Front National Party (FNP) is quite a bit more “nationalist” than what UKIP is to the United Kingdom, or the Tea Party to the USA.  However, FNP candidates won the last election cycle, carry 25% of parliament and the Socialist French President, Francois Hollande, carries only a 15-20% job approval rating.

The refusal to allow Nationalist participation is yet another example of how ideological the Fabian Socialist’s are when it comes to the will of the people.  Both Hollande and U.S. President Obama carry the same disposition toward their political opponents.

[…]  Earlier, Le Pen had told reporters that she trusted the government would have the wisdom to invite “the representatives of a party that polled 25% of the vote in the last election”, referring to last year’s European polls, in which the FN came first amid record-low turnout.
The question of whether to invite France’s far right presents a dilemma for Hollande’s Socialist government, which is traditionally averse to any dealings with a party it deems “un-republican”.

Paris (AFP) – More than 700,000 people on Saturday took to streets across France in tribute to the 17 people killed in three days of violence by Islamist extremists, the interior minister said.

From Nice and Marseilles in the south to Besancon in the east and Lille in the north, people poured onto the streets to express their solidarity following Wednesday’s attack on the satirical weekly Charlie Hebdo that left 12 dead. The massacre was followed by the fatal shooting of a police officer on Thursday and the murder of four hostages during a siege at a Jewish supermarket on Friday. (more…)

(CNN) – French law enforcement officers have been told to erase their social media presence and to carry their weapons at all times because terror sleeper cells have been activated over the last 24 hours in the country, a French police source who attended a briefing Saturday told CNN Terror Analyst Samuel Laurent.

Ahmedy Coulibaly, a suspect killed Friday during a deadly Kosher market hostage siege, had made several phone calls about targeting police officers in France.
The alert came as the lone remaining suspect wanted in connection with a terrorism spree — Hayat Boumeddiene — entered Turkey on January 2, a Turkish prime ministry source told CNN Saturday.

French President Francois Hollande decried “racism and anti-Semitism” in the wake of the deadly siege of a kosher grocery store in Paris in his televised address.  The president also stressed that the actions of the hostage takers “have nothing to do with Islam.” (link)

Both of the Charlie Hebdo terrorists, Kouachi brothers, and the Kosher Market terrorist, Amedy Couibaly, contacted the media before they were killed by police. The terrorists informed the media their attacks were coordinated by ISIS training, and cell activation. In essence, they were saying there is more to come.

BFM TV has been in contact with two terrorists during the day on Friday. They claimed their actions. One of them reported a synchronization between actions.
BFM TV has been in telephone contact with Sharif Friday Kouachi, entrenched in Dammartin-en-Goële (Seine-et-Marne) and Amedy Coulibaly, which held hostage in a Parisian kosher supermarket, before they were killed in the assault forces.
One of the killers of Charlie Hebdo, Cherif Kouachi , joined by BFM TV, said Friday morning he was commissioned by “Al Qaeda in Yemen” and been trained by Imam Anwar Al Awaki. “We are defenders of the prophet,” he has said. It is trying to reach witnesses in the printing Dammartin-en-Goële where they were entrenched, our reporter was in contact with the one who is considered the leader of the attack against the satirical weekly. You won’t hear about this in the MSM, not because it’s not historic and not because it’s not intensely important, but rather because Fattah El Sisi is a genuine “moderate Muslim” leader – and the Obama administration hate him. 
The U.S. administration loathe him – Because el Sisi took down their man Mohammed Morsi, the now jailed leader of the Muslim Brotherhood and former extremist President of Egypt.
President Obama despises Fattah el-Sisi.  Obama never called him to congratulate him on his massive election victory;  President Obama and John Kerry were furious that el-Sisi stood up and supported Benjamin Netanyahu, and pressured Hamas to concessions and peace, then el-Sisi began destroying the Sinai terror tunnels to Gaza.  El Sisi retains a massive 82%+ approval rating in Egypt.

The Coptic Church celebrates Christmas on 7 January because of its use of the Julian calendar instead of the Gregorian. It was the first time ever that an Egyptian President was honoring a Coptic Christmas celebration with his presence.

(Via Gates of Vienna) On Christmas Eve, in the Vesterbro district of Copenhagen, a group of teenaged culture-enrichers set upon a young Danish couple and beat them severely for no apparent reason. The young woman, Nanna Skovman, suffered serious damage to her face and head.
She decided to post the story of what happened on Facebook, and from there it made it into the newspapers and Internet news sites. The story is currently “most read” on both of the main tabloids BT and Ekstra Bladet, as well as on the TV2 news site.

Christmas Eve. The day which has joy, roast pork and presents at the centre. But that wasn’t to be for me and Mads. I’d like to tell you how our Christmas was turned into a nightmare.

After getting out of a taxi, we’re walking along our street when a young second-generation immigrant approaches us. He is very unappealing and clearly wants conflict. Without any reason at all, he hits Mads on the head with a bottle. Mads defends himself, but now two or three more second-generation immigrants come running towards us along with a Somali. They are coming out of the basement of a building carrying the kind of chain locks used for scooters and motorcycles. The are attacking Mads together, kicking him and hitting him with the chains. Principle Centered Conservatism continues to rise in the U.K.

(Via Telegraph) The UK Independence Party has its second MP (Member of Parliament) in the House of Commons after Mark Reckless won the Rochester and Strood by-election.

Mr Reckless, the constituency’s former Conservative MP who defected in September, won with a 2,930 majority after a bitter seven week campaign.
