Additionally, Republican candidate Winsome Sears has won as Lieutenant Governor becoming the first black woman to win a state-wide race; and Republican Jason Miyares appears to have won his race for Attorney General. The Virginia House of Delegates is still a toss-up, with a very good possibility to flip to Republican control.

Whether people like it or not, in this day and time, FEARLESSNESS AND UNPREDICTABILITY are the WINNING ATTRIBUTES. Donald has cultivated both to the point of overflowing.

Youngkin is nothing like Trump. However, we Trumpers knew we had to stop McAuliffe and the Dems, so we did what we had to do to save Virginia. I think Youngkin will do a number of good things, but I’ve kept my expectations low.

Tuesday night was a historic night for Virginians, and not only because a political newcomer defeated a seasoned, big business-backed Clintonite Democrat.
Arguably, the more historic event was the race for lieutenant governor, which was won by a Republican named Winsome Sears. Sears is a black immigrant from Jamaica and a former US Marine who was elected Lt. governor in the “purple” state despite being outspent 2:1. She will soon become the first black woman to serve as Lt. Gov in Va.; more importantly, she will also be the first black woman elected to statewide office in Va.
Personally, I mistook her for Stacey Abrams when I saw her photo. Let’s hope that wasn’t a “Mia Love-ish” premonition.
How did you do that? She’s only like half the size of Stacey “M1A1” Abrams, and was also probably cute when she was younger.

Uh, wipe off the glasses. Sears is absolutely beautiful inside and out. And her outsides are about 100 pounds less than Abrams.

It is possible that the most important win in VA last night was the Attorney General; between the AG and the Secretary of State’s office they wield the most power in terms of investigations and prosecutions and implementing election laws.
I’m mainly happy because of the direct blow to the face this delivers to whoever wakes up Biden periodically to sign or say something on command.
Now, if Republicans in VA win the State House and they start passing legislation that is openly defiant of D.C., and the new Governor signs that into law, and we don’t get a bunch of “that’s not who we are” eGOP crap, that will truly be a victory for the people of VA. Right now, it’s mainly a victory for the country as a whole…but I would like to see VA Republicans do the exact opposite of what Republicans usually do. And that starts with delivering body blows of devastation to the entrenched bureaucracy at the State level.
A big step they can take is eliminating most of the ability of Democrats to rig elections. Most likely, Youngkin won by 12% not 2% once you factor in the problems with mail in ballots.
The GOP needs to run on the principle of a nationwide Election Day with absentee ballots only allowed in narrow circumstances (e.g. military out of state/overseas) and an end to mail-in balloting, provisional balloting, etc.
Yesterday I not only did MY civic duty (voted) but I rode to the polls with TWO first time voters whom I have recently Red-Pilled. We ALL voted for the Republicans in our local races.
So, this morning I was VERY ANXIOUS to see who won those races.
AND…
When I went to the official election results website, I saw that every one of my candidates WON AT THE POLLS!
BUT…
Every single one of my candidates LOST their races.
In EVERY race, the Dem Mail-in ballots more than offset the In-person voting leads racked up by the GOP candidates.
EVERY.SINGLE.ONE.
Now, it would be EASY to say that this was voter fraud. Heck, it might have been just that but I’ll never know, or be able to prove it.
However, one thing I DO know is that the 34% voter participation rate is an embarrassing testimony of the PURE LAZINESS of the local American citizens.
Now, being a “make lemonade when life hands you lemons” kinda guy, I see AN OPPORTUNITY there.
MAYBE the truth here is that the Dems aren’t ALWAYS committing wholesale voter fraud. MAYBE they just recognized the “Lazy Voter Syndrome” earlier than Republicans, and capitalized on it earlier and BETTER?
We often talk about “Get Out The Vote” drives. Maybe we have that BACKWARDS.
MAYBE we should access our voter registration databases, determine which voters are GOP voters, and go SIGN THEM UP FOR MAIL-IN BALLOTS?
SERIOUSLY…
Take an iPad to their front doors, have them formally request MAIL-IN ballots RIGHT THEN and RIGHT THERE.
Wouldn’t THAT increase the likelihood that they would ACTUALLY VOTE?
Wouldn’t THAT OFFSET these lopsided pro-Dem Vote-By-Mail debacles?

What I would like to see is an analysis, or at least a commentary, on why we didn’t (yet anyway) see the sort of cheating/stealing in these important races like we did in the 2020 races.
What I’m getting at is – can we be more comfortable that 2020 was a one-time situation which “they” won’t risk trying ever again, OR are “they” trying to make the elections “seem” legitimate by throwing a few of their own under the bus this cycle, so they can steal 2024 and possibly some key races next year ???
The 2020 steal was an international operation. Local candidates don’t have access to that level of support — especially when they’re boring old white guys from the Clinton days.
Perhaps….. and not that I hadn’t thought of it; however with electronic voting machines it is now nothing to change the vote count at the local level, by the local controllers of the machines and then create the necessary paper ballots in the days immediately after the election. In most of these situations only a few thousand or tens of thousands of votes are needed for a flip, and no “national coordinator” is really necessary.
The bottom line is how much do we have to worry about 2022 and 2024 – Especially If Trump runs again or someone similar, eg. Ron Desantis.
No national coordinator of machine fraud, and too many Republicans participating in all aspects of the election.
Just because the (R) candidate won … doesn’t mean there wasn’t cheating. Perhaps there were too many (R) votes to overcome without blatantly telegraphing the cheat?

However, I m not sure what Trump was referring to when he mentions Youngkin about half way through the transcript.

Interesting. From the context it appears it was a live event, and PDJT was sprinkling nods and acknowledgements to people he recognized in the room throughout his speech.
From what I’ve seen, he calls everyone “great” pretty much routinely until someone attacks him, so it’s difficult to tell what he really thinks of the Carlisle Group. But at least he didn’t say they’re “a beauty.”

My local election results just came in. We had the ultra conservative, anti mask, candidates win the mayor, assembly, and school board seats that were up for election! Very happy with the results! The people have had enough of the BS.

In our upstate NY county most residents lean left BUT 14 out of 17 town supervisor positions were just won by Republicans. And 17 out of 25 county legislator positions were won by Republicans. I’m shocked at the number of town supervisor positions that are now Republican. I think people see that Dems are not keepers of the earth but rather destroyers of the earth. Dems want to build multi-family housing on our farmlands despite strict zoning laws and they don’t care that increased housing would destroy the wetlands and pollute the reservoirs. People in this area want to preserve the environment, and they want good jobs, the schools returned to normal, and continued use of the land for farming, hiking, canoeing, hunting and fishing. It’s truly a beautiful area to live in and I’m so glad people are waking up!
The total number of ballots printed, and total #mailed out should also be added to election data so we can estimate the cheatah variant.

In the norwegian media Youngkin is described as a kind of Trump light, and an offensive cultural warrior…offensive in both senses.
That his opponent stated that what children learn in school are not the business of their parents are not mentioned at all.
