Those behind the scene are using the Biden administration as an extension of the third term of Barack Obama. Same people; same policies; same agenda, and same exact goals. As a consequence U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland is duplicating the exact same policy directives as former DOJ Attorney General Eric Holder. The people in place are identical; the actions they take are identical; the purpose of their activity is identical. The DOJ is politically weaponized to achieve ideological goals.
The most recent example of the synergy happens today with AG Garland announcing a DOJ civil rights investigation into the Minneapolis police department. Cut to the chase, the result of the investigation will be another municipal authority placed under a federal consent decree. THAT will happen, the investigation to justify the consent decree is a farse. This is JoeBama and the Chicago team replicating the same process.
“Attorney General Merrick Garland today announced a new investigation into the Minneapolis Police Department and City of Minneapolis for possible pattern and practice unconstitutional actions. This investigation is not related to the already announced investigation into the murder of George Floyd, but is instead examining the entire department for continuous misconduct.”

This is actually one of those small stories with BIG, very big potential. Broward County School Superintendent Robert Runcie was arrested this morning on a charge of perjury in an official proceeding. Broward School Board attorney Barbara Myrick was also arrested.
According to local news {LINK} Runcie gave testimony about how official school district programs were being implemented (aka “The Promise Program“) and whether any of the financial incentives were used by district officials for personal gain.
The details are vague as the media reporting on the arrest are slight; however, the backstory is something CTH has some strong information about due to our years of research into Miami-Dade and Broward County school systems – going all the way back to Trayvon Martin and the corrupt internal school administration practices we helped expose. FLORIDA – […] Runcie, 59, was taken into custody by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and has since been released from the Broward County Main Jail. According to his indictment, Runcie lied under oath between the dates of March 31 and April 1 while testifying under oath to a state grand jury.
The grand jury was investigating the following, according to the indictment:

Not only did the DOJ not prosecute the Capitol Hill police officer who murdered Ashli Babbitt, but they still refuse to name him. The sunlight upon the two-tiers of justice in the United States is at a supernova level of intensity. Everything about this DOJ announcement is FUBAR:
WASHINGTON – The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia and the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice will not pursue criminal charges against the U.S. Capitol Police officer involved in the fatal shooting of 35-year-old Ashli Babbitt, the Office announced today.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia’s Public Corruption and Civil Rights Section and the Civil Rights Division, with the Metropolitan Police Department’s Internal Affairs Division (IAD), conducted a thorough investigation of Ms. Babbitt’s shooting. Officials examined video footage posted on social media, statements from the officer involved and other officers and witnesses to the events, physical evidence from the scene of the shooting, and the results of an autopsy.
Based on that investigation, officials determined that there is insufficient evidence to support a criminal prosecution. Officials from IAD informed a representative of Ms. Babbitt’s family today of this determination.
Earlier today Joe Biden raised some eyebrows when he said “no amendment to the constitution is absolute.” The first ten amendments to the constitution are commonly known as “The Bill of Rights.”
The occupant of the oval office, and head of the executive branch, saying the Bill of Rights is not absolute, should be challenged immediately to qualify that statement.

This is long overdue, and worthy of support. Most CTH readers are now aware what the Lawfare group is all about. Inside the Lawfare network the far-left political ideologues organize and launch attacks against anything they view as adverse to their interests. The Lawfare network is made up of Obama ideologues and former DOJ officials who manipulate the legal system for their political agenda.
Many, if not most, of the legal aspects connected to attacks against conservatives stem from inside this Lawfare network. They operate inside government and outside in the private sector and compliment each other in their unified agenda. An example was the attack against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh by both groups.
During her Senate testimony Kavanaugh accuser, Christine Blasey-Ford ,called the network her “beach friends” connecting the casual relationship they all carry. The Lawfare group operate inside the DOJ, inside the FBI, inside the State Department and inside the institutions of government. They connect ideologically to their allies in the private sector law firms and they share insider information to coordinate their attacks.
The Lawfare group also has a media strategy. If the inside government group needs to advance a narrative to advance their interests they will leak to media (ex. Lisa Page and Peter Strzok leaking to Devlin Barrett, WSJ); and/or leak to their middle-men outside in the private sector who will leak to media on their behalf (ex James Comey to Daniel Richman who then conveys to the New York Times).
Today, former Senior Advisor Stephen Miller announces his launch of a Lawfare group of his own; a counter force against the conniving leftist objectives. Miller is calling his MAGA legal network “America First Legal”.
In this exchange between Senator Rand Paul and Anthony Fauci the senator from Kentucky confronts Fauci about the irrelevance of wearing a mask after either infection/recovery or vaccination. As Senator Paul notes there is not a single study that shows reinfection after COVID recovery, so why the “theater” of wearing a mask when the immunity is present?
Fauci has no scientific response except to say “variants” of the COVID virus are potentially possible for reinfection. The lead advocate for national policy then takes exception to being called out for the political “theater” of his mask wearing dictates. WATCH:

There is a larger segment of the American population now catching-on to the political ruse that underlines the COVID fear. With Florida as an example of how COVID is not the threat the U.S. federal government claims it to be, more people are starting to ask common sense questions.
Fauci is a political operative within the bureaucracy. This was evident from his first entry into the public spotlight. Fauci claims masks may be needed into some unknown future, again because of some fearful determinations that have absolutely no basis in science or research. This is propaganda.
