If you have followed the natural progression of things…. and if you have taken a good look at what the Biden-aligned EU and Australian vaccine passport mandates cover…. and if you are smart enough to see the difference in the U.S. effort, based on constitutional limitations of the federal government…. then you know exactly how Joe Biden will execute the next phase of vaccine passports without actually implementing a vaccine passport.

Joe Biden almost tweeted it out earlier today [LINK].  I have modified the tweet with the addition of two words (in red) that will tell you what comes next:

Because the United States is a very unique constitutional republic with limitations put upon the federal government; and just like we have seen with the OSHA workaround; it would be almost impossible for the feds to put a national vaccine passport process in place that would apply in all fifty states.

However, if they successfully execute the mandatory vaccine for all companies with 100 workers, their next predictable move will be to require all customers who enter those “virus protection zones” to also be vaccinated.  It’s a logical sequence. The continuum is following exactly as one would suspect.   Establish the fear, then start pushing the solution.  If you know the players and know the Alinsky goals, then you can predict the sequence.

If you want to enter any business venue or dwelling that falls under the federal vaccine mandate rules for the workers, you -as a customer- will have to be vaccinated.

This is why they have been avoiding any federal mandate on airlines, Amtrak, bus, car services (Uber, Lyft etc) or the mass transit system.   It’s not because they don’t plan on doing it, the delay is simply because they plan on hitchhiking the customer mandate off the worker vaccine mandate.

Once they get the companies compliant; and assuming it passes legal challenge; then the Biden administration will announce that any customer entering the business that falls under the prior mandate will have to be vaccinated.  This will include airlines with more than 100 employees as it would Walmart or any other venue.

Those who doubt this will be the approach, I would remind you CTH accurately and specifically predicted OSHA would be used as the enforcement mechanism for worker vaccines in December of 2020.   At the time few believed it would happen.  Well, where are we now?

For those who have been following politics for a while, you might have remembered something about $600 and IRS reporting from a decade ago when Obamacare was passed.

Within the 2010 Obamacare mess, “It was added that payments for goods more than $600 in a 12 month period needed to be reported as well as services. Obamacare further provided that, beginning in 2012, payments to non-tax-exempt corporations—which had previously been exempt from the reporting requirement—would be subject to information reporting.” (link)

The 2010 tax law was actually enacted, briefly, and was scheduled to take effect in the 2012 tax year.

I well remember at the time everyone was like WTF, I’ve got to fill out a 1099 any time I give $600 to a service provider or business?

Yes, the embedded law inside the Obamacare law meant that anyone who paid any person or business $600 or more for a good or service was supposed to fill out a 1099 tax filing reporting the transaction to the IRS.

The political premise of the law was so obvious, stupid and cumbersome in 2011, after Obama’s 2010 mid term election “shellacking“, one of the first acts of a new republican congress was to repeal that ridiculous segment of the law.  As it was noted at the time:

So, for those of you paying attention; and for those of you who realize Joe Biden is just a false front for Obama’s third term; indeed the current 2021 effort by the Treasury Department to require banking notifications to the IRS for $600 transactions looks exactly like what Obama’s team previously tried in 2010.

Joe Rogan proves a truism that many people have forgotten.  Modern leftists and communist ideologues spend so much time inside their own tribal echo-chamber, they do not know what to do when confronted by intellectual arguments and truth.

This is why media are so careful about who they will permit to appear on their broadcasts and panel discussions.  This is also why Big Tech needs to protect leftists by blocking anyone who carries an ability to challenge the fallacies.

If you have strong skills at framing your arguments; and if you are a quick thinker that is able to see the false premise as it is being narrated; you can chew up these progressive communists in real time.  They don’t talk about it, but they know that.  This is also why the White House press corps is so carefully filtered.  If you put on the armor of truth and confront pundits, spokespeople and leftist engineers with factual assertions – they stutter, stammer and stumble.

Leftists, particularly the modern progressive leftists, have no capacity for strength in debate, because they never leave their bubbles.  Everything false in their compartmentalized world view makes sense, because it is never exposed to intellectual rigor and debate.  In this excellent example, CNN’s Chief Medical Corespondent Sanjay Gupta appeared on the Joe Rogan podcast and was completely unequipped for the subtle but direct intellectual arguments and points raised.

I do not expect White House Spokesperson Jennifer Psaki to understand how her bosses policies are driving massive price increases; nor do I expect Psaki to understand economics and inflationary impacts.  However, the scale of her false statements surrounding inflation are not just false, they are now dangerous.

Following the release of the consumer price index [SEE table 2], in her press briefing today, Jen Psaki outlined the White House perspective on inflation, and specifically the Fed claims surrounding “transitory inflation.”

In her statements today, Psaki referenced people comparing the prices of 2021 consumable goods to 2020 and 2019.  [Video prompted below] Within the statements, the scale of falsity is off the charts.  WATCH [Video at 19:00 to 22:42, prompted]

There is not one single thing about that three minute verbal exchange that is accurate.  Fast turn consumable goods, groceries etc., did not drop in 2020 during the first year of the pandemic.  Factually, all goods but especially consumable goods increased in price throughout the pandemic, because demand actually increased and the supply chains were unable to keep up.

Example.  A loaf of bread at $2.50 in 2019, climbed to $3.00 in 2020.  That price jumped again to $3.75 this year (2021) and will likely continue rising as monetary policy driven inflation continues devaluing our currency.

Even if, as Psaki claims, inflation slows down  (not likely) – “decelerating inflation” does not mean declining prices; it means a slower rate of price increase.   Stuff still costs more, it just costs more at a slower rate.  Consumable goods will cost more in 2022 than they do this year.  The 2022 loaf of bread likely to climb to $4.00; it will never return to the 2019 price of $2.50 because the dollar is worth less.

This massive inflation is a direct result of the multinational agenda of the Biden administration in combination with the spending spree.  Inflation is a feature not a flaw, and it has nothing whatsoever to do with COVID. The first group to admit what was obvious were banks, specifically Bank of America, because the monetary policy is the primary cause.

The communications teams at Southwest Airlines are struggling to hide the cause of thousands of cancelled flights this weekend and are blaming Air Traffic Control and weather issues for the issues [Tweet Link].   However, customers are calling out Southwest for their nonsense, as everyone knows large numbers of Southwest pilots are not showing up to work in protest over the vaccine mandate.

People stranded in airports, and people working in airports, are responding on social media with the truth; but Southwest Airlines is not willing to admit the push back from the pilots is the real cause.   The issue has become exhibit-A in the propaganda war currently raging.

Southwest issue as explained via NBC: “Southwest Airlines cancelled more than 1,000 flights, 27% of its schedule, on Sunday as disruptions that the airline blamed on air traffic control issues and bad weather affected the travel plans of thousands of customers.

“We experienced significant impact in the Florida airports [Friday] evening after an FAA-imposed air traffic management program was implemented due to weather and resulted in a large number of cancellations,” Alan Kasher, who oversees daily flight operations, told staff in a note on Saturday. The Federal Aviation Administration, which oversees air traffic, didn’t immediately comment. Southwest apologized to travelers for long customer service waits.” (link)

24 hours earlier, Bloomberg News highlighted the real issue: “Southwest Airlines Co. pilots asked a court to temporarily block the company from carrying out federally mandated coronavirus vaccinations until an existing lawsuit over alleged U.S. labor law violations is resolved.

This is beyond disturbing.  According to Dr Pierre Kory, MD, MPA, and verified by the Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC), 100 to 200 congressional reps and/or staff and families who contracted COVID-19 were treated with the Front Line Ivermectin protocol. [LINK and LINK]

This successful treatment is happening at the same time many congressional representatives are playing politics in favor of the vaccine; downplaying the effective anti-viral treatment and therapeutic approach with Ivermectin; and taking action to block regular American citizens from seeking similar treatment with Ivermectin.

Congress can seek treatment with a medication they simultaneously deny to others?  This is well beyond a “scandal”, and needs to be investigated quickly.

Additionally, as Merck has announced a new and similar anti-viral drug called Molnupiravir, two trial studies in India have requested to exit the trials.  Apparently the issue surrounds the new drug providing no benefit once a patient is moderately ill and hospitalized (READ MORE, Reuters Link).

Steven Miller’s legal group, America-First Legal (AFL) has written a very interesting letter [pdf HERE] to the DOJ Office of Inspector General outlining insider information about a coordinated effort by outside education activists, White House officials and DOJ collaborators.

The basic outline is that left-wing activists, steeped in Critical Race Theory, were alarmed at how the grassroots parent groups were organizing so rapidly against the Marxist school curriculum they had spent so much time creating.  The group activists including allies within the NEA (National Education Association) and AFT (American Federation of Teachers) viewed the parent push back as a threat, and requested help from the White House.

Biden Domestic Policy Council officials and White House staff worked through September with the education activists to brainstorm a plan to stop the push back from parents.  According to the internal documents used as evidence by America First Legal, these groups then coordinated “discussions with senior DOJ officials, including at least one political appointee in the department’s Civil Rights Division.”

After a plan was developed, the group then enlisted the National School Boards Association to join the strategy.  According to AFL, “On or about September 29, citing legal authorities including the Patriot Act, the “National School Boards Association” made public a letter demanding federal action against parents citing authorities including the Patriot Act.”

Raw material foodstuff price contracts are expiring, and the new purchasing prices will be significantly higher than current.  As these contracts refresh, the new higher prices immediately enter the food supply chain.  CTH has been warning readers to stock up on non-perishable items as this next wave of food price increases is going to be much bigger than even the prior 8%/avg jumps; and there is absolutely no end in sight.

Also, as more large municipal regions (megalopolis metropolitan areas like New York City and Los Angeles) begin enforcing a vaccine passport to eat in restaurants, the demand for meals at home will remain high.  Supermarkets again will fill the void in the diet of consumers who choose to remain at home instead of eating out.

The current demand on retail food products is likely visible to you in the form of bare shelves and minimal inventory.

Grocery retailers operate on paper thin gross profit margins and rely on fast turns of multiple penny profit items to add up to net profit income.  Technology has helped modern grocery supply chains to be very thin.

An inventory shortage arises when demand on the retail grocery industry spikes – which is what we have seen with COVID impacts as alternative food options were forcibly closed or pressured to reduced capacity.

Conagra is one of the large food conglomerates with control over products from field to fork.  Recently, Conagra executives announced they expect food prices to climb even higher due to all of the aforementioned impacts, along with large price increases in fuel and energy.

Wall Street Journal […] Conagra said Thursday it expects gross inflation—which doesn’t take into account hedging—to be about 11% for fiscal 2022, versus its earlier estimate of 9%. The company plans to continue adjusting prices and cutting costs, and said its prices likely will rise 4% or more during the current fiscal year.

Earlier today, during a House Oversight and Government Reform Committee hearing on the Arizona vote outcome, representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) questioned Maricopa County officials about their deletion of 2020 election data in order to avoid a state senate subpoena for election records.

Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Chairman Jack Sellers and the boards vice chairman, Bill Gates, admitted they intentionally deleted election data to route it onto an archive file.  The archives of the county records were not subpoenaed, that way the county could avoid sending the full 2020 election data to the auditors.

Tucker Carlson hit the nail on the head in his opening monologue tonight.  This is the first time the DOJ National Security Division (DOJ-NSD) has been spotlighted as the center of Main Justice’s political targeting operation.  One small but important point Tucker got wrong was the timeline of the DOJ-NSD being weaponized for domestic political targeting operations.   Tucker puts the shift as recent; however, the shift actually took place when Obama took office with Eric Holder as AG.

Some CTH readers may remember how the DOJ-NSD refused to accept inspector general oversight {pdf here} as led by AG Eric Holder and DAG Sally Yates.  More readers will remember the DOJ-NSD is the epicenter of FISA abuses.  It is the DOJ-NSD where Main Justice can operate in the shadows, because they use the shield of national security; a key strategy of the Fourth Branch of government.

The DOJ-NSD is the targeting center of Main Justice where folks like John Carlin, Mary McCord, Bruce Ohr, Andrew Weissmann, David Laufmann, George Toscas (and later Dana Boente) were operating against the incoming Trump administration and later the Trump presidency.  The DOJ-NSD is where selective Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA) violations are used against political enemies like Michael Flynn, while people like the Podesta brothers are ignored.

The weaponization of the United Stated Department of Justice originated in the conference rooms of the DOJ-NSD, and soon thereafter the alignment with the intelligence apparatus to create the Fourth Branch of Government took place. {Go Deep}  AG Merrick Garland is just a continuum of the Obama mission to use the DOJ-NSD, that is why Lisa Monaco was installed as the operational command center of the DOJ-NSD and John Carlin was rehired.  WATCH:
