The original information from an FBI whistleblower first surfaced in 2022. Essentially the information was that the DNC contracted law firm of Perkins Coie had an FBI workstation in their DC office since 2012.
The Perkins Coie workstation (collocated by the FBI) has access to the NSA database on all Americans, including political figures. The Democrats contracted with Perkins Coie for “political research.”
It doesn’t take a lot of thinking to realize what this set up was all about; Perkins Coie could do opposition research on any candidate and feed that information to the DNC for use in their campaigning.
This means both Marc Elias (DNC lawyer) and Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann could exploit the NSA database to conduct searches of all cell phone, computer, email, text message, social media, electronic communication and all private data/communication belonging to Americans; this would include geolocation.
The arrangement was in place since 2012. Democrats have held access to fully intrusive electronic surveillance of their political opposition, or anyone else – anywhere, for over a decade. The ramifications of this joint collaborative activity are vast. President Trump just shut it down:
Pay attention to Section 2, paragraph b.
[…] Sec. 2. Security Clearance Review. (a) The Attorney General, the Director of National Intelligence, and all other relevant heads of executive departments and agencies (agencies) shall immediately take steps consistent with applicable law to suspend any active security clearances held by individuals at Perkins Coie, pending a review of whether such clearances are consistent with the national interest.
(b) The Office of Management and Budget shall identify all Government goods, property, material, and services, including Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities, provided for the benefit of Perkins Coie. The heads of all agencies providing such material or services shall, to the extent permitted by law, expeditiously cease such provision. (LINK)
There is a common misconception about why the FBI and intelligence apparatus began investigating the political campaign of Donald Trump.
In this refresher outline I hope to provide some deep source material that will provide context to the revelation of the FBI-Perkins Coie relationship against numerous historic reference points that reconcile with the revelation of their workstation access.
During the timeframe of December 2015 through April 2016 the NSA database was being exploited by contractors within the intelligence community, specifically within the FBI, doing unauthorized searches.
On March 9, 2016, oversight personnel doing a review of FBI system access were alerted to thousands of unauthorized FBI search queries of specific U.S. persons within the NSA database.
NSA Director Mike Rogers was made aware.
Subsequently NSA Director Rogers initiated a full compliance review of the system to identify who was doing the searches; & what searches were being conducted.
On April 18, 2016, following the preliminary audit results, Director Rogers shut down all FBI contractor access to the database after he learned FISA-702 “about”(17) and “to/from”(16) search queries were being done without authorization.
Thus begins the first discovery of a much bigger background story.
When you compile the timeline with the people involved; and the specific wording of the resulting review, which was then delivered to the FISA court; and overlay the activity that was taking place in the 2016 political primary; what we discover is a process where the metadata collected by the NSA was being searched for political opposition research and surveillance.
Tens-of-thousands of unauthorized and unlawful searches were identified by the FISA court as likely extending much further than the compliance review period: “while the government reports it is unable to provide a reliable estimate of the non compliant queries since 2012, there is no apparent reason to believe the November 2015 [to] April 2016 period coincided with an unusually high error rate”.
In short, during the Obama administration access to the NSA database was continually used to conduct surveillance. This is the critical point that leads to understanding the origin of “Spygate”, as it unfolded in the Spring and Summer of 2016.
It was the discovery of the database exploitation and the removal of access as a surveillance tool that seemed to create the initial problem for the FBI political unit in Washington, DC. Here’s how we can tell.
In December 2015 there were 17 GOP candidates, all needing opposition research.
However, when Donald Trump won New Hampshire, Nevada and South Carolina the field was significantly whittled. Trump, Cruz, Rubio, Kasich and Carson remained.
On Super Tuesday, March 2, 2016, Donald Trump won seven states (VT, AR, VA, GA, AL, TN, MA) it was then clear that Trump was the GOP frontrunner with momentum to become the presumptive nominee.
On March 5th, 2016, DonaldTrump won Kentucky and Louisiana; and on March 8th Trump won Michigan, Mississippi and Hawaii.
The next day, March 9, 2016, is when NSA security alerts warned internal oversight personnel that something sketchy was going on. This timing is not coincidental.
As FISA Judge Rosemary Collyer later wrote in her report, “many of these non-compliant queries involved the use of the same identifiers over different date ranges.” Put another way: attributes belonging to a specific individual(s) were being targeted and queried, unlawfully. Given what was later discovered, it seems obvious the primary search targets, over multiple date ranges, were political candidates, specifically Donald Trump.
There were tens-of-thousands of unauthorized search queries; and as Judge Collyer stated in her report, there is no reason to believe the 85% non compliant rate was any different from the abuse of the NSA database going back to 2012, the same year the FBI collocated a workspace within Perkins Coie.
As you will see below the NSA database was how political surveillance was being conducted during Obama’s second term in office. However, when the system was flagged, and when NSA Director Mike Rogers shut down “FBI contractor” access to the system, the system users needed to develop another way to get access.
Mike Rogers shuts down access on April 18, 2016. On April 19, 2016, Fusion-GPS founder Glenn Simpson’s wife, Mary Jacoby visits the White House. Immediately thereafter, the DNC and Clinton campaign contract Fusion GPS… who then hire Christopher Steele.
Knowing it was federal “contractors”, outside government with FBI access to the system doing the unauthorized searches, the question becomes: who were the contractors?
The possibilities are quite vast. Essentially anyone the FBI or intelligence apparatus was using could have participated. Crowdstrike was a known FBI contractor; they were also contracted by the DNC. Shawn Henry was the former head of the FBI office in DC and later become part of Crowdstrike’s leadership team, a rather dubious contractor for the government and a politically connected data security and forensic company.
FBI Director James Comey’s special friend Daniel Richman was an unpaid FBI “special employee” with security access to the database. Nellie Ohr began working for Fusion-GPS on the Trump project in November 2015 and she was a previous open-source CIA contractor; and now that we know the FBI and Perkins Coie were in a collaborative relationship, we can also presume they were FBI contractors with similar clearances and access.
Remember the Sharyl Attkisson computer intrusions? It’s all part of this same network; Attkisson even named former FBI Supervisory Special Agent Shawn Henry as a defendant in her ongoing lawsuit.
All of the aforementioned names, and so many more, held a political agenda in 2016.
It seems likely if the NSA flags were never triggered then the contracted FBI system users would have continued exploiting the NSA database for political opposition research; which would then be funneled to the Clinton team. However, once the unauthorized flags were triggered, the system users (including those inside the FBI and sister agency the CIA) would need to find another back-door to continue… Again, the timing becomes transparent.
Immediately after NSA flags were raised March 9, 2016, the same FBI and CIA intelligence agencies began using confidential human sources (CHS’s) to run into the Trump campaign. By activating intelligence assets like Joseph Mifsud and Stefan Halper the IC (CIA, FBI) and system users had now created an authorized way to continue the same political surveillance operations.
When Donald Trump hired Paul Manafort on March 28, 2016, it was a perfect scenario for those doing the surveillance. Manafort was a known entity to the FBI and was previously under investigation. Paul Manafort’s entry into the Trump orbit was perfect for Glenn Simpson to sell his prior research on Manafort as a Trump-Russia collusion script two weeks later.
The shift from “unauthorized exploitation of the NSA database” to legally authorized exploitation of the NSA database was now in place. This was how they continued the political surveillance. This is the confluence of events that originated “spygate”, or what officially blossomed into the FBI investigation known as “Crossfire Hurricane” on July 31.
If the NSA flags were never raised; and if Director Rogers had never initiated the compliance audit; and if the FBI political contractors were never blocked from access to the database; they would never have needed to create a legal back-door, a justification to retain the surveillance. The political operatives/contractors would have just continued the targeted metadata exploitation.
Once they created the FBI surveillance door, Fusion-GPS was then needed to get the FBI known commodity of Chris Steele activated as a pipeline. Into that pipeline all system users pushed opposition research. However, one mistake from the database extraction, likely during an “about” query, shows up as a New Yorker named Michael Cohen in Prague.
That misinterpreted data from a FISA-702 “about query” is then piped to Steele and turns up inside the dossier; it was the wrong Michael Cohen. It wasn’t Trump’s lawyer; it was an art dealer from New York City with the same name; the same “identifier”.
Unfortunately, the FBI cannot be reformed.
The FBI needs to be closed, disassembled and a new smaller federal investigative agency opened in its place.

Hmm …
“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated […]”
So, what am I missing? Where does this Amendment authorize such data to be collected and stored, let alone searched and used?
Repeal the “PATRIOT Act!”
I’d really like to know precisely who wrote the original draft of the “Not-a-Patriot Act” and when..
Think of the picture with Bill Clinton, George HW Bush, and George Wallace (from L to R). Sea hi hey
Only ones of those was shot.
There is a great documentary on Netfilx regarding this very matter. It was the Bush clan, and They lied about the uses, and began gathering all data. The NSA has been gathering electronic signals since the 1980’s and as technology developed so did theirs.
Don’t know who exactly wrote it but it came to be immediately after 9-11. It was meant to monitor foreign terrorists on domestic soil. But of course has morphed into monitoring anyone who questions the Deep State.
unfortunately, your question is unanswerable. There were MANY “authors”, so to speak. That is to mean, Congress “marked up” the bill at every stage of passage from house to Senate and back and forth, as well as similar mark ups in reauthorization, which has happened many times.
there is also important distinctions and differences in the patriot act in specific time frames. For example, you might be surprised just how many “freedom loving patriots” supported the patriot act as a response tool for Law Enforcement just after the 9/11 attack. Looking back it is easy to forget just how impactful that terror act was and how much change happened by “our lawmakers” in setting aside constitutional protections against such surveillance powers, because the “thinking” was that those same protections could be and did actually give terror operators a large black hole in which to operate…protected, by the same constitutional prohibitions against unlawful search. The vast majority of lawmakers came to the conclusion that faith in the FBI and IC could happen to mitigate against “tyranny”. They implemented “oversight”. But as we have seen, this was never effective. And the “fears” and unlawful actions became more of the rule than the exception. This has given rise, and appropriately, to a theory that the 9/11 attack was simply a justification for implementing a secret police spy state power apparatus. The constitution as we understand it, you see is in fact just a written document. TO LIVE IT, means that our government AND THE PEOPLE WHO CONSENT (or DISSENT), must understand the reasons why it exists, that it should never be position, even under war and a national emergency to decide that this written document can be set aside, watered down, ignored.
at present, the current state of the “patriot act” is far more egregious in terms of just raw power and access to unconstitutional powers than ever before. And for THAT, there are no excuses to justify the continuation of it.
let me give a few points to consider, and my opinion:
so wrt question about who wrote the original draft, I would say it’s probably more important to understand nothing on paper really has any meaning to the limit of these powers. It’s organized chaos, and no one is officially in charge and everyone who can do it, does. With no regard to the principles of law, constitutional limits. and because these are highly protected classified programs, finding out about them, shutting them down, suing for harm, has virtually zero chance of happening.
another example to drive this home: Tulsi Gabbard was placed on a no fly list or some kind of watch list….Have we heard any developments about how that happened and who was responsible.? And yet, she is the DNI. Perhaps that does happen and we learn more about these programs and how they are used and abused. But my instincts tell me regardless that she is a position of power to find out, she never will get a straight answer.
and I think this is important to consider. The secret police spy state is a very real thing. It has hundreds of thousands of people and untold amounts of resources and money. No one talks about fight club.
God Bless America
Thanks for untangling that web, reitiger. I was never for any version of the Act even directly in the wake of 911. I lived in SE Idaho as a young lad when Ruby Ridge and Waco happened right around the time Pops took me to see “JFK” in the theater. I had grown wary of what our Government “might” be capable of long before 9/11.
as well, me. Even in the aftermath of 9/11 it was clear, this path toward a surveillance state would lead to criminal activity.
what worries me the most at this stage, is that THE PEOPLE just do not seem motivated or interested to care much about it. And I think I understand the reasons why: they are not directly impacted in ways they can measure. It’s similar to feeling bad, and chaulking it up to just having a bad day…and then one more and then another. And later, you realize it was cancer and you should have taken being “ill” much more seriously.
the surveillance apparatus is similar….it erodes the health of the nation at a very fundamental level, but isn’t obvious or “felt” by the people. Some even believe it’s a good thing. “nothing to hide” bull corn.
THAT is what is most worrisome to me…acquiescing to some unknown, uncontrollable overlord, because no one seems to find it personally impactful. Until it does. And that is certainly going to happen. And when it does, the secret police spy state will have dug in so deep, in every aspect of the economy and law and law enforcement, there is unlikely to be any serious push back or delimits. that’s the reality we face. We are truly at a serious intersection and we have the right President and the right political movement to walk back and create new statutes that include penalty and prison time for these violations. It really is the only way. Congress has failed oversight. Congress has failed its’ oath and duty to the constitution…to THE PEOPLE.
all of this was predicted…even by some of the authors of the Patriot act. Namely sessenbrenner, a major contributor to the legal outlines. He admitted that this law would violate the constitution and expressed that view several times, even as he was helping to right the law that would provide new powers to mitigate against terrorism. like most, he was convinced it was necessary, but also that it would undermine the prohibitions tenants of the constitution. His thinking was similar to most….we HAVE to do this, because the threat is real and our current laws gives a space for terrorism to operate unchecked. Sessenbrenner and many others made sure to include sunset provisions about this new power as well as regular audits and oversight conditions. It is most unfortunate that none of these things had any impact, even when evidence of fraud, abuse and criminality reached untold proportions. I blame Congress for that lack of duty and accountability.
we are in the place in the secret police spy state BECAUSE CONGRESS has proven suspiciously incapable of reducing these powers and refocusing the aim of these programs where it was originally debated to be about: foreign adverssaries- non US citizens on NON-US soil. That they have allowed up to 19 different IC agencies an branches access to these spy programs is a form of tyranny, treason.
It is my single aim to convince President Trump to wage war against this surveillance state, defund it, and make sure that any congressional member who so much as dares to argue the point is drop kicked down to Venezuela for the summer games.
God Bless America
The CIA. The second that Reagan left the oval.
Thank the Supreme Court who bent, mutilated, and folded our privacy long ago. Weird how the legal savants failed to understand the importance of privacy to human freedom. To me, they are America’s biggest failures.
Exactly as Sundance has taught us they SCOTUS defers all national security issues to the IC, how efing convenient. There is a lot of work to do within the government system to regain our privacy.
Are there not crimes committed here? Where are the indictments? Where is the accountability? Where is Pam Bondi?
Ran out of binders, I’m guessing……
ha, what about THSI?
https://nypost.com/2015/07/18/obama-has-been-collecting-personal-data-for-a-secret-race-database/
This is very good news!!
Who else has the same set up. You know it’s not just home.
Step two: send in a team to seize computers and records with regards to illegal searches.
Step Three: go back and arrest the people involved.
I wonder how many “ways from Sunday” to get at him the president has whittled it down to now.
All of a sudden 3 years, 8 months and 24 days seems like a very short period of time.
Do we have to wait an equal amount of time for formal charges and arrest warrants for this human detritus?
not necessarily. If the democrats keep committing suicide in public and a wiser, smarter and learning at the hip of the master, JD Vance will be just fine for me.
Have been thankfully observing that there are many who are “learning at the hip of the master.” Yes, VPJD has a front row seat and private tutoring, but President Trump is teaching all patriotic Americans how to fight and win. The transparency of his presidency should serve us well into the future. It is up to us.
At least start with the SWAT searches
It is short…President Trump knows it
Look how much has been accomplished since January 20, setbacks by junkyard judges not withstanding and not a moment wasted.
We’re running on Trump Time now, and I expect all his Department lieutenants…Kash and Dan in particular…are wearing the same watches.
Turns out “Tick Tock”, that noxious Hannity utterance, has real world implications for us all in our America and is most likely ringing in their ears every single day.
With the help of Almighty God…
Yes, things are happening at lightning speed. And still it took a month and a half to get to this particular steaming pile of waste. This speaks volumes about how bad other things were that had to be addressed before this.
I just hope those who were selected to man the shovels really are on the same page, Shadow.
Many hands make light work….of the steaming pile of waste. If they are pulling as one in the same direction. I have some doubts about one or two.
Looking at you, Pam Bondi.
And yes…we think we have a good idea about the number and magnitude of piles, but I suspect we really do not. Sort one out only to find more underneath.
“Daunting” I think is the word I am looking for.
I’m open to a more accurate one.
Running the US requires that the President use the tools he has available. The shear number of personnel he needs to hire dictates that he will know very little about most of them. Some are not ideal but are better than others at least.
When an apartment building is run into the ground the first step for the new owner is to start removing the worst of the worst. If an owner can just get rid of everyone and start over the process can be speeded up, but most times the process is incremental, replace the worst tenants with less bad, then progress to degrees of less bad until you start renting to degrees of good tenants. The same process will be played out on a larger scale here. A progression from evil to bad to less bad to at least doing no harm but doing no good, to starting into degrees of good. Where any of them are on that spectrum is a matter for much debate.
I also hope to see better than what we see in some areas. Still, there may be a place for some of them even as they are. If they are used for their natural strengths and not relied on for anything else they may be useful. There may be a need for some airhead to stand in front of the cameras and claim credit as others do the real work.
Still, realizing that the process and people directly responsible for the evils unleashed on Mr. Trump and his family the last 9 years were a month and a half down the list of priorities is sobering. The reality that there were worse evils to be addressed first tells us there is much we don’t see.
It’s a process all right.
And one which won’t be completed within President Trump’s four years remaining. It could be that what we are hoping for, a nation redeemed in total, is not possible.
When I returned to the US after 20 years abroad and in the 20 years since, I have come to believe this country is too large and now too divided to be mended. Which of course is the result of the grand plan of Obama et al. All is change the world over anyway…as it has always been. But that’s a topic too deep for this brain today…
As we wait it out, I still remain a devotee of the Catherine Austin Fitts School of Change at the Local Level.
Start in environs nearest to us and work outwards from the communities in which we live. We’re talking about a long term project here. But as our influence in the short term for debridement of the upper tiers of government is at best miniscule, at worst nonexistent, this seems to me to be our best chance to begin to drive that evil into oblivion. Not easy or smooth I do recognize. But at least we can start where that influence is strongest and work from there.
We need God’s grace and mercy for this to happen. I’m just hoping we’re not so far gone that it
He won’t grant us the time it will take for us to accomplish it.
If one takes Mad Maxime Waters at her word, Perkins Coie was gathering the data to upload into the massive database built by “Obama” for political intimidation.
It fits what we have witnessed in the politicians in DC.
The Obama database may even contain 20 million names for when they need them!
His bank account is $39 million dollars higher since 2010, thanks to Obamacare grift.
Ain’t she a cutie.😒
Maybe the only time I actually believed her!
What other firms or entities have access to the NSA database? Those should be shut down as well, and any searches without a warrant attached should be prosecuted. An 85% non-compliance is a result of a total lack of consequences from knowingly illegal activity. They know what they are doing is wrong, but they do it anyway.
And CONgress continues to allow it.
CORRECT … and We The People, collectively, for the most part, continue to RE-ELECT Congress … despite all of this that they allow.
Just like it was for our Founders and Framers, and, their fellow citizens, any ‘heavy lifting” solutions to these challenges to our INTENDED & DESIGNED way of American Life, is up to We The People … and to us, ALONE.
IOW: the Buck stops with us, We The People. Other than the one in the mirror, there is no Cavalry coming to save us.
Without our collective patriotic efforts, based on Fundamental Americanism as defined in our National Charter Document [4 July, 1776], our Constitution — regardless of the words, the Amendments, etc — guarantees absolutely NOTHING. What guarantees anything — such as it may be — is the full faith and credit of We The People … in our American Covenant.
In the meantime, as always: MAGA & MAHA!
The People Acted in 1775 , a year before the politicians could draft a Declaration in 1776. A People Get the Gov they Deserve…….. a brutal fact.
2025=1775 or forgetaboutit. Si vis pacem para bellum, knowing that the resort to offensive violence is the activity of the Bolshevik democRats. End their Tyranny, eliminate their money laundrying, prosecute their crimes, send their criminals to prison.
Not sorry to jump in…the tired trope paraphrased “you get the Gov you deserve” is BS at this time in history with the level of voting fraud thrust upon us. Through this theft, THEY get the Government THEY WANT. We the People be damned. We now stand in front of the “third box” with the latest back- stabbing from the Judiciary. Black robed turds…SPIT. Do we step upon that third box? I vote we let the Executive continue to upset the apple cart and turn over the money changers tables…for now. In the meantime “Keep your powder dry.”
…steps off soapbox…
CORRECT … and We The People, collectively, for the most part, continue to RE-ELECT Congress … despite all of this that they allow.
You cannot prove that assertion!
Our “elections” are managed for the benefit of the managers. Not us.
Electronic voting machines….
Our elections are like sporting events. 2016 Team Trump pulled a quarterback sneak and scored just as the buzzer sounded. 2020 Team obama dragged a mentally deficient place holder across the goal line….
2024 Team Trump flooded the zone and overwhelmed the crooked refs.
2028 Team Trump will have the momentum but typically general fight the last war.
Surprise, Surprise, Surprise
Not just allow it. Congress also exempted themselves from it.
Nothing will change until something changes.
Start revoking security clearances, wholesale.
Start going after the pensions.
Start arresting people.
At least one in each state, if not 2. Think about the powerhouse lawfirms in your state. Each party has one. There is your answer.
NCTC (National Counter Terrorism Center) analysts at a large complex in northern VA (not far from the see aye ay) have access to FBLie computers. (NCTC was created post 9/11 with the goal to alleviate the stove-piping of information that allegedly caused 9/11. Analysts used to do one-year rotations here for their home agencies, tho now many are permanently assigned. ALL intel agencies were required to set up and/or allow access to their databases at this one site. Office of ODNI is also located here.)
The upshot: literally thousands of analysts from across the intel community–whether doing a year rotation there or permanently assigned–have access to all intel databases–INCLUDING FROM THE FBLie.
IMHO, they need to take out ALL FBLie computers/databases out of this building, including the FBLie analysts assigned there on a permanent or temporary basis. It never made sense to me to have what was supposed to be DOMESTIC CRIMINAL and JOHN/JANE DOE databases co-located with INTERNATIONAL TERROR databases—-way too much temptation for 4th amendment violations.
President Trump: IF ANYONE ON YOUR STAFF IS READING THIS, PLEASE REMOVE THESE FBI COMPUTERS AND FBI ANALYSTS FROM NCTC. (Paging Director Tulsi Gabbard, paging Director Tulsi Gabbard….)
What’s up with Bonjino? Is he not the deputy director? I just made a quick stop at a video shot yesterday and he’s bragging about his new studio. Shut the FBI down? Like tomorrow. What a clown show.
He was in the process of building a new studio when he was named asst. director, so he is handing off his show around Mar 15, and starting work after that.
thank you
This has the be made permanent and not to be allowed ever again..
And how about PT includes something like this…….
and there shall be a deep dive audit & investigation by the DOJ/FBI of every search query conducted within the NSA database that originated from said facility over the past decade along with what FISA authorization was used to permit such searches.
Gather and expose the evidence of any possible crimes.
Elon could start an audit after the Pentagon. LOL MAGA !!!!!
The law is quite clear:
The “Law of the Land” (i.e. U.S. Constitution + Amendments)) also clearly states, “Shall Not Be Infringed” in reference to “We The People’s” RIGHT to own and possess firearms. Those four words are absolutely self explanatory, yet our government, over time, has modified, trampled upon, and completely ignored, when convenient, this Consitutional Mandate as well.
Thus, as Nefty Ivan stated above, the “Greatest Document Ever Created” is just an empty piece of parchment if those folks in the mirror don’t take the time to put their beer down, get off the couch and stand up to the non-stop tyrannical attempt(s) to wrench our freedom & liberties away.
So what is my point? I suppose it is this: The momentum, and exposure of deceit & corruption being revealed by President Trump is unprecedented and now must NOT stop until OUR COUNTRY is returned to us – as our forefathers originally envisioned – minus the boatloads of unelected bureaucractic bullsh*t!
Put a bumper sticker on your car. Write a Letter To The Editor. Talk to your neighbor over the fence, even if they are a Libtard. Speak to a stranger in the grocery store. Nine times out of ten you’ll find yourself in a pleasant exchange of humanity, Stand up! Be heard! MAGA!
Please, please, please have the DOGE kids investigate those terminals…………………
DOJ needs to hire their own kids for this.
4th Amendment violations need investigation by DOJ Civil Rights division. Paging Assistant AG Harmeet Dhilon …. cleanup at Perkins Coie.
Speaking of . . . Have we seen or heard from her at all? About anything?
I don’t think she has been confirmed yet by the Senate. Ask Thune.
Aaaah . . . thank you.
So now we are up to 13 major investigations for possible crimes committed.
Russia Collusion
Seth Rich Murder
Impeachment 1 & 2
2020 Election Fraud
Attempted Assassination #1 & #2
Ukraine Money Laundering
Covid Gain of Function
Vaccine testing, approval & injuries
Weaponization of Agencies & fraudulent legal cases againstPT
USAID/NGO Money Laundering
Agency destruction of evidence
Biden Laptop
NSA/FISA surveillance abuse
Seriously, how is Pam & Kash going to get through all the potential crimes in just 2-4 years?
We have been talking bout the crimes by the DS for 8+ years now and not one deep dive investigation that has brought forth hard evidence, truth and ultimately an indictment let alone a conviction.
I see no way other than for PT to ask 4-6 Red State AG’s to step forward as special prosecutors and they each take on 1-2 of these investigations so Americans can have justice and truth by 2028.
Otherwise nothing has really changed, as conservatives had simply a 4 year breather that’s all.
Or it’s treated as one RICO case since they are all part of a conspiracy to preserve continuity of the federal bureaucracy. Newly minted Deputy AG Todd Blanche has experience with that.
nice list @Bogeyfree! We need to prioritize. IMO, the Assassination attempts needs to be at the top of the list. I think HHS can take the lead on COVID GOF, and vaccine efficacy/safety issues. Sounds like there’s a bill to move the entire country away from electronic voting, and end this lunacy of mail-in-ballots. Now about the Seth Rich murder – are we going to finally find out?
If I could add one more to your list it’s Epstein. Who empowered him and who is protecting him?
I’m getting anxious and frustrated waiting for AG Bondi to start doing something. She’s stumbled terribly with Epstein files and my money is on her to be the first cabinet member fired.
Until she starts stacking up some wins, I’m skeptical and disappointed in her appointment.
I’m withholding judgment for now, but I wanted to tell you that your comment resonates strongly with me. I remember Jeff. So much time wasted.
Maybe. But many of these investigations may be unintentionally connected. After all, it looks like Perkins Coie and FBI are involved in every attempt to destroy President Trump.
Unraveling the threads of the fabricated Russia, Russia, Russia + Perkins Coie + FBI “workstations” + Glenn Simpson + Fusion GPS = etc, etc, etc.
This initial effort will lead to connections that may unravel the threads of many of their other Trump attacks.
Don’t forget … Simpson’s wife Mary Jacoby (long time Hillary worshipper) and Peter Strzok’s wife (Obama’s SEC Appointee)
made many an evening visit to the Obama Whitehouse – under the guise of “friends”.
Were these “unofficial” visits actually to keep Obama & Susan Rice updated on RRR, while insuring the “totally uninvolved” RRR cover for Obama – with ZERO Whitehouse paper trail (computer/phone) – or maybe they were just friendly visits.
If someone/organization…..like DOGE…..
“…..could exploit the NSA database to conduct searches of all cell phone, computer, email, text message, social media, electronic communication and all private data/communication belonging to Americans; this would include geolocation…..”
Why can’t AI/humans investigate all this “governmental waste, fraud, and abuse” using this database and put some people in prison…..?????
You know they’d do it to you or me.
Director Patel, when are you going to cut Sundance a check?
DO IT. NOW!
All of this can be reinstated in 46 months. Don’t worry.
I’m sure Kash and Pam will work with Congress to deconstruct the FBI while sending coconspirators to prison. I’m clearly worried for nothing.
In other good news, the bureaucracy is successfully preventing removal of govt employees.
That is why as important as President Trump is, we need another 4 years at least to cement the deal.
We were denied the full use of his presidency and his first term with all this criminal activity. We deserve a special amendment to allow him a third term due to sedition.
I have had these thoughts as well. We actually got ripped off 2 Terms. Now the Death Cult wants a three-peat. I say over my half crippled body.
Per Sundance, “The FBI needs to be closed, disassembled and a new smaller federal investigative agency opened in its place.”
Indeed it does.
But will it?
That remains an open question.
I am not holding my breath.
The fun part will be if anyone complains. Or will they have to grind their teeth and stay silent. This Perkins Coie clearance revocation and removal of FBI work stations may help alot for the 2026 midterms and 2028 POTUS election. Every little bitty but helps.
But which other law firms have these FBI collocated computer?
This is something Gabbard and rest of the national security team need to be shutting down. No offsite searches or scifs.
In the computerized age we’re in, the codes for access can be changed, right?
The computers sitting in these Cabal-run offices will become paperweights. <Comey standing out in the middle of nowhere>
Maybe one that Christopher Wray, Gina Haspel, Sally Yates, Dan Coats are currently, or have worked at in the past.
Funny how so many swampers seem to show up there. Maybe there’s another reason.
An arrest, conviction and a hefty prison sentence would sure help with the accountability side of things.
I’m still “patiently” waiting…
How does a law firm get a pass on the fourth amendment? i guess the same way Congressman steal from the taxpayer via USAID. Words just do not describe these people.
I surmise POTUS has already set up the “TRIPWIRES” because he knows, what we know, and that they’ll continue to try and gain access……..Next up, GITMO if we are lucky, DJT takes his revenge very seriously. Let’s see if the rest of the cabinet feels the same. Pam, get off yer keister already!
Our help cometh from the LORD.
Thank you, LORD, for your great mercy on the United States of America in giving us President Donald J. Trump.
Excellent award winning analysis and truth reporting fortunately Sundance isn’t a leftist hating America so no awards for him other than personal and eternal rewards and kudos from us Treepers! Bottom line is the Democrats/Uniparty/Deep State/DOJ/FBI all hated President Trump and us We The MAGA People who they treated like enemies of the unelected Deep State! Which we were! It’s astonishing to me the lengths that they went to spy on American citizens without any probable cause in total violation of the Constitution!!! I hope some day the instigators and perpetrators who carried out all this illegal spying pay a price! Hopefully the price will be more than just loss of a job!!! They should all get what they gave the J6ers as a minimum!!! JMO
How on earth was this system installed at a law firm? I’m not super familiar with the database. Is it classified? Does Perkins Coie have a SCIF inside its facility? That seems incredible for a law firm. Someone at the FBI (or NSA) needs to answer this simple question.
Bring on the indictments Pam Bondo. Jim Comey is lawyering up now. I will not hold my breathe.
Didn’t she recuse? Something about “national security”, “interference with ongoing investigations” and the “Sessions precedent”.
Go figure. This un Constitutional intrusion was done without a peep from those entrusted to protect Americans.
Yet
President Trump gets all kinds of flack for DOGE inquiries to protect the American people.
One would think that FISA database a risk to politicians and that they’d want that thing taken down. Instead, they’ve acted to make it more entrenched, against their own best interests. That’s odd.
It’s the info within the database that Crap Weasel politicians use to make their money. Largely by insider trading and straight up blackmail. The money gains them power. Perfect marriage of dems and repubs on the Uniparty Express.
Server logs… have they heard of them?
The NSA hoovers up everything, but especially internal tracking of everything agency employees do.
Let’s turn DOGE’s AI loose on the NSA database access logs.
Treason has no statute of limitation.
Can the Patriots at DOGE audit The Supremes, Congress and the NSA/CIA/Feebs?
Data Republican’s creation could create a Big Beautiful List, like nobody’s ever seen, to string all the “Dirty Birdies” of the District Of Criminality together in their giant ball of wrongdoing for the World to see, so we can get back to some semblance of order?
Why would anyone want the Dollar as the reserve currency at this rate?
I’ve been reading the “Reports” of democRats’ Felonies for over 10 years…… Either Prosecute or when a long train of abuses have evidenced ……
a long train indeed.
Almost the next best thing to accountability.
Has anyone seen anything in the MSM defending continued access for the demon law firm Perkins Coie?
Keep praying, with the trust that is worthy we’ve made it this far. Thanks and Praise to the Lord.
John 3: all of it.
Sundance told the truth: “Unfortunately, the FBI cannot be reformed. The FBI needs to be closed, disassembled and a new smaller federal investigative agency opened in its place.”
What Patel and Bongino going to do?? How many FBI agents will get fired and/or prosecuted for their crimes, such as violations of 18 U.S. Code § 241 (conspiracy against rights), 18 USC §242 (Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law), 18 USC 1621 (false statements under oath, aka felonious perjury), 18 USC 2071 (Federal Records Act – removal/destruction of government records), possible violations of the espionage act, and other obstruction of justice statutes? How about some RICO prosecutions?
Apparently Pam Bondo Bondi is going to whitewash it all. In the Jesse Waters interview (Feb 26?), Bondi said that we are on the phone with each other constantly on every issue. But when Jesse Waters asked her about the investigation of Comey throwing honeypots at President Trump, Bondi said she knew absolutely nothing about that. Later Jesse asks Bondi if she is finding any sabotage, because that was huge in the first term.
And Bondi says, ” Yeah. It was. And, you know, lessons learned, Jesse. I think we’re a lot wiser this time. We know what we’re doing. We know where the good people are. We know where the bad people are and, for the most part, for the most part, the great men and women of the justice department, the FBI, DEA., ATF, US Marshals, all the agencies that fall under the Justice Department, they’re out there working hard every day for the most part. You know, Jesse, those people — FBI for instance, they didn’t go to Quantityco to raid Mar-a-Lago, and that’s over, too. The weaponization has ended. They want to be out there fighting violent crime. They want to be going after the meth dealers, the fentanyl dealers, locking up the cartels and that’s what we’re going to be doing. Keeping our borders safe, too.”
So Bondi indicated that she did not know of any sabotage this time (like documents destruction) because we’re a lot wiser this time and all of the hard working good people in the DOJ and FBI didn’t go to Mar-a-Lago and the weaponization has ended. They’re going after the drug dealers. No need to go after the feds that persecuted President Trump and his staff, no need to go after Comey or Wray or Strock or Mueller or Jack Smith and their dirty crews or any of the others, no need to go after the Mar-a-Lago gestapo, no need to go after the feds that incited the J6 riot, no need to go after the 5,000 FBI agents who persecuted the J6ers, etc etc. Because that’s all over and they’re all good people. No need to go after the state and local bad guys that persecuted Trump et al. No need to go after the bad guys who stole the 2020 presidential election and then stole a number of senate and house seats too. No need to look inside the DOJ for waste, fraud, and abuse.
So Bondo Barr has been replaced by Bondo Bondi. As Sundance said previously, the rot at the DOJ and FBI will continue to be whitewashed.

If you’re waiting for Blondi to accomplish anything other than self promotional Fox appearances you’re going to be deadly disappointed. She’s nothing more than a mouth piece. Expect nothing from Her. I’m putting my bets on Todd Blanch and Emil Bove to do the work.
There are many more undisclosed law firms that STILL HAVE ACCESS and security clearances.
It is not just Perkins Coie (sp).
Wake up America, this is far from over, the swamp is deep.
We need some sunshine. Release the names of the “contractors” who were continually searching the NSA Database before the 2016 election. Show us a report on how many times DT’s name was searched. Connect these “contractors” to the Dem party and let America see how corrupt the govt was under BHO.
Also, more pressure is needed to release the Seth Rich investigation. Show us who got him murdered.
I would think that all those illegal NSA searches would identify the searcher. If would think that Perkins Coie should be criminally and civilly liable for interfering with elections and treason for its part. Those in gov who conspired with this illegal activity should be investigated and indicted. The best defense is a strong offense.
The best way to avoid a repeat of this criminal seditious activity in the future is to fully prosecute those responsible in the past and present, immediately.
To borrow & revise a line from the Beach Boys 1963 hit “Shut Down”
Pack it up
Pack it up
Trump is gonna shut you down.
IMESHO, the DOJ should commission a comprehensive investigation into potential legal issues about private law firms accessing personal security data. Where did marc elias work previously?
BTW, This is a huge piece of information on the deep state and it’s operations to circumvent our governmental processes. The people who had access to this should be, if lawyers , disbarred, and potentially criminally prosecuted. The argument of well the FBI set up the Desk is not valid, they should have known better. AND to be operating a SCIF in the building! WTAF? This is a game changer. No wonder we haven’t heard anything about this on any media source.
Yes, but now watch, all those fired govt. lawyers and FBI agents, watch to see which ones go “back” to work at Perkins Coie.
I wonder if Marc Elias got drunk last night.
Two thoughts
One. If you build a huge database containing personal private details of all Americans, isn’t it a bit naive to think nobody will query it? Considering the government (institutions) controls this database, then you map your own personal experience with the government over it. Basically layer on that filter of in/eptitude/skill/competence — do you think the institutions that built it such as NSA, FBI, CIA .. will have it tightly controlled, locked down and well-built?
Two. It is a bit naive to think there was only one computer somewhere with access and that the access got rolled up now.
Like a water leak in your house, you see water appear somewhere. You know there’s a leak. You do not know where and how much.
I do not buy it that there only is one SINGLE computer stuffed in some dusty office basement somewhere with access. That is not even the pebble on the tip of the iceberg. Come buy a bridge from me!
Even Bill & Ted had more wisdom: “Build it and they will come.”
Build a huge *ss privacy breaching database and they will use it against the people.
Not rocket science. Just nature of humanity.
Minor note too why is it a problem who uses it, particularly if Democrats use it? That implies if some guy in a red tie is behind the desk is “semi sort of OK”? Such a system’s existence should be abolished altogether.
Great point.
If you build a huge database containing personal private details of all Americans, isn’t it a bit naive to think nobody will query it?
Wife has many bird feeders. Some claim to be squirrel proof. Hah. Squirrels always figure out how to defeat the “secure” bird feeders.
If that giant seed cake of info exists there will always be thieves to steal it.
Barbecueing squirrels as you catch them at least slows them down.
“The FBI needs to be closed, disassembled and a new smaller federal investigative agency opened in its place.”

Analogously, in corporate America, if the FBI performed the way it does in the private sector as it does in the public sector, it most definitely would be subject to reorganization. Spun-off, shut-down and reorganized, any number of measures, but what it wouldn’t be allowed to do is continue doing the status quo.
Mr. President, please invite SD to dinner at Mar-a-Largo to discuss the FBI and its future.
Edit: You would think the President would be all over the FBI at this point.
Good suggestion. Kash Patel is too busy in Vegas and having drinks with buddies at the Waldorf to care too much about shutting down the FBI. Bongino is a bag of wind also.
Is there going to be raid to dismantle the scif at PC?
What, viewing classified info w/o a scif?
Oh that’s right, only President Trump mishandles documents.
I saw the horrendous Debbie Blabbermouth Schultz at the Joint Address the other night.
Makes me wonder if the Awans still need access?
Outstanding!
Seth Rich was killed July 10th, 2016.
https://www.crowdstrike.com/en-us/blog/bears-midst-intrusion-democratic-national-committee/
What if the persons involved in Rich’s murder were the same as the J6 pipe bombing? I don’t have any evidence to link the two, just throwing it out there.
and the GOP knew nothing about this (or so they will claim). None of these federal agencies can be reformed and neither can our political parties. The entire system is a cesspool of filth.
Let’s see how fast this FISA stuff gets reauthorized by congress the next time. I bet it sails through…..
Alex Berensen has the big sads over this. He needs to be brought over to our side on this. https://x.com/AlexBerenson/status/1897810317406507184
He needs to be referred to this CTH article.
Seems to me there should be some incriminating evidence in that office.
That’s what I’m thinking. There has to be something of relevance floating around.
Why not release the search queries to the public and show and what was being requested and by whom
