I never quite understood just how controlled the information flow is inside Canada until about two years ago when we began closely monitoring Canadian positioning for the upcoming USMCA (CUSMA) renegotiation/cancellation. It quickly became obvious the majority of Canadians have no idea why it is almost a certainty the U.S. would exit the trilateral arrangement and position for a bilateral free trade agreement.
In the two years that have passed, now we see a few Canadians starting to realize the core issues of trade conflict that make any FTA between the U.S. and Canada almost impossible. The largest issue centers around Canada’s net-zero carbon legislation that now completely disconnects them from aligned North American energy policy between the U.S. and Mexico.
A trilateral agreement requires core alignment on industrial manufacturing, and that requires similar abilities & similar energy policy. You cannot make steel, iron and aluminum without coal and gas. You need joules for heavy industrial manufacturing that cannot be achieved without exploiting coal, gas or oil (carbon materials). Canada’s energy policy no longer aligns with industrial manufacturing. This core issue cannot be resolved at the current level of energy policy in Canada.
There are other issues like Canadian trade deals with China, non-tariff barriers, legislated rules over intellectual property and other points of significant friction that make alignment within North America challenging. However, the energy component makes compatible trade impossible.
In the interview below, U.S. Ambassador to Canada Pete Hoekstra appears on a podcast with David Leis, for a blunt conversation about trade, pipelines, critical minerals, China, and why the U.S. is growing frustrated with Canada’s direction. At the end Hoekstra even explains why he is doing Canadian podcasts; because information within Canada is restricted by the government control of media – and that explains why most Canadians are clueless about the issues.
I’ve prompted the interview to the point that gets into the details. If you are interested to be fully understanding of what is coming, this is a solid reference point. Also, if you have financial investments associated with Canada or any system that is connected to the economic relationship between the U.S. and Canada, you need to watch this interview to proactively defend your financial interests. VIDEO PROMPTED:
.
Watch it or listen to this roughly 30 minutes (prompted) as you cook, drive or go about your day. But listen to it and see the disconnect between Canada and the USA as outlined. Things are going to get much worse in this relationship as the finality of it all suddenly starts to sink in north of the border with the average Canadian.
Additionally, there’s another short segment on U.S-Canadian trade as discussed by U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer recently at a Council on Foreign Relations event.
QUESTION: “How serious is the fissures? Are the fissures with Canada, the rupture with Canada? And can you envisage USMCA being transformed into separate agreement with Mexico, separate agreement with Canada, or no agreement with Canada?”
USTR GREER: “Well, I would say that, you know, the team right now is in Mexico. My team, and they’re negotiating with Mexico on a bilateral basis. I speak with some regularity to my Canadian counterparts.
Our sense is that we have with Canada, you know, some some trade challenges, which, you know, to some people, you know, some people may think, oh, those are just irritants to us. They’re, they’re significant, and the reality is, we’ve spent the past year and a half going to countries, telling them we have to have some level of tariff on the globe to deal with this giant death that we’re dealing with, to try to reshore, etc.
And, and most countries have, you know, I know grudgingly, but they said we understand your policy, we understand so we’re going to negotiate with you, we’re going to remove some of these tariffs and non tariff barriers, etc. Canada’s approach has been different.
They like China retaliated against the United States. Two countries in the world retaliated against us, People’s Republic of China and Canada, so they’re just, they’re just in a different spot, and it’s, it’s hard to see necessarily where that ends.”
VIDEO PROMPTED:
I do think Canadians know some things. I watched the CBC coverage on the 2024 US election night and their main anchor did say that Canada could not be expected to pay their required amount into NATO or spend the required amount on defense because they needed their money for welfare programs like national healthcare.
The expectation was the US should just know this and go along with it.
I know that’s not energy policy or manufacturing, but I do believe they know whether they admit it or not that trade with them is not really important to the US or often beneficial they just expect the US to always subsidize them.
It just costs so much money to MAID every health issue.
MAID seems like it is cover for more illicit business despite being sold as saving limited healthcare resources on patients.
Trade in human organs is big money. 💰💰💰
They learned that from their friends in China
Most recently the Priest (despression?) & prior to that the military veteran female. She just wanted her hip replaced. Canada has a spiritual problem; at least their puppet masters do.

It’s a Three-fer–like this:
John 10:10
The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.
We speak confusion, failure and boomerang into all the plans of the enemy and decree full and abundant Life over Canada for Your Purpose and Glory, Lord God, in the Mighty Name of King Jesus, Amen!
I believe this is the major factor in pushing their euthanasia program – culling as much as they can from their national health expenses. Its repugnant. This is how they restructure a failed health care system.
Instead of dealing with big Pharma big Insurance who are raping everyone with cost their solution is get rid of the patient.
The clot shot was a mass-euthanasia scheme.
Yes RM it certainly was. Covid was never isolated as a virus therefore there are no vaccine’s for it. One gigantic scam!
they just expect the US to always subsidize them.
That’s the same attitude that the EU had – how’s that working out for them? (and the majority of the world prior to 2025)
Sorry – the ATM is shut down. Dad’s shutting off the credit card…
And we will have fun, fun, fun now that “daddy” has taken the t-bird awayaa.😉
A.C. !
That Beach Boys classic began playing in my head as soon as I read Harrison’s post!!
lol
The teenager who has always had daddy’s credit card in his pocket to buy whatever he wanted, has a difficult time adjusting when cut off; he must go through the five stages of grief.
Canada is only in the first stage now: denial.
The next stage – Anger – isn’t that far away. That stage is responsible for many of history’s wars, when one side thinks they are entitled to another’s resources.
You’re right Ogre, but in this case I think it would highlight their impotence, leading them quickly to the bargaining stage, then once the realization that they really don’t have that much to bargain with would quickly lead them to depression, which would probably last awhile, because leftists have a difficult time with acceptance of reality.
We Canadians are a docile and complacent lot.
We never used to be however these last fifty years or so has seen a gradual erosion of all that was good.
Millions are pampered, and assumed “ Big Daddy” would always spoil them.
It is good to remember that one province determines our policy, imagine if California dictated U.S. policy with zero pushback.
We have a State sponsored media, that receives $1.5 million in funding from the federal government.
Those of that have been wide awake for decades now will do fine..the sheep, especially the elderly sheep will suffer.
Cheers!
💯🎯 Right on.
But it’s ~$1.4 billion! And that’s just for the CBC. Hundreds of millions more go to every single MSM outlet here in print, TV and radio.
Yes..a big oops. I am aware that it is $1.4 billion, and yes only approved questions are allowed.
Yes, we have no opposition party.
Yes our alternate media is vilified.
Out here in B.C. we have an extremely strong anti Ottawa contingent, however as you are likely aware.
The socialists ( Liberals and communists NDP ) always co operate.
It will take Canada near collapsing before the ship turns, if it does.
Cheers! 💪😎
Cheers!
👍 💯 🎯 All power to you good folk in BC! Hopefully the ponce Eby is digging his own grave as he continues to throw his toys out of the pram.
But as you say, the TDS sheep likely need to hit rock bottom before they can acknowledge the problems they’ve enabled.
I figure Canada will be an economic dust-bowl with only WeChat available for the doomscrollers by year’s end. Hope I’m wrong…
I’ve read your posts for years and appreciate you much.
Grace to you and yours as time rolls on.
Perhaps Alberta will flex up and snub the UK’s Carneyites.

You are loved and respected, Dek
We appreciate you and the other remaining true conservative Canadians. Recovery is possible. Bald Eagles were a rare sight 40-50 years ago. Now I routinely see them on our lake. You were once a proud people – you can be again.
Likewise…Dekester is solid and always look forward to his wisdom.
I surmise that the US gubmint has always demanded Canada’s fealty in return for grand gestures such as funding their social welfare programs, “free” healthcare and of course, Canada’s national defense. Protecting the country that comprises the USA’s northern border correlates to our own national defense, when you get down to brass tacks.
However, with the stated intentions of the WEF and NATO, UN and WHO, the ground has seismically shifted. Since WWI the western or ‘free’ world has undergone a controlled demolition by both flawed ideologies and just pure, unbridled greed.
Take that, TPP! And for good measure, no more kowtowing to the UN’s open borders or any other suicidal pacts.
President Trump is indeed prescient and wise to cement our economic alliances with Russia and the middle east while firmly hip checking every rogue entity both foreign and domestic within our neck of the woods..
👍
I don’t know how many people in the U.S. will recognize the term “hip checking”, so… it’s a Hockey term, and, when in my teens, used a great deal.
Hey! Long time no see. Hope you’re doing well!
Wide awake thanks in great part to all here at the CTH.
🥂
and you also have Great Britain as your daddy who I suspect takes but does little giving.
I would love to know what monies Great Britain “earns” from their commonwealth
countries. I can’t believe it is zero, but perhaps?
I was in Antigua a few years ago and recall our driver telling us how excited the people
were about Queen Elizabeth providing them with a new paved road.
I immediately suspected that whatever hotel, etc. tax was imposed on vacationers
was only given back to the island improvements as perhaps 10-20% of the total taken.
Many Americans were also complacent. President Trump, who couldn’t take it anymore, gave up his life, rallied us up and told us the truth.
Other countries have taken his wisdom and others refuse.
They will suffer if they don’t rally and fight.
There’s always hope.
Gods word holds promises no man can provide.
But he expects much.
Keep praying, helping others.

I’ve enjoyed reading your comments for the longest time. You have always given us a set of Canadian outlooks that have been tremendously informing. Luck to you, sir.
I am eligible for Canadian citizenship under bill C-3, the Lost Canadian act,,,,buuuuut……I have refused, I don’t know if I would be taxed, or able to vote, is no upside to it in my estimation,,,,,,and these are questions that no one will answer, besides, my home province would be Quebec
Dekester …..I dont think I would be real comfy no matter. The government will come for everyone and everything you own. Same here.
Sooner or later, yes – our governments (or more likely, those who own our governments) want total and complete control over every aspect of our lives. They want…indeed, crave…the place of God in a person’s life.
For our own welfare, well-being, and society’s good, you know.
slowly at first and then all at once. get ready Canada…
Thank you for posting this, Sundance.
I sped red thru the video to get the context. The writing is on the wall for Canada and for ALL TO SEE.
The vision of hemispheric alliance affords all members national sovereignty, economic well-being, and security. It is a win-win-win ad infinitum for the New World.
Canadians are still direct subjects of the British Crown, whether they know or want to admit it… OR NOT. That is a lot of institutional baggage to overcome for a proud citizenry whose muscle memories of greatness past have atrophied into tyranny, fascism and pending meltdown..
Clinging to Euro rules-based order while throwing all-in with the Chinese Dragon is a fool’s folly. Unortunately for our American friends in the Great White North, Msr Carney is the ideal candidate to deliver the Canadian Bacon. ELBOWS UP, Eh?!!! 🙂
PS, I still maintain that “Trailer Park Boys” is the definitive Canadian contribution to Western Civilization! 🙂
Trailer Park Boys is great comedy and now a classic.
Corner Gas for life in prairie country.
Kim’s Convenience for life in the city.
Have the Trailer Park Boys DVD set, in the cheese burger belly holder.
Ah, an individual of true taste and refinement! 🙂
I’ll go with something more recent… Shoresy.
Quote: “Clinging to Euro rules-based order while throwing all-in with the Chinese Dragon is a fool’s folly.”
I’ll comment with another quote: Proverbs 26:4, 5: “Do not answer a fool according to his folly, or you will also be like him. Answer the fool as his folly deserves, that he may not be wise in his own eyes.”
Mr. Carney, with all of EU leader allies, speaks like the fool. They walk like the fool. They follow the path of folly.
President Trump answers this with the avoidance of the fools. China, et. al., simply play the fools for what they are.
Who’s getting decimated in the process? The ordinary Joe and Jane.
Carney and his crowd won’t leave until the pitchforks come out. And with Canadian gun policy…that’s about all a significant number of Canadians might be able to get their hands on.
With Liberty and Justice for All. Amen! 🙂
In a presser today, Carney confirmed that Canadians (probably other nations as well) will never know what’s in the security deal wit CHINA. Or for any other reasons deemed valid by those in power!
Beware of China aka Chinada.

We’ve got at least 20 million excess illegal aliens, they’ve got MAID…
We should work something out.
I listened to the discussion, and the Canadian People are in the dark. All they know is “elbows up”, “orange man bad”, and “United States is not our friend”. Mainly, Canada is mad because the gravy train has pulled into the station and the ride is over. Now, they are going to have to start paying and paying big. That remark about other countries understand, is a joke. They, like Canada, know it is over, no more free rides at the American Taxpayer
s expense and they are going to pay big, some more than others but everybody is going to pay for access to the worlds biggest economy, and it is way past time they did. Personally, I believe we would be far better off doing a bilateral trade agreement with each country, Canada, then one with Mexico because the situations, conditions, economies, and governments are different and must be dealt with differently. Anyway, there is my two cents worth. The bilateral trade agreement with each country has been planned by President Trump ever since he summarily dissolved NAFTA, which had been drafted in 1992 by “Dubya” the godfather of the New World Order. President Trump’s USMCA included a built-in “sell by” date to assure it’s renegotiation at the opportune moment.
President George H. W. Bush was the one who initiated NAFTA, but it was President Bill “Slick Willie” Clinton, who signed it into law. President George W. Bush was not involved.
He may not have put the final ink to the paper, but Dubya was very much “involved” in the drafting of NAFTA, just as he signed the US onto the UN’s New/One World Order.
Dubya and Clinton were birds of a feather in auctioning off the US economy to the highest bidder. Clinton merely picked up right where Dubya left off..

If the Canadian government wasn’t a basket case Canadians could be nearly as wealthy as the population of Norway with the natural resources the relatively small population Canada has.
Exactly rah. The Canadian Government chooses to make Canadians poor.
The Canadian government is not the only one who chooses to make their people poor, tyranny runs rampant in this world.
Hits close to home, doesn’t it. 🙁
Eliminate the ticks and leaches and US would have no need for income tax whatsoever.
Income tax should be eliminated, with all the fraud, corruption, grifting, etc. happening.
Yup. Just like the US gubmint -prior to President Trump- chose to make the USA a “service economy.” Spit.
Wow,we watched the Canadians become the poorest in the hemisphere, poorer than Alabama, and Mississippi, keep supporting carney and all those closet commies. You will be kissing that dirty Chinese ass. How that taste?
Like rotten Korean kimchi w/ ass flower aftertaste.
like chicken.
You don’t live in Alabama, do you.
Bounce is apparently using a per capita GDP comparison which does show Alabamans having a higher average income than Canadians. But such comparisons can be misleading about the actual quality of life because they do not consider social programs and things like government health care and don’t adjust for things like changing currency values and inflation.
“Oh Canada…” wake up, the ChiComms will demand fealty and Carney will happily lead you up the dragons butt.
You know….
Canada has NOTHING but trouble to offer USA.
The US has 96 nuclear reactors, each requiring 27 tonnes of uranium each year. Percentage of worldwide uranium production ( world ranking) – US ~ 1 % (13) Saskatchewan 24% (2) 👀. Mr. Trump says the US doesn’t need anything from Canada so the remaining countries that might be able to meet US needs, should they decide to do so, are as follows… Kazakhstan (1). Namibia (3). Australia (4). Uzbekistan (5). And Russia (6). Best of luck.
I haven’t felt the need to consume any Canadian product since 1984, when Second City Television went off the air.
I have stated this previously, but it bears repeating.
My sister lives in Palm Springs. She and her husband watch homes when the owners go back to Canada
during the summer. Many have sold their homes in a great huff over
President Trump’s off the cuff joke about making Canada a 51st state of the US.
They are outraged about this. Of all the things to be outraged about, they are taking a stand on this LOL
Same down here in Florida…
Good..more homes for US citizens
We were in New Brunswick for a couple of weeks and met a Canadian couple who were huge Trump supporters. One had a job in a tourist spot on the border. She said that liberal US visitors are compelled to come up to her and apologize for Trump, but she has to bite her tongue to keep her job.
That is the irony of much of this.
The Canadians most aggrieved are the wealthy and comfortably off.
Palm Springs, Maui, Scottsdale for us out west.
Out east it would likely be Florida and south Carolina.
Trucker rallies we attended were by and large filled with working folks, and legal immigrants.
💪
Canada’s Canadian goose is cooked.
If you align ‘the deals’ and policies that Canada is making, especially the Net Zero carbon capture scheme, it’s more than obvious that Mark Carney has only one condition when making those: does it benefit him through his Brookfield company.
There’s really no difference between Brookfield and Cuba’s GAESA (Grupo de Administración Empresarial S.A.), the military conglomerate that controls the financial heart of the regime that Marco spoke of. With an obsequious, controlled (paid) media, the elbow’s up boomers never hear about it any more than the average Cuban.
💯 🎯 Except that Brookfield has the added benefit over GAESA of being headquartered in the US now. Carney moved it there a couple of months before he got “elected”.
Now Brookfield can avoid Canada’s brutal tax regime and suffocating regulations. And it prevents Canadians from accessing information about Carney’s conflicts of interest. Win-win!
If you’re the ultimate WEF-puppet psycho-lizard CCP-lackey Satanist that is…
Sounds like the FTC needs to investigate Brookfield…
Canadian politicians may be counting on the US Senate to save them from Trump.
lol. President Trump has a phone and an embargo pen, and he won’t be afraid to use them. 😊
Interesting podcast with the US Ambassador to Canada. I had not heard that we basically had a deal for the major goods, but it was blown up. He doesn’t say who blew it up but the inference is that Canada did. It reminded me of how we had a deal between Russia amd Ukraine and Boris Johnson blew it up.
Geer’s comments that the two most adversarial negotiations have been with CCP and Canada is definitely a major signal to citizens of Canada.
queued video is indeed a must watch. Real men are in charge. Let Carney roll on the floor like a puppy and wet himself for European pantywaists and the marauding Panda.
Whenever I see a post online from a Canadian mocking the US, I grin and say to myself, “You have no idea what’s coming.”
The people I feel bad for are the ones who recognize there is a disconnect between what the government is telling them and what they can see with their own eyes yet they don’t understand why it’s happening. They know there’s something wrong but don’t know what.
Fact: “Canada” and “Mexico” are “Apples and Oranges.” The only thing that has linked them has been that both have been used by foreign countries to bypass trade restrictions and tariffs. Both to their detriment. They were the doorway, yes, but they didn’t keep the money because they really didn’t do anything.
Maybe the Mexicans are beginning to figure that out – Canada, not so much.
But, from the USA perspective, the entire notion of a “common” trade agreement was and is nonsensical. Both countries have been “freeloading” for decades. Again, to their own detriment.
Another obvious tell with respect to information control inside Canada was the negotiations that occurred when the USMCA was first put into place.
One of the major Canadian negotiation issues and items of the utmost importance was … protection of Canadian News Sources, for “economic reasons” from the predation of US News Sources of all types.
Canada was actually writing into the USMCA the closure of Canadian airwaves from US News Sources via a massive tariff on the flow of information, that crossed its borders..
The comic irony is that Canadian News media selectively uses and cites US Owned News media sources .. to peddle their world view.
Hmmm…what to do with NORAD? All the US Early Warning System outposts in northern Canada? All the Canadian troops at US facilities? All the Canadian brass at Cheyenne Mountain in Colorado Springs who get highly classified intel briefings on national security threats to the US…like China…as Canada trades allegiance and alliance from the US to China?
I’ve met that Canadian top brass assigned to NORAD before in Colorado, in Governor’s Mansion along with US counterparts, two decades ago, talking about threat that China’s ‘killer satellites’ posed to our eyes and ears.
The Canadians know and are extraordinarily aware of the US’s soft underbelly. They are in critical positions to imperil our national security if they change their orientation. And could do it on the sly so as not to be discovered and blamed.
We are sharing a foxhole with a comrade we have to sleep with one eye open for.
Bravo! Finally someone gets the geopolitical implications of the US losing Canada. Thats Canada’s leverage in all this! There WILL be a deal made with Canada, protestations to the contrary notwithstanding. They are simply too vital to US national security to ignore. The we dont need anything they have is merely a negotiating tactic. And their free ride comes bu virtue of their great importance to us. Frankly, nearly the same could be said about Mexico but to a lesser degree
I don’t believe Mexico has officials in NORAD. It is a little different situation.
“We are sharing a foxhole with a comrade we have to sleep with one eye open for.”
This is probably the millionth time Palmerston’s comment has been mentioned sine Trump took office but here it goes again: nations do not have permanent allies only permanent interests.
I think that bit of news and the fact that Canada is essentially a colony of the UK/City of London explains Starmer’s confidence in dismissing the US and President Trump.
With friends like China, the outcome can only be bad.
It is the lead story this morning on the CBC website. The general tone of the article there, including actual quotes from various Canadian politicians and trade wonks, is that Canada needs to hold firm and they will eventually get a good deal from the USA. It also states that most republicans in DC as well as the Chamber of Commerce are in full support of extending the current trilateral trade agreement. Wow, they are truly living in another world up there. God bless my family by marriage up in BC, along with Canadian people on this site, who love their country and hate the mess it is becoming.
“The general tone of the article there, including actual quotes from various Canadian politicians and trade wonks, is that Canada needs to hold firm and they will eventually get a good deal from the USA”
That is likely going to be true, although unlikely to be trilateral imo.

I am not a young guy. For pretty much most of my life I thought that these people were our friends. Apparently I have been WRONG. Where I admire that they put Canada First, it is time we put AMERICA FIRST here!
According to Barak Ravid at Axios, the Iranian regime has more or less caved to Donald Trump’s terms for the 60-day memorandum of understanding (MOU). They will sign off on reopening the Strait of Hormuz with no claims over the international waterway and will discuss the surrender of its nuclear-weapons program, in exchange for restoration of its oil exports and desperately needed cash:
I hope that is not the case…as it means we will be back at square one in 60 days…60 days closer to the midterms with the same issues…because Iran will have obtained enough oxygen to reset.
No, Trump needs to maintain the hard lines.
Big reason?
Iran is at storage capacity for their oil. They either have already, or will shortly, begin idling their wells, which will do irreversible damage to them…reducing production capacity when they turn them back on…permanently.
This is the screw to turn. We do not want to give them a way to stave this point off as it will likely be the ‘cry uncle’ point…if anything could be.
The Iranians, read the IRGC, will not give up their nucs unless they see that the alternative will be irreversibly catastrophic to them personally…as in no money.
The embargo is starving them (not the people…they weren’t getting anything to begin with) and it doesn’t matter if a ship or two gets through here and there. And as I earlier referred to, every day that goes by degrades their production capacity permanently.
Stay the course, Mr President!
I saw some reports of what looked like an oil spill in the ocean near Iran. Perhaps that’s what they’ll do when their storage tanks are full. Release the pressure and the oil, into the ocean.
While on Canada, here’s ArmstrongEconomics.com blog article today entitled::
Canada Moves to Destroy Encryption – Demands Backdoor Access to ALL Available Data
FTA: Canada is walking into extremely dangerous territory and most people do not understand the implications because governments always package surveillance laws as “public safety.” That is how this begins every single time historically. They sell fear first, then quietly expand state power behind the scenes while claiming only criminals should worry.
Now even Apple, Google, Meta, Signal, privacy experts, cybersecurity professionals, and members of the U.S. Congress are warning that Canada’s Bill C-22 could force technology companies to weaken encryption and build government access mechanisms directly into their systems.
People need to understand what encryption actually is. Encryption is not some toy used only by criminals. Encryption protects bank accounts, corporate systems, private medical data, government communications, journalists, dissidents, businesses, lawyers, and ordinary citizens. Every time you use secure banking, send a private message, or protect sensitive data online, encryption is standing between you and cybercriminals.
The government always frames these laws as targeting terrorists, child exploitation, organized crime, or national security threats. But the mechanism itself never stays limited. Once governments establish the legal right to force “lawful access” into encrypted systems, the infrastructure for surveillance already exists. The temptation to expand those powers becomes overwhelming.
Apple warned directly that Bill C-22 could allow Canada to “force companies to break encryption by inserting backdoors into their products.” Meta warned the bill could require companies to “break, weaken, or circumvent encryption” and potentially install government spyware capabilities directly into systems. Signal reportedly stated it would rather leave Canada entirely than compromise its encryption promises.

It is bad enough that Apple and Google have to know everything about Americans. Now Americans have to allow every other country in the world into our ‘data’.
Speaking as a Canadian. We have a very big challenge in this country because a large majority of Canadians have been so misinformed for decades. Kids are bombarded in school with extreme Liberalism, Social Media is heavily filled with Liberal talking points and fear mongering, our news is ONLY Liberal, anyone with a Conservative tone is immediately silenced.
22% (maybe more) of Canadians work for the government and heavily rely on government assisted programs while people that work hard and take risks to make a better living for themselves get taxed and have ZERO government breaks if you make over $125,000/year which i not a lot of money in a city like Vancouver.
The majority of residents in the cities are hard core pink haired and confused individuals that take every advantage they can get to survive life without having to exert themselves. My tax dollars end up paying for several government assisted programs for lazy people, for fraudulent people, for free drugs to addicts that end up in schools, for extreme gas prices of $2.50/liter is approximately $9.46/gallon, taxes on purchases is 12%,…
We have no real quality of life anymore. More crime, less security, crazy incidents in schools, violence and addicts everywhere you look and yet our lefties want more of this.
Our media is a darn embarrassment and it should be illegal to promote the Liberal crap we see everyday!
Like our blue states. Same here, same in europe. The west is dying. President trump is a reformer and his actions are stemming the tide however there is absolutely no guarantee of success. It may soon become every man for himself
The reality is that ultimately any establishment, left or right, becomes hopelessly corrupt. It takes about 60 years. Then they become very dangerous because the very existence of those with the power is brought into question. And as always, the state is to be feared due to its monopoly on power. It is incumbent upon all freedom-lovers to be anti-establishment, no matter which side controls it. This is simply due to the nature of the beast.
Fortunately not all Europe. for the moment Eastern Europe, especially where my family come from (Croatia) is not full blown Liberalism because Croats want their culture, traditions and customs preserved but it is slowly creeping in.
Here’s a simple quiz:
Exclude Pres. Trump’s terms in office…
Over the last 35 years, compare U.S. trade, energy, industrial and public information policies with those of Canada.
List any material differences.
Take all the time you need.
Why did our Ambassador pretend not to know what the old rules based order was and the fact that Canada ‘s leaders have decided to go along with the Globalist and WEF? Does he not know either ,when the subject was brought up? I think I have an idea but it would be nice if things were not danced around instead of getting to the point. There are many in our country who are clueless as well.
Several U.S. states have intentionally been hostile to business, driving many outside their states. Others are pursuing wealth and real estate confiscation schemes. These actions will further degrade those state economies. Canada is on a similar trajectory, relying upon the hope that its neighbor to the south will subsidize its economy. Given the size of our current budget deficit, this is not feasible. A similar issue is at play with European defense.
U.S. citizens are intently looking at the world and saying to themselves, we are tired of those dang people stealing from us and that includes Canada. DONE WITH THAT!
