The Florida legislature has passed a parent’s right bill [House Bill 1557 [text pdf here] which says in part schools are prohibited from Pre-K to grade 3 classroom discussion involving gender identity: “prohibiting classroom discussion about sexual orientation or gender identity in certain grade levels or in a specified manner.”

This section of the bill has drawn the ire of the LGBTQ movement who are demanding in-school access to 5-year-old children, in order to promote their sexuality issues and advance their overall cause.  They now accuse the Florida legislature of creating a “don’t say gay” bill, which, they claim, blocks their allies in the teaching profession from grooming 4 through 8-year-olds with advanced sexual content.

Today, Evan Donovan, in an effort to assist the sexualization of kindergarten students and promote an early childhood masturbation agenda, asked Florida Governor Ron DeSantis to justify his support of the parents’ right bill.  Things got heated:

This is sketchy.  Despite them calling the upcoming February 15th meeting of the FDA vaccine advisory committee an approval review, everyone knows the meetings are just formalities as the FDA has rubber stamped all Big Rx requests throughout the COVID-19 effort.

As a result, the FDA was only a few days away from authorizing the Pfizer vaccine for children 6months to 4-years old.  However, according to an FDA press release [SEE HERE] Pfizer asked the FDA to wait for authorization until more clinical trial data could be gathered.  Additionally, Pfizer plans on presenting the findings of a three-dose vaccine regime.

FDA Press Release – The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has been notified by Pfizer that new data have recently emerged regarding its emergency use authorization request for the use of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine in children 6 months through 4 years of age.

As part of its rolling submission, the company recently notified the agency of additional findings from its ongoing clinical trial. Based on the agency’s preliminary assessment, and to allow more time to evaluate additional data, we believe additional information regarding the ongoing evaluation of a third dose should be considered as part of our decision-making for potential authorization.

It’s not the apex of institutional hypocrisy, rather it’s the unmasking of political ideology.  The ACLU is filing a lawsuit today in Virginia demanding that mask mandates against parents and student civil liberties be reinstated.

The ACLU wants the Virginia mask mandate reinstituted.  The ACLU does not want parents and students to have a choice on whether to wear a mask.

The Washington Post headline is akin to folding the universe upon itself and looking back through the mirror: “ACLU challenges Youngkin order mandating choice on school masks.”

The civil liberties organization is arguing against allowing civil liberties.

(Washington Post) – […] The lawsuit was filed in federal court in Charlottesville on Tuesday by the American Civil Liberties Union of Virginia; the ACLU is involved in similar cases in Iowa and South Carolina. The plaintiffs represent 11 students with conditions that include cancer, cystic fibrosis, asthma, Down syndrome and diabetes that make covid-19 more dangerous.

“Universal mask use may be necessary to protect some children,” the plaintiffs write. “For many of these children, Governor Youngkin has effectively barred the schoolhouse door.”

This is a very good thing.  A New York State Supreme Court has blocked the unilateral state-wide mask mandate of Governor Kathy Hochul and state Health Commissioner Basset.  The legal reasoning is very important.   NY Supreme Court Ruling HERE.

The authority of the New York governor and health commissioner, provided by the declaration of a state emergency, has expired.  With that expiration any/all mandates from the office are invalid; all requirements for public health -such as the mask mandate- MUST come from the legislative body.

According to the ruling, Judge Thomas Rademaker said that neither the governor nor the state health commissioner had the authority to enact the mandate without the state legislature, since the governor no longer has emergency powers. [full pdf here]

Why anyone is still listening to this guy is beyond my comprehension.   It was clear from the first moment he was elevated in prominence, that Fauci has some seriously disturbed outlooks toward health policy. This is not a stable minded person. During the ABC segment, Faucissus advocated for a fourth booster and continued mask wearing in schools by students. WATCH:

At this point, the COVID-19 virus is akin to a seasonal flu.  We never went to any of these lengths with flu vaccines and mandates, and we certainly never forced students to wear masks over flu concerns.

The Branch Covidians may want to take these never-ending COVID booster shots, but the rest of the nation seems ready to move on.  Enough, is enough.

New York Governor Kathy Hochul is a state leader with few redeeming qualities.  A detached elitist-minded governor who is very easy to dislike.

During her press conference today, Governor Hochul was questioned repeatedly about the state mask mandate for kids in school.  After several justifications, she encapsulated her refusal to remove the mask mandate by saying her own kids didn’t like wearing sneakers at first, but they got used to it.  Ergo, New York students will get used to wearing masks.  WATCH (Prompted):

Anyone who doesn’t realize the massive impact on students and kids created by this ridiculous COVID fear and mandates is, at this point in history, oblivious to the outcomes.  Government officials, state officials, education officials, teachers’ unions and the medical establishment have destroyed the lives of young people.  Key word “DESTROYED”.

It is going to take a long time, if ever, for our young people to recover from the selfish and insufferable damage put upon them by dictators like Governor Kathy Hochul of New York.  An eloquent and heartbreaking counterpoint is provided below.

It is not coincidental that Chicago becomes the place where the insufferable communist activist teachers become most visible in their attacks against parents and students.  In the method of using the sector of education as a weapon, the Marxists in Chicago are the epicenter of communist ideology.

Chicago is Saul Alinsky, Bill Ayers, Bernadine Dohrn, and of course, Barack Obama.  The teacher’s union in Chicago is a fully communist education movement, with an entrenched belief that all children belong to the grand communal outlook they represent.

So, it does not come as a surprise to see the Chicago Teachers Union tell the city officials ‘they are in charge‘ and they will dictate COVID policy.

“Right now, going into school puts us at risk, puts our students and families at risk,” union President Jesse Sharkey said in a press conference Wednesday morning. “That’s the simple truth of the matter. This is a virus that’s raging through the city.”

It’s a tough call on which institutions have lost the most credibility over the past 18 months between the medical institutions, the education institutions or the institutions of the justice system (courts, FBI and DOJ).

To the ordinary American citizen and family, the scale of the ideological corruption amid a multitude of institutions is perhaps the biggest revelation of the past year.

The White House occupant cannot afford to lose the little support he has left from the fractured sheeple masses and special interest groups.

With polling collapsing Biden’s influence on an almost daily basis, Chief of Staff Ron Klain deployed the puppy strategy. Not surprisingly that fell flatter than curling ice, and making matters worse, people realized to the Biden family dogs are politically disposable tools for optics only.  Add on the rebuke of the Build Back Better spending boondoggle and, well, there’s panic in the corps.

According to the White House, the U.S. economy is doing great, things are perfect and getting better.  The economy is doing so well, students can’t afford or find jobs to pay back their loans.  Wait a min.., wha… huh?

Despite the obvious instructions to the FBI, Attorney General Merrick Garland previously gave testimony before congress denying that parents who attended school board meetings were being targeted by an FBI Counterterrorism task force.  However, today the House Judiciary Committee has received a ‘whistleblower complaint’ showing the FBI is indeed using the Counterterrorism Division as the tool to target parents. The day before AG Merrick Garland testified to congress, the FBI instructed all national heads of the Counterterrorism Division to begin using internal tags to create a notification list containing the names of parents they considered to be domestic extremists.
