Many people have asked for opinion about the Cincinnati shooting of Sam Dubose by officer Ray Tensing.   As we have shared publicly, and in a few examples privately, when it comes to explosive headline events – The Truth Has No Agenda, but everyone surrounding it has a vested interest in how it presents.

Facts that pertain:

1.) Mark O’Mara is the family attorney for Sam DuBose.   In this example, Mark O’Mara is playing a dual role to include handling the Ryan Julison responsibilities.  He’s amplifying his career credentials, and refining his craft.

2.) Cincinnati is similar to Madison Wisconsin as it pertains to the severity of infection for political correctness.  [Google is your friend, also see Colin Flaherty videos’].

3.) Cincinnati, as a larger community, has been trying to hide the scope and severity of racial attacks for the past 6 to 8 years (with increasing, and exponential frequency).  This has put all LEO in an unwinnable situation.

• Remember the recent swimming pool incident?
• Remember the mob beating in Fountain Square?
• Remember the guy who pushed the girl in front of the bus. “I hate white People”?
• Remember where the offices for the IRS conservative targeting were?
• Remember the North College Hill mob beating for “the fun of it”?

You just can’t make this stuff up. Two weeks ago President Obama took fellow Democrat Congressional Representatives with him to Philadelphia where he gave a policy speech outlining a need to reform the criminal justice system.

The intended outcome here is two-fold.  ♦ #1 Any Inspector General will now have to ask a white house appointed cabinet head for approval to access investigative material; obviously this gives an automatic heads’ up to the White House.  ♦ #2 The investigative material is now subject to being hidden from the investigators; obviously this allows unlawful conduct to remain hidden.

WASHINGTON DC – The Obama administration formally announced that inspectors general will have to get permission from their agency heads to gain access to grand jury, wiretap and fair credit information — an action that severely limits the watchdogs’ oversight capabilities, independence and power to uncover fraud.

An opinion, issued by the Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel, says the Inspector General Act of 1978 — which was written by Congress to create the government watchdogs in order to help maintain integrity within their agencies — does not have the authority to override nondisclosure provisions in other laws, most notably in regard to grand jury, wiretap or fair credit information. The mother of a murder victim, Laura Wilkerson, delivered powerful testimony today before congress, and thanked Donald Trump during her remarks at the hearing. Breitbart.com reported:

During the hearing, titled “Oversight of the Administration’s Misdirected Immigration Enforcement Policies: Examining the Impact on Public Safety and Honoring the Victims,” Wilkerson broke from her written testimony to deliver a dire warning.

“This was our family’s 9/11 terrorist attack by a foreign invader,” she said at the most pivotal point in her testimony. “It is going to take another life lost by a Senator, a Congressman, the President, even another of today’s heroes, someone from Hollywood before someone in a position moves on this.”

(Via Washington Times) Rolling Stone has confirmed for the first time in a court filing that a University of Virginia sexual assault victim advocate, who also served on an Obama administration White House task force, introduced the student who became the centerpiece of the magazine’s now-retracted story about a gang rape on campus.

The move could open the door for the magazine to try to shift blame to the university for a journalism debacle that continues to reverberate across the country. (more…)

A ruling this morning from the Wisconsin Supreme Court (read here), rendered official what observers have long known for a long time:

Wisconsin Democrats did, in fact, launch a massive, multi-county “John Doe” investigation of the state’s conservatives, featuring extraordinarily broad subpoenas and coordinated “paramilitary” raids of private homes; the “crimes” that provided the investigation’s pretext were not crimes at all, but First Amendment-protected speech; and the legal theory underpinning the investigation was bunk, “unsupported in either reason or law,” as the court put it.

[…] On October 3, 2013, multiple Wisconsin conservatives were awakened by a persistent pounding on the door, their houses were illuminated by floodlights, and police — sometimes with guns drawn — poured into their homes. Once inside, the investigators turned the private residences of these innocent conservative citizens “upside down,” seeking an extraordinarily broad range of documents and information. These raids were supplemented by subpoenas that secured for investigators massive amounts of electronic information.

Senator Tom Cotton is the best thing to rise in the Senate since *DeMint’s coalition formed in ’10.

Cotton brings the context home with this defining line: “9 years ago, this regime was trying to kill me“…

Reminder (because it’s becoming increasingly more important to emphasize): Tom Cotton won his election bid with the widest margin of all 2014 Senate Races. Cotton’s  victory was despite the MSM and Establishment Republican team undercutting his efforts at every moment. Everyone in the beltway professional political class told him to “moderate”, he didn’t. Cotton refused to take the advice of the big GOP, and in so doing he destroyed his political opponents.

There has been a considerable response to the recent article: “Why I Support Donald Trump’s Campaign“, which has led to a larger conversation about the current cause of the problem for our body politic.  That expanded conversation deserves further explanation.

However, before going into the details I must thank the fine people at Lucianne for being brave enough to share the original article.

I say “brave enough”, because in today’s modern era when totalitarian government is unbelievably the norm – it takes courage to look at the brutally honest truth. Beyond that it takes bravery to share the truth knowing there are going to be vitriolic opinions against the messenger by those with a vested interest in the status quo.

It is uncomfortable to accept that a substantive part of the oppositional message about the “Citizens United” SCOTUS decision was factually accurate.

Citizens United did not only open the doors for unlimited use of money to be spent in advancement of political messaging and candidate advocacy – it opened the door for unlimited money to be spent protecting the establishment political class.

Most conservatives, including myself, did not initially see that consequence coming over the horizon. (more…)
