Friend of the Treehouse John Spiropoulos stops in rural Arkansas as he travels to Washington DC for the massive rally supporting President trump.  John is conducting interviews with people heading to the event.

Traveling from California to DC, John provides “Let’s Roll America” reports as he travels through Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee and Virginia.  Yesterday John took the road less traveled to meet with patriotic American, Richard Wiley.

Richard is an 82-year-old widower who is concerned for the future of his 3 children, 4 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.  Mr. Wiley is preparing his trip to DC to protest the election result and rally in support of President Donald J Trump.

U.S. Senator Ted Cruz has one of those rare opportunities to redeem his entire political career by supporting President Trump on January 6, 2021.  This is a rare second-chance; let us hope Ted Cruz has the grace, humility and strength to see it.

In 2016, during the RNC convention to nominate Donald Trump, a bitter and divisive Ted Cruz self-immolated on a national stage.

The collapse was so catastrophic when Cruz attempted to return to the convention donor suite in the Cleveland auditorium he was kicked out by Cruz’s main financial backers, Robert and Rebekah Mercer.  Senator Cruz never recovered.

Two years later, having lost the base of support from a MAGA community that did not forget, Senator Ted Cruz was on his back facing a Senate challenge from democrat Beto O’Rourke and he needed President Trump to rally in Texas on his behalf. Trump came to Texas in 2018 and lifted Cruz to a narrow victory.

Two years later, with the electoral challenge now established for January 6, Ted Cruz has the rare opportunity, a second-chance, to elevate himself back to a political position of influence… While we await the outcome, here is the 2016 reminder.

In 2015 and 2016 candidate Donald J Trump was able to break through the controls of the Republican party apparatus by gathering overwhelming grassroots support and then not backing down from the internal fight with the elites.  The Trump movement is based on a non-special interest, color-blind and large coalition of middle-class workers and American patriots who want to see the best interests of our nation supersede all other issues.

Despite a similar populist style, albeit clouded with larger government intervention, what Donald Trump did with the RNC candidate Bernie Sanders refused to do with the DNC.

Yesterday a recent poll of GOP voters was released by Rasmussen.  The results show 72% of republican voters want the Republican party to remain focused on the America-First MAGA message that lies at the heart of the movement.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 72% of Likely Republican Voters think their party should be more like Trump than like the average GOP member of Congress. Twenty-four percent (24%) see the average Republican in Congress as a better model.  (more)

Amid our national discussion and evidence of wide-spread mail-in ballot vote fraud; and considering the January 6th role of the Senate to certify the 2020 presidential election; and considering a report from Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe, is forthcoming with previous assertions of “foreign interference”; and considering five states are sending dual sets of electors; there has been some discussion about “The Guarantee Clause” within the constitution and how it might uniquely apply to 2020.

Here’s the discussion as best I can explain it:

[Article IV – Sec.4] The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

“The Guarantee Clause” – “At its core, the Guarantee Clause provides for majority rule. A republican government is one in which the people govern through elections. This is the constant refrain of the Federalist Papers. Alexander Hamilton, for example, put it this way in The Federalist No. 57: “The elective mode of obtaining rulers is the characteristic policy of republican government.” [citation]  “The Clause requires the United States to prevent any state from imposing rule by monarchy, dictatorship, aristocracy, or permanent military rule, even through majority vote. Instead, governing by electoral processes is constitutionally required.”

Earlier today President Trump drew attention to an unofficial January 6, 2021, assembly of We The People planning to attend Washington DC on the date of the congressional certification of the electoral vote.

There is much discussion about the Senate vote on 1/6/21 as the culmination of a fraudulently manipulated election outcome; there is also a great deal of foreboding and anxiety as the American electorate watch to see if any legislator will rise to contest or challenge an outcome.

DC insider reports indicate Senate Majority leader Mitch McConnell is pressuring his GOP senators not to challenge the certification of the election.

Meanwhile President Trump is dealing with even shorter term battles surrounding COVID relief and Omnibus spending bills which put him alone against the DC legislative class.  Our nation is positioned in a very tenuous time.

On the legislative contest President Trump is looking out for the greater interests of the American people while attempting to block the special interest pork spending that benefits everyone except Americans.  The urgency of the Omnibus and COVID relief spending creates a narrative contest between the executive branch and the legislative branch… and the timing of that confrontation is in advance of the January 6th certification.

It is not coincidental that bars and taverns have been targeted for closure and control under the auspices of 2020’s COVID-19 fear and mitigation.

It is not coincidental that churches and fellowship gatherings have been targeted for closure and control under the auspices of COVID-19 fear and mitigation. Both of these assembly points and gathering places have a deep history within the American rebellion.

The Sons of Liberty plotted rebellion in the public houses of Boston such as the Green Dragon Tavern, which began operation as early as 1712.

Members of the St. Andrew’s Lodge of Freemasons, which included Paul Revere and Dr. Joseph Warren, purchased the Green Dragon Tavern in 1764 to use as their headquarters.

In the fall of 1774, Revere, Warren, Samuel Adams, John Hancock and other members of the Sons of Liberty met in secret at the tavern to exchange intelligence gathered on the movement of British soldiers in and around Boston. By some accounts the plot for the Boston Tea Party was also hatched inside.

So pivotal were the secret meetings inside the Green Dragon Tavern that statesman Daniel Webster called it “the headquarters of the Revolution.” (link)

Fast forward 250 years later and the modern rebellion against leftist authoritarianism is now facing an identical issue.  Individual members of the rebel alliance are having to use covert methods just to meet and discuss issues, grievances and concerns about liberty.

Additionally, modern social media communication has been intentionally throttled.  As seen in the recent actions by Google/YouTube any challenge to the command and control authority will not be permitted.  Any voices who raise questions about the legitimacy of our government will be silenced.  The effort to block communication is happening in real places (bars and taverns) and in the digital space (the internet).

Less than a week after the November 3rd election our own voice was targeted to be silenced.  Our Treehouse gathering place was razed by big tech, WordPress/Automattic, for violating opaque terms of service – for which they could not provide a single example.

Dinesh D’Souza is an intellectually honest patriot of temperate disposition.  In this brief video D’Souza provides a short encapsulation about how the Supreme Court decision against Texas doesn’t make any sense.  If the Supreme Court will not take up a state’s right to stop wide-scale election fraud in another state then what exactly is SCOTUS role in the framework of a three co-equal branches inside our constitutional republic.

I doubt attendees to the constitutional convention would have ratified any agreement that said intentional corruption and manipulation in one state election system can nullify the senate votes of another – and there is no legal redress or grievance venue.

If SCOTUS continues to deny their institutional responsibility to defend the constitutional framework of the republic, then why the hell are they empowered as ‘co-equal’.

Surely the Supreme Court is awake to the reality if they shirk their duty, then rifles will end up on the hands of men who will settle cross-state disputes….  ‘surely‘

In a disappointing majority decision announced shortly before 6:30pm Friday evening, a majority of Supreme Court justices refused to take up a Texas lawsuit challenging four states in the 2020 election.

The court, with two dissenting options by Justice Alito and Justice Thomas, stated that Texas lacked a legal right to sue and did not have a legal interest in how other states carried out their elections.

The court rejected the Texas’ lawsuit without considering the specific merits of the state’s case.

Texas had asked the court to delay the official vote of the Electoral College, scheduled for Monday, Dec. 14, or prevent the four states from casting votes in the Electoral College for Biden. Justice Alito filed a short statement regarding the court’s disposition of the case and was joined by Justice Clarence Thomas.

The position of the Supreme Court raises an important question that now sits unresolved. If an individual citizen is determined not to have standing to challenge an election result; and if a group of citizens represented by their interest in a state, any state, is also denied standing to challenge an election result; then who can constitutionally challenge an election, any election, that is mired in controversy and demonstrable evidence of fraud?

I wrote about this in 2014/2015, followed the dynamic and refreshed it again in 2017. However, with increased sunlight on the agenda of Fox News, perhaps a review of this history is needed again. Back when the 2014 “Comprehensive Immigration Reform” agenda was swirling in the senate; you might remember the “gang of eight” immigration bill; specific media entities inside and outside FOX media were involved in private discussions to promote the agenda.  {GO DEEP}

Two of those outside FOX voices were Laura Ingraham and Tucker Carlson; so it was not a surprise to see FOX News Rupert Murdoch hire them later as prime-time hosts. This is all about following the money and the FOX agenda; ie. inside baseball stuff:

During the 2015 Fox Business News GOP Primary debate several political junkies noted a rather curious and brutally obvious omission: Senator Marco Rubio was never questioned about the 2013 Senate Gang-of-Eight bill and his stance on Comprehensive Immigration Reform. In fact, if you were to review the 2015 debate substance you’d note candidate Rubio wasn’t directly questioned about his immigration positions at all.

It is not disconnected that during the 2013/2014 Gang-of-Eight immigration constructs we later discovered Fox News was an active participant in the promotion of the immigration reform proposals.

In order to facilitate the congressional immigration intent Fox launched a previously unknown pro-amnesty propaganda blitz to support senate immigration bill.
