Hugh Hewitt Interviews President Trump on Current Events

Hugh Hewitt (Salem Media) is one of the key media control operatives on the right, fully controlled by the multinationals who organize controlled Republican politics, who attempts to manipulate political outcomes through the pressure of his platform.  Why any conservative would appear on the Hugh Hewitt broadcast is beyond my understanding.

In this interview, Hewitt starts shaping the conversation based on the editorial priorities handed to him by his benefactors.  However, that said, President Trump does a great job cutting through the majority of the Hewitt bait & shaping and he finds a way to explain his message despite Hewitt’s interventions.  WATCH:

Hugh Hewitt, on behalf of the corporations and banking interests who organize their insurance policies, would love to influence the vice presidential selection.

Jack Smith, Andrew Weissmann and Norm Eisen Are Big Mad at Judge Aileen Cannon Overseeing the Trump Documents Case

Before getting into the weeds, here’s the big picture baseline.  All documents and records created within the executive branch are created for the benefit of the head of the Executive Branch, the president.

There is no entity, organization, assembly, institution, person or individual, above the President of the United States. The president holds absolute power and absolute immunity. Everyone within the executive branch works at the pleasure of the president, and all work products are created for his administration. This is the plenary power of the president.

The entire documents case in Florida rests on the principle that another entity supersedes the president within the executive branch.  Some unknown, unnamed bureaucracy can override the president and decide for themselves what would be called a “presidential record” and what would be called “classified information.”

Jack Smith, Norm Eisen (pictured left, red tie) and Andrew Weissmann each argue that some other entity rests atop the president and can make this decision.

Judge Aileen Cannon has not determined which constitutional argument is correct, and has told the parties to create jury instructions both ways. The Lawfare crew of Smith, Eisen and Weissmann are going bananas.

[…] Cannon’s first scenario would allow the jury to make a factual determination about whether a former president deemed a record to be personal or official under the PRA. That is nonsensical – presidents are not allowed to designate official records as personal ones, so there is no factual issue for a jury to resolve.

A different set of laws govern the classification process and the rules for handling highly sensitive classified documents — not the PRA. They include Executive Order 13526. One of the authors of this column (Eisen) helped write that executive order. The 11th Circuit has already established that those rules fully apply to former presidents.

Jesse Watters Summarizes Judicial Bias/Corruption in the New York ‘Hush Money’ Case

Jesse Watters ran a devastating segment last night on radical Judge Juan Merchan who silenced President Donald Trump from talking about his family’s financial ties to the current junk case he is presiding over against Donald Trump in New York City. Judge Merchan should be removed for his conflicts. This is peak corruption and cannot stand.

As Jesse Watters outlined succinctly in his monologue, “Trump is banned from talking about the judge’s family. Why? Because the judge’s family was paid by the Biden campaign. The judge’s family is currently being paid by Adam Schiff over $10 million.”

“The judge is threatening to put Trump in jail for pointing out that his liberal family is getting rich off this trial and richer if he’s convicted.” “The judge’s daughter isn’t seven. She’s 34. He’s not attacking her. He’s just saying what she does for a living. How’s that an attack? He just wants a new judge. One whose family isn’t funded by Democrats.” WATCH:

House Speaker Mike Johnson 3-Point Plan to Fund Ukraine, Senator Graham Happy

According to those in political circles who are instructed by the intelligence community, funding for Ukraine is the highest national priority.  As an outcome we see all the DC politicians and beltway pundits pushing the same story, funding for Ukraine is the highest priority.

The key politicians within the dynamic exist inside information silos, essentially control mechanisms, where the intelligence community (IC) constructs reality by briefing the politicians about what is going on in the world.  The IC tells the politicians what is happening, defines the importance and instructs the politicians on the priorities.  The IC is never challenged because ultimately the IC has “seven ways to Sunday” to target the politicians if any non-compliance is identified.

Speaker Mike Johnson is one of the “gang-of-eight” members within the legislative branch.  The Go8 are briefed and controlled by the IC, using the exact same intelligence given to the President.  Speaker Johnson has the funding of Ukraine as his top priority, because the IC officials who set priorities have told him it must be.  WATCH (prompted):

(Via Fox News) – […] “When we return after this period, we’ll be moving a product. But it’s going to, I think, have some important innovations,” Johnson told Fox News’ “Sunday Night in America with Trey Gowdy.”

Both the House and Senate are currently on the second week of a two-week recess, when lawmakers are working in their home districts. The House is back on Tuesday, April 9.

Maine

The quoted banker does not specifically talk about the Central Bank Digital Currency that lays at the end of the promoted rainbow; the author does. However, the banker does outline a familiar step in the current process.  As a result, it is worth drawing attention to the continuum.

MAINE – “According to Hannigan, the COVID-19 pandemic forced businesses to implement “paper-free and virtual processes” to handle their finances while “adapting to the new reality.

“For years, Americans had been slowly moving away from cash and paper checks, but the pandemic supercharged the trend,” Hannigan wrote. “By last year, 41% said they never use cash for purchases, up from 24% in 2015, according to the Pew Research Center. Only 14% still exclusively use cash and checks.” (Read More)

Tucker Carlson and Mike Rowe Discuss AI

For his recent episode, Tucker Carlson revisits a former guest, Mike Rowe.  Mr. Rowe has good and humorous sense of curiosity about things, about stuff, about the real world around us, and he provides good context for examination of this pretending world that swirls our orbit at a speed greater than we can grasp.

Toward the end of this segment, Rowe is asked the oft familiar question, “Where does all this go,” and his answer opens the door to other avenues I happen to agree with. WATCH:

In response to the ‘where does all this end’ question, Rowe notes that at a certain point everything becomes personal, and in the larger context all outcomes have to manifest in reality.  I concur with Rowe on many levels, and a great example of that esoteric -v- reality position can be found all around us in the sphere of geopolitics and manipulation.

Think about the White House and State Dept message at the very beginning of Russia’s military operation in Eastern Ukraine.  Do you remember the White House briefing when questioned about “where this will end”?  {Background}

Deputy National Security Advisor and Deputy Director of the National Economic Council, Daleep Singh, was presented at the podium on the day of Russia’s first moves into Ukraine, to explain the strategic policy of the Biden administration toward Russia.

Tucker Carlson Interviews Tulsi Gabbard

Tucker Carlson interviews his friend Tulsi Gabbard. Those who remember Tucker Carlson’s term on Fox News will remember Gabbard as a frequent guest of his on the show. Within this interview it is easy to spot the “as you well know” aspect to the length and depth of their friendship.

Tulsi Gabbard was former Vice-Chair of the DNC and a strong supporter and advocate for Bernie Sanders in the 2016 Democrat presidential primary. Within the interview, Tucker emphasizes the possibility of Gabbard as a selection for a Donald Trump running mate. In fact, the topic is so frequent within the interview, it appears the primary purpose of the interview itself is to strengthen Gabbard as a VP possibility.

The interview has the feeling of intent within it; a feeling of script; perhaps, a feeling of a pantomime playing out in the form of an interview. The emphasis for Gabbard’s value is shaped in the interview narrative that ‘foreign policy’ would be her benefit to President Trump. However, as noted by the experience of the first term of President Trump, and as noted within the outcomes of that term, Trump’s foreign policy is quite good with him at the helm of it. WATCH:

As a possible policy emissary, or deputy in-line cabinet member, Tulsi Gabbard has some value. [Deputy, not Primary] However, as a Vice President the ‘trust factor’ must remain the most important element to the success of term two.  As a result, from my perspective, Tulsi “Bernie” Gabbard would be a, “nice try Tucker,” but no.

SWIFT Planning Launch of Central Bank Digital Currency Trading Platform in 12 Months

If you followed my research on banking and the reality of the Russian sanction regime, this report from Reuters today takes on an entirely new dimension.

ME: …”The same way the Patriot Act was not designed to stop terrorism but rather to create a domestic surveillance system. So too were the “Russian Sanctions” not designed to sanction Russia, but rather to create the financial control system that will lead to a USA digital currency. The Western sanctions created a financial wall around the USA (dollar-based west), not to keep Russia out, but to keep us in.  The Western sanction regime, the financial mechanisms they created and authorized, created the control gate that leads to a U.S. digital currency.” (more)

REUTERS TODAY: …”The firm [SWIFT] has gone from being virtually unknown outside banking circles to a household name since 2022 when it cut most of Russia’s banks off from its network as part of the West’s sanctions for the invasion of Ukraine. (more)

[The map shows the global financial cleaving, an outcome of sanctions against Russia]

I first started to deep dive research into these CBDC datapoints when the Russian sanctions were triggered.

You see, nothing about the sanctions really made sense from the way they were structured. Never before, not with Iran, North Korea, Venezuela or Cuba was the dollar weaponized against any entity who did not conform to the sanctions. Additionally, the intensity of the drive to make the sanctions the tip of the Western spear was just too pointed; something about it didn’t make sense. That’s what took me to dig deep into the sanction impact and realize nothing said about these financial sanctions made sense when compared against their actual outcome. {Go Deep}.

So, let’s start with the latest development:

(Reuters) – Global bank messaging network SWIFT is planning a new platform in the next one to two years to connect the wave of central bank digital currencies now in development to the existing finance system, it has told Reuters.

The move, which would be one of the most significant yet for the nascent CBDC ecosystem given SWIFT’s key role in global banking, is likely to be fine-tuned to when the first major ones are launched.

Around 90% of the world’s central banks are now exploring digital versions of their currencies. Most don’t want to be left behind by bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, but are grappling with technological complexities.

SWIFT’s head of innovation, Nick Kerigan, said its latest trial, which took 6 months and involved a 38-member group of central banks, commercial banks and settlement platforms, had been one of the largest global collaborations on CBDCs and “tokenised” assets to date.

President Trump Full Press Conference During Lawfare Case #7

President Trump delivered remarks and took questions from the narrative engineers following a day in court defending against another Lawfare case.

Each case is intended to bleed the candidate of financial resources, overwhelm the psyche of his supporters and keep the target under attack.  Sound familiar? It should.  This is Alinsky tactics right from the rulebook, Rules for Radicals.  Isolate, ridicule, marginalize.

Rule #13  “Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions.”

Do you see it now? WATCH:

New York Appeals Court Intervenes at Last Minute to Lower Trump Appellate Bond and Remove AG Letitia James Restrictions on Trump Family Organization

The New York State appeals court waited until the last minute to intervene and rule substantial modifications to the lower court ruling. [SEE pdf Here]

The timing here is transparently political.  The court could have intervened earlier with this decision but appears to have preferred to allow the Lawfare narrative the maximum amount of time to permeate the anti-Trump news cycle.  However, faced with the reality of a full appellate review later this year collapsing and reversing the underlying case, the NY court had few options other than timing their intervention.

The appeals court lowered the bond amount to the maximum possible in real terms.  Meaning the demand for a $454 million bond was never sustainable, explainable, or legally comprehensible under all precedent.  In reality it was an impossible bond for any organization to obtain, and ultimately that issue was going to lead to massive legal consequences within the New York state legal system.  They might hate Trump, but without intervention New York would be collapsing their corporate business structure.

The lower court ruling was stayed, and the bond was lowered to an obtainable $175 million for the appeal.  The lower court ruling against Trump organization officers was also stayed, allowing the corporate leadership of the various Trump organization LLCs to remain as they are.  All of the substantive elements of Judge Engoron’s verdict were stayed, pending appeal.

[Source, Page 2]

Attorney General Letitia James was left only with a public relations narrative to sell, saying in part, “the $464 million judgment — plus interest — against Donald Trump and the other defendants still stands.” Duh, pending appeal – which is transparently obvious and the point therein.

Once again, Lawfare at its root is a narrative weapon used primarily to sway public opinion.  AG James statement in response to the appeals court intervention is essentially an affirmation of this reality.

Appearing in New York to defend against another Lawfare operation, President Trump spoke briefly to the media after the ruling was made public.
