that anyone who paid any person or business $600 or more for a good or service was supposed to fill out a 1099 tax filing reporting the transaction to the IRS.
The political premise of the law was so obvious, stupid and cumbersome in 2011, after Obama’s 2010 mid term election “shellacking“, one of the first acts of a new republican congress was to repeal that ridiculous segment of the law. As it was noted at the time:

Congress can seek treatment with a medication they simultaneously deny to others? This is well beyond a “scandal”, and needs to be investigated quickly.

Earlier today, during a House Oversight and Government Reform Committee hearing on the Arizona vote outcome, representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) questioned Maricopa County officials about their deletion of 2020 election data in order to avoid a state senate subpoena for election records.
Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Chairman Jack Sellers and the boards vice chairman, Bill Gates, admitted they intentionally deleted election data to route it onto an archive file. The archives of the county records were not subpoenaed, that way the county could avoid sending the full 2020 election data to the auditors.
