Yesterday, President Trump requested from the court that the (1) DOJ affidavit underlying the probable cause as well as the (2) search warrant and (3) property seizure report be made public following the FBI raid on his home in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Today, Attorney General Merrick Garland stated publicly the DOJ has filed a court motion to unseal the search warrant and the property seizure report; however, they would not release the probable cause affidavit. Here is the DOJ court filing [DOCUMENT LINK]

Notice the DOJ filing is from the DOJ-National Security Division (DOJ-NSD).
The DOJ-NSD, was created by AG Eric Holder as the epicenter of DOJ political activity. The DOJ-NSD held no inspector general oversight; it is a subsidiary targeting mechanism within the DOJ that originates issues related to the FISA court and other issues of “national security”, which allows Main Justice to have a star chamber of secret operations away from oversight or public scrutiny.
The original Trump-Russia targeting was triggered from within the DOJ-NSD. The Carter Page FISA warrant, and all subsequent activity connected to the FISA court, come from the DOJ-NSD.
It is the combination of the DOJ-NSD and FBI Counterintelligence Unit, where we find every person and operation connected to the political targeting operations of Main Justice. Domestic political targeting is done within this subsidiary branch of the justice dept.
Showing up at a former President’s home, which is also an exclusive club, with 30 men armed with machine guns never draws any public attention.

Okay. It’s just in the first paragraph, sundance says that Trump requested that the warrant, list of seized items, and affidavit be released. I can’t find any independent confirmation of that. However, I did find mention in a New York Post story that Trump’s lawyers had to ask the FBI for copies since they weren’t surrendered at the time of the raid.

This may be an unpopular opinion on CTH, but I have a very different view of Farrakhan than I usually come across in the modern-day USA. I know he has bigoted ideas about whites and especially about Jews, but he does almost all his work in poor, rough majority black neighborhoods and he has been an overwhelming force for good within those areas for many decades.
His longtime religious organization, Nation of Islam (NOI) is basically a variation on Islam focusing on black Americans that emphasizes traditional values, clean-cut appearance and lifestyle and commitment to family responsibilities. His primary life’s work has been to successfully encourage MILLIONS of inner-city blacks to lead a law-abiding and highly disciplined life that includes commitment to marriage/fidelity and parenthood, forbids intoxication of any kind, requires conservative, businesslike clothes and polite, correct speech (lots of “sir and ma’am”), with a VERY strong, special emphasis on black men committing to be good husbands and fathers and to work hard and make an honest living to support their families. Remember the “Million Man March”? That was Farrakhan’s project. He managed to get, at a minimum, hundreds of thousands of black American men to attend a rally that was about committing to be responsible fathers.
I grew up in a working-class part of a major US city where NOI had a consistent presence during my teen years. There were always a few kids I knew at school or from sports who were part of NOI families. They were unfailingly quiet, polite and hardworking. Their parents were active in their lives, which was VERY unusual in my neighborhood for anyone else. Most of the the NOI kids went on to college and seemed, last I saw or heard, to have productive and stable adult lives.
Virtually nobody else I grew up with managed to do that. It was pretty much just me and the NOI kids. And they worked much harder and were much more determined than I was—I always did well on standardized tests and I understood the need to get out of that neighborhood and build a life somewhere without crippling poverty, street gangs and violent crime, misogyny and drugs everywhere, so after my SAT score punched a ticket out and the one family member I was close to passed away, I made sure I left for a one-way trip and I doubt I’ll ever go back again, even for a brief visit. I’m in my 30s now and make a good living. I live in a pleasant, safe area and I dress and speak like somebody from a very different and far more privileged and upscale background that my real experiences; to a large extent, I picked up the importance of that from the NOI kids I knew.
Ghettoes aren’t like normal middle class or lower-middle class areas that just have less money and more black people. They are fundamentally different places. An outspoken, eccentric imam who spreads conspiracy theory and has ugly biases against Jews, who promotes a uniquely black-American-specific offshoot of Islam that requires business attire and modest clothes, hard work, good etiquette in both speech and conduct, complete adherence to the law and sobriety at all times and a 100% serious lifelong commitment to marriage and parenthood might seem like it’s not a big deal or even like the bad parts outweighs the good parts in a normal functional neighborhood. In the hood, that mix of traits has been a lifesaver for millions of blacks. I don’t care about the biases or crazy talk. Nobody is about to let Farrakhan decide the US policy on anything and he insists his people should follow the law, so if he has unfortunate personal beliefs about certain races and religions, so what?
Farrakhan has saved millions of people’s lives from ruin and turned them into productive citizens. He has probably done more good for more American blacks than anyone else in the last 50 years. When you’re in dire poverty and surrounded by criminality and ignorance and addiction, what matters is a way to get your life together and make yourself into a responsible and productive adult. Once that’s done on a large scale, maybe worrying about whether the ONLY guy supplying millions of life rafts to drowning people for decades is a bigot or not would make more sense. At the moment, I think caring very much about that stuff is an almost inexplicably bad priority.
So is the govt purposely keeping us in the dark on this? Vacuums in info are fertile ground for “conspiracy theories” and the Deplorables are rightfully getting riled.
Is this all being done to make some of the more unbalanced in our ranks snap?

BUT I do not think President Trump will fall for it next time –he will have thought of some sort of work around.
Make the Senate confirmed people into puppets. Once they’re confirmed, add a “Special Assistant to the President for _____” (Commerce, Defense, Education, whatever….) and they are truly in charge, their role is to make sure the President’s wishes are carried out by the Senate confirmed persons. Those special assistants don’t need Senate confirmation. They are part of the Executive Office of the President, but they can be given space at the Agencies. But not too much, don’t want any turncoats.
You know, it’s truly sad that these workarounds have to be seriously considered.

Christina Bobb did not recieve a copy of the warrant. She said in more than one interview that she requested to see it and at first they refused, then later held it up from 10 feet away and told her it was about documents. She hasn’t said whether or not she was given a reciept for what they took.

Deep State Infighting: DOJ Fingers FBI for Mar-a-Lago Raid Disaster
Senior U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) officials are blaming FBI Director Christopher Wray for the recent raid of former President Donald Trump’s home in an apparent attempt to take pressure off U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland.
However, one senior DOJ official told Newsweek that the final decision to green-light the raid on Mar-a-Lago rested with FBI Director Wray.
“I know it’s hard for people to believe, but this was a matter for the U.S. Attorney and the FBI,” the source told Newsweek.
“It really is a case of the Bureau misreading the impact,” the source added.
Although the DOJ source claimed Wray gave the final go-ahead, Newsweek also reported that Attorney General Garland “was regularly briefed” on the investigation into Trump and “he knew about the grand jury and what material federal prosecutors were seeking.”
However, the source insisted “that Garland had no prior knowledge of the date and time of the specific raid, nor was he asked to approve it,” according to Newsweek.
The grand jury investigation over a potential violation of the Presidential Records Act that led to the raid on Mar-a-Lago reportedly began in April.
Another senior DOJ official told Newsweek that the Mar-a-Lago raid was a “spectacular backfire” because the FBI reportedly planned the raid while Trump was not in Florida in an effort to avoid any media circus.

The unsealing will reveal nothing that tips the plan. If there were any risk of causing this illegal plot to fail, this request would not be made. And, the SCREAM for this unsealing to be done is/was easily foreseen by the criminals who designed the entire illegal raid. Note that the statement of probable cause is kept hidden, and that is the key to the legality of this raid, and probably the key to defending Trump. So, they were prepared to do this. It is my thought that the exact nature of documents seized will not be revealed. Not yet. General descriptions may be given, but the real meat will remain unclear. Whatever they planted that can be used to jail Trump will be revealed soon, but they need a bit more time to ensure they cover all the gaps, if any, that they may not have seen coming but need plugging now. Once they are sure they cannot lose, charges will be filed.
