I’m not a big fan of the concept of government secrets. The government works for we the people and government information belongs to we the people.
I understand that there is a subset of government information that needs to remain secret for national security, but that should be a small subset of data.
The government has classified way too much government information as being related to national security as to prevent the public form being aware of it.
