Against the popular uprisings currently taking place in Great Britain, this interview takes on additional context. Last week, just before the civil protests broke out on the shores of the U.K, President Trump sat down for an interview with GB News about issues and current events that hit both sides of the Atlantic.
President Trump answers questions about topics that pertain to both the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland as well as the interconnectivity of the relationship to the United States. The interview is pragmatic, focused and deliberate as President Trump presents his perspectives on the challenges that face both nations.
Obviously one of the key policy issues facing the U.K is the topic of migration, and President Trump puts the issue into a factual framework of government accepting the problem. These are choices being made by political leadership against the interests of their citizens. The interviewer, Bev Turner, is fraught with political correctness and somewhat stunned by President Trump’s lack of pretense. WATCH:

Just my thoughts on “Why does he bother?” and “How does he have the time?” are these:
When he talks to the “mainstream” media, he reaches a different audience, and there’s a chance he can reach people that would normally only hear the snark, back biting, TDS spin. It’s his chance to give people who otherwise might not listen an opportunity to hear his perspective.
As for the second question, he doesn’t sleep as much as most people!

She was actually quite lovely. She didn’t try to get all of those nasty “Gotcha” that our fake news media does all of the time. She asked him legitimate questions and allowed him to answer each question at length. Our fake news cuts him off every time he has an answer that they don’t like.

I have often wondered the same thing. But in this case, he is speaking directly to the British people, so maybe worth the time and effort.

If Argentina wants the Falklands, they’ll just take it. England doesn’t have a navy any more. The Vulcan bombers they used are long gone. Their aircraft carriers are in dry dock and they only have one functioning Trident sub. England’s navy couldn’t even protect their own island, not to mention one on the other side of the world. In my view, the people of the Falklands should have the final say about which country rules over them and I think they’ve already chosen.

IIRC, Falkland Islands is not about the island. It’s about the oil under the island as well as the oil within the Island’s international border. Javier should cut a deal w the Islanders and Brits on oil extraction. I’m confident BP Oil would be seated alongside Javier during the negotiations

Given the self-inflicted chaos in the U.K., the Falklanders might prefer some sort of home-rule or quasi-independent relationship with Argentina. An oil deal could also provide generous financial benefits to the ~ 3,400 residents of the islands. Downing Street has no ability stop a forced takeover of the islands. Invoking article 5 of NATO would only work if the U.S. carried out the work. Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and the rest lack a heavy navy force capable of waging war in the south Atlantic. France has one nuclear aircraft carrier. But that would be quite the mission to send a landing party to the islands on behalf of King Charles the Brave. President Millei is focused on economics and undoing the pestilence of socialism. My bet is that he strikes a deal. During joint military exercises between the U.S. and Argentina a few months ago, the USN flew him out to the USS Nimitz. He appears to have enjoyed the visit.

She was probably expecting the usual bull dung she gets from everyone else. Stunned by the truth, as well as probably realizing that much of what she heard/ believed about our President were lies, this is new to her and it shows.

She’s asked him some good questions in the White House for a year or so, and he’s complimented her a few times.
It can be hard for non-Brits to understand the constant threat of arrest for wrongspeak that non-MSM British journos have to work under when they know their content will be aired in Britain.

Being politically correct is a prerequisite for Bev Turner, or any interviewer in the UK to get on the air, but I thought she kept her PC mostly under wraps in this interview. I thought it was a good interview, especially when compared what Americans are getting from insufferable ideologues like Kristen Welker or Margaret Brennan.
Turner gave our President largely uninterrupted free rein to express his views, (all of which were correct, BTW), which is perhaps why she wasn’t more confrontational.
She was relatively tame compared to Welker and Brennan.
Overall, a good interview
She knows it or is finally discovering the truth and I love it. Trump is relentless and it is beautiful. The Fall of the globalist Reich is in process and cannot be stopped. Bless Elon, bless Trump, et al.

People in the UK and Ireland only hear the negative spin about President Trump. My cousin in Ireland thought he was horrible until I told her about him. Now, she is asking me to write to President Trump for help for Ireland. They are really suffering there, as in the UK.
I’m in Australia, and it’s the same here. People hear the lies and propaganda repeated over and over and over.
I watched the interview and I thought it was refreshing to see someone treat our President with more respect than our own media does- and by far.
She agreed with what he said nearly each time.. I wouldn’t say she ever disagreed really, a few times she asked questions in perhaps a half assed feeble attempt to appear to be pushing back to appease her UK audience with TDS, but it certainly wasn’t the amount of pushback and pure insanity that we’re used to seeing, that recent Kristen Welker interview comes to mind.
Then when he answered her, she’s nodding her head in agreement.
I also saw that she let him do most all of the talking, she never interrupted him at all.
I thought it was a good interview.
As Usual, the President said it how it is -dumping a whole pile of ugly Reality in her lap, and she knew everything he was saying is the truth.
Trump looks great and he seemed quite relaxed throughout this interview. They need to see him like this in the EU and UK.
I would love to be in the room to see and hear the UK leadership’s reaction when President Trump evaded an answer about support for the UK in Falkland Island dispute. They must have choked when President Trump made comment about their refusal to help with Iran as part of his response.
