With headlines filled with reports of JoeBama’s policies being implemented, President Trump calls-in to Fox News to discuss the border crisis that Biden has created and the surge of left-wing policies undermining the United States constitution.
The DOJ and FBI appear to be maintaining an aggressive posture against their political opposition on behalf of the ongoing ‘domestic extremist’ narrative. In a remarkable statement prosecutor Michael Sherwin claims that charges of sedition are possible for those who attended the January 6th protest in DC against the outcome of the 2020 election.
Conducting political surveillance, abusing the NSA database by extracting personal information in violation of the fourth amendment, lying to a FISA court to get a title-1 surveillance warrant against Donald Trump’s campaign, fabricating a false Trump-Russia conspiracy theory, pushing knowingly false information to the media to support a fraudulent investigation, initiating a special counsel to hide the trail of wrongdoing; and the FBI conducting political operations against the Trump administration, was apparently no big deal. However, attend a protest against the corrupt interests of the deep state in DC and you are guilty of “sedition.”
The weaponized institutions of government are openly displaying their intent now.
WASHINGTON DC – Michael Sherwin, the federal prosecutor tasked with investigating the Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol, told “60 Minutes” in an interview that aired Sunday night evidence collected thus far likely meets the threshold to charge some suspects with sedition.
Any person charged with sedition is effectively accused of attempting to overthrow the U.S. government and faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
Former U.S. Ambassador to Germany and Acting Director of National Intelligence, Richard ‘Ric’ Grenell, discusses the ideological flaws within the JoeBama foreign policy as it is being rolled out and our adversaries are laughing. The interview begins with a discussion of the embarrassing U.S-China summit in Alaska, where Chinese officials dressed-down U.S. Secretary of State Tony Blinken.
As Grenell notes the policies of many ideologically aligned leftist nations (ie. Germany, South Korea) are in conflict with their ‘western’ values as expressed. This has been evident for decades.
The example of Germany contracting with Russia for natural gas (Nordstream II pipeline), while not fulfilling their NATO funding commitments, is just one aspect. South Korea presents a similar ideological hypocrisy regarding China/DPRK. Angela Merkel and Moon Jae-In are not coincidentally aligned with Obama’s leftist world-view.

ANALYSIS – The Obama foreign policy doctrine was fraught with ideological hypocrisy as a feature not a flaw. Claim a desire for mid-east peace, set the middle-east on fire with the Arab Spring (Obama Cairo speech). Claim a desire for middle-class workers, yet facilitate corporate offshoring. Claim a desire for Israeli security yet attack Egyptian President Fattah al-Sisi for creating Israeli security. Accept a Nobel Peace Prize, set Libya on fire and kill thousands. Accept a Nobel Peace Prize, then attack Syria. Hypocrisy, hypocrisy, hypocrisy.
Champion women’s’ causes on stage, yet embrace Turkey and the Muslim Brotherhood who devalue women. Claim to support democratic elections, then undermine the majority election outcome of the British vote in Brexit. Everything, every – single – thing, about the Obama foreign policy was an exercise in hypocrisy. There were ZERO foreign policy successes, NONE. What we are seeing now is the same thing with Biden, because it is an extension of Obama’s third term. Hence, JoeBama.
This likely will not come as a surprise to most CTH readers, but a recent poll from Rasmussen shows the nation is split on whether Joe Biden is actually fulfilling the role of the presidency. Forty-seven percent of those polled believe there are people behind Biden that are really in control.

(Via Rasmussen) – Voters are evenly divided about President Joe Biden’s ability to perform the duties of his office, and nearly half believe others are really in charge at the White House.
A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 47% of Likely U.S. Voters believe Biden is really doing the job of president. The same number (47%) say others are making decisions for Biden behind the scenes. (read more)
Even die-hard democrats will admit privately that someone else seems to be running the White House. The inability of the press secretary to outline who is actually in control of the cabinet-level staff is quite remarkable. When posed with questions Jen Psaki rarely answers about executive level decisions and instead defers to the institutional agents who are in position to talk to reporters.
Concerns over the physical and mental stability of the installed current optical head of the White House continue to mount today as Joe Biden attempts to walk up stairs into Air-Force One. Key word: “attempts”
The leader of the United States government stumbles, falls, stumbles and falls again, three times, on the same day the leader of Russia challenges him to a public debate. The White House will not take the challenge…. for obvious reasons.
The United Auto Workers are angered about a decision by Ford to move production of a new electric vehicle from Avon Lake, Ohio, into Mexico. Ford previously agreed to spend $900 million on a new product line for the Ohio plant; however, according to the UAW the location has shifted.
One way of looking at this change in direction from Ford relates to the cost of producing electric vehicles. First, it is far less expensive in Mexico (labor, environmental regulation, energy costs, etc); secondly, an outlook the new Biden administration will not strongly enforce USMCA compliance measures against U.S. multinational firms.
The UAW supported Joe Biden, but his policies will likely undermine their workers. Unfortunately, this was all too predictable. Partly because Biden-Harris owe Wall Street too much, and the multinationals are once again in control over the U.S. economy.
(Via Reuters) […] The UAW said Ford in 2019 as part of its four-year contract agreement had committed $900 million for the plant in Avon Lake, Ohio, including a next-generation product to be added in 2023, which the UAW letter said would secure the plant’s “employment well into the foreseeable future.”
Katherine Tai was confirmed by a unanimous senate vote today to become the United States Trade Representative. The vote was 98-0. Ambassador Tai has family connections in both Taiwan and China and replaces former USTR Robert Lighthizer.
The doctrine of President Trump was to use trade and economics to achieve diplomatic results on foreign policy and national security issues. It will be interesting to watch what happens now as the Biden Administration returns to using ideological diplomacy as the baseline… then providing economic benefits to support leftist objectives.

The rustbelt was created, and China rose to economic influence, on the political outlook once again in power in the United States. Ideology comes first, all other things changed, modified and or considered downstream in lesser importance than the ideology. This was how the alignment of Wall Street, Globalists and Beijing exploited Bush, Clinton-Clinton, Bush-Bush and Obama-Obama terms. The U.S. middle-class economy suffered greatly, while Wall Street multinationals thrived.
On the positive side there will be pressure from the Bernie Sanders wing to defend American jobs. However, that faction’s political leadership, like Bernie Sanders himself and AOC, will compromise the long-term interests of the American worker when the opportunity surfaces for personal and familial wealth. The Sanders types, just like the union leadership, can all be bought for the right price.
Ambassador Tai has not yet made statements about whether she will advocate for steel and aluminum tariff removal, but she is a big supporter of environmental justice as it pertains to trade and economic justice. The climate and trade issue here specifically is the potential for carbon taxes to be part of JoeBama trade policy. How? Well, that might look like the U.S. re-entering the Trans Pacific Partnership with a carbon trading system in place.
Who needs ten days notice for a presser?…

Earlier this evening President Donald Trump called-in to Maria Bartiromo for an interview about the border crisis created by the JoeBama administration and other current events. WATCH:
There are numerous reports of the U.S. military engaging in recent political activity that has raised some eyebrows. Many are wondering what is going on…. and there’s likely an alarming reason. Considering the specific examples over the past few years, I would argue the Democrats are positioning for use of the military in violation of the Posse Comitatus Act -or- by an expressed act of congress.
Following the evidence to its logical conclusion is simple. The political apparatus of the DC state has framed a fraudulent narrative that “insurrection” against the federal government is an ongoing possibility.
Toward that end the U.S. military national guard troops have been sent to Washington DC indefinitely (current deployment extended through May).
If we consider there is a reasonable argument now surfacing about states choosing to nullify federal laws, it is not a stretch to see the insurrection narrative as a proactive assertion to support the deployment of active military against any state who would be non-compliant.
Would this violate the Posse Comitatus Act? Quite possibly, yes; it would depend on whether congress passed an expressed act authorizing military troops against specific state action.
When we consider that most of the constitutional checks and balances have been deconstructed or usurped by hardline leftist action; including the weaponization of the intelligence community, and specifically the FBI as a federal law enforcement agency; we are left to recognize that any Posse Comitatus violation would likely be supported by a leftist and aligned media arguing that the military is needed in order to stop a rebellion of states.
