Here It Is – DOJ Releases 134-Page Jack Smith Lawfare Report Detailing Trump Targeting Operation

Shortly after midnight the DOJ released a 134-page volume 1 report [SEE HERE] outlining a political narrative used by the Biden Dept of Justice in their targeting effort of President-elect Donald Trump.

We are reading it along with you in real time and will have more analysis following complete review. In the interim, everyone knows the timing and release of this report is being done as part of a sequential series of steps intended to undermine the administration of incoming President Donald Trump.

[READ REPORT HERE]

The Lawfare approach is now familiar to everyone.  Lawfare is a process of influencing public opinion of a target, through the use of the judicial system.  The report is pure lawfare under the guise of a Special Counsel investigation.

Clearing Ground for the Narrative – FBI Delays Reports on VA Nominee Doug Collins and Interior Nominee Doug Burgum – Both Hearings Postponed

Nothing in DC is a coincidence when it happens at this level.

Doug Collins, Doug Burgum and Pete Hegseth were all scheduled for committee confirmation hearings today (January 14).  However, as noted in the statements and activity by Democrats in opposition, including Senator Chuck Schumer, they wanted to focus on targeting Hegseth first.

Well, what coincidentally happens?  The FBI reports on Collins and Burgum are coincidentally delayed, and as a result there will only be one confirmation hearing today… and that will be for Pete Hegseth.  Huh, imagine that?

WASHINGTON DC – The Senate confirmation hearing slated for Tuesday for President-elect Donald Trump’s pick to run the Department of Veterans Affairs, former Rep. Doug Collins (R-Ga.), has been postponed to Jan. 21 — the latest snag for one of Trump’s selections.

Senate Veterans’ Affairs Chair Jerry Moran (R-Kan.) said in a statement Monday that Collins has submitted necessary paperwork in a “timely manner” and has been “transparent and forthcoming” with the panel. However, he added, the FBI has not finished its background check of the nominee, who was supposed to have his confirmation hearing on Tuesday morning.

It’s the second Trump selection in a single day to see their hearing delayed due to paperwork delays. Doug Burgum, Trump’s pick to run the Interior Department, was the first: He had been slated for a hearing Tuesday, too, but it was bumped to Thursday. (read more)

As noted by Politico: “The treatment of Hegseth — the most high-profile of Trump’s nominees to face senators — will also set the tone for how the rest of the picks will fare. This includes how hard Democrats are willing to push the nominees, and whether Republicans will come to their defense or let them squirm.”

Steve Bannon: “I will have Elon Musk run out of here by Inauguration Day”

Eh, this could get messy.

Apparently, Steve Bannon was talking to media in Italy and said some rather confrontational things about Elon Musk.

(CP) “I will have Elon Musk run out of here by Inauguration Day,” Bannon told the Italian daily Corriere della Sera this week. “He will not have a blue pass to the White House, he will not have full access to the White House, he will be like any other person.”

“He is a truly evil guy, a very bad guy. I made it my personal thing to take this guy down,” Bannon added. “Before, because he put money in, I was prepared to tolerate it; I’m not prepared to tolerate it anymore.”

[…] “This thing of the H-1B visas, it’s about the entire immigration system is gamed by the tech overlords, they use it to their advantage, the people are furious,” Bannon said, noting that “76 percent of engineers working in Silicon Valley are non-Americans.”

[…] “Peter Thiel, David Sachs, Elon Musk, are all white South Africans,” Bannon said. “He should go back to South Africa. Why do we have South Africans, the most racist people on earth, white South Africans, we have them making any comments at all on what goes on in the United States?” (source)

This is like watching two Rams butt heads.

At the end of the day, thankfully Donald Trump is not Nikki Haley.  Optimal solutions.

Sunday Talks – JD Vance Outlines Viewpoint on Pardons for J6 Detainees

Vice President JD Vance appears on Fox News Sunday to discuss current events and political intents for the Trump-Vance administration.

Vance then moves to discussing the economic agenda and onto the objectives of the Trump administration to pardon January 6th detainees.  For those J6 protestors who committed “acts of violence,” there will be no sympathy.  However, for those who are incarcerated simply for walking through the Capitol building, pardons will be considered.  WATCH:

Greenland Prime Minster Mute Egede Said He’s Willing to Discuss National Security Interests of USA, But Never About Losing Controlling Interest to America

Greenland Prime Minister Mute Egede said in a joint press conference with Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen that he’s ready to speak with U.S. President-elect Donald Trump.

(VIA DAILY MAIL) – Greenland’s leader, Múte Egede, has expressed his willingness to engage in negotiations with President-elect Trump – although it won’t be over American potentially gaining control of the country.

Instead, the discussions would focus on the future of the mineral-rich Arctic territory, with a clear emphasis that Greenland’s people have no interest in becoming Americans.

Speaking at a press conference in Denmark on Friday, which holds nominal sovereignty over Greenland, Egede acknowledged the strategic importance of Greenland to the U.S. and said he was open to discussing areas of mutual interest. (more)

Jack Smith Resigned from DOJ

As noted by Politico, Special Prosecutor Jack Smith has officially resigned from his position in the DOJ targeting effort of President Trump.

Smith was enlisted by Joe Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland to lead the first ever criminal targeting of a former U.S. President.  The Lawfare that underpinned the efforts of Jack Smith was created by current and former DOJ officials who weaponized the justice system.

Names like Norm Eisen, Andrew Weissmann, Barry Berke and Mary McCord rest in the margins of every lawfare filing and approach deployed by Jack Smith and his insufferable team of political ideologues.

Jack Smith departs the DOJ having succeeded in fabricating labels for President Trump, “first ever indicted” … “first ever tried criminally” etc.  However, Smith failed to deliver on any of the prosecutorial hopes of those who followed the fabrications, because the constructs were only framed to deliver labels.

WASHINGTON DC – Special counsel Jack Smith has completed his work on two criminal investigations of President-elect Donald Trump and resigned Friday from the Justice Department.

Word of Smith’s departure came in a footnote to a court filing Justice Department officials submitted to U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon Saturday afternoon, urging her not to extend a court order she issued last week temporarily blocking the release of the final report Smith submitted to department leaders on Tuesday. Biden May Blanket Pardon Those Who Targeted Trump and Those Who Weaponized Government

Joe Biden was asked yesterday if he would pardon anyone else.  He couched his response, “it depends on some of the language and expectations that Trump broadcasts in the last couple days here as to what he’s going to do,” Biden told reporters at the White House. “There’s still consideration of some folks, but no decision.”

Now, think carefully about that response to the question.  Biden handing out more pardons depends on what Donald Trump says he is going to do.

What exactly is the negotiating factor here?  If Trump says he will hold people accountable for the weaponization of government, then Biden will preemptively pardon them.  However, if President Trump does not say they will be held accountable, then no preemptive action is needed.

No where in that type of thought process is the weaponized targeting and behavior a factor, only whether they will be held accountable for it.  Put another way, the activity is admitted as corrupt, the decision now rests on whether they can avoid accountability for their corruption.

There will be more pardons.  It doesn’t matter what President Trump says or does not say.  Psychologically, they are admitting to the wrongdoing. The issue is now about how to avoid the consequences.  There will be more pardons; they are simply negotiating who gets them.
