IMPORTANT – Video Confirms Butowsky Lawsuit Claim: Julian Assange Told Ellen Ratner DNC Emails Received From Seth Rich – Not a Russian Hack…

A lawsuit filed a week ago by Businessman Ed Butowsky, alleged that Wikileaks founder Julian Assange told Fox News analyst Ellen Ratner the DNC leaked emails were received from Seth Rich and his brother Aaron. [Full Backstory Here]

Due to the scale of ramification, there was some valid skepticism about the Butowsky assertion.  However, recently unearthed footage from Ellen Ratner talking about her visit with Assange in November of 2016 seems to validate what the Butowsky’s lawsuit alleges.

In the video [Full Video Here] taken during a November 9th, 2016, Embry Riddle University symposium, Fox News analyst Ellen Ratner, representing the left, and former Congressman now Fox political analyst John Leboutillier, from the right, discussed the aftermath of the 2016 presidential election.  WATCH EXCERPT:

The excerpt is taken from 01:01:00 of the FULL VIDEO HERE

[h/t Michael Sheridan for the excerpt]  The date of the Ratner symposium November 9, 2016, aligns with the time-frame of Ratner’s travel and meeting with Assange as outlined by Butowsky in his lawsuit.   As noted Mrs. Ratner confirms that she did meet with Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, and that he did in fact tell her the leaked DNC emails came from inside the DNC.  It was not a Russian hack.

Hopefully this will spur the DOJ under Attorney General Bill Barr to launch an inquiry which must obviously start with the questioning of Ratner.

Accepting some enhanced credibility now exists, the details contained within the lawsuit filing (full pdf below) are stunning.

If this information is true and accurate, now bolstered by the video of Ratner, the DOJ claim of a Russian hack –based on assertions by DNC contractor, Crowdstrike– would be entirely false. Additionally the DC murder of Seth Rich would hold a far more alarming motive.

Here’s the Full Butowsky Court Filing:

.

The ramifications here are almost too large to describe.

If this information turns out to be true and accurate, the entire narrative around the DNC “hack” will have been proven to be intentionally manufactured.

Despite the FBI’s prior admissions about never reviewing the DNC servers; and despite their recent admissions about never actually seeing the forensic computer analysis, the U.S. Department of Justice, specifically Robert Mueller, Andrew Weissmann and former DAG Rod Rosenstein, cannot blame a simple investigative ‘mistake‘ for the wrong attribution of who gave the DNC emails to Wikileaks.

The FBI, the DOJ and the Mueller special counsel have each purposefully claimed specific Russian actors were responsible for hacking the DNC in 2016. If it turns out those claims were based on falsehood, the integrity of the DOJ and Special Counsel collapses.

Mr. Butowsky is making a very serious allegation in this court filing.

Additionally, the previously discussed motive to arrest Julian Assange would now be further enhanced. Heck, the reason for Assange’ arrest would be brutally obvious.

♦Dana Boente was head of DOJ-NSD from May 11th, 2017 through end of October 2017 when he officially announced his intent to retire. However, the timeline gets cloudy here because Boente said he was staying on until an official replacement was announced. There’s no indication of when Boente actually left the DOJ-NSD or the Eastern District of Virginia (EDVA) role.

On January 23rd, 2018, FBI Director Christopher Wray announced Dana Boente had shifted over to the FBI to be Chief Legal Counsel (replacing James Baker) where Boente remains today. As Mueller was using 19 lawyers, and 50 FBI investigators, Boente was/is the legal counsel to FBI Director Christopher Wray while the Mueller probe was ongoing.

[Remember, Robert Mueller never interviewed Julian Assange. Additionally, it is worth noting for the U.S. side of the legal framework, the charges against Assange are not related to Russian efforts in a hack of the DNC; nor is Assange charged with anything related to the 2016 U.S. election interference activities, the Podesta email release or anything therein as previously described by the DOJ.]

The April 11th, 2019, Julian Assange indictment stemmed from the Eastern District of Virginia. From a review of the indictment we discover it was under seal since March 6th, 2018: (The DOJ sat on the indictment for 13 months, until Mueller finished)

(Link to pdf)

However, on Tuesday April 15th, 2019, more investigative material was released. Again, note the dates: Grand Jury, *December of 2017* This means FBI investigation prior to December ’17..

The investigation of Assange took place prior to December 2017, it is coming from the EDVA where Dana Boente was still, presumably, U.S. Attorney. The grand jury indictment was sealed from March of 2018 until April of 2019.

Why was there a delay?

Why did the DOJ wait until the Mueller report was complete?

Here’s where it gets interesting….

The FBI submission to the Grand Jury in December of 2017 was four months after congressman Dana Rohrabacher talked to Assange in August of 2017: “Assange told a U.S. congressman … he can prove the leaked Democratic Party documents … did not come from Russia.”

(August 2017, The Hill Via John Solomon) Julian Assange told a U.S. congressman on Tuesday he can prove the leaked Democratic Party documents he published during last year’s election did not come from Russia and promised additional helpful information about the leaks in the near future.

Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, a California Republican who is friendly to Russia and chairs an important House subcommittee on Eurasia policy, became the first American congressman to meet with Assange during a three-hour private gathering at the Ecuadorian Embassy in London, where the WikiLeaks founder has been holed up for years.

Rohrabacher recounted his conversation with Assange to The Hill.

“Our three-hour meeting covered a wide array of issues, including the WikiLeaks exposure of the DNC [Democratic National Committee] emails during last year’s presidential election,” Rohrabacher said, “Julian emphatically stated that the Russians were not involved in the hacking or disclosure of those emails.”

Pressed for more detail on the source of the documents, Rohrabacher said he had information to share privately with President Trump. (read more)

If you overlay the timing, it would appear the FBI took a keen interest in Assange after this August 2017 meeting and gathered specific evidence for a grand jury by December 2017. Then the DOJ sat on the indictment (sealed in March 2018) while the Mueller probe was ongoing; until April 11th, 2019, when a coordinated effort between the U.K. and U.S. was launched. Assange was arrested, and the indictment was unsealed (link).

To me, as a person who has researched this three year fiasco; including the ridiculously false 2016 Russian hacking/interference narrative: “17 intelligence agencies”, JAR report (needed for Obama – December 29th, ’16), and political ICA (January ’17); this looked like a Deep State move to control Julian Assange because the Mueller report was dependent on Russia cybercrimes…. AND that narrative is contingent on the Russia DNC hack story.

The Weissmann/Mueller/Rosenstein report contains claims that Russia hacked the DNC servers as the central element to the Russia interference narrative in the U.S. election. This claim is directly disputed by WikiLeaks and Assange, as outlined during the Dana Rohrabacher interview.

Right there is the FBI motive to shut Assange down when the Mueller report was released.

The DNC hack claim is contingent upon analysis by Crowdstrike computer forensics who were paid by the DNC to look into the issue. The FBI was never allowed to review the servers independently, and now we know the FBI never even looked at a full forensics report from Crowdstrike.

Almost all independent research into this DNC hack narrative challenges the claims of a Russia hack of the DNC servers; and now this bombshell court filing, again if accurate, makes the DOJ claim completely collapse.

Lastly, if we are to believe everything that is factually visible; including the admissions by the FBI and DOJ itself; and it is proven that Seth Rich was indeed the source of the DNC emails and there was no hack; well,… what does that say about Robert Mueller and Rod Rosenstein, who would have had to know they were pushing abject lies in their dubious Russian indictments.

The ramifications of this court filing are huge.

From: Eric Schmidt eschmidt@google.com Date: Tue, Apr 15, 2014 at 1:56 PM Subject: 2016 thoughts To: Cheryl Mills cheryl.mills@gmail.com

“Cheryl, I have put together my thoughts on the campaign ideas and I have scheduled some meetings in the next few weeks for veterans of the campaign to tell me how to make these ideas better. This is simply a draft but do let me know if this is a helpful process for you all. Thanks !! Eric”

“The campaign headquarters will have about a thousand people, mostly young and hardworking and enthusiastic. Its important to have a very large hiring pool (such as Chicago or NYC) from which to choose enthusiastic, smart and low paid permanent employees. … Any outer borough of NYC, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Boston are all good examples of a large, blue state city to base in.”

“b) The Voter – Key is the development of a single record for a voter that aggregates all that is known about them. In 2016 smart phones will be used to identify, meet, and update profiles on the voter.”

“e) Analytics and data science and modeling, polling and resource optimization tools – For each voter, a score is computed ranking probability of the right vote. Analytics can model demographics, social factors and many other attributes of the needed voters. Modeling will tell us what who we need to turn out and why….”

Eric Schmidt the CEO of the parent company of Google was working for the Hillary Campaign. Actually working for them. Eric Schmidt’s contact was Cheryl Mills, one of the people who got immunity during the FBI’s criminal investigation into the private email server.

He proceeds to send over a several page long document written personally by him. Since both Cheryl Mills and Eric Schmidt used google this email was verified by the google servers with DKIM. Schmidt gave advice on everything even the location to place Hillary’s campaign headquarters. The selection of which ultimately followed the suggestions of the head of Google

The Hillary campaign headquarters was placed in New York the first suggestion of the consulting advice provided by the Google CEO. Far more disturbingly. Schmidt talks about: “b) The Voter – Key is the development of a single record for a voter that aggregates all that is known about them. In 2016 smart phones will be used to identify, meet, and update profiles on the voter.”

This is bad. Schmidt proposed creating a database of voters which collects “ALL THAT IS KNOWN ABOUT THEM”. Google knows a lot, probably too much about everyone.

Eric Schmidt speaks and writes exactly as an employee of the Hillary Clinton campaign would. “Who we need to turn out and why” – this is something a Hillary campaign employee would write in an internal document, a hundred percent. This is truly shocking and very scary. And remember, Google has visited the White House 427 times during Obama’s presidency, averaging more than once a week! This is more than any other company by a large margin.

Google is also actively censoring articles and websites that could hurt Hillary’s chances of winning.

    [AND] :
Julian Assange himself elaborated on how Google is involved with Hillary’s campaign. The released Podesta emails are a treasure trove of info on MSM outlets and “newspersons” who worked directly with her or her campaign, including Zuckerberg.

“[He is] (Zuckerberg) particularly interested in meeting people who could help him understand how to move the needle on the specific public policy issues he cares most about. He wants to meet folks who can inform his understanding about effective political operations to advance public policy goals.”

They are basically saying he wants to learn how to bribe people. |

WSB, that was an interesting interview. Personally, I found it believable because it provided confirmation of some basics. At the onset of the audio presentation, it is stated that rather than a pre-recorded audio interview, this presentation is of someone other than the person in the original interview reading from the transcript.

I have mixed feelings about aim4truth.org. In one of the few shows I listened to, the main person there engaged in speculation about PapaD’s involvement with a honeypot and state of mind. The host was reminded that there was no evidence and no way of knowing what was going through PapaD’s head. Therefore, speculation and accusations were better left unsaid. Rather than display wisdom by agreeing and moving on, the host doubled down on speculation.

        Not good. Makes me edgy.

There is the “Jerome Corsi Precedent” of a person involved who makes up things and motives in other people due to dementia or stress. I don’t know if same could be fro Butowsky.

      2. There could be information on the DNC devices regarding Russian or other “hacks” or malware–and have nothing to do with accessing the specified emails. Could be multiple unrelated intrusions.

      3. There is evidence in the Mueller Report that the “Russian” hackers were after financial information for thievery purposes. That doesn’t sound like the GRU–but since most of the DNC emails came from internal finance employees may be the thieves found the emails and sold them or released them for “kicks.”

      4. Guccifer2 is so fake it’s “unreal.” Incredible Mueller didn’t feel compulsion to discuss the “Russian fingerprints” obvious planted in the G2 documents.

WL IS delegitimised by the perpetuation of this false notion that WL got the emails from Russia, and is a Russia front organisation.

Rich is dead. He died trying to get the info into the public domain in order to expose the truth, and would want AUTHENTICATION of the info, rather than allowing this false narrative to continue.

Assange should have released the info when he had the chance, and regret to say he blew it. I don’t believe he has a deadman switch, any more, if he ever did.

I THINK the enemy now has him bottled up, and unless something like this lawsuit exposes the falsehood of the Russia hack narrative, it will be the lie repeated so often it becomes a recognised truth, and along with it, that,WL is a Russian front.

So, how does proving Rich was his, source, at this point, destroy WL credibility?

Not sure I buy that, either. Supposedly Wiki knowingly published classified info that got US assets killed, because they were serving a higher purpose, of exposing government malfeasance.

And yet they won’t expose the biggest fraud in history, i.e. that Russia gave them the DNC emails, out of concern for Aaron Rich.
The whole story is bizarre, no publisher would consider it if you submitted as fiction.

Frankly, I don’t think Assange has any leverage, no ‘dead man switch’, witness his present situation.
Regretable, but I don’t think assange CAN refute this lie, not sure about the lawsuit, and so at this point I think its entirely possible history books 50 years from now MAY be saying the,Russians hacked the DNC computers, or at least that “there was some controversy, and it was never conclusively resolved.”
I’m not saying I’m certain, just that its possible.

We’re supposed to believe it’s all because they don’t want their reps smeared as helping to elect Trump — but that’s always seemed suspect.

More believable is that the Rich family is only too aware of the stakes, knowing from Aaron the real backstory, and has been terrified for their lives for 3 years.

What I am concerned about is the stupid idea that stroking anger amongst the MAGA folks over and over again without anything being done is going to lead to the defeat of PDJT. It is absolutely going to hurt PDJT’s reelection.

Do I want DeepState brought down? Of course. Do I want the wall built? Of course. But NOTHING visible is being accomplished on these issues (that is, unless people just want to paint the Washington Examiner as a mini-Washington Post, which it isnt). Nothing.

And none of that bothers me in the least. What is concerning, to me, is that the best president of my lifetime is NOT focused on his TREMENDOUS accomplishments and is playing to his nonaccomplishments. I am well aware that his lack of bringing DeepState to justice or the fact that the only wall being built is to replace the old wall, is 100% the fault of his and our opponents. But his harping on it is HIS fault and it needs to stop.

You could show me a recording of PDJT and President Putin plotting to rig the election while double-teaming Stormy Daniels while sending money to the drug runners in Mexico and I would still support him. On the issues that I care about he has been the only president during my 57 years to keep his promises and make miracles happen.

But focusing on those areas that he is falling short in? Not a winning strategy. And I will preach it until the cows come home.

I read the entire filing. The information, if true, is Astounding. It covers just about everything the right has been P O ed about for several years. The catch phrase, if you don’t mind my sharing, is at the very end of the filing. It says “Plaintiff Demands a Jury Trial”. If granted, that would mean there will be discovery. And, that would entail reams and volumes of evidence to be produced, and, the last straw for Mueller, et al.

      • JustaVerb says:

Jury trial demand simply means plaintiffs want jury trial instead of bench (judge decides outcome) trial. Plaintiffs or defendants can ask for jury trial as a constitutional right.
Discovery can start generally after the parties confer on scheduling/discovery or it can be delayed if a party asks for a delay. So theoretically discovery might not happen if motion to dismiss is filed and IF a judge grants a discovery delay and subsequently grants dismissal.

You know, they could be waiting for Mueller to be asked who hacked the DNC? His response would naturally be what he said in his report. The Russian’s did it. If Barr is actually, doing his job, then he would have the above information confirmed by the 24th.

If I were the Republicans, This would be my first question, waiting for Mueller to lie. Barr could be setting in the hearing waiting to charge his old friend with fraud. On the other hand, if Barr is an institutionalist, he may well move to protect his old friend, and the FBI and DOJ from more sandal.

I think we all realize by now that this represents a major fraud on the American people by the Special Council, FBI and DOJ since the DNC hacking by Russian’s is the foundation of the case brought forward by the Mueller’s team.

This is actually an EXCELLENT question.

I’d been thinking the best way to “get” Mueller is with an open-ended question. Well, actually I’d been thinking no way he’d go through with this, because it seems he’s lost some marbles, but it appears he’s doing. Assuming he has indeed lost some marbles, an open-ended question seems the way to go. Not a rapid-fire line of zingers — that’ll only let him often the hook for actually composing sentences.

So what would confuse him or make him really uncomfortable? Make him have recount the the details of an intricate, seminal lie that was dumped on his shoulders. Make him have to explain it and own it. “Mr. Mueller, please explain how the DNC emails were hacked and made their way to Wikileaks. It can be confusing. Please spell it out for us.”

Do we really think he’s mastered the details of Guccifer 2.0 and whatever nonsense? Do we really think he can “awe shucks” his way through absurdities like Crowdstrike the way Comey did? Do we think he even remembers Crowdstrike?

And the follow up: “What is your level of confidence that this actually happened, and why?”

Here’s the thing — if you ask him something NOT in the report, he can just deflect and dodge. The key is ask him to explain something IN the report. Something convoluted and sketchy. This really seems perfect.

I think the matter of the homicide of Seth Rich may be one of the twelve redacted and classified ongoing matters referenced in Appendix D of the Mueller report. When Mueller resigned, who inherited the ongoing matters? Was it Terwilliger’s son, the new U. S. Attorney in Virginia? Anyway, the end of the Russian interference investigation may have helped necessitate the arrest of Julian Assange, because the Seth Rich evidence would be a part of the indictment portfolio against him, thus what happened in that matter could continue to be held in tenuous confidentiality.

Federal Rule 6(e)(2)(B) prevents anyone drawing a public salary from disclosing any matters before a grand jury. Thus the reason why no evidence gathered by the police in the Seth Rich homicide has ever been revealed. James Comey evidently took over the investigation from the police, collected the evidence, and gave it to a U. S. Attorney, perhaps Dana Boente. It was sat on, then passed to Mueller, in likelihood, and then perhaps passed on again. One wonders if a similar journey has been traversed by the Weiner laptop. Assange may be right now serving as a placeholder, under arrest so authorities can continue sitting on some inconvenient evidence.

I think the police found evidence in the Seth Rich homicide that many individuals would like to bury forever. I think the assumptions many have made about what happened could be wrong. If what his father said was true, that Seth was on the phone with his girlfriend at the time of the shooting; and if it is true he told her that he would have to call her back, and then hung up the phone; then it suggests to me that he recognized the person or persons approaching him that night and was not instantly afraid. A panicked response would have been not to hang up the phone. Who was it, that approached him that night? It is one thing for authorities to sweep something under the rug. Keeping it under the rug is another matter entirely.

The court filing is an interesting read. It basically covers every corner of the DNC Hack fantasy and how it relates to the Russia Collusion Hoax. It reads like a CTH Mega Post! :^) It ties in the Weissman/Mueller role in the whole coverup, ties in the MSM role in the coverup, the FBI’s role, Assange/WikiLeaks, the fake Seth Rich murder investigation, Donna Brazille, Anderson Cooper, etc. etc. Importantly, it details the Rich family’s role in the whole thing… in particular, highlights Aaron Rich’s cagey behavior and the possibility that he was paid off (starting page 32). It’s pretty interesting, actually.

    Couple interesting bits:

    (Page 20)
The website [DeBunkingRodWheelersClaims.net] also included audio of famed journalist Seymour “Sy” Hersh stating that he had confirmed that Seth Rich was responsible for leaking the DNC emails. According to Mr. Hersh, who was by no means a Republican or a Trump supporter, he could not find a media outlet willing to publish the Seth Rich story. In a separate phone call with Mr. Butowsky, Mr. Hersh said he obtained his information about Seth Rich from Mr. McCabe, the deputy FBI director.

Um… WHAT?!? McCabe himself told Sy Hersh that Seth Rich leaked the emails? Why would McCabe do that? Wouldn’t that run counter to the goals of Russia Collusion Hoax? OR… maybe it’s a CYA/leverage thing… i.e., McCabe’s infamous “if I go down, everybody else is going down with me”. That would make sense.

    (Page 28)
    74. There are other reasons to question the DNC version of events about the Seth Rich murder. After the May 16, 2017 FoxNews.com article was retracted, the Metropolitan Police Department (“MPD”) claimed that the FBI had never been involved in the Seth Rich investigation, and the anti-Trump media trumpeted this claim as proof that the Fox article was a fraud.
    […]
Similarly, the FBI originally claimed that it had no responsive documents about Seth Rich when records were requested in 2018.
    […]
On the other hand, the FBI flatly refused to search for responsive records in CART, even though CART is the most likely place to find any pertinent email evidence. The FOIA lawsuit remains pending.
    75. After this lawsuit was filed, and around the time that Attorney General William Barr received authorization to declassify materials related to the RCH, the FBI asked for an extension of time in the FOIA litigation referenced above. Counsel for the FBI said the FBI had decided that it needed to produce additional documents. The additional documents are scheduled to be produced not later than July 22, 2019

Additional documents concerning the FBI’s role in the Seth Rich investigation to be produced not later than July 22, 2019?!? Well, let me get my popcorn popper out, then!!!

Just as a group of retired Army CID agents tried to alert the Obama authorities and later Mr. Trump’s crew, this case clearly demonstrates the list of true criminals in the attempted coup of the President of the United States is very long and the Russians were the only amateurs on the list. Within a week of Seth Rich’s murder members of the same CID crew that discovered the degree of involvement of the Carter Administration (and many individual state government officials [to include one state attorney general with the initials of W.J.C], many international bankers, etc..) in the international drug trade, laid out a investigative plan that lead straight to John Podesta, Debbie Schultz, members of the DC Metropolitan PD, members of DOJ, etc… yet no one to include Mr. Mueller even attempted to at least pretend to look at the same and its possible relationship to the whole so-called Russian/Trump investigation. As the CID guys said way back then; “A rookie investigator could have solved the Seth Rich murder within a matter of weeks had it not been for a long list of criminals wearing badges and holding political titles obstructing justice in classic proportions!

Note to Mr. Trump: Sir, the offer still stands. The classic example is the megabyte Climategate file posted online in November 2009 by a totally untraceable party who, despite deviant Warmists’ literally manic obsession with tracking him, remains anonymous a decade later.

Meantime: Seth Rich is dead. Podesta’s DNC suborned investigative agencies to destroy evidence, obstruct justice, deflect suspicion on political opponents. Over two full years, Mueller’s knowing, willfully abusive “process crime” vendetta materially disrupted U.S. policies at White House levels, combining typically bad faith, false pretense harrassment-intimidation-threats (HITs) to mount an effective coup d’oeuvre nullifying 63 million American votes, potentially de-legitimizing all future national Administrations.

Courtesy of Sundance/CTH, anyone following this latest “liberal-democrat” [see Ryszard Legutko, “The Demon in Democracy”] tissue of Police State “blotter boyz” (Rosenstein, Mueller, Weissman) treasonous betrayal of their magical Oaths of Oriface will know that for practical vs. legal-schmegal purposes this Seth Rich case is closed. Isn’t it possible that both could be true? Both the Russians hacked the DNC AND Seth Rich leaked DNC emails. • Tommy, it is extremely technically-improbable that any DNC servers – if they existed at all, which I doubt – were “hacked” by anyone. I have been asked to review many situations where an intrusion or an information leak was attributed to outsiders, and I invariably counsel them to look inside their own ranks.

First of all, it is nonsensical to think that classified information would be knowingly placed on a publicly-accessible server. Or that a campaign’s business would actually be conducted using a computer in somebody’s bathroom. Then, it is even more nonsensical to attribute the loss of information to “hacking” by anyone … let alone someone half-a-planet away. (Why, indeed, would the Russian Government feel any differently about Hillary Clinton, than Rhett Butler felt about Scarlett O’Hara at the end of the movie?)

Occam’s Razor is all you need to know: the information was deliberately leaked. Simple and sufficient. Assange didn’t “verify” what he had received, because nearly everything that he did receive had only one source. It now appears that the information was leaked by a patsy who was then murdered to ensure his silence.

As a computer professional, I frankly doubt both stories, and here’s why:

First, “there is no need for a ‘DNC server,'” let alone that it would be “hacked,” let alone by “Russians.” What actually happened is that a bundle of e-mails wound up at WikiLeaks. Mr. Occam counsels us to look for the simplest way to do that, and “that” is a thumb-drive in a Washington shirt pocket. The entirety of “the Russian nonsense” exists for one and only one true reason: to justify (sic…) framing it as “counter-intelligence,” thus the use of the highest surveillance powers of our Government.

(Apparently: “to discover how much a friend of a friend of a friend of Donald Trump paid for lunch … up to ten thousand times.”)

Nope, “Occam wins.” The emails were simply leaked, and it is my personal opinion that the aforementioned “DNC server” might never have existed. The entirety of the story surrounding it – CrowdStrike, FBI, etc. etc. – is unlike every computer incident I have ever heard of. (And, I have heard of and have dealt with a very great many.)

Second point – and bear in mind that I’m perfectly aware that it’s unrelated:

“If you’re going to run an e-mail server for your own purposes, you don’t run it at your house.” If the Secretary of State is doing something not-so-good, why on earth would she do it at an Internet IP-address that could be traced directly to her residence? The most elementary principles of government information security would require that everything associated with a present or past Officeholder would be constantly monitored, due to the incredible sensitivity of the post: the primary diplomatic officer of our nation.

            Face, meet palm.

Because its better than it being on a .GOV account which is monitored and subject to FOIA requests.

Do you not know what the entire Hillary email scandal was about???

It is not clear why people doubt Hillary had a “server” in her bathroom. A server is a computer. Something as big as an old desktop computer would be powerful.

My house, although not quite as big as Hillary’s, has the panel for all Cat5 wires, cables, phone lines, etc., in a walk-in closet off of one of the upstairs bedrooms. That room is the hub of all things electronic. It is absolutely where I would put a server, because it has easy access to provide a direct connection with all Ethernet ports throughout the house. That closet also houses the main routers and has built in equipment shelves.

It certainly seems reasonable to me, a non-computer expert, that Hillary could have a server set up in a “bathroom” closet.

        • Yes, but as Secretary of State and a very powerful political figure, why would she? Of all the IP-addresses on this planet, hers would be one that would have to be constantly monitored, simply because of who she is. I manage a bunch of e-mail servers and none of them are in my residence. Servers are best positioned near the “backbones” of the network, not at an isolated end-point, and there are literally hundreds of companies who can do that. But also, she had at her command the very best of US Government infrastructure experts … none of whom by-the-way would have permitted the installation of classified materials anywhere outside the boundaries of secure Government networks.

One thing that “anti-jives me” about these various stories is that it presupposes actions that would be “treason, or damned close to it,” by employees of our Government’s I.T. operations. These people are functionally my colleagues, and I presume that they care about secrecy and information integrity just as much as I do. I’d like to think that I can guess what such people are “actually made of.”

That is how she got caught, she was stupid and she had classified material on said server. And she had her non governmental I T guys smash and bleach bit devices. And they took the 5th when questioned under oath. Not my kind of “colleagues”.

            Your naivete is astounding.

HRC had her own, private IT team (crowdstrike, google, hell, Eric Schmidt HIMSELF, etc..) whose sole purpose was to keep her secrets of corruption from any good guys left in our OWN government.

You seem to be speaking in a theoretical sense, how things are supposed to operate. Havent you been paying attention? The Obama administration was the most corrupt administration in the history of this country BY FAR, and HRC was the most corrupted politician to have ever held and run for office. BY FAR!

Setting up her own server doesn’t necessarily mean she did it to do anything illegal. It could simply mean that she wanted “control” over all her communications. In the government system, they would be available to a lot of people. They could be taken out of context, leaked, or subjected to a subpeoana. If she had control of the information, she could delete or hide anything that she considered to be potentially damaging. A criminal doesn’t really create paper trails to delete later. They just have to make sure they didn’t inadvertently create one.

We don’t know if her emails were potentially damaging or proof of illegal activity because she did delete them and bleach bit them. What seems odd to me is no one found copies of her 33,000 emails in other government peoples outbox or inboxes providing proof that she deleted work emails.

Incorrect. That in and of itself is illegal. As SecState she was required to keep all communication to the secure, monitored .GOV email. Not doing that IS illegal.

                And “intent” is NOT required.

Furthermore, we know the whole point of the server was to be able to discreetly communicate the selling of Dept of State policy.

PT seems to respond when an actor comes to the WH and pleads with them for another person. Take the example of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West recently.

Maybe Pamela Anderson needs to visit PT on behalf of Assange?

This entire fraud, frame job IMO is destroyed instantly while flipping it back on the perpetrators and those who tried to take down a sitting President IF ONLY President Trump would speak with Julian Assange.

My advise to PT is DO NOT trust your Justice Department and FIB. Send either Mulvaney, Don Jr. or Ivanka over to talk with Assange and do ASAP!

This is heating up and if the DS takes him out IMO PT will be hard press to ever wash this fraud and frame job off let along prosecute any of these perpetrators.

So please Mr. President pause on the Sweden thing and reach out to Assange NOW before it is too late!

To me, this indicates the possibility that it wasn’t the CIA, but the FBI that shot or controlled the shooters who put the bullets into Mr. Seth Rich’s head, on behest of Clinton.
Ms. Rattner was extreme left-wing and her brother a Democrat big-shot in New York City politics; they had little reason to lie about Seth Rich handing over hacked download to Wikileaks.
I don’t recall seeing Ms. Rattner on Fox ever again after she made the Seth Rich information public.

My home was recently broken into and several thousand dollars of my belongings were stolen. When I submitted my claim, including an investigative report performed by an old friend of mine, the insurance company refused to pay my claim based on the grounds that I never called the police to investigate the break in. Should I take them to court?

    Like

    • “Well, you can try,” but I’d have questions if I was on your jury. After all, “you say” that thousands of dollars’ worth of belongings were stolen, but when confronted with this you didn’t immediately call the police? Absent this police report, and presented also with this most-unexpected response on your part, and(!) the fact that the only “investigative report” available to our jury is from “an old friend of yours” … yeah, I’d be “from Missouri” just as much as the investigators in your insurance company are. By not immediately calling the police, I think you deprived yourself of a settlement.

I’m sorry for your loss, but you seem to have arranged things in such a way that “people who are supposed to be skeptical” would succeed in an argument against you. Better luck next burglary. (And please understand, I am not suggesting that you are being untruthful. You simply didn’t do the right thing at the right time, and you should have requested your report from a stranger.)
