Despite the predictability and transparency of the propaganda effort, the media and democrats are going all-in.  All the broadcast Sunday Talk shows were filled with the “democracy in danger” talking points using the January 6, 2021, Capitol Hill protests to drive the agenda.

We can likely expect an entire week of building apoplexy culminating in some form of DC release.  The Lawfare crew and the J6 committee members have been producing this pantomime for almost a year, and it kicks off the 2022 Democrat mid-year election effort.

Along with the traditional democrat pearl-clutchers the republican wing of the UniParty is putting forth the insufferables: Liz Cheney, Adam Kinzinger, Pete Meijer and the one-eyed Cheney, Dan Crenshaw.   Additionally, the collapse of the ‘winter of death’ narrative combined with the inability of a new canine in the White House to rebrand the occupant, means even more emphasis will be placed on the J6 nonsense this week.

You might have heard that congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Green (MTG) was permanently removed from Twitter today under the auspices of breaking the approved speech rules for the Rona. However, it seems more likely -or at least more convenient- that her voice was removed due to the forward operational needs of the J6 engineering team.

Jeffrey Epstein’s predatory enabler, Ghislaine Maxwell, has been found guilty on five of six counts related to her participation in sexual assaults of minors.  Four women testified that Maxwell was the facilitator of their abuse, essentially grooming them to be raped by Epstein.

Maxwell was found guilty of conspiracy to entice minors to travel to engage in illegal sex acts; conspiracy to transport minors with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity; transportation of a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity; sex trafficking conspiracy; sex trafficking of a minor.  The lone count on which Maxwell was acquitted, enticing a minor to travel to engage in illegal sex acts, applied only to one Jane Doe victim.

NEW YORK (AP) — The British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell was convicted Wednesday of luring teenage girls to be sexually abused by the American millionaire Jeffrey Epstein.

The verdict capped a monthlong trial featuring sordid accounts of the sexual exploitation of girls as young as 14, told by four women who described being abused as teens in the 1990s and early 2000s at Epstein’s palatial homes in Florida, New York and New Mexico.

Jurors deliberated for five full days before finding Maxwell guilty of five of six counts. As the verdict was read, Maxwell appeared to show little reaction behind a black mask. She stood with her hands folded as the jury filed out, and glanced at her siblings as she herself was led from the courtroom, but was otherwise stoic.

She faces the likelihood of years in prison — an outcome long sought by women who spent years fighting in civil courts to hold Maxwell accountable for her role in recruiting and grooming Epstein’s teenage victims and sometimes joining in the sexual abuse.

The Washington Post, the primary outlet for the Fourth Branch of government operations, is publishing information from the Lawfare operatives that work inside the Jan-6 committee showing their timeline.

Deep state operative Mary McCord (not named but transparently visible) and administrative insiders tell WaPo, “The rough timeline being discussed among senior committee staffers includes public hearings starting this winter and stretching into spring, followed by an interim report in the summer and a final report ahead of November’s elections.”

The early 2022 hearings will target GOP primary candidates and the effort of Democrats to influence the primary elections.

The summer interim report will be dropped after the primary races are finished and will be intended to influence the summer campaign season.  The final report will drop as the coordinated DNC/Lawfare “October surprise”.  None of this should come as a surprise to those who follow the deep weeds of DC politics.

The coordinated Lawfare and Democrat fingerprints are obvious even in the WaPo report.  The Legislative Branch will work with the Fourth Branch (intelligence apparatus writ large) to blend the senate “federal election reform bill” with the recommendations from the J6 committee:

Apparently Huma Abedin, Hillary Clinton’s closest aide, has written a book describing her life experience during a time when her husband Anthony Weiner was sending pictures of his penis to various underage girls around the country.  [One of Andrew Breitbart’s Funniest Moments]

Back in 2011, Andrew triggered a series of events that long outlasted his time with us.  Very influential New York Democrat Congressman Anthony Weiner was texting pictures of his penis (amid other things) to underage girls.  Andrew was tipped off and eventually exposed the story.  It was a hot mess of DNC, MSM and the entire Clinton machine circling the wagons to protect Weiner and attack Breitbart.  Andrew won against the entire machine in epic fashion. It was just awesome.

A few years passed, and then Anthony Weiner was caught doing it again, only this time there were criminal charges.  Huma has written a book about her life in the aftermath of Weiner’s exposure and appears on CNN to talk about it.

There is a facet to the Huma Abedin story that no one in the media will discuss, including Dana Bash.   Huma’s husband, Anthony Weiner, tried to cut a deal with federal officials at the Southern District of New York (SDNY) to avoid criminal prosecution.  Weiner offered to give Huma Abedin’s laptop, which included all of Huma’s electronic communication files with Hillary Clinton, to the US Attorney’s office and FBI in return for no prosecution.

More than two dozen legal challenges to the federal vaccine mandate for employers over 100 employees were consolidated into the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati, Ohio.  That federal appeals court has reinstated Biden vaccine mandate for U.S. workers.

OHIO – A federal appeals court has reinstated the Biden administration’s vaccine and testing requirement for private businesses that covers about 80 million American workers.

The ruling by the 6th U.S. Court of Appeals in Cincinnati lifted a November injunction that had blocked the rule from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, which applies to businesses with at least 100 workers.

The first words that crossed my mind were “SERIOUSLY?!”   Joe Biden’s National Security Advisor, Jake Sullivan, is married to Attorney General Merrick Garland’s legal counsel at the DOJ?….  What the…

The same Jake Sullivan who was one of Hillary Clinton’s foot soldiers, a foreign policy advisor pushing the fraudulent Trump-Russia conspiracy theory, is now Joe Biden’s national security advisor.  That was always sketchy by itself.  However, to discover that Sullivan’s wife, Margaret Goodlander, is the legal counsel to Attorney General Merrick Garland, opens up an entire world of conflict issues.

As noted by Chuck Ross, Attorney General Merrick Garland is being advised by Jake Sullivan’s wife and overseeing the John Durham criminal probe, which is looking into the role of Jake Sullivan in the construct of the fabricated Trump-Russia conspiracy, the use of the FBI as a political tool, and Sullivan’s lies in testimony to congress.

Several people have emailed asking for opinion on the Yahoo News article [READ HERE] outlining Ali Watkins as a victim of the horrible investigative apparatus that targets journalists who are involved in leaking and denying leaking, “Top Secret, Classified Information” from their narrative engineering positions.  {{Insert Eyeroll Here}}

Having read the lengthy article a few times, there are some interesting aspects and also a lot of nonsense in the grand scheme of things.  The motive for the article appears to be a defense against government investigating journalists, and a sub-sector of one of the intelligence agencies (Customs and Border Patrol) having a semi-rogue actor named Jeffrey Rambo. Ali Watkins was contacted by Rambo in 2017 based on his discovery of her connection to Senate Intelligence Committee Security Director James Wolfe.

You have to read the article [HERE] to see where the author, Jana Winter, is coming from.   Overall, the article is a little weird and defensive, and frames a position that secretive U.S. government agencies should not be conducting surveillance on U.S. journalists.   Much of the article is not too interesting to anyone who is not a journalist. However, there are a few parts worth noting. One paragraph specifically, which I’ll get to.

First… The author Mrs. Jana Winter and Ali Watkins are lying about a very key point.  Watkins claims James Wolfe never leaked any classified information to her, and Jana Winter makes that point repeatedly.  This is a lie, they are liars – [sue me].    James Wolfe did leak classified information to Ali Watkins, who was writing for Buzzfeed at the time, which Watkins then shared with her friends and peers in the media.   One specific classified leak was the Carter Page FISA application, which Wolfe leaked to Watkins in March of 2017.

The United States government (specifically the Fourth Branch) has won an appellate level legal case in the U.K. as they seek to extradite Wikileaks founder Julian Assange for crimes against U.S. national security interests.

However, Assange’s lawyers have a few more avenues left to block the extradition.

As much as I would like to see a Julian Assange trial reveal all of the corruption inside the dark parts of the U.S. political and intelligence system, I can also see how our government would have a very strong institutional preservation motive to kill him first.

Wall Street Journal – The U.S. government won an appeal in its bid to extradite Julian Assange, clearing an important hurdle in Washington’s yearslong battle to put the WikiLeaks founder on trial on spying charges.

The decision by the U.K. High Court to overturn a lower-court ruling isn’t the end of the case. Lawyers representing Mr. Assange said they would seek permission to appeal the ruling at the U.K. Supreme Court, setting the stage for weeks or even months of further legal wrangling, lawyers say.

The severe leftist disposition exhibited in that video was well known to the U.S. Senate prior to her confirmation hearings.

Texas Senator Ted Cruz highlighted and warned his peers about the danger that Mrs. Rollins’ worldview as district attorney represented if she was put into a position of significant authority.  Arkansas Senator Tom Cotton also gave numerous warnings and for a time blocked the nomination.

Alas, eventually the Senate approved of Mrs. Rollins despite all the warnings.   The Senate vote was a 50/50 tie.  No Republicans voted to support Rachael Rollins, and Kamala Harris stepped in to break the tie.

A federal judge in Georgia has blocked the vaccine mandate for federal contractors nationally.  A previous court order from another judge in Kentucky blocked the contractor vaccine mandate in Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee [link].  This latest ruling blocks the contractor mandate nationally [link].

This is the latest defeat for the Biden administration against all three facets of the federal vaccine mandate: (1) Federal Contractors, (2) CMS Healthcare providers, (3) private sector employers with over 100 workers.

All three prongs of the White House federal vaccine mandate are now blocked by federal courts.

(Reuters) – A federal judge in Georgia issued a nationwide injunction that prevents the U.S. government from enforcing a COVID-19 vaccine mandate on federal contractors, temporarily shutting down the last remaining vaccine requirement by the Biden administration.

U.S. District Judge Stan Baker in Savannah, Georgia, said Congress did not clearly authorize the president to use procurement to impose a vaccine requirement on contractors that will have “vast economic and political significance.” (read more)
